Whiteswan Relocation and Frank Nelson, almost costs us all our whole household possessions. In the beginning he – speaks Danish like me – seems fine and orderly. I thrusted him entirely. Following our stuff has been picked up, we never received the container at Denmark. I paid in full in cash in the start. After several rude and agressive mails and verbal abuse…I needed to threaten with legal actions. Eventually I had a fantastic buddy come to the rescue – can’t state what – but we did get our items back, all in 1 piece and fine….but DO NOT utilize Whiteswan! They’re complete CROCKS

I served 22 years in the army, so that I know a thing or 2 about going.
Frank Nelson is the largest cheat and con guy I’ve ever addressed.
After reading these reviews, I must agree with what everybody wrote and then a few.
Additionally, I read Frank Nelson’s lies and explanations.
Without entering my entire experience, I challenge Frank Nelson to tell me to my head, that he isn’t a fraud. He’s such a coward, he concealed from my wife if she moved to face him.
We even had to employ another firm to provide our household products from Bangkok to people. He took off with about $2000.00 of the cash for customs fees.
Avoid this company and this guy.

Never, never, never touch them. They’re cheater. They established the business for cheat individuals. Primarily they lending to you great quote. Once you devote to them your possessions they begin playing with you. Primarily they gave to me 7000 quote for Thailand to China and they stated storage price will be 3000 Baht monthly. I gave to them our possessions and few months after I asked to them move my possessions. After all record prepared they ship to me new quote $11.500 +1500$. I didn’t accept when I inquiring to them why like this their describing are simply not enough gain. Plus they changed the storage fee 21000 Baht. With out any clarify. Around two months discussion that they decrease the cost $8500 +$1500. However, I did not trust to them any more I desired with lender guarantee. However they didnt take and send to a lot of email for accepting. Finaly I consented. They shipped my possessions with out reviewing files after my possessions come to china that they stated I want extant my visa. It’s get approximately 1.5 month. I paid additional demorage fee $2000 and that I paid $5000 taxation because of my used possessions this another bad job also. Once I paid totaly $16.000 I god my own possessions with a lot of lost and broken. Once I checked the packaging list they ship firstly 151 box. They send to bureau new packaging list it’s has 135 pcs. Also a lot of huge item not in the listing. They’re absolutely cheater. They’re stealing your money and possessions and you can’t do some believe. Be cause you’re outside of the nation.

We’ve moved 6 times globally in the previous 12 decades and this is the worst experience we’ve ever had.
Frank Nelson was arrogant, incompetent and a bare faced liar.

The moving team turned up with a heap of older boxes around the 2nd of April 2016, we obtained that the container end of June at Ireland!!!!

My wife was running round the house hoping to organise the twisted unprofessional team into some type of arrangement and forgot she left her passport in one of the cupboards, they packaged the cupboard without draining or even taking a look at the contents along with my spouse realsised while the automobile had left. We told Nelson that the passport was in one of 2 closets, possibly the cabinets they eliminated which had labels saying they had been remaining in the home or another the cupboard, he said following a bombardment of primitive language and also an e-mail that”his team could not pack a passport” and he’d send a person to search for this but it might cost time and money!!!

He arrived back to us and told me that the passport was not in the cupboard, my spouse was subsequently left in Thailand without a passport, needed to speak to the embassy, fly back home to crisis documents and in great cost, then wait for 6 months to get a new passport, all in all a significant pain, but at this point we put it all down into our own fault, after all it was not where she stated it had been and therefore we can not expect them to hunt the entire container to the passport.

After the container finally arrived we started the cupboard and low and behold, the passport was appropriate on peak of the cupboard he’d allegedly hunted, he simply intentionally lied and caused us enormous stress and prices.

When we faced him, no apology, only”I will bag the guy who did this”!!! Great, sack the man you haven’t trained correctly, that is a fantastic business plan!! Consider looking closer to home in case your searching for an incompetent person to blame!

