    Long-distance move from Georgia
    White Glove Moving - Review

For our transfer in GA to FL, our expertise by White Glove was just like the favorable testimonials I read.  To sum up, we travelled with White Glove since they had been $400 less expensive than Arnoff Movers, that transferred us throughout the previous 2 decades, and also did a stellar project.  The next time we move we’ll return into Arnoff, realizing that you get exactly what you pay for, and also the couple hundred bucks we spared were NOT worth the strain which White Glove place us through. To discuss some highlights:

*We had been advised verbally that our delivery period at FL ought to be fast, as it was just a country away and they’re striving hard to”put back their trucks into FL”.  Our asked delivery date has been 8/14.    Every telephone conversation we had before pickup, they reluctantly dedicated to 8/14 as a shipping date.  They even asked at one point if we can take delivery earlier!   This was just another reason why we reserved White Glove.  However simply be informed that regardless of what they TELL you, then they will always return into the contract verbiage that says you’ll get delivery”within seven days of your FIRST asked date”.   Do not consider what they tell you about the telephone as the contract is exactly what they go by.

*In respect to our pickup date (8/10) we had been told we’d be given a telephone ahead, and we never did.

*On our select daily (8/10) we asked they appear first thing in the afternoon (that Arnoff always failed, and many movers do).  We had to do a stroll with our home proprietor 5pm after our house has been vacant.  White Glove didn’t appear to start our movement till 12noon.

*Much better…they showed up with only 2 men to transfer our 3-story townhouse.   Any respectable firm would have hired additional help, and when men were a”no display”, locate somebody in the region to come assist, even if it’s contract labour.

*My husband and I ended up helping attract items down the staircase and assisting with the transfer.

*Because it was just two men (and they weren’t the fastest going ) we were two hours late doing our walk through with our land manager. Our furniture was first on the sidewalk while they chose to load the truck up at 7pm at nighttime.   Sound like a trying movement?  It gets much better…

*At one stage, the driver attempted to inform us that the price of our movement will grow because we’d more than they believed.  After we challenged both the driver and threatened to phone the workplace, the driver immediately stated we wouldn’t have to be concerned about extra charges.  Seriously??

*Additionally, we read through other reviews where clients complained that the driver/mover wasn’t a White Glove worker, and we could say without doubt that this is the situation. Our driver really told us that he wasn’t a White Glove worker and operated with several businesses.

*We had been told we would get regular calls from shipment to update us on when our shipping could come.  We never got any upgrade calls.  When 8/14 went and came, and we hadn’t discovered anything, I phoned them.  I had been than told that the truck could deliver our items on either the 19th or 20th brand new.   We had been really upset about this because it had been indicated upon booking that it would be a fast turnaround time only heading from GA to FL.  I had been confident they’d do whatever possible to provide our items earlier, that the 19th or 20th had been”AT THE LATEST”.

*After the 19th arrived, we had been advised that our shipping was again DELAYED, and we’d finally receive delivery to the 21st.   This was really the 7th day of the”window”.   To anyone still reading this I shall spare you that the stress, annoyance, and fiscal burden that this delay brought our loved ones.

*And last but not least, a number of our possessions were ruined during the transfer.  Throughout delivery the movers struck our desk…it had been in bits.    I basically had been informed that”anything timber wasn’t coated” and that I was essentially stuck with a busted desk.  Following the transfer, once we hooked up our large screen TV….it no further functioned.  All of our clothing boxes have been dropped in the way they were packaged to the truck, therefore all of our neatly wrapped clothes in each box were just one big messy heap.   A cable shelve stand out of our garage was also broken and lots of our furniture has lumps on it.

I nearly didn’t post this review because this shifting encounter took 10 years off my life and that I did not need to even think about it again and need to write all of this down.  We Only Want to put this behind us now and Proceed.    But after much consideration, I felt the need to place this review to talk about our narrative, and now I would just like to forget it and proceed!

    Long-distance move from North Carolina
    Disaster Pick-up

After spending 8 years in the army – shifting every couple of decades, this is my very first’civilian’ experience with a moving business.  I had high hopes for White Glove after reading the testimonials, but my general experience was that the worst move I’ve had in the previous ten decades.
I was operating together with Casper – that the firm was punctually w/ pickup and shipping, but if the team showed up to package my merchandise they had just two temps in the local region, 1 of whom hadn’t packaged goods earlier.  The team was a tragedy both in full laziness in addition to in incompetence.  We had a great deal of merchandise so that I was not able to track every product, however they ended up packaging among our mirrors in fabric only – no cardboard.  At shipping, two of the four mirror we’d were totally broken.  The foreman appeared to get no control on this team, and they did not begin moving before the rain came in.

Ultimately, at the conclusion of a very long day of packaging, the driver moved through the paperwork with me.  He taught me to signal the insurance policy Choice 2 (restricted replacement value) and explained complete replacement value was not an alternative.  I whined, but he still insisted.  Following a very long day of addressing the team, I signed up.

I originally had a favorable encounter with the claims procedure, however they offered to cover $200 just when I agreed to not post any online reviews, etc..   I diminished at the hopes of passing and my experience with other people.
We had a excellent experience with the shipping, but dependent on the activities of the pack-out team, I wouldn’t use or advocate White Glove.

If you’re thinking about White Glove, then make sure you ask concerning the pack-out team and also please register alternative 1 to your own protection.

    Long-distance move from North Carolina
    Horrible cross country move

Be cautious with this plumber. This really is a broker services. The first agent, Casper, took my stock for the quotation but didn’t record all of the things on the invoice concealed. After the movers came two weeks following their secured pickup window, then they refused to transfer something which wasn’t on the record. They needed to call their direction to acquire consent to load the further things that should have been on the record. They ended the packaging the following moment. It required the 2 movers two times to package my 1100 Sq feet townhouse. They all needed to package was that the furniture. All but 5-8 boxes have already been packaged. I bought the silver bundle so that they would pack my electronic equipment, lamps, along with images. After all of my goods have been loaded they said that it might cost an extra $319 bucks. I was not in a position to assert at the point. However, I had been told that I was able to receive 3% off when I paid with cash, cashier’s check, or money order. It was also at this stage which I discovered that my goods will be transferred into a warehouse and could be unloaded and placed into storage. Then every time a truck had been available they’d be reloaded and sent into my last destination.
On the following two months I phoned several times to acquire the whole quantity of my merchandise or a burden. I was first passed around to different offices. Then I was ensured that I’d be provided an entire listing when my merchandise arrived.
White gloves ensures delivery in 14 business days. They do not promise to deliver on a business day however. It required 12 business days and 2 1/2 evenings for my merchandise to be sent. When my merchandise arrived they had been in horrible condition. Boxes seemed like they’d been moist. There were big holes in boxes. My desk has been chipped all over the border with big deep scratches throughout the surface. I’d two lamps and a wall mirror broken, and a standing lover snapped in two, the shirt ripped off my kitty tree, the rear broken off in my weigh seat, all of which the movers packaged. They also struck all of my glasses and wine glasses. My desk top pc, and which they packaged, was hanging from a box that looked like it was conducted by a truck having a deep hole on the side. My mattress was missing parts. The movers attempted to place it together with a few lag screws. However, it dropped to pieces 2 weeks later in the evening. The shipping movers were very apologetic and said that I should have experienced a dreadful crew. They didn’t have my overall volume of products either and said that I was able to get in touch with the office to receive it. I contacted the office four occasions within the next week until I could find a copy of my invoice.
After I had my invoice, I tried phoning the company to accumulate around the $0.60 per pound insurance plan. The movers had signed up my stock for the damaged merchandise verifying the harm. I recorded the things broken to the client service representative. She stated I had a lot of damaged things. Typically, they’d have completed a payoff on the telephone. But, I must take photos of all of the harm and publish copies of these to be sent, they do not accept email copies, directly into this firm. I must keep all of the broken things, make certain not to fix anything (they need me to sleep on earth ), and also maintain all of the packing material. She couldn’t offer me a time period for when the claim may be finished. She stated that she’d email me the data later in the afternoon. However, I never received it.
I wouldn’t suggest this organization. I’d strongly advise that you avoid this business and appear elsewhere.

