    These guys were great

White Glove Van Lines along with his group were good. They showed up 5-10 minutes early and wasted no time getting started. They wrapped our furniture up with padding, even though we weren’t expecting it. They were quick and effective. To proceed a two bedroom flat from Orlando to Dallas it just took them 3 times to the excursion and two hours and 15 minutes to complete everything. The cost was very aggressive (the least expensive I obtained a quotation for). I’d suggest them to anybody.

    Great service!

My moving experience for this company was fantastic. After all of the horror stories I heard and read about, I had been really nervous. I voiced this to the person who owns the firm (who took it on himself to take some time from his hectic schedule for on the telephone with me personally ) that what was in great hands. This is my very first major move and that I needed to place all my possessions on the vehicle and send my vehicle. It is possible to imagine how nerve racking up that’s!! But customer support remained with me across the way by keeping me updated during the procedure. I am not typically one to write reviews but I had been so delighted with this service which I simply had to mention something. My possessions came yesterday and they have been in excellent condition. The company that they subcontracted out to has been really friendly and professional. I had been quite comprehensive with my stock so that there were not any surprise fees whatsoever. I’d certainly recommend this firm to anybody that’s creating a long distance transfer.

    Good Company!

White Glove Van Lines was fantastic to use. They’re very accommodating, easy to get a grasp of and fairly priced. The only reason I gave them four stars was due to this business that they really utilized to bring my things. Though that business was fine, they tried charging me $200 additional to get a mini bar which was in my stock list since the start. When I whined, White Glove phoned me and gave me a refund to the total cost of the product which put me at ease. I’d certainly use them again!

    NEVER AGAIN

In my latest adventure White Glove wasn’t exactly the Carrier, They hired a carrier, Particular Van Lines, to perform the real move.
Lets just say Specific Van lines is quite tricky to address and contains lots of terrible reviews.
Makes me wonder how White Glove Vetted the provider.
My main gripe, I hired White Glove to take care of my movement, They in turn hire a 3rd party. When White Glove gathered their Fee they denied additional asks for help concerning the carrier THEY HIRED. Leaving me to manage to issues brought on by the firm WHITE GLOVE HIRED.
I strongly recommend not to use them, employ the Carrier directly yourself.

Still don't know where my possessions are

I have been scammed, similar to the other poster. Told I’d have uniformed workers from the organization but got some men who had been subcontracted. Told price was for weight however if the subcontracted men showed up had an additional $290 added due to cubic feet. Told will be sent in 7-10 days but now just told that they don’t have any idea where my stuff is and I will find a call as it may be delivered. The 1 telephone call returned was from a girl who stated she was out of”the moving firm” and she kept me on hold while she needed to look up the title of that firm she had been speaking about.
Best bet with a single individual called judy, sorry it is a busy moving period we don’t have any idea where this plumber is or if your items will be sent but sometime but once they get around will provide you a telephone.
No idea where my items are or when or if I will ever see them again,

    Worst moving company

This company don’t have some of those trucks. They’re the center man. Zero reason to employ them. They’re dishonest from the start concerning the shipping time period, cost insurance and model. The delivery pickup was overdue by 4 times, delivery required 30 days, critically 30 days, not forgetting that the coffee tables that were damaged. This firm shouldn’t remain in operation.

    Do not use this company!

Don’t use this firm! That really is a third party firm that hires out moving companies and also contains no moving trucks as depicted on their site. When you talk into the sales man, there pitch is essentially the White Glove will soon be supplying high quality of the online moving solutions which makes you feel protected. They advise you to create your payments in installments. If the movers arrive at the pick-up your possessions, this is if you really find out they are another business once all of your possessions are loaded; another moving company provides you another record and they request that you provide another installment in money. White Glove is no more your moving business nor accountable for your possessions. They assert that you get guaranteed for 1000 bucks per cubic square feet throughout the sales pitch but at the next breath they inform you if something else goes wrong they aren’t responsible. The agents that helped me in White Glove are both Judy and Brian. Brian is your high quality insurance policy person. Both of them are useless as technically because they both stated they aren’t accountable and examine my own contract.
I can Offer a laundry list of the dreadful move:
-The next party (Always Cheap Storage and Moving ) movers took apart the bed and left with no screws into the bed and removed the glass from the coffee table and then left the glass behind (which wasn’t captured until 1 -two days afterwards from my husband). I forgot about that the Armour too. I had to contend with the dispatcher and that I mean that he was exceptionally rude and worry about coming back and receiving the things left behind.
    – The third party business will describe to you that they really don’t have anything to do with White Glove along with the data White Glove supplied to me was untrue. I was likely to receive my possessions on Nov 1, 2017 foundation on the revenue rep. The next party firm said 3-10 business days or more.
    – The third party business and White Glove completely disregarded my request to get my possessions in my home before I needed to depart to the business trip that started on Nov. 9th. Thus, you understand what occurred, they advised the movement on the afternoon that I needed to depart for the company trip. Another debate that went up to the next party dispatcher cursing and crying at me and forcing me to pay a storage charge once I’d already spoke and warned everybody a week earlier.
    – Following my company trip, I phoned again asking when my possessions were planning to arrive. Still another encounter and no apparent answers since, Judy and Brian essentially stated, they aren’t in control and I’m at the mercy of this third party business.