I am anticipating a list of explanations as all of the other testimonials, the way that it was all our fault, Pluto was not tasked with Venus etc.. I do not even need to go in the amount of damage we had when we unpacked the container and that utilizes brown sticky tape when packaging nowadays? Quite possibly the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Frank Nelson is a complete fraud, so he had no clue what he had been talking about and essentially came – packed my belongings and shipped it to China with no understanding of their regional laws. My container has been held in customs for almost 3 weeks and to make things worse, secured by the China customs police. White Swan gets the smallest hint on any formal process. They also charged me twice the amount in my first move (Korea to Thailand). There was barely any communication after that he received my money simply to ridicule me and verbally attack me. I’m a customer!!  Frank Nelson essentially held my private belongings hostage and shipped them off with no approval from the Chinese logistics firm. I wouldn’t ever suggest this joke of a organization. Its gloomy – I must have gone with a trusted company like Tiger Mobility that was actually suggested by the first logistics firm that managed the transfer. In reality, the Korean business politely declined to manage my transfer to China because they understood it was a complex procedure. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from White Swan ! When there was a BBB in Thailand, I’d make a report. The one thing I could do now is hope I can get my dispatch. I still have not obtained this, the Chinese logistics firm is still having difficulty getting the correct paperwork from White Swan. When I asked them, how can you even get in touch with White Swan? They answered”They probably found us on the world wide web, they sent with no approval from us.” I truly expect this nightmare is over shortly and expect none of you ever experience this dilemma! UPDATE* The narrative goes from actual bad to a complete nightmare. Shortly after the posting of the review, Frank eventually sent me an email and asked me to remove it and would”settle” it using a reimbursement to take out the post. After eliminating, I had been advised in the regional China spouse that Frank was unresponsive and because of his unprofessional conduct we’ve got an problem. The China spouse is Asia Express International Movers. They’re equally negligent as today they just charged me $7500 USD to get DEMURRAGE charges for maintaining my shipment in storage. Unbelievable, the supervisor Benoit said they will”grab my dispatch and market it.” The complete worse moving encounter only turned into financial hardship. So now a easy move from Bangkok to Shanghai is costing over $15,000 USD. NEVER TRUST THESE CROOKS!

I didn’t have so much material, only 29 small boxes, so many of it had been personal things and no furniture in any respect, just clothing and easy living things like little area cups and decoration and little kitchen things. In addition, he affirmed that the transportation charge in holland was contained and that it had been a door to door service that I would not need to pay anything extra besides habits should they happen and this was all inclusive. That is what we did not have any habits fee whatsoever as they weren’t relevant to us that these were private items with our nation proceed. He said the commission had been so much since the price in holland had been a good deal and that in Thailand the prices were just 500$ in the total. What occurred was that the complete reverse. Not just our products did not reach in time, but they have been extremely late and we couldn’t track them. I sent a few mails to inquire about my merchandise and White swan advised me to wait patiently and that we need to not worry and they have been secure. My spouse was dutch so that he seemed into it and discovered that the partner firm that was designed to get our merchandise here, wasn’t even there or we believe do not actually exist. As soon as I phoned in to inquire White Swan,” Mr. Nelson informs us that they closed down n did not tell him. I mean how is that even possible company wise. Additionally, they did not follow up about the dispatch leading to extra storage costs upon birth and unnecessary accidents. What bothered me the most was that even when people contacted them concerning our products, and informed them that they were just putting in the interface after my husband monitored them here in holland. They did nothing to assist us. They did not monitor them farther and exactly what Mr. Nelson stated was sorry! . Oh my God, How can you just say that? Like that really helps????? My husband then took over and monitored them himself here. Imagine if we never called into test up with our dispatch. Could you imagine the prices? It shows they’re quite reckless and ignorant. They simply don’t care. My husband completed all of the essential processes here himself to get our things. He monitored the merchandise and contacted a business in holland that helped us. The business in holland are extremely professional and we obtained our merchandise however, ofcuz there have been more openings for us. Yes there were busted boxes, virtually all of them were broken. A great deal of damaged products. In addition to that, but we had an extra cost upon coming of 800+ euros that came as a surprise for us. After we contacted snowy Swan they inform us to cover this, and also told the dutch firm that contacted them out of here that the client had to cover. I even asked them concerning the cash I paid them, what happened to this? Plus they deliver a contract having a state to throw it in our face which port fees isn’t in their hands. They simply ate our cash. Why were not we informed of this sooner, and why wasn’t it said in the time of this arrangement. And why was not it said when I requested them. All of Mr. Nelson stated was I was paying more since it covered all of the prices in Europe such as the transportation charge, but we needed to cover that also. Mr. Nelson, he’s sneaky, he understands eu law very well, under the terms as we had been getting merchandise, because we had been the recipient, when we did not cover it we might ve been facing trouble. An action could be obtained upon us whether we did not pay. What he really does is take your merchandise take your cash and send off the goods, and when we did not monitor it our products will ve probably been sold off for the fee which was not paidoff. So long as he gets the cash it is ok for him and as long as he routed ur products already he does not care, and he owes the cash that has been for handling of these merchandise. You would want your merchandise of course you’d do anything to get it like paying again to get them and that he understands it. So I am typing this review since I do not want everyone to experience this, from moving from 1 nation to another it’s tough enough and you do not need a fraud or to be duped with cash once you currently need to pay a good deal throughout your relocation. Don’t trust anything White Swan need to mention because I have all the emails to show this happened also, to establish what they did to us.