Avoid this company if you care about your valuables

Selecting White Glove Moving to get a cross-country transfer was that the BIGGEST MISTAKE I’ve ever produced. Save yourself a good deal of heartache and fiscal distress and just invest the money upfront about a standard moving company (that being said, another inspector could do). I refused to sign that a claim supply of a measly ~$300 to get the ~$7,000 of things so as to write this summary, since the claim form legally prevents you from submitting service-related complaints. This is my shifting encounter highlight reel: – Lost 20 percent of my own boxes valued at ~$7,000, among which was the most significant box I’d – Forced to inform inspector that they introduced other people’s boxes in my flat – extended distance driver was completely unorganized and introduced me to his truck to assist look for my boxes (Good thing I’m not a burglar!) – Nonexistent communication inside the business – Control was oblivious my boxes were even missing – One way road – Whiteglove infrequently, if ever, returned some of those repeated messages or calls – Whiteglove workers are incompetent throughout the board – motorists, client support and directors aren’t any exception – Zero liability – Ultimately dealt right with a White Glove Executive Director who promptly pawned off me to yet another worker – Never got a really honest apology – was invited to quickly record a claim – Potential places of my box based on Whiteglove – at other client’s hands, abroad, or concealed in the New Jersey warehouse – Pressured Whiteglove to place any real effort in to discovering the boxes – Seasoned dreadful recording keeping and knowledge-share among workers regarding client records (not sure they actually exist, possibly on napkins?) – Expecting access for their own”VIP Client Care Department” line. In case the type of therapy I received on this lineup has been”VIP”, I’d like to understand how they treat everyday clients service calls Greatest luck on the move! UPDATE: I called White Glove to inform them I had been declining the promise deal. They raised the deal somewhat, but it still was not anywhere near. I had been asked what I was searching for, and that I told them”at a $xyza” since I did not have enough time to think and pick a set sum, to what the worker responded that I must hear back in a couple of minutes. I had been under the belief she had been only feeling me out to determine if coming around about this figure was even possible. Just prior to the conclusion of their business afternoon I received a call again with a brand new deal. The White Glove worker went to the offensive and started assaulting me after I proposed what I believed to be a sensible deal (I created a predetermined sum following some time to consider it) thinking I didn’t get exactly what I paid for, and that would be for ALL my possessions to wind up in the last destination. She stated”we agreed to some few initially, but then you turned it down”. Nonsense. I had been provided the”highest” amount initially and wasn’t conscious of all of the legal jargon forbidding me in reviewing the business – I never consented to this. She then suggested that I had been lying about the box contents,” told me that I was”vindictive”, I would get”bad karma”, and that if I submitted a review she’d respond with”my entire private information” like my signed confidential arrangement. So far as I am concerned, I’m expecting very good karma should I stop even 1 person from utilizing this horribly unprofessional business. I charge them for raising the deal, but it’s grossly unprofessional and disgraceful to begin launching personal attacks at an individual client.

    Dishonest

White Glove picked up my possessions on 10/29 in exceptional condition. They delivered them to me a month after wet, moldy and also broken. They never informed me that I had damage to my own things and only delivered them to find the shipping fee. I received a telephone call stating their warehouse had suffered damage during Sandy, but my items were in a place of minimal harm and they said that I must have them delivered. When I requested to see my possessions before shipping, I was told no, that the only method to get my things was to take delivery or wait weeks during which time harm in their warehouse could happen. I even asked to be there when they loaded the truck and was told no. Rather they simply charged me to send garbage with no warning! And in addition to that, they stated it was an Act of God, so they and their insurance don’t have any liability!! Don’t use this disreputable company!!

    POOR MANAGEMENT / OVERALL DISAPPOINTING

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!  MOVE ON TO A BETTER COMPANY!!!  There’s not any shining testimonial here. Frank, who’s among those owners, comes across as being forthright on the telephone. Do not be duped. When the firm has your deposit, then it’s all about DOWNHILL and DIRTY.  White Glove provides POOR COMMUNICATION which LACKS in MANAGEMENT that translates to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.  The organization doesn’t follow through with what’s mentioned in the arrangement and doesn’t keep you updated whenever your relocation goes BAD.  I transferred from Los Angeles to Ohio.  My things have been picked up on Nov 14th and the shipping has been scheduled on Nov 20th.  My things DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL DEC 13th.  I had been informed by the motorist, Steven, my things would go straight from his 18 wheeler into Ohio.  In NO TIME PRIOR TO MY MOVE in LA, DID ANYONE in White Glove inform me that my things could be dropped off and REMAIN at a storage device in LA for a few weeks. I Bought the PLATINUM PKG….  NOT WORTH IT.  Packing is badly done and I’m not surprised many things were DAMAGED along with LOST/ STOLEN.  Clothes weren’t hung in apparel boxes.  The same as past testimonials, my clothes had been folded round the hangers and wrinkled outside wear.  Antique objects were ruined – literally a chunk of timber broken from the Louis XV french armoire.  The shipping truck showed up now WITHOUT THE COMPANY NAME White Glove that you can visit Toyota….  Quite suspicious.  Movers failed to wear clothing tops.  Look was unprofessional. The Expense of the transfer has been MORE THAN AGREEMENT.  THERE WAS NO ITEMIZATION OF INVENTORY EVER PROVIDED.  Many requests were made for advice.  I felt that my ITEMS WERE HELD HOSTAGE. Kelly from client support said she’d return to me concerning the problem but she never did.  The business is POORLY MANAGED. My movement was comparable to many different clients who have recently shared their own expertise (Assess YELP reviews! ) ) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for you TO STAY AWAY…  YOUR $$$STAY CAN BE SPENT ELSEWHERE.  My criticism is being created by the Better Business Bureau.  It’s unfortunate that my result was this kind of DISAPPOINTMENT.  But, I hope this review helps a person in creating a much better educated decision.   Thank you for reading.

    Furniture Damage, missing goods

After interviewed White Glove Rep. (Rick) that he had been bragging about the mellow way his Business managed each and every movement. “We only moved an individual from 11,000 s.f. house it went really smooth, without any harm in any way!” That is when I chose to employ White Glove.
About Dec 14 they picked up a number of my furniture to put away in their Warehouse for two weeks. On Dec. 30th, the Furniture was sent to my new residence. “WHAT A NIGHTMARE!” First, they DESTROYED my Furniture! Broke my Designer Couch Article (Apprx. $8,000), reluctantly made my Designer Dresser, Sofa, Dinette Table & Chair, Accent Furniture, Broken a few of my Art Frames, Scratched my Front Entry Door Frame (approx. $20,000). To top it off we found that my Husband’s Antique Sward, Hair Dryer, God knows what goes lost. It’s a very clear sign of CARELESSNESS! Nothing was treated by WHITE GLOVE it had been more like BLACK GLOVE!
When Spoke into Claim Dept. I asked Furniture Repair which they do not offer.
Per their request: ” I supplied them with Invoices revealing weight and description of furniture they’d ruined which they won’t accept, they desired to pay for a few 100’s that I won’t accept.
Here I’m with Broken Furniture nobody to speak to in White Glove, seems like I don’t have any other choice except to submit a claim and do whatever I could to make them work repairs to Damages which were performed by these thanks to NEGLECT!

MY LIFE IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE

MY LIFE IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE
White Glove picked up my possessions in NJ on Dec. 28 2013. It’s now Jan. 10 and they will nevertheless not inform me if my items is going to be sent to TX or if it’ll be departing NJ.During my quote Rick explained that the moves require seven to 14 days. DAYS. Never said company days and that even though they provide and pick up on weekends that they do not rely on them.
The afternoon of the transfer I had been asked when I’d first be in a position to possess the shipping. Because I myself needed to push to Texas I stated Jan 2. Well White Glove pulled a dreadful trick and began counting these 7 to 14 days in THAT date rather than the date that they chose up.Fast ahead to now. I’ve lived in a vacant apartment for fourteen days.
Each time that I phone Arthur (the man I first spoke to) somebody called George replies. I get transfered to several individuals until I get a guy from the”long distance” section who’s always impolite. He tells me”I have already talked to you. We’ll email as it renders nj” and not anything more. 1 woman said she would focus on getting a date and never called me back.
They’re holding my items hostage. I’ve been made to purchase things I already own like glasses and bowls cleansing and bath products in addition to repeatedly wash exactly the exact clothes over and over as you can’t endure for a month with no items. The business behaves like I’ve no right to ask about my items and have embraced a”it’ll get there if it’s there” mindset.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They’ve no regard for their clients! Worst experience of my entire life.

