I’ve used this moving business 5 individual times from 2012-2019; each experience I’ve had with each member of the company was absolutely phenomenal. They’re kind, considerate, extremely effective and very careful with my possessions (psychologist wrap/extra padding). They’re also very, very resonably priced. I strongly recommend this firm without reservation.

I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PERSON COULD HAVE THE NERVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HER 3 MOVERS THAT WORKED FOR 7 HRS. MOVING FURNITURE UP STAIRS IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX AND IT ONLY COST HER $52.00 AN HR. FOR 3 MEN. ALSO THE MOVERS Aren’t SUPPOSED TO TAKE T.V.’S OUT OF THEIR BOX AND SET IT ON ANY STAND. NO MOVERS WILL DO THIS FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES. IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE Is Attempting TO MAKE A LITTLE MONEY ON THIS DEAL. I’ve USED XPRESS MOVERS MANY TIMES AND THEY EXCELLENT, CHRISTIAN EMPLOYEES.

The movers at which quite much on time that they did a fantastic job the occasion’s packed and filled two 24 foot trucks of furniture. We’ve got 3 bedroom house and a three-bedroom flat that they did a excellent job.I would suggest those Movers over and above again.Thank you Dawn from Xpress movers that you guys were superb. Fantastic Job.

I’d 3 movers who took more than 7 hours to load, drive and unload. The driver was the only one useful until a suggestion was mentioned. At that stage, only one additional took more of a favorable mindset. Among the movers whined when he entered the doorway of my two bedroom flat suggesting”Nobody said nothin’ about no boxes”, that have been conveniently situated, labeled as to contents and obviously marked Fragile as wanted. Personally, I transferred those boxes into the central place (living area ). That guy whined before, during and after the movement. My final request was to allow them to remove the TV in the TV box (that I’d boxed myself) and sit on the TV stand. The exact same inspector stated,”We aint hooking up no TV”. 
The motorist provided apologies in the very start, but it didn’t alter the mindset of the”complainer” that had been paid to perform a project. 
Damages: A ladder shelf, ebony in colour. Since the transfer has been winding down, the driver told me that there was a little chip of wood which came off since they were unloading the truck. After the shelf was introduced to the flat, there WAS a little chip of ebony timber – SITTING ON THE TOP OF A MOUND OF WHITE GLUE. I had been told from the driver that he did not know it, but they should have used Gorilla glue that dries white and EXPANDS. The adhesive had run down the interior of the faces of the rack and no efforts were even made to wash it. Other glue spots have been on the shelf under the one they tried to repair.
A ivory chase, which was covered since buy, as a result of our kitty, had two black marks and a single circle of, what seemed to be a kind liquid. 
A 2-seat couch (never discovered ) needed a 4-5″ rip which seemed to be brought on by brushing from the vehicle, wall of the staircase to flat another support.
Though I tipped the driver (liberally ), I explained to him that my preference is that he get the maximum, less to those who at least tried to adapt, but zero to Mr. I Do not Want to do the job. 
2 calls are created to”Don”, neither returned. Now I discovered Xpress Movers, LLC online and expected comments would be obtained by the primary office, or somebody who cared for the standing. Guess who responded through email? Don – In again reviewing the photographs I had supplied and the danger of small claims justify. Supposedly,”supervisor will contact” me tomorrow. 
I DO NOT, under any conditions, recommend this”company” to proceed anything.

I talked to Don Chambers in the beginning of February to get a quotation for the transfer in Norfolk, VA to Woodbridge, VA.. He gave me the exact quotation and that I gave my credit card info to him to get your $50.00 deposit. My movement had been scheduled for Feb. 9, 2015. There was definite insurance requirements from the HOA of this condo which I moved in to. He cautioned me that this corporation might fulfill them. 3 days prior to my transfer was supposed to occur, I contacted Mr. Chambers to investigate concerning the insurance and has been advised that this business could not satisfy the requirement along with also my move has been cancelled. I had been advised that my deposit will be reimbursed to me. Its now nearly the end of April and that I have not got my deposit. I’ve made 4 phone calls asking about it and repeatedly get informed by Mr. Chambers which he’d learn where my test will be and call me back in 10 seconds. As of now, I haven’t heard back from him.

If that is how this business treats its clients, I am happy I did not hire them. But rest assured, I’ll get my cash.

They have excellent prices and I’ve used this business 11 times I am a real estate. They see the walls and flooring and take good care in shrink wraping all of my things which in which timber. I believe that the level rate they provide is the very best, as a great deal of companies charge by the hour that could get expensive. I trust that this organization. Give these guys a phone really well reputable. Contact and ask for Don or even Lee, really considerate and coordinated.

I was uncertain at first about transferring business’s generally since I hadn’t ever used one before…. I talked with”Don” on 21Mar13 and scheduled a movement of (1) mattress space. The movement was likely to be performed at 10:00am on 31March13. In the time of my first phone call I gave”Don”, my charge card info over the telephone. In addition to the contact number which was likely to be known as 30 min. Before the movers coming back. That never happened. On 26Mar13, I had been billed $50.00 type my checking accounts. On the afternoon of this move nobody showed up or called. I am currently active duty and deployed overseas. The transfer was for my girlfriend, to our brand new flat. Both to and from in Newport News. I had been provided a price of $289.00. 31Mar13 I attempted to call a few numbers to your organization and have left many voice mails. Without a surprise that I had no response or returned calls. The firms failure to supply the agreed upon support has put my loved ones and myself at a massive inconvenience.
