One of my buddy who called XO movers to us. . We’re quite happy with their services. They were very prompt in responding to our questions ( Mr Josh) and Victor and Team did an terrific job while they have been in our location for packaging the material. . As they guaranteed that our family things came within 14 days of time period and we obtained all of the things also. . The disappointment section was few of those boxes were damaged leading to that couple of our things were broken. The irony was while finalizing with XO, we had been told after they provide the things that they will assemble our huge stuff like couches, dining table, bunk mattress along with other beds etc. . But when they came they were not prepared to build everything and why that they told us was that they do not understand how to get it done and we do not think that. They left couple of things without building and we needed to do a great deal of work after setting things up that really was painful and upsetting. . Aside from that awful experience we had been okay using XO movers.

So mad I am not certain where to begin! Hired XO moving Systems in July 2013 to move from California to Pennsylvania. The quotation was adequate but upon loading my items, climbed to a much bigger amount! Once your material is already loaded, you get hit with the true invoice and what can you do today that everything is wrapped and rich? I paid half in money and just determined, nothing I could do.   Got into Pennsylvania and waited 23 times for my stuff to get there. It was a nightmare. When my things arrived, I discovered that they sub-contract to somebody else, some guy from New York who actually drove to CA and chose up my stuff and delivered. He isn’t even from XO Moving! First off, he did not even have a knife to acquire plastic wrap off my possessions, and utilized my butterknife. My boxes were smashed, my box springs had been torn and’d wholes in bottoms.   Among my nightstands needed a major chunk of it lost. My wardrobes were broke apart and re-taped. One was even upside down, clothing laying at the floor, hanging rack thrown on top, and ship was open!   I’ve a soft side waterbed mattress that may not be folded on account of this baffles (as I taught them). It had been laying in my floor folded in half. I’d boxes which were totally busted open and throughout the toilet; they requested me to get garbage bags to scoop my belonging to and utilized the neighbor’s seat to prop my possessions on and in to my property. All of my documents, taxes, documents etc. were all out of their folders and in  trash bags Together with speakers, books and a Number of Other items.   My microwave won’t work today (was ideal before). It states sensor mistake.   And the worst of all, my Enormous office unit (a large L shaped desk unit with cubbards, closets, 2 file cabinets..top slice,….was all in bits.   First off, it had been broken in a Number of areas, chunks taken from it around, the man who shot it apart in several many pieces contrary to my fantasies (who promised me not to worry) literally ripped the bits apart and the wholes in which the hardware moved in, are entirely stripped, wheels broken off the document cabinets, the entire right side of unit, is entirely broken and I had been so angry.   The sub-contractor called his manager who allegedly referred to as the supervisor at XO Transferring and left a message. (XO says that they do not understand anything about it)  He said he needed to proceed to next occupation. He left me here with a Enormous pile of broken bits, All of the hardware putting in my floor which was that.   I still have never been able to unpack all of the jumble but in process of submitting a claim. My whole office unit is unusable. They supposedly will give me 60 cents a pound for broken things, which will not even come close to what my possessions cost, although used.   What a hell!!!   Don’t use this business!!   I’ll tell you all know how they manage my claim as I proceed through this horrible procedure. Gave me artificially low quote to get my company for my transfer;using deceptive tactics &fictitious offers.Raising costs & Holding my possessions hostage I’m beyond frustrated with all the false degree of safety XO offered me during the procedure, along with also their movers ended up costing me considerably more than the next lowest bidder, which’d relativ evaluations to XO. Each time I’d ask Scott (XO rep) why their quotes mass quantity under specifics did not match the true burden that I gave him (in my prior move just 14 months before ), it had been because he always wished to inform me exactly what I wished to hear. We had been intentionally cheated by falsely underestimating the charge to receive my company. His quote was 35% below that which the true coat led, despite too many occasions as I said to him that the reality he said on the quote were incorrect, I even emailed the him and recorded it. And of course the extra $250 we invested from pocket on packing equipment, which we have been told were contained, most weren’t utilized, and the majority of the packed goods we are overly wrapped by his own workers and packed. In addition, the XO truck wasn’t big enough, and that I needed to rent a truck and pick things up which didn’t fit in my very first weekend in the home. In another cost to me personally XO’s devious business practices, have induced us reduction of job time, distress and also another $1200 over XO’s agreed upon initial quote. Shame on me for expecting XO, but above all, shame on XO to your own devious and deceptive business practices. What is worst is that the XO rep should have known me over 15 days prior to the relocation, and nobody out of XO firm called me following the movement, realizing precisely the deceit and lies they’d perpetrated with our relocation for more than seven days (later I sent calls and emails ). , not till March 6, 2014. I think it is hard to think that nobody from XO contacted me following the horrible experience we had together with their business around the 27th of February 2014 once we proceeded, realizing our degree of dissatisfaction with their managing of our moving quote along with my messages delivered with the real moving representatives, there’s very little anyone could say or do to spend the fowl feelings we’ve left within this procedure using XO and the way XO ran themselves into”sell me their merchandise” at any expense to us, regardless of honesty. Before the transfer, when we talked on the telephone, I gave them the precise accounts of what we’d discussed out of my preceding move 14 months before (including an additional 400lbs) in Florida to California where our transfer occurred up 1/3 of a 48 feet North American Van LInes truck (good movers). On each of the ocnversations XO revealed that the cost we talked and signed off on and XO corrected for me personally was still an”UP TO. . “sum which ensured I would just pay”UP TO…(which number we agreed on) regardless of some extra alterations,” that was untrue, because XO moving brokers had us sign files to modify the quote maybe not once but twice during the transfer, while they’d our objects mounted in their own trucks. After in MOnterey at the center of these moving our items, at this time, our things have been kept hostage, and again at 1130pm once they arrived in our new residence in the East Bay.
