Western gave a fair estimate and delivered what they said they would. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the initial sales person to the workers that helped us pack and move. We had a very special piano valued between $50,000 and $60,000. We were very concerned that it be moved without a scratch. As it turns out, we had no reason to worry. The piano was delivered in perfect condition. In fact, everything was delivered in great condition. I just found that my job is relocating me once again and I’ll be calling Western tomorrow!
Western Relocation workers stole cash from your 7 year old brothers wallet, switch from the child’s shift cup (cup and most importantly ), and an extremely costly camera. They came late and then were too exhausted to complete the job. Supervisor of this group really took a nap in the vehicle. Of those 3 individuals unloading the vehicle, just one reflected the business well. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.
Again, you’ve heard it before and you need to consider it – if you would like your things stolen then you’ve discovered the movers to you. Day after day we’re understanding more things are stolen. The items which were stolen the many were things in their original packaging or containers which were see through, be cautious. Sometime cheaper isn’t always better.
If you’d like your stuff stolen utilize Western Relocation, A Few Things were stolen and firm had know idea how to get hold of the folks they sub-par to load our items. Horrible communication. They’re among the perferred movers for Cal State University System. Don’t rely on them as it had been a nightmare for the loved ones.
Pride purchased Western Relocations roughly 4 weeks until they transferred us – something that they did not believe they had to inform us – until much later. Approximately 5-6 months after they increased our storage speed $110.00 – we had been in a different country, what exactly was I supposed to do? I’d been advised that as long as they had it, everything was guaranteed – we paid extra for this. Little did we understand.
We finally had my stuff delivered into the new home, when he advised us – when he was nearly finished – which he had discovered another truckload of our belongings and it’d cost me ANOTHER $2K to own THAT part delivered. We contended, heatedly but what was I to do – he had our things.
Our stuff was packaged to”vaults” and have been informed by Western Relocations; Mike and Kyle Evans, that the things wouldn’t be removed from them till they had been unpacked in our new site. Pride Moving and Storage unpacked EVERYTHING, place the things into a huge truck and brought them here. All throughout the un-packing because we had been checking off box amounts against the original packaging list, I kept discovering – and – mentioning – things have been missing or broken, Mike kept saying,”… anything broken or missing – just allow me to know, we will look after it…”.
6 weeks or so after, when we had managed to experience EVERY box, as most were mislabeled and we kept discovering things that we had thought were missing, I had a record of things that I had replaced, things which were broken and things which were out and outside lost.
A few of the things missing are irreplaceable; such as my Fathers, great grand dads’ garment scissors which came through Ellis Island along with my Grandfather. Various private things, I would rather not mention here, were also gone. Each of the chargers and batteries to my power tools, a number of my finest and priciest radios, lots of my digital parts etc..
He would not speak to mepersonally, just text back and forth. Took about 6-8 months for him to reply. “Send me a listing, I will have it taken care of.” I did, a week after I had to pester him to find an offer of $200.00 for every thing – you notice he is not responsible.
If we’re in ANY manner a good illustration of his company practices, I have to inform you don’t trust this guy. He’s bad for his word, doesn’t take his responsibility to you seriously, and his sentence is, well just this, a phrase.
Very bad customer support. The purchase rep promised me that a 18 wheeler. Revealed up woitj a brief mattress little truck, tro overdue fo a change. I used them any how. Mistake couldn’t finish the task in just two days. I had a law office at my own garage that they messed up me BAD! Removed my desk, publications and private family photographs. Gone ! THEY STOLE these… my desk ius from the warehouse undelivered plus it had been 60 days also. Western relocations No thought at the business… Crooks for rent