Fundamentally, I compensated White Glove 400 hundred bucks for sending me into some third party business that they aren’t connected with. I gave the next party firm 489 bucks in money during pick-up plus I must offer them longer if they send my possessions.

Their business is named White Glove Van lines significance topnotch service and they don’t do anything to you but take your own cash, sell one to the maximum bidder, discount your orders and then tell you they aren’t accountable and examine your contract. I started off together pleasantly and today I just can’t take it longer. Next, step would be to telephone law enforcement.

I’m reporting White Glove Van traces into the BBB and shifting transport section.

    Worst Customer Service ever seen!!

I’d not awarded any celebrities. . !! When originally I received my estimate, I had been told some quantity and after they arrived to select my things I had been billed $500 more stating that I’ve more stuffs to pickup, even though I announced everything. I had been told my stuffs would be sent by 7 days maximum. However, once I called CS, they’re saying that my stuffs will be sent within 21 days. This isn’t a fantastic business and dont expect this men. They’re extremely rude and not accountable. They aren’t worthwhile and cash concentrated. Please proceed with someother firm. Worst Worst Deadly!!!

    DO NOT USE!!!

White Glove Van traces resources out all motions along with the firms they utilize attempt to perform a shake down to you when they arrive.I agree with everybody negative reviews since I experienced it 1st hand.
When you proceed to file a complaint they hee and haw which makes one of the perpetrator. In addition, the firm they’d do my relocation doesn’t have protected CC charging. . Believe me White Glove is much more like Dirty Gloves. The affiliate Particular VAN LINES is your offender.
I call myself assessing their testimonials in advance, suppose I must of gone into more than 1 website. .

    Horrible Customer Service

I’m not someone who generally writes bad reviews, but in this situation I hope this comprehensive inspection will prevent other people from going through precisely the exact same experience as I did for this particular corporation. They do make it crystal clear that they’ll be outsourcing their movers that’s totally fine. But recorded in their site word for word is”Assessing the inspector’s security record, criticism history and standing with industry watchdogs like the Better Business Bureau along with a vast array of moving inspection sites” when determining which firms they employ to move their client’s things. On the other hand, the firm they hired because of my relocation, Integrated Moving Solutions Inc., isn’t even an accredited company with the Better Business Bureau and just includes two negative reviews.

After my experience with these, it isn’t surprise. All these movers showed up for some transfer at 11:15PM after my scheduled period was 1:00-7:00PM. They didn’t leave my apartment until 1:30AM – that I didn’t even meet with the minimal requirements in weight since I had such couple things to proceed. After being billed an additional $75 because of being in the end of the hallway (that is mentioned in the contract so that I was fine with all the fee ) the inspector requested me when I could pay this in cash to assist with their”gas money” (although there’s an upcharge on your cost to help pay for gas/tolls/etc.) . I advised the inspector I had been uneasy with this but could include it in my test, the Agency was clearly annoyed with this. About 1:00AM, one of the movers brought up their soup to my flat to cook in my own flat. Once I told him he can’t place his Styrofoam soup cup into my microwave for security reasons, he had been asking me to utilize my jar and bowl. I told him I wasn’t familiar with him cooking in my own kitchen and that I only wanted to sign the paper work and also have them depart. The mover was amazingly rude to me and walked from my flat on the telephone referring to me as a”b****”. Last but not least, the mover mis-calculated my grand complete and was quite rude to me once I corrected him. He was then clearly annoyed when I took the time to go through the files after he awakened. The total experience was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable! These are the forms of movers White Glove Vanlines will employ.