No way we could suggest them. Excellent sales and client service before loading and packaging, then no communicaiton or follow up.  Rushed the packaging job. Trailer has been 14 times in transit with no notification in line with this contract. They utilized afternoon labors during unloading who ceased working after two weeks. We needed to assist reestablish the truck. White Glove isn’t a fantastic long distance moving firm, they promised to deliver a complete crew to destination, but just a driver and one assistant. Don’t use.  Cost comprised clock recovery but abandoned with no clock set toghter.

    Moving

WOULD NOT USE EVER AGAIN!!!!! I used white glove a couple of months back to move from my residence. The movers showed up on time and the day started off well until about 3pm a hour before I had to stand from my property. At this time among those movers educated me that the salesman who’d previously been to our home had grossly under estimated that the truck area required to move us out of the home. Then he told me that they wouldn’t have the ability to have another truck outside for 2 hours. I had been assured the largest truck in the business and that it would be more then enough room and white glove delivered out an over-sized box truck. I then needed to scramble around to get another 30 foot rental truck which was available instantly. This still was not large enough. The movers packaged the uhaul which I needed to push to storage myself wait for them to unload and then return to the home and load, drive back into storage, and unload myself. I was also told that a 30 foot storage device could be more then enough distance that was not, therefore I had to lease one of the final units available that was large enough to match the next truck. I guess that the movers determined they didn’t wish to walk indoors to another unit since when I returned to the device I was amazed to realize that the movers’d inserted equally trucks to the external drive unit up. The issue with this was that my device was a wall of my possessions 10 ft high 30 feet deep and that which was inaccessible. The kicker was that before they’d release my things I needed to pay an overage fee for the transfer going over the projected time. I had been reimbursed for the uhaul following a practice of registering releases and about two months. Now months following the transfer I returned to the storage to attempt and find some things out and as I am moving things around I understand that hardly any of my timber furniture, such as bedroom furniture, dining room furniture, is wrapped and virtually all of it’s cracked and discounted. The material that’s wrapped is in brown paper, plastic wrap and cardboard once the salesman told me what will be wholly wrapped and blankets could be utilized for delicate wood bits. This was all a revenue lie. I’m afraid to find out what is going to look like once we eventually move into our home and unwrap everything but I understand white glove won’t be moving us into. Bottom-line our expertise with white glove was so poor that after viewing the status of my furniture I am writing my very first online review merely to warn others since I did not find any testimonials that scared me off

    White Glove Movers

We picked White Glove over 4 additional nationwide movers since they promised to be supported by Prudential. . .we later found that they weren’t. The movement was in the 7200 sq. ft. home in NJ to northern California. We were amazed that their packaging time was 3 times with each other inspector requiring 5 or longer. The moving manager whined about how they had been the quickest in the Company.   I didn’t understand it then, but since we began to unload the trail we understood that we left a large mistake in picking this inspector. The boxes arose out of the vehicle emptied, smashed, and pieces of the contents sticking from the box.   There was practically no packaging material used.   My workplace computer, printer, external drives, mouse, keyboard, and  speakers have been at 1 big box with Zero packing of Any Sort.   Not even packaging paper.   Obviously most of it had been ruined or currently inoperable. In a different box we found 30 pairs of dress shoes an another Huge box ALSO with No packaging in Any Way.   It had been nothing butust 60 shoes pitched to a box. We had been shifting our $7,000 chandelier Italian alabaster chandelier and also paid the Excess cost to have it crated.   They construct a lever cage where the headboard really hung out of the re-enforced surface of the cage.   Regrettably they failed to place arrows on the cage revealing”this end up”.   Because of this, the cage has been”wrapped, end up end from the vehicle into the home. After the movers have been eventually completed unloading we understood that 65 boxes were un-accounted for.   Along with all of this hurt, they’d dropped 10 percent of our boxes using all our possessions in them.   It was a Whole disaster.   Please prevent them Fortunately we chose the insurance carrier for about $2000.   They corroborated that we had over$12,000 in substantiated damages and delivered us a check.   Regrettably, at least one time per week among us can say something such as,”have you ever noticed that the boxes of grandma’s dishes?” And recognize that we’ll never find them again because they have been at the 10 percent of lost boxes. The general remark we found ourselves repeating is that White Glove produced no differentiation between packaging a crystal brick or statue. . .in fact that they packaged them jointly ( or entities equally as equivalent in weight and fragility).

    Would never recommend

I contacted White Glove for the transfer from NJ to NC. First cost was great. The salesman Rick spent approximately 1 hr going over the things to be transferred. He neglected to incorporate the headboard and footboard to your mattress and we have been charged extra on going day. In addition, he failed to describe how that they manage the movement. We didn’t know before the movers came that our possessions were loaded in our house and then unloaded at a warehouse. It would subsequently be loaded again to some 50 foot tractor trailer to be sent to NC. Since a truck which big wouldn’t fit down the roads in our growth the trailer could be unloaded and reloaded into a smaller truck for an extra cost of course. We also were never told that the quoted cost was for money only and that if we wanted to use a charge card it had been an extra 3 percent. Overall the guys who loaded the truck from NJ and unloaded in NC did a nice job. What bothered me was that the salesmanship when we had been awarded the quotation. So rather than paying $2300 the movement ended up costing us just below $3000.
I’d certainly not suggest White Glove Movers and have told my realtor to quit advocating them also.

    Unsatisfactory - customer service

We had a very big movement from N.J. into the Atlanta Region.   The 2nd truck has been postponed two days, maybe not such a huge problem.   The packers and also the delivery men were a Terrific lot and attempted to do something that they can to make the transfer a simpler for me.   The problem came together with the 2nd truck.   The guys needed to receive the shipping over with when they could.   I did let them place a Few of the things at the garage.   They just place them in addition to one another and lots of the boxes have been smashed and things were ruined. They Weren’t useful nor Ready to go the Additional mile for your client.   Here’s the big Issue.   I called the main office and talked to them that I took images of those all of the broken items as well as the heaps of my possessions in my own garage.   They said They’d return to me.   I predicted 5 more times and nobody has ever gotten me back.   I’ve got 3 friends that Aren’t using them for the.   If I’d have gotten a call back I believe my review could have been quite different.   Please telephone your clients back and you won’t get two stars. White Glove Moving Co

I had some really tough motions & White Glove was there for all of these. I am a small neat freak & they’re fantastic. They covered all of the flooring and even covered the walls with cardboard going down and up the staircase so nothing scraped the walls. My new house was an old home and had quite narrow doors & staircases. A lot of my furniture wouldn’t fit down or up the staircase but they strove & could have somethings down & up. I truly appreciated that they tried and did not just say no. They put it all back together until they left and made sure that I was satisfied before they stated they had been done. I’d certainly suggest this moving business to other people.

    Always use White Glove

I’ve utilized White Glove moving around 5-6 times for both private and business moves. They’re upfront, professional and around the ball.
For my latest movement, the movers were incredibly useful by letting me know I had probably underestimated the magnitude of this storage device I had. This gave me some time to make a Fast change without taking additional time on arrival (time = money).
Additionally, 1 thing of mine was accidentally left in the vehicle along with the movers discovered it later that evening and sent it to me personally. It was legs to get a desk that I of course wanted, and that I loved the honesty and attempt to return to me (they might have thrown it and I’d not have understood what occurred ).

