I discovered Bill’s business and our movement went without a hiccup. It had been chosen just as we inquired, and delivered in very sensible time period. Due to Bill and his or her partners. His business is broker (that was surprise for me personally so Bill has moving spouses ) but everything went smooth, timely and precisely how we requested. Hello Bill,

I only wanted to write to say thank us our movement went so well. The movers were very useful and took great care of their needs within this movement.

I particularly wished to listen to the gang by the East Coast that arrived and sent. We were lost our dollie – and – so were convinced that it had been confused for somebody else’s from the moving company. The men were bothered but I guessed I’d never understand the dollie back again. But low and behold now after two mths the men came wheeling it in up the drive way since they were passing through on a different move! We were so surprised and really touched that they went through all the trouble to get it and to presume to bring it together and to attract their attract rig into town merely to drop off it! Truly it was really striking! We’ll never forget these men (sorry I’ve forgotten titles – Jeff?) But I am certain that you know who I’m referring. Anyhow, we’ll certainly recommend you to anybody who asks us to get movers. Truly this is so thoughtful and we are extremely grateful.

I’ve moved several times before and have experienced both positive and negative experiences and my proceed with WLH was among those great ones.

Everything went smoothly from begin to finish and while their prices are a couple more pennies per pound than a number of the other people that lent us it had been well worthwhile.

I moved from Vancouver BC into Oakville Ont in the Start of January.

Price of transfer was $6000.00 that was the very best bargain I got from phoning around to various areas.

Bill was amazing, simple to publication, answered all of my queries.

The transfer went really easy on the two ends. No complaints.

We had been going from BC into London, and discovered that an Ontario based firm with 3 positive online reviews. We obtained a quote in the firm that was fair, and reserved a while for them to come. We place our two dogs at a kennel, and reserved a resort for ourselves since I had been on night shift and had to have the ability to sleep through the day, basically making the surroundings easy for your movers.

While I slept, my partner waited the whole day for the movers, who never showed up. He called and called, but no reply. Remember, we’d already paid a $400 deposit. Not only did they never appear, they did not even bother to phone, text, email, NOTHING.

My partner eventually got ahold of Bill (business proprietor ) That night, and he made some explanation, and stated that the movers are there the next day.

Guess what, my partner waited around again the whole day, and nobody showed. Again – no telephone, text, email, nothing. We were eventually able to get ahold of Bill again that night, and he made some excuse about being in another state, so he can not simply walk over and inquire men why they did not appear, however he PROMISED they’d be there the next day.

Guess what….nothing. No one revealed, no telephone, no text, no email. This time I called Bill, who acted surprised that no movers came, stating”I had been under the impression that they were there.” I advised him enough was enough, we had to be from our home the next day, and we’ve now waited around for 3 times for his or her movers. Bill began to get rude and unprofessional, which makes it look like it was our fault that he didn’t supply the service which we paid for.

He explained that he’d check into the circumstance, and never called back. My partner and I’ve been always trying to get Bill on the telephone and email, asking our 400 deposit again, but naturally, he’s totally ignoring us.

I really don’t know what’s wrong with this corporation. . .we paid you to get a service which you don’t ever supplied. Give us back our money.

What a nightmare. Stay far away from this organization.

I am only getting around to this now. We utilized WLH for our move last January from Moncton NB to Kelowna BC.
Bill was most informative helping us throughout the procedure as neither I nor my husband had ever moved a very long distance before.
We ordered to complete packaging choice because we had a 5 bedroom house and it would take us forever to buy boxes and pack everything ourselves.
The driver and helpers were exceptional, placing down protective floor sheets.
I didnt writer a book here but both I and my husband were quite delighted with the support and will use this business once we return to Moncton.

Booking was simple and answered all of my queries. Everything arrived in 1 piece and unbroken unlike my prior move with another mover.
I had been provided a great price and the only drawback was shipping was a day or so later than I anticipated but comprehensible going half way throughout the nation.
I would advise WLH to anybody desiring a fantastic mover.

Bill was really helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns that I had.
I would advise WLH for my family and friends for everybody looking at moving later on.
The quotation was quite fair and I had been impressed with all the loading team as they comforter wrapped each of our furniture before loading it in the large truck.
