Can I read any of these reviews prior to our transfer in CA to KS we’d haven’t been the horrible experience we had! First away Stevens Worldwide hired Wilson Movers to visit our flat in CA to package our stuff up. They had been on time. 6 or 5 folks showed up to package the flat. My diamond ring has been within my mind upstairs in my area. That has been missing. Half of the things in my mind was packaged in a box along with the other half was still in the dresser. The ring was not discovered. We advised the movers which we anticipated to have a shipping address by the 1st of August after we closed in our Property. We phoned them about the 28th of July and they informed us they would not have the ability to own our belongings till the 4th of August. Subsequently the 8th subsequently the 10th. . .the stuff didn’t arrive before the 12th of August! When they came the very first thing that was discovered was that the missing dining area legs. The man that delivered was really pleasant and abandoned me his contact number and guaranteed that the dining area legs to be sent and they had been. After I contacted Stevens globally they shipped me a claim type for the hassle of these things being overdue and yet another for the lost ring. The aggravation form requested for receipts of all items we needed to purchase to get by in a vacant home for two weeks! Their answer to this claim? $200 which has been agreed on by Mark by Wilson Movers as a”good will” settlement. We spent far beyond $200 purchasing inflatable beds, sheets, cushions, blankets, pots, pansand iron, and towels! Their answer to the stolen gem ring? We must proactively deny accountability. Per the supported stock, the night stand does not represent being sent using contents within. An overview of this supported High Risk High Value Lease form stipulates no record for a diamond ring. Are you kidding me?! Half of the products were packaged in a window and box still inside! It’s sad that such a Well-known company Won’t accept responsibility if they intentionally hire people They clearly do not do background checks on. That will be my wedding ring I Had paperwork on and they refused to take accountability on it. We’d have never approved that our company hire this firm had we read the reviews first.