I never believed that if you place your data online that it might be routed to a million businesses!! I believed it was a very simple procedure, so if the earliest the organization called me and gave me a deal I booked right off and gave them a deposit. They had been in a fantastic price and that I thought that was that. Subsequent to the round the 10th telephone over the hour that I was prepared to switch off my cell phone! Then I talked with Frank. He was amazed that I’d already reserved a mover and that I explained that I believed it had been as straightforward as giving any information regarding my movement and providing a deposit. He clarified the moving business for me and also gave me invaluable information regarding his firm. Then he went through just what lending a 15 percent deposit supposed. I thank god which Frank talked with me as after I did the study, that he walked me through, we discovered that the very first company was really a broker and a poor one at that. I received my deposit back in the agent after which I booked with Frank since he had been honest and straight ahead and backed up all of information with sites and place everything in writing because of me personally. The movers followed closely with all which Frank maintained and they were actually trained specialists. In the long run I’m savvier about picking anyone for some other solutions, but as much as movers, then I can consistently provide White Glove the very first and only telephone number. They’re really the real thing.

Dream job and a dream mover

This is a really exicting period in my entire life.  Allow me to back track.  I’m a musicaian.  I’ve been playing in dive bars, cover rings, and nearly everywhere with a PA system for the previous ten decades.  As soon as I got the information of my new project functioning audio producation to get NBC I was estactic.  I needed to move kind of fast so I got breaking and receiving my things around to Cali.  I predicted 4 firms. I depended on White Glove for a simple reason, THEY ACTULLY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING! Frank Mayo has been my cosultant for its undertaking. Funny thing is that we got to talking and he says hes a musican too.  When he had been just blowing smoke sick not but if so rock on brother. He had been the primary reason I booked using White Glove.  The rest of the companies I talked with sounded pleasant and respectfuly.  But, I felt as though I had been becoming yesed to departure.  White Glove clearly described the limitions along with the execptions. His team that he hand picked was a fantastic. Peter has been the foreman at shipping.  Hard worker.  His team busted up buts lugging my heavy amps, sofa, and all up three flights of stairs.  And the icing on the cake is that there wasn’t any harm.  I even attached a few pics of my precious possessions to reveal.  I’m embarking on a really important joureny within my entire life.  I haven’t been more happy and White Glove simply keeped that the postive vibes going together with all the fantastic support that they provided me.  I’ll always speak highly when asked about White Glove. Thank you again.

    Excellent Service

We’re really pleased with our move from NJ to VA with four weeks of storage. Our stuff was well packed and cared for and delivered in time. The two sets of crews have been friendly, competent and helpful. All in all, the performance surpassed the price grade they had been in. We would definitely recommend White Glove to another inspector.

    White Glove Moving

I recently transferred out of Morris County New Jersey into Monmouth County New Jersey. The white glove proceeding team was amazing. They took pride and care in wrapping each bit of our furniture, and were very careful to not hurt some walls in my unit or the common regions of the condominium which I dwelt in. When they reached my new house they were equally cautious and very valuable in suggesting placement of some of my furniture pieces. I’d advocate white glove proceeding to anybody

White Glove failed my movement. After they picked up my furniture and if they send they had been punctually. Not one of my furniture has been ruined and nothing got dropped. The head individual Lucas did an extraordinary task, he checked everything prior to the movement and following the transfer. Gary, John and Spencer did an amazing job too.  Entire they worked hard and did an outstanding job. They were quite professional. I’d certainly use them again, and I would strongly recommend them to anybody. After all of the team that did my movement deserves a large increase. Thanks to Lucas, Gary, John and Spencer.

    Moving experience

I’m quite satisfied with my experience with White Glove! Tyrone, Ricardo and John have been an superb loading and packaging group. I was quite apprehensive about the transfer, which involved transferring my items to storage for 3 months afterward moving into a brand new location. Tyrone actually allayed those fears and managed the crews quite competently.
The transfer from storage to my new house was also handled very well by Tyrone and John. Unfortunately for me personally Ricardo was not accessible but Saul was a fantastic pinch hitter. I’d have damage to a glass plate but Lisa in client support handled my claim quite quickly with a fantastic friendly attitude.
Overall I would definitely recommend White Glove and will use them again if I ever proceed. Thanks–Susan Kindya

    Excellent

We moved from NJ at March and had to keep our furniture for 11 weeks while our new home was being constructed. White Glove managed everything. They wrapped everything so well and were attentive, courteous and professional. When going in, they place back all furniture together and made sure we’re satisfied with where they put everything. Nothing has been damaged. We’re extremely happy customers and would highly recommend White Glove.

    Amazing Service!

From start to end I’ve had nothing but a gratifying encounter with White Glove.   I recieved the identical quote from a different business, but after talking with Courtney, I felt more comfortable that my possessions would have the right care.
After the movers came, first I would add, and that I fulfilled Saheed, the foreman, he again put me right at ease.   He had the most relaxing voice and pleasant demeanor.   He promised me that They’d package and unpack, put every Bit of furniture/boxes precisely where I wanted.   He had been true to his sentence.   Saheed and his staff were fantastic.   I strongly suggest White Glove to anybody needing the services.

White Glove Local and Long Distance Move

We had a complex movement — some boxes and furniture were transferred indoors in New Jersey, while some had been transferred long distance to our shore house in North Carolina. The movers were very cautious to make sure that everything moved to the ideal location. Both the local and long distance moving teams were quite effective, professional and prepared to go the additional mile to make sure they provided exceptional support. As an instance, I was quite nervous if a very big, pricey breakfront was transferred during the neighborhood movement. Seeing how seasoned and attentive they were, I understood I had no worries. They even screwed the surface of the breakfront to the bottom to make it secure. (The furniture firm who’d delivered it hadn’t done so.) The extended distance movers did exactly the same using a massive secretary desk.
We might not have had a much better experience with both the local and long distance moves. I picked White Glove after reading horror stories on the internet about other firms not showing up, charging twice what the transfer was estimated to price and holding furniture hostage until they had been paid the greater amount. Even though White Glove may cost a little more than other movers we obtained estimates from, they have been definitely worth every cent of it. They’re a lot more professional and billed exactly what they quoted. I highly recommend White Glove Moving and Storage.

    Two Part Long Distance Move

Moving is no fun. Moving is quite stressful. The Folks at White Glove created a somewhat Intricate move go smoothly and smoothly.   From my first contact and lots of follow up calls and e-mails with queries, Mike, the Relocation Specialist articulately and immediately addressed each and every question and concern. Our transfer was a two part pickup out of a storage center in Pennsylvania and then midtown Manhattan.   As I inventoried the two places we had to correct the quotes as I either added or subtract the amount of things contained in the transfer. It was all done quite fairly and ultimately White Glove was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. I think what sold me on White Glove over anything was that the connection and relaxation level we created with Mike through the decision procedure. He knows his stuff, is friendly and articulate to function with.Day of pick-up 1 in Pennsylvania was a sexy, 90 degree afternoon by a massive steel storage device. The men drove out of New jersey and that I needed to meet them there, planned arrival period between 10 and 11am. They came at 10am sharp. I was already impressed. The team worked professionally and economically through the warmth. Each product was inventoried since it had been wrapped up and packed on the truck. The storage facility in the conclusion of the day seemed like we had never been there.Next pickup several days afterwards in midtown Manhattan only blocks from the Lincoln Tunnel entrance. Planned birth: 9 – 10am. What could possibly go wrong throughout NYC rush hour? NOTHING! 8:59am there is a knock at the door and they’re here. Are you kidding me? You can not actually get a pizza delivered in NYC so punctually!  Several days afterwards, right on schedule naturally, all of our things came 1600 miles away from Key West, Florida. Obviously, it is popular in Key West in June. Ali and his team went directly to work very effectively and with both a friendly fashion and sense of comedy. Each and every thing on the stock list came intact. There were things like stemmed wine glasses that if packed I had been believing that no way will these make it just one bit. Everything produced it, not a single broken thing!! These men are the real experts in the business enterprise. I could not recommend them highly enough. They’re the BEST!