My main difficulty was when I phoned White Glove Van Lines together with my criticism about my pickup –, the customer support representative Judy, revealed zero compassion or concern about the way the pick-up was managed. She stated she’d call the moving company and also talk with their supervisor nonetheless, when I eventually called Integrated Moving Solutions myself, they had no record of my criticism. Judy hadn’t even supplied them with my upgraded delivery address! Furthermore, there were 5 cases when she was likely to phone me back and just never did. It got to the point where I just went straight to the moving business because she wasn’t following through on whatever she stated she was likely to perform. I know that White Glove Vanlines outsources the real play, but they need to reveal some more duty with the firms they decide to work with. There were a few times where I requested to talk to a supervisor and Judy refused to escalate the telephone along with also a manager never called me. Furthermore, I emailed the salesman that I initially talked to about my disappointment in the way the pick-up went and that he didn’t even bother to email me back.

The tagline alongside White Glove Vanlines reads”We care for your own movement .” I will honestly say I have never worked with a firm whom I felt cared less about me as a client. My experience was really uncomfortable in a lot of facets and White Glove Vanlines didn’t even file a complaint on my behalf. I’m very disappointed in my experience together to the point that I wish to proactively steer folks away from using them. The excellent cost isn’t worth the dreadful customer support you may encounter.

    Horrible service

My experience with this company was unethical. I expect them to maneuver bits which were precious and sentimental to me. I did what they requested and desired the exact same in return because the contract said it. After my furniture came in Ga measures were out which they had been well conscious of. I got a call from the driver of the moving staff saying he won’t unload my possessions unless I pay an extra unheard of sum. How can you feel that made me feel and that I was still in Fla? . Per the principles the very first flight of stairs are free, some other stairs then is going to be an extra $75 and that is exactly what we anticipated.
Following my son in law called the office requesting to talk to Frank (first person of touch ) I got a call from a woman stating there was a misunderstanding and the movers would be taught to unload my furniture. They failed by throwing each product that has been packed on that truck to my children home. Many things were broken and not 1 thing was constructed as previously mentioned. I would never recommend this company to anybody and I’m very displeased with their activities.

    Dishonest, damaged forniture

I hired White Glove Vanlines for transferring from September 2017. The saleman was dishonest from the start. He said that it’ll take around 14 days to the transfer. Following the movers shot my things, I had been told it’s going to take around 21 business days. It wind up taking 20 weeks to allow them to send, my family had to sleep on the ground for at least a week.

They also explained that the moving fee is going to be burden based. However, they never burden that, even when I eliminated several significant things from my shifting checklist, they still charged me the exact same price.

Worse, virtually every wood furniture needed hurt. I emailed and called, they simply dismissed. Do not employ those crooks.

What ever you are doing, do not use this company they’re total scammers. They aren’t movers that they just prepare the transfer and then send another group of scammers to rip off you. I was quite unique with them in relation to what I desired moved including measurements of all furniture and boxes. They place the stock into a software application which calculated the burden and then the price tag. They gave me exactly what seemed like a sensible cost. When the real movers obtained here, late on a Saturday night, following a short look in my stock the driver began right out stating it was likely to cost me at least $1,000 longer since”that they (White Glove) do not see what I find”. He even gave an estimate of over 3000 pounds. Over White Glove had anticipated it. I had been basically staged down to the rise in cash because I needed to find the material moved and could not wait any more. In the time that I decided I’d contest it afterwards. The moving firm Capital One Van Lines seems to be fake and if they did receive my items for their destination after the following 15 times I obtained no support from White Glove to solve this. Capital One was at the Fed DOT registry after I first looked up them but today have vanished out of this registry. I’ve filed complaints with the Florida State attorney Generals’ Office along with The DOT. You will find many different problems in between but that I do not wish to write all day! Please remember and do not have a thing to do for this business.

    Do Not Do it!!

Well, where can we begin. I had been going out of Florida to Boston. Select up was nice. The movers did a terrific job of packaging. They have been friendly and productive. My things were transferred to January 12th. Upon departing, the driver said that our things will be sent to the 16th. I had been told from the firm that it would be about the 17th. We’re excited that it’d be a day early. Needless to say, we know that there’s generally a day give either way. Thus, we changed our airport and hotel bookings accordingly. Therefore, the 16th came. We made a phone. We had been advised that the 16th wasn’t a warranty and they’d call the motorist. No issue. They also called the motorist to the 16th, the 17th, the 18th and 19th. Eventually Friday day following repeated calls from me and my loved ones, we received a telephone. The driver is going to be at the house involving Friday, he 19th and Sunday the 21st. No explanation, no apology to the inconvenience. Nothing. This is obviously following the purchase price of discount mattress, a TV, meals, clothing, etc.. We’d packed up clothing, giving ourselves weekly to the transfer as promised. Therefore, we receive a call on Sunday saying that the motorist will be here Monday, the 22nd. We’ve got a 5 bedroom home. 2 individuals arrive. We’ve got a whole lot of furniture and two individuals arrive. Following hours of loading the truck off and also the cost raising, once more, we could finally start unpacking. We discover that we’ve a bookcase missing along with a dining table. We’ve got a desk, a desk and a TV stand busted. We see that things were clearly thrown from the home. Boxes marked brittle tossed across the side, images beneath etc., boxes. Eventually after a week of unpacking, we deliver the business an emailaddress. We had not delivered the email earlier since we were simply too angry. My girl is still yelling because her doll home is nowhere available. We delivered the email and figure what we’re still waiting. We had been told be a different firm when searching, to not use this business. They said they have a standing and we wouldn’t be more happy. I, naturally, went for the least expensive price. I ought to have listened!!!!!

