    Long-distance move from Arizona
    Horrible company

Please save yourself the hassle and do not use this Corporation.   First of all Virginia who did my first quote underestimated my possessions although I told her exactly how far and how large things had been.   I especially requested Virginia when there business was a broker, she explained.   Our DBA at Arizona is both Lifetime Moving and Storage.   Ok so I thought her.   Not the case in Any Respect.   They’re a broker and knowingly underestimate your moving price so that if the 3d party Provider shows up they could rape you.   I contended with Tony for over a hour on the afternoon that they demonstrated to move my possessions.   I purposely told Tony along with the movers They could leave when they had been moving to over triple the prices of my transfer.   Initial quotation was for 1030 and yearly storage could be $50 per month.   If the movers showed up they needed to bill me $4295 and $400+ to your monthly storage.   They wasted my own time and now there movers moment.   I’d go ahead and let them go my possessions.   Major mistake.   The movers who showed up, not Tony, were Wonderful.   They took care of all and wrapped it up for me well.   They were very professional and kind.   Like I worried with allowing them go my possessions and understanding that we would have to use storage for a Month or Two.   We’re now being gouged about the storage charges.   Perhaps not the first $50 per month which has been guaranteed but also a whopping $400 per month.   I might have leased an accountable for this and simply put everything from there.   Save yourself the hassle, do not use this Corporation.   They’re frauds and liars.   Tony does not keep his word, he simply says whatever he Wants to, to catch you off your telephone.   If I could offer them 0 stars I would.   Worst business and expertise ever. Oh and understand this….after all this hassle and despair, today Tony nor Virginia can answer the telephone or return emails or telephone calls.   Sad means to conduct business.

    Long-distance move from Colorado
    Incompetent, and terrible service!

I were contacted by west shore van lines once I’d entered my transferring data to a method to obtain some from state moving estimates. This firm came in at a really competitive $1,400.00 overall price rate, and that I was thrilled to have seen a business that has been reasonable since this movement was on quite short notice. When I’d predicted I talked with a girl that had appeared decently fine, and she’d wrote everything down and that I gave them my first $350.00 deposit to secure my transfer date. On, Friday November 28th, 2014 Edens Moving Services had phoned me to tell me that they might come a few of hours earlier than the initial time they’d put up (that was fantastic )!!! The movers had shown up and that I took them throughout my townhome in order that they could see exactly what had to go along with exactly what we had been carrying. In the conclusion of the entire thing that they proceeded to inform me this, they’d be charging an additional $1245.56, in addition to the first $1,400.00 that I had been told before this week. I was totally outraged and couldn’t comprehend why there was such a significant shift in the cost. I can understand maybe $500 more but not more than a thousand bucks! Without a option, we consented to this price change and went with our relocation. We got to our destination at about, 3 times after which arrived at the end of this first week of December, and that I still had not heard any updates about where my stuff had been or an estimated delivery date. I telephoned into west shore and also spoke with a supervisor, and he’d said he’d contact Edens and return to me. 3 days after I still heard no reply, also called again. He stated he didn’t get back anything form them but gave me the amount of dispatch I would have to telephone. When I called I have a very wonderful girl that had attempted to get in touch with them, and said they had been out to dinner but sent them a message which they would have to telephone me instantly. Two days go by and I still had not heard anything, and then I receive a telephone call saying that I had to cover 50 percent of my remaining balance or else they will hold all of my things that had still not even abandoned the country of colorado. I’d no idea that  I had to cover anything once the movers arrived and picked up my stuff, and I informed them I was not told or advised for any kind of payment. Later, this confusion was finished, they explained that my things would be sent between the 15th and the 18th of December and they’d provide me an 24hr call before hand to establish a time period. The motorist called me on December 14th and’d informed me that they would arrive in the storage device the next day (December 15th) between 2 pm and 4 pm, however, might phone about an hour before hand to give me a much better idea of the moment. The motorist had known me at 9am and I’d predicted back about a half an hour after and got no response. I phoned 3 different time with no response and again had to call shipment who advised me it was likely a confirmation telephone. Without hearing anything else that I left work at 1:30pm to be certain everything was in order for them to arrive, and waited and waited and waited a while. 3:45 rolled about and that I named the driver again with no response and called dispatch again to find out what was happening. She phoned the driver and informed them that they would have to call mepersonally. They failed in a minute of being away the telephone and said that they where running late and might arrive at my region within 3 1/2 hours. I told them my storage device locks down at 6pm each night, plus they wouldn’t have the ability to send the things that nighttime. So they explained they’d meet me in the device immediately at 8am the following morning. I had to be in the office by 9am but tell them I’d be around 20 mins late. I arrived in the device in exactly 8am the following morning and again waited, with had no call or contact in the driver I phoned them at 8:35 and he insisted that they where running late and could be there at 30 mins (he seemed like he was still sleeping). 30 minutes go by and they’ve still not arrived, about 9:30ish they eventually came in a semi-truck that I had originally asked while reserving this entire lot in November when there are no semi-truck and west shore had told me no because I knew that it wouldn’t match. Well of course the truck wouldn’t match and the man told me that they could find a box truck and then load every thing inside, and bring that back in about one hour. I said fine that will be OK, I’d only have my fiance here to sign the newspapers. Then he informs me alright so that you will require an additional $300.00 in money to allow them to do this! Are you kidding me? I used ton’t have an additional $300 since I’d previously had to develop a second $1200 and anything sooner, since the cost went up. I wasn’t giving them another cent, therefore advised them to offer me an hour or so and I shall find a truck myself and they could load it to the truck and that I shall unload itself to the storage device. As I’m writing this my spouse is on his way to get a truck and it’s 12pm. I’m absolutely furious with all the service I had been provided and also the ethics and honesty of the firm! I wouldn’t suggest them to my worst enemy, and might not use them again. I’ve not ever written a bad opinion of a provider before since I think in only letting things move but that whole entire scenario from the start to the ending was nothing but a total and complete disaster, and nobody from either company also provided an apology for those things that had occurred.  Don’t use this firm for any reason why I do not care if your shifting one town over! They’ve cost me more time and money as the time passed and right before Christmas!