    Professional and Efficient

White Glove Moving is topnotch. In the first telephone call, that was so friendly and professional, to the last invoicing procedure in my new house, I felt like a valued client. Omar came out on a Saturday afternoon, using a lot of free boxes, to have a look at our house and give us a quotation. He had been comprehensive, clear, and favorable. Since he impressed us so much, we immediately hired White Glove. On the afternoon of this move, I couldn’t have been more happy. Alfredo, Henry, Willie, and Izit (sp?) Weren’t just rapid, effective, and gentle with all our possessions, but they have been courteous and extremely professional. They drove the truck into our new residence and asked for our leadership in unpacking and putting the furniture/art. Once they left we looked about and couldn’t think our whole home was transferred across the town in 4 hours. It was actually quite striking. I’ll always utilize White Glove to maneuver (however, I hope that is not for quite a time!) And that I’ll always recommend them to anybody needing an expert, efficient, and fair moving firm.

I was quite happy with the job of the moving team. They were ancient. Worked carefully and quickly. I transferred a couple glass curio cabinets along with a large beveled glass hutch alongside a grandfather clock and a complete house of additional furniture. Everything was managed carefully. At setup, the clock has been started. Nothing has been marred whatsoever – not even walls at twisting stairwells. I would suggest White Glove to anybody desiring to proceed.

    Great Move

I must start off by stating, White Glove did as good a job as any mover I’ve ever employed.  I simply moved my flat out of Boca Raton, FL to West 81st Street in Manhattan.  Julian and his team arrived at my house in Boca and started packing immediately.  They’re friendly and considerate to my whole family.  It took them the whole day to finish packing my furniture along with the truck, however they worked tirelessly before it had been completed.  5 days after, White Glove’s delivery team arrived in my building in town and were completed by early afternoon.  The movers did a excellent job all over.  I just had one piece of furniture (desk) which has been nicked, nothing broken though.  I contacted their promises department and delivered them a quote to fix the table, and I was instantly reimbursed for the $65 it cost to fix the desk.  I’d purchased extra insurance on the transfer, but didn’t need it.  I have moved several times in years past and this ranks up there as one of the simplest I’ve ever done. Highly recommend.

    White Glove

White Glove Moving did an wonderful job with my transfer out of Miami to Staten Island, so that I felt like I need to share my expertise to assist others in their quest to discover a fantastic mover. There are so many businesses out there that it is tough to know who’s telling you the facts about your quotation along with the service that you are going to get, but my experience was that White Glove delivered to their promises and was up front and honest about every one of the fees for your transfer.

From the beginning, I felt quite at ease with all the sales team. Courtney, my agent, was really helpful and educated concerning the probable snags that could happen during the transfer. She helped me to construct a very comprehensive inventory checklist for my transfer, which I heard is essential for White Glove because their pricing is based on the listing of things.   I was very impressed with this, because the majority of other firms were providing their estimates depending on the feasible burden of my dispatch, and then telling me I would need to pay more if they had been away to their calculations.

After Courtney and I figured out the record of exactly what furniture was moving, she even helped me gauge the amount of boxes, which was fine because I apparently was way off on my notion of the number of boxes I’d have — I figured 20 and he proposed 50 predicated on the dimensions of my house (2 bedroom apartment) and he was 100% right about that. When I finished packaging, sure enough I’d just under 50 boxes (49 to be precise ).   She also offered suggestions about the best way best to pack items and reminded me of things that movers can’t transportation (gas tank for my own barbecue, cleaning materials and so forth ) so that I would be completely ready for pickup.

The cost that Courtney gave me contained the physical feature of the movement (pickup, delivery and transportation, the principles ) but also contained the materials they had for the minimum packaging to be carried out by White Glove. I wanted them to pack only the beds and televisions, and also to fortify a few glass panes at the doorways of my china cabinet. I never understood that most firms don’t incorporate the bodily substances inside their quotes so that they may provide you a lower cost to lure you in, they then allow you to pay for stuff (along with everything you believed was your”closing” cost ) on the pickup day.  White Glove clearly demonstrates that they would like to be up front with clients about what they’ll be paying for your transfer so that there are no unpleasant surprises.

Together with the cost agreed upon and dates set up, I had been worried about if the other shoe would drop. However, I never got any telephone calls saying they had to reschedule, or that they would be late, or that I had to pay additional for something. My pickup window has been only two days (not bad considering various other areas wanted around a 10 day window to select up!) And that I did receive a call the day prior to the pickup so I could make certain I had been home and totally prepared. The loading went quite easily, the men took good care of my items and I was very delighted with how they packaged the few items I’d ordered for them to look after. Notably the TV, that I’d have had no clue how to package in my own.

After my items were outside of the home, I again expected to get telephone calls stating my dispatch was postponed but it never occurred. My delivery window has been 7 business days and they came on the 5thbusiness afternoon, which was good for me! I was prepared to wait the complete period of time however I was pleasantly surprised. The unloading went just as easily as the loading, and the team even offered to assemble my bed frames once they finished dispersing the furniture into the proper rooms. I’d check all of the furniture and nothing has been ruined, nor were some of those boxes crushed or torn. Everything was in precisely the exact same state it was in when it had been placed to the truck in Florida!

Overall I’m really very delighted with the entire experience. I had sufficient stress getting everything else taken care of, so it was fine to have the bodily portion of my move achieved by consummate professionals. If you’re moving long distance, give them a phone, you won’t regret it.

    GA to NJ Review

I used White Glove in July of the year to maneuver my parents out of their house in Duluth GA into an over 65 neighborhood in Southampton NJ.  My mom had a hip replacement and my dad is not able to take care of her on his own today, so we transferred them up nearer to my own loved ones so we could be there for them.  It was a really stressful situation.  I had been recommended to them with a friend who’d used them and had a fantastic experience.  I’ve moved before and utilized Mayflower, therefore originally was planning to use them, but my parents had been worried about using a stranger in their house for the quote.  I talked first with Mike.  He was professional and educated, and advised me that he had an inventory checklist in order that they could understand what they had been moving.  It took a couple of days for my parents to generate a record but after I had the listing the procedure for obtaining a quote was straightforward.  I was somewhat skeptical of the”guaranteed cost” but I’d heard good things so I decided to give them a shot.  They arrived to the day that they promised, as well as the motorist Julian and his helpers Ernesto and Robert were really wonderful.  They spent an whole day wrap everything and placing it at the truck.  When my parents had left their listing of things, they forgot two end tables in the living area and had a couple added boxes which we expected.  I talked with Alex at their principal office and that I could tell he just wanted us to be joyful.  They took the additional things and chose to not charge us for them, which had been a relief.  Julian gave me his mobile phone number and said he must maintain NJ within a couple of days but would stay in contact.  2 days after he came to my parent’s new residence to start moving them in.  I discovered what sets this business apart from various other reviews I’ve read is that they appear to honestly care that people had been pleased with the job they did.  They wouldn’t leave until Alex in the primary office talked with my parents and knew that everything was nice and they were joyful.  Everything I anticipated from this business was fulfilled and that I would definitely feel comfortable recommending them to some buddy or relative.  The only disadvantage with my whole experience was that a crystal vase which my mom has owned for a very long time broke.  Initially we were only going to let it move as a casualty of this transfer, but Margaret from client support followed up with my parents following the movement and they said it to her.  Much to their delight they obtained a $100 check in the mail to replace the vase.  They are not likely to discover a brand new one to replace it because it is old, but the effort was appreciated.  Aside from that, I don’t have any complaints and had an extremely positive experience with White Glove.

    Outstanding!

From calling the firm to the Last delivery this has been the BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! We moved several times – always using the normal”big boys.” There wasn’t a time once I wasn’t entirely happy.

On the shipping conclusion, the very long distance crew was equally excellent! The items which they had to shut they did so perfectly. As soon as I believed that there may be a bit missing, so they did their very best to follow that bit and they discovered it directly in one of those boxes which they had delivered!
Not a bit was ruined. Not a bit was missing.