This would have to be worst moving or relocation experience I have ever had and would never use this company ever!!
This company and Mr Nelson are terrible and should be put out of business.
To avoid any issues I had this guy come and look at all the things to relocate. A person with any experience would know this from experience as they have to allow for boxes and transport to suit the items. I was told I had about 8 cubic meters.
I then arranged for collection, there was no packing list put together just the number of boxes. The documents I had signed listed none of the contents.
Then the next day I had communication that there was 12 cubic meters and a whopping invoice. this is a 30% increase. I objected this and was then told if I did not pay I would also be up for storage fees. I almost did not ship as the bill for shipping was now getting up around the value of the goods. I also discovered with this amount it would have been cheaper for me to just get a whole shipping container for myself. Mr Nelson would offer no discount despite my objections and also not a shipping container as that opportunity had passed.
I have now had my good arrive in Australia and the receiving company here had no documents so I had to fill out everything again. Most of the costs that I was informed had been covered in my invoice from Mr Nelson were in fact not.
Then when I received the invoice from the customs clearance company is Australia in notice in the invoice that I was invoice for the inspection of 8.37 cubic meters. Some of these items are also now damaged. I hate to think of what luck I will have in trying to get any insurance.
Therefore the 14 meters was in fact a fabrication.
Mr Nelson asked if I had any friends in Thailand that may need his services. Be careful Mr Nelson as some of the friends I have that may get you around to give a quote may give you something else to go along with it.
If you don’t like it Mr Nelson I would like to post all the email correspondence and invoices to show that what I am saying here is the truth.

Our move was such a nightmare, even from White Swan moving business from Bangkok to Manila. Initially was OK however 1 months ahead of the proceeding the proprietor was getting a mindset as we must beg to understand all of the information regarding moving. We cover about 4000$, we wind up paying 9750$ why?
Well since they put bogus info such like the burden on all files and the habits do not care that they read all of the files, 3 boxes have been lost, plenty of eyeglasses broken. Each of the tape that they use still indicate our furniture.

We proceed a lot globally it’s the very first time that we’ve been treated with the owner of the company like we were not clients. Every time we request advice we’re getting someone quite impolite and this proprietor consistently as been attempting to request more and more cash. I can not feel that a foreigner could behave like this into some foreign family. It had been this kind of nightmare and anxiety,there wasn’t any inventory achieved by the business in the very day of proceeding, it wasn’t actually 1 record to signal and no 1 count our products.