    Increase in weight estimaqte

My initial estimate in general weight was true Once it came time to get my own movement, Brian, stated my general weight wasn’t right due to the dimensions of my my boxes was big rather than moderate and that a new quote was granted. This improved my entire weight from 7528 pounds. To 9528 pounds. And my price climbed $1632. I had little option because my pickup date was just two days off, Saturday, and final in my sold home,Monday, was also only a couple of days away. This was a clear increase in my general price that left me with no choice than to take the new quote. After the truck has been weighed it arrived into 7240 Lbs, inline with the initial quote and way beneath the new fees. This was a clear cheat on the portion of White Glove Vanlines and all efforts I made to get them were unanswered. DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    Scammers not be trusted

I discovered these folks since I got a whole lot of quotations for a very long distance move and they gave me the best estimate. I must have understood it had been too fantastic to be true. They chased me out to a different company called Specific Van Lines who completely ripped off me, damaging my furniture as well as losing a few of my boxes. I felt cheated. These folks are completely untrustworthy.

    Never use White Glove Vanlines!

Horrible experience! Please never apply these movers. I’d an interstate transfer from PA to MA and also needed things to be packaged. Though the sales rep was specialist and the quotation was fair, the movers came at 11pm while the birth window was out of 4-8pm. I needed to stay an extra night and choose the airplane to MA the following moment. They did a very bad job with packing my items. I’ve dropped and damaged items along with Judy the supervisor doesn’t do anything about that. I recently registered a BBB complaint.

You get what you pay for!

Completely clueless. This provider is essentially a middle-man for real moving businesses who know what they’re doing.

I talked to 5 distinct people and obtained different advice from eachand every I really had to reschedule a telephone because among the CSRs needed to choose a private phone call out of their taxation agent. I am actually still waiting on a call from somebody from a couple of weeks ago in relation to if the truck will probably be coming. (They clearly came, however, I just thought that was humorous that they stated”I want to find out what is happening!” And totally ghosted.)

They’ll state that your quote is weight based, which is completely untrue. Alternatively, you will wind up paying roughly $750-$1,000 greater than your quotation, making their own”solutions” even far more costly.

They’ll also state that a cross-country movement takes”about two weeks”. It has been three and we still don’t have our items.

Basically, steer clear of these clowns. Nothing I could do about my scenario apart from learn out of it.

Whatever, however. They have my money. Hope they like it.

I’m STILL WAITING for the refund for bag that took two months to arrive along with a missing bag using $1000+ of possessions within. Don’t use this moving business. Awful.

Total scam! Conviently shifted my poundage bill from .43 percent to .60 percent 3 DAYS BEFORE MY MOVE!!!! Then they shifted my pickup date 3 days and once I had been told I’d be operating together with two uniformed professionals at an”White Glove” truck that I obtained a man and his 16 year-old son. The man revealed 8 hours late in a Penske moving van with the title of another firm composed on cardboard taped to the doorway. THEY SUB CONTRACTED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION!! This truly happened. I’ve got images. If that is not sufficient to appear elsewhere, I had been guaranteed 3-10 times delivery, afterward 10-14 days. Pffff…. They blew through either of these timeframes and once I called customer service I was told”they did not really understand where my stuff had been”. THEY STILL DON’T KNOW!!! This was a nightmare! Stop Call a Lawyer First

Call an attorney before registering with White glove!!! They’re an unprofessional, erroneous, and untruthful business. Anything out of their quotes and coordination between themselves and third party sellers was the most cluttered I’ve ever experienced, heard or seen. They’re great at getting your money but suppose no pecuniary liability for obvious flaws or seemingly holding hostage in delivery of your merchandise. They also are inaccessible the vast majority of the opportunity to answer questions or listen to and cure concerns. All of their calls become moved to mobile phones and miraculously none of the voice mailboxes aren’t set-up. I wouldn’t ever suggest this company to anybody who wants a professional support. Absolutely dreadful. Particularly if you’re a veteran stay out!