    Recent Move

After the team showed up early within their own impeccable uniforms they seemed like they had been prepared to do some TV commercial. Rather, on which was probably the hottest day of the summer, they functioned just like a well oiled machine. Each piece of furniture has been wrapped and recorded. In record time they’d ready and filled 3 baths and 9 rooms of furniture in their bath. This comprised partly dismantling two enormous bits and carrying them out through a bedroom window because they could not match a stairs. In the new location they covered my hardwood flooring to protect them until they transferred anything to the home. They chose to work diligently until everything was set up to my own satisfaction. And if they were finished they moved one step farther. Because they were driving off they found me carrying things from my vehicle, stopped the truck, got out and insisted on transporting the things stairs up to me. From begin to finish they’re completely professional, courteous and productive. I have yet another modest movement coming up and I am certainly calling White Glove to perform the task.

    Budget Friendly Quality

My Fiancé and I’ve been at the’method of going’ to the previous five weeks today.  Moving out of our first house to a rental place until our new home was constructed was not a simple endeavor, however White Glove was there every step along the method to make it as stress free as possible.   Over half the contents of the first home was set to move into a temporary storage device, therefore the White Glove team wrapped and came up each TV, every table, each mirror. . .EVERYTHING! Things I couldn’t fit into boxes or even fantasy ways to escape my property, they wrapped and loaded onto the truck as though they had moved that precise bit 20 days before.  The best part? Each bit was wrapped insanely well.  They understood that my precious possessions not only wanted to last five weeks of winter at a non-temperature controlled storage device, but also needed to finally be transferred a second time.  It revealed.  Actually, when I eventually found my furniture 5 weeks later, it had been wrapped up nicely, I could not recognize half of it!! Funny thing is, we adored the Supervisor of the team so much the first time that we inquired for him again and HE understood more of my furniture than that did!!  In reality, he managed to remember bits such as shelves, glass doors, hardware etc that had to be emptied.  There was snow on the floor once they moved and he guaranteed each inch out of the truck into inside the home has been covered in layers of cardboard.  Our recently painted walls? Not a scratch because tight spaces such as our stairs and stairs were covered also.  I was also pleasantly surprised to discover that they had even made cups from tape rolls to put away my furniture hardware.  Who does this? :-RRB-
Preparing the movement was just as perfect.  Everybody knows that the final of a home never goes as intended and White Glove was simply so accommodating!  Our NJ Sales Rep, George, and that I almost became friends after the numerous times I needed to alter our shift.  With every phone call he supplied quotes immediately and was super adaptable in regards to shifting times, and also the limited progress notice I managed to supply.  He knew how far we wanted to urgently get into our brand new house and helped in every way he can.  We still have two more storage components (not originally packaged by WG) which White Glove is going for us in 2 weeks and I am convinced that it will go perfect.  I would advise White Glove to anybody on a budget, but searching for quality, since somehow these men supply equally.  I doubt we will go from our dream home anytime soon, but when we did, I know who to call!

Here is actually the second time that I have used White Glove due to their moving services, but the very first review I’ve written for them.  The very first move together was performed from Jersey City to the Bronx at March of 2011.  My realtor had advocated them and they were good.  They finished my move in seven hours and the gentlemen that transferred me were wonderful.  I didn’t know they also did long distance going before I saw it in their truck, so when I accepted a new place in LA, I decided  to give them a shot.  They didn’t disappoint.  What I came to see is that long distance moving is a very different creature than a exact same day move several miles off.  Rather than paying by the hour, I had been quoted a guaranteed cost and these men stuck into it.  Much to my surprise, I had exactly the exact same head mover as my very last move (Rafi).  I asked if that was on purpose or by coincidence and he explained that they do their very best to try and be certain a return client receives exactly the exact same crew.  Even two decades after!  Rafi and his team came at 9:15 in the afternoon to the day of the movement, and immediately started packaging.  It took them a strong 4 hours to do everything but it felt great knowing I was not paying by the hour so I let them take their time.  The following day, I got a call from Jennifer from the very long distance operations division.  She moved over with me the shipping time period and instantly emailed me to confirm everything.  9 days after, I got a call in the driver Stephen saying he’d be there over the next two weeks.  Initially I was somewhat annoyed because I’d have chosen an specific day, but he was really pleasant and said he’d call me when he understood more.  The following day he called and said he’d be there the next morning between 9 and 11.  In 1030 he called to say he had been outdoors.  Stephen and his helper Ernesto started bringing the furniture in and that which was still packed exactly the same as if it left NY.  They brought everything in and set this up for me.  Jennifer called if they were completed and made sure that I had been pleased with their support before she allowed them to depart.  There weren’t any damaged or broken items at all.  It had been raining out that afternoon and Ernesto(his friends called him long john) obtained the carpet a bit dirty, but fortunately I managed to wash it until it left a permanent blot.  He was gracious and I could tell he felt awful, but I did not care too much because it was working anyway.
What really set this company apart for me is their focus to the client and the efficacy of how they operate their organization.  I really don’t understand the intricacies of proceeding, but what I got from White Glove was a dedication to treating me as a valued client and that travelled a long, long way.

I was quite satisfied from the beginning. Very courteous and professional, by the estimator (the price was quite reasonable) down into the scheduler into the movers. The movers were on time, packed economically, inventoried every product, and unpacked with no harm or loss. They cleaned up after every movement. I’d recommend them and will use them the next time I proceed.

The move could not have been improved. The service for preparing the movement was fantastic although I kept shifting my pickup date. Communication was great –had been sent lots of advice to see to ensure I remembered everything that I had to recall for the transfer. Pickup was in NC; my sister had been quite impressed by how nice the men were and how attentive they had been in packaging everything safely. The men at drop-off proved quite efficient and friendly, even though I understand they needed to be drained with me becoming the previous drop-off of their afternoon. Price was very reasonable; appears that I got more than I paid for. This was the very best price I saw and that I got much better srevice than I ever anticipated. Follow up after the movement was great also. Would use again when the need comes up.

    Great Job!

The men at White Glove were very professional, attentive, and quick!   They moved our whole home in under seven hours!   The only gripe I could offer is They should have warned me before carrying the crib apart that They’re not Permitted to set it back together… I’d have rather done it all myself had I understood, therefore I could recall how to put it back together myself.   Aside from that, they did a fantastic job and left the old home with no scratch, and so were very cautious in the new residence. Thanks, I’d certainly use them again.

    Moving from NY to Florida

Dear Gaby, I wished to have a moment to write to you both to let you know what a wonderful job your company did for me in transferring my property.  This was my fifth largest cross country go but my initial with White Gloveboy and boy do I wish I’d known about you earlier.  My whole experience working with the company was nothing but fine and I honestly felt like I had been treated the correct way in my first phone call before the movers delivered in Hollywood, Florida.  I contacted White Glove at April of 2013 and talked with Michael, the revenue manager, about acquiring a quote.  We talked for a fantastic hour about White Glove and the way the whole moving process functions.  We did not go over anything regarding price at that moment, but I came away from this conversation understanding I’d use you men if the cost was fair.  Michael advised me that I had to start creating a list of those things I had been going to make sure a precise flat rate.  I spent another two months preparing a record of what was moving and what was remaining, and called him in June to discuss it.  He was quite useful and comprehensive, and then he walked me through your distinct packaging options that I found very handy.  We depended on a level rate with your silver bundle and he promised me that the movers are there on the afternoon of July 18, 2013.  The movers came as promised and were outstanding.  They spent 6 hours in my house wrap all of my furniture and breakables and that I can not stress enough how impressed I was with all the time and attention they put into ensuring that this was done correctly.  As I’d spoke with Michael, we’re still building our new house in Florida so that I had approximately a month and a half of storage.  He’d informed me that this was no issue and that they constantly provide as much as a month of storage for free to their clients.  After our new home has been completed, I phoned Jennifer in surgeries to inform her we were prepared and she advised me that our stuff would be about another truck down to Florida.  5 days later, the truck came and Julian and his helpers were also fantastic.  They took direction in my husband and I about what things went where, and left just when we had been fulfilled.  They eliminated all of the boxes and blankets and also which saved us lots of time.  In addition, I wish to personally thank Julie — I’d predicted a couple of days before our shipping to learn my storage equilibrium for the additional 16 days, and she had been kind enough to waive the storage charges for the excess days.  I could not have asked for a much better experience and I’m blessed to have discovered your own company.  Regards, Denny S.

    Great Job

I strongly recommend this moving business for many reasons. I had them pack my own things which they did with utter excellence. If anything, they rather over-protected my things with tons of padding and paper. They were out and in unbelievably fast. The stuff arrived punctually in Florida and delivered professionally too. Nothing was ruined at al!!! They even unpacked my 4 clothing boxes and wrapped the material from the cupboard for me. This wasn’t really a part of this offer. Their cost was unbelievably lower compared to 5 other movers I’d gotten estimates from. Their guys were professional and respectful. Honestly, if you’re moving, this is unquestionably a business that you must check out. I’d refer them to anybody!! . . .sincerely. . .Jimi Person

I chased White Glove to proceed my husband and I to Raliegh. He received a fresh poisition together with his firm so we needed to maneuver kind of fast. I phoned up White Glove and worked up and quote together with Frank. I’d revieved 3 additional quotes from different businesses. White Glove wasn’t the least expensive but they’d better ratings then the others frankly and they look more professional in explaing the procedure for me personally. We booked them and I am quite happy we did. The team came a week and also did a great job. I chosse what they predict the silver bundle and its own came in handy. One happy customer

When I initially talked to some representative with White Glove Moving, they believed my move across city would take five or more hours. They sent out a massive truck and three quite type men. It was finished in 3 and 1/2 hours! Nothing has been broken. They even took care to place plastic on the ground and pay the wall paper onto the tight stair well with cardboard to protect it. I felt at ease and happy. A representative called 2 weeks later to check in and make sure that I was fulfilled. I strongly recommend this business to anybody going.

We utilized White Glove to get a transfer from both condos at New Jersey into our house along with our son along with daughter-in-law’s brand new home in Virginia, and a couple of storage.   Every aspect of the complex movement was well conveyed and professionally performed.   White Glove couldn’t have been more accommodating to proceed, store and send all of our possessions on our schedule without issue.   All appointments were punctually to comprise two Distinct quotes, coming at both speeches to package and load from New Jersey, also came early in Virginia for its unload.   Both teams needed a can do attitude, nicely dressed, courteous and hard working.   The New Jersey team was led by Raffi and Virginia from Spencer.   Both teams were very respectful and cautious of our houses and possessions.   We had one little end table leg break, the promise was handled quickly and entirely compensated for.   White Glove was highly recommended to us with a friend, we’re really thankful for this positive experience and would recommend them to anybody later on.

    Incredible

I had a Enormous move from NJ into TN. White Glove was amazing each step along the way. Their quote was correct on, no surprises. Their packers were quite cautious, and in precisely the exact same time, quite kind and listened to all of my requirements. Their movers around the pickup and delivery( that were correct now ) were difficult working, attentive, considerate. Their unpackers were fantastic. Nothing broken. I very seldom leave testimonials, but also for White Glove, ” I needed to. Additionally, everyone I talked with in the primary office, along with the dispatchers, were fine, professional, and affectionate.
Moving might be so stressful, however, White Glove assisted make it a far more pleasing experience. Thank you White Glove.

    Well Done Job!

We utilized White Glove to get a intricate three-day move using four places. The foreman at work, Lucas, was lively, organized and spot-on. He didn’t leave 1 stone unturned. After we thought we had been finished, he’d give us several opportunities to walk throughout the house to be sure and to simplify matters. Packing up 25 decades of items and transferring them to four places wasn’t a simple endeavor. He maintained his team moving and cautious with our possessions, and they were all exceedingly polite and hard-working. We were really happy with them in every manner and could use them again. We whole-heartedly suggest Lucas and his team.

    Move was perfectly done

We’re quite delighted with the support which White Glove Moving supplied. They transferred the contents of the 5 bedroom house into storage professionally and carefully. We researched 8 distinct moving companies and therefore are lucky to have selected White Glove. The determining factor directing our selection of movers had a lot to do using all the estimator out of White Glove who arrived at our house, Ralph. He was quite considerate and professional but most importantly he had extensive experience doing the real moving labour like packaging, loading, unloading, meeting, etc.. His estimation of labour hours, packaging materials and storage area required was great. Thus, not only was that the White Glove quote lower than the majority of the other quotes we obtained, but it left no space for”surprise” extra costs by the conclusion, like most others needed.

We talked with Arthur in the White Glove workplace to program and reserve the movement. Arthur was very informative and patient, taking good care to answer each of the numerous questions I’d, reassuring me about the firm’s expertise and professionalism.

A couple of days prior to the transfer we received a call from Sam in White Glove to affirm the transfer date and other particulars. Meanwhile, Ralph and Arthur were always available to us if we had questions. Approaching shifting day we had no worries, confident we picked the perfect company to manage our antiques, delicate items and each of the items in our house representing 40 decades of family memories.

The very first moving day went flawlessly. The moving crew consisted of a foreman, Ali, along with four additional people, Arsenio, Max, Ferhit along with Jack. These were unbelievably difficult working, stopping only briefly to quench their thirst through a really hot and humid set of times. Ali coordinated all, delegating jobs and doing a few of the more complicated packing tasks. Max closely packaged our most fragile crystal, china and collectibles. Arsenio professionally packed, organized and packaged with the trailer truck. Ferhit, Jack and Ali effectively brought each of the contents out of the home to the vehicle, such as approximately 150 boxes of things. It was remarkable to see Ferhit and Jack carry a lot of boxes, a number of them full of books, so fast, efficiently and carefully. Everybody did an incredible job.

The next moving evening went flawlessly. Exactly the exact same moving group met us in the storage centre two hours nationally. Arsenio expertly maneuvered the tractor/trailer directly alongside the doorway leading into our storage device and the staff started unloading each of the contents instantly. While Arsenio brought items to the rear of the vehicle, Ali, Jack and Ferhit hauled them within the centre where Max was awaiting finely organize and package them in the storage device. Everything was completed in rapid sequence, professionally, attentively without any issues, broken or dropped items.

To top it all off, we obtained a paycheck in the mail for around 16 percent of the initial quote! Ralph explained whether the quote was be large, we’d get cash back, and then he had been perfect. A number of those refunded prices probably had to perform with extra prep we did earlier White Glove came; boxing lots of the things and bringing the majority of the boxes into the first floor close to the front door. However I’m sure a lot of those savings is because of how fast and effectively the moving staff was. We couldn’t be happier. We highly suggest White Glove Moving and intend to use them again in November once we transfer our things out of storage to our new residence.

I lately utilized White Glove Moving to maneuver in Columbia, South Carolina into rahway new jersey.   These details my experience together.   Michael in the Revenue Department phoned me and went on how moving businesses function, and especially how White Glove Moving does their own moves.   He advised me they’re a different moving company, so White Glove Moving does their particular moves and does not subcontract their job.   I enjoyed that.   They also estimate prices based on stock as Opposed to expected weight or space.   I enjoy that also.   I decided to invest a bit extra and book together since I felt really comfortable trusting them with my possessions that my family has gathered over 15 years in Our Home at Columbia.   I had been picked up punctually at SC and my items have been delivered in their time period in new jersey .Everything went easily and that I had been connected with their shipment department the Whole time.   When they came they set all up in our New House and nothing had been broken or damaged.   We all needed to do was sew and pack our moving boxes, which has been rather Simple.   I had been really nervous about having a moving company, however my encounter with White Glove Moving was so Exceptional.   I’d certainly use them again and would recommend them for my family and friends that are moving.

    My experience

Employed a moving business before because we’d constantly transferred ourselves but my husband passed away last year and also two grown children in school, once I sold the home I had been forced to make use of movers.   My realtor urged White Glove and two other businesses and stated all were Excellent.   I phoned and initially talked with Nick, who delivered Peter to my House to give me a quote.   Peter was a very Wonderful guy and took a Great Deal of time to describe me everything and also make sure I understood what was happening and I Was comfortable.   Here is actually the main reason I decided to go with White Glove — they looked like the very professional business from those that I talked with during the quote and actually seemed to care.   The movers came to my home in New Hope, PA on 2/7/15 (Saturday) and spent the Whole afternoon wrap, packaging, crating, and loading the vehicle.   The team of 4 movers Which Were delivered were also great.   Lukas was the captain of the team and was fine and always answered my questions and addressed my concerns.   The movers came to my new home in Boynton Beach, FL on 2/11/15.   I was so glad that it just took 4 days to get there because they had just maintained around seven business days.   There were just 3 movers in Florida, so it required much more than I’d believed to send, but they systematically put back All of the furniture in my home and took guidance from me as to where to place everything.   I talked with Alex in shipment and he wanted to ensure that everything was OK until he published the delivery men.   I assured him everything was OK and they had been in their way.   Like I began shifting my boxes, I did not know what to anticipate.   I thought for sure that there were likely to be broken bits.   Well, It’s the start of March today and I am finally unpacked.   There were two minor harms — Among my boxes with wine glasses had two broken glasses inside.   I really don’t know if that was White Glove’s fault or my own because I packaged it.   Additionally, There are a Couple of scratches in my corner desk, but mercifully on the base part that will not show.   I talked with Margaret in client care who followed up after the movement and informed her regarding the minor harms.   She was really pleasant and offered to substitute both wine glasses and have somebody come out to fix the desk.   She purchased the wine glasses on the internet and that I told her it was not any big deal concerning the desk.   The glasses came yesterday which is why I’m posting this review now because I needed to wait to Find out if it was really coming.   I must state That I’m happy I discovered White Glove plus they did a Fantastic job from Begin to finish.   I expect to never need to move again but when I do, I would not hesitate to phone White Glove.

Very happy with White Glove Moving

This is our very first long distance transfer so that we were worried about the procedure, particularly after studying several negative reviews for additional moving companies. The overwhelming favorable reviews for White Glove Transferring our choice to pick White Glove after getting estimates from many other national moving businesses.

From begin to finish White Glove surpassed our expectations in our cross country move. Andrew, our Partners and estimator, couldn’t have been finer. He answered all his questions, reacted to all of our calls immediately, along with his quote proven to be ideal.

The loading team was exceptionally professional. Upon coming each member of this group introduced themselves. It was apparent that they had pride in their own business and understood just how stressful a family move could be for a household. We couldn’t believe how long they required and how nicely they wrapped and secure all of our family things. Due to this we’re really confident our loved ones would arrive undamaged and it did! Each merchandise and box has been clearly recorded on a record sheet for monitoring.

In the destination, the moving van came with a driver and helper. Further help was likely to satisfy them, nevertheless there was a mix-up along with another help didn’t arrive. The driver and helper unloaded the whole household. As each product was unloaded, the driver needed me check off the item on the stock sheet which was ready at loading to be certain each and every product and box came as intended. There was not any damage to some of our loved ones and all things arrived as expected.

Though it happened over 10 hours, even the movers moved about their company and they may not have been finer. Even following the very last items were transferred to the home from the dark at 10:00 PM, they weren’t in a hurry to leave. They diligently finished assembling several furniture products, and inquired if there was anything else that I wanted for them to proceed to another place or rearrange.

The cost we all paid matched the initial quote precisely. We even received a 3% reduction on the whole movement for paying money.

Overall we couldn’t have been more happy. White Glove shifting produced a trying and nerve racking procedure simple for all of us. We’re delighted to provide White Glove Moving 5 celebrities and double loaf. We’d urge White Glove to anybody thinking of a transfer.

    My wife was pleased

I took a offer at Cleveland and needed to begin asap. I had my spouse organize the assistance of White Glove to move my entire family out here because I needed to start straight away. She said that the men who did the movement were great. They’re reasonably costly and we did get the shipping it a sensible moment. Office staff was consistently helpful when both my spouse or I called. Very great option would certainly recommend.

    White Glove Moving Company

I’d definately recommend White Glove Moving for anybody.   In the very first day I talked with them about the telephone , they were very professional and easy to Speak to.   The estimator arrived to my home and was quite comprehensive. He tell me just how much everything will cost and his quote was really close to exactly what I ended up payingfor. This was even after I changed around specific things I had been or was not carrying with us about the go.   They sent boxes and packaging materials far ahead of time and when I wanted more they were quite prepared to assist me with getting them. On the afternoon of their transfer, they showed up right on time and were all good with wrap everything very closely.   They went directly into my new house and started shifting everything.   They had been extremely cautious. They even helped me put All of the non scratch pads in any furniture which required them before placing anything in its position.   The estimate of how long the movement could happen was right about the money.   They had been driving their truck from my driveway directly at the time that they stated they’d be performed.   I would strongly suggest White Glove Moving to anybody!!

    Great move, great service!!

White Glove did a fantastic job to get my husband and I, however, I will admit I am glad that it is all over!

I had been known to White Glove from a buddy that had utilized them at a cross country move previously.

Brett was my signature on this movement and he had been honest and thorough from the very start. We moved over a thorough inventory record and he gave me a binding quote.

The something which split White Glove from different firms was that they were supplying us 30 days of FREE storage without a loading or unloading fees in between our transition from MA to FL. That gave us enough time to return to FL and discover a new location.

My husband and I lived at a 1-bedroom condominium and we moved to some 2-bedroom condo. Perhaps We’ll need the spare bedroom in the near future 😉

I recieved my things just the way that they were endorsed. Some things packaged with me since they had been nice enough to send me boxes for FREE before my transfer.

I’d definitely recommend White Glove’s solutions to my friends and loved ones.

    Moving at Christmas

My husband had accepted a job at Nevada.  I was compelled to pack up and move a 4 bedroom home in Virginia.  When I’d called White Glove, they were very kind and comprehension of the overwhelming feelings I had been having.  Mark walked me through what I had to do to make this a powerful movement.  Two gentlemen came on time the day of the transfer.  They’re well mannered and quite kind.  They worked all day with no rest making certain that everything was protected and scratch free and packaged in the vehicle.  On the rescue, I had been told that the day before just how much the equilibrium was and when they’d be there.  That team of four came punctually.  They had been mannerly and very kind.  It was a stressful period to be proceeding, but White Glove made it as easy as possible.  I’d certainly call them to get our next movement.

    Great company

I would strongly suggest White Glove movers. I was totally happy with the way they moved and saved all of my possessions, and at a really great price.  I moved from NJ to NC, with everything in storage for 5 weeks in between. When I managed to move in my new residence, the movers arrived within two weeks. They were very considerate and respectful of where things were to be put. Not 1 thing was damaged or maybe scratched!

    Absolutely Flawless

I apologize for getting around for this review somewhat late, however it’s essential that I follow through on my promise to spread the word concerning the fabolous function you’ve all done for me personally.
The simple fact of the matter is I’m 68 years old having a heart disease and choosing out a mover was trying. This time round I went with somebody who made me feel comfortable, at ease, also obviously understood how to correctly look after what I have accumulated my whole life.
I talked with Casper and we spoke for about two hours. He recorded everything I needed to proceed. He moved over the way his group was about to guard each slice. All of his claims came true and trust me that I had quite significant expectations and all of those expectations were well satisfied.
On the Crew:  I genuinely thank you men you really made the difference. On the afternoon of this transfer I was somewhat nervous but these fears were put to sleep if a fresh and glistening truck hauled up and Armando cried at me and introduced herself. You’d a fabolous project and that I also thank you for unpacking my kitchen absolutely free of charge. This gives me hope to this nation knowing that they are companies being run this way.

    A very Positive Moving Experience

White Glove was fantastic from the beginning. I found them online, and they reacted instantly. Their pricing was much better than aggressive, along with the sales rep, Frank, was quite enlightening. I had been moving things from the Philadelphia region to Scottsdale, Arizona. The selection went really easily, with fantastic packaging of these furniture items. They allow me know afterwards pick up exactly what the upcoming steps were, and made me feel quite comfortable about a cross country move. They delivered within the first two weeks of this two days window, which made it rather suitable for the family to have the furniture and things we had. The delivery went flawless, as GE two send y men went the excess step to be certain all was there, and also at its right place at the new residence. I strongly recommend White Glove due to their general support.
