We Are Your Mover

We’ve utilized Rich for both Proceed and Cleaning.   We’ve hired Rich and his team to get our relocation yesterday (04/16/2012).  They came early and equipped to figure out the things for transferring and finish the movement yesterday.  They pick-up different cabinets we purchased from different areas with the identical price that has been really good from Rich.
Rich has dedicated to his voice that includes for cleaning and move exactly the same price what I talked with him within the transfer however we’ve got added items that has been greater than that which two bed room apt could be anticipated for movers.
We now have few friends intend to go this summer and I’d recommend Rich for the buddies for their own move.

Everything was nice initially, but after the initial leg of this transfer, they understood just two individuals were not enough and needed to engage more movers after we got to NY. Another mover that began the afternoon with Rich was his his first time ever moving, and he had been increasingly ineffective as the afternoon went on. At our  final stop, Rich was projecting heavy things off the rear of the van, to incorporate a gun locker, dresser, and boxes with delicate products. Another movers told us afterwards that he explained he had been hoping to”conquer traffic”. All told, we had over $550 value of things broken, such as many dishes and eyeglasses.  SPEND THE Excess MONEY AND GET A PROFESSIONAL MOVER. We have moved 10 times in seven decades, and also this mover was far and away the worst one we have had.

Rich and crew were superb. They have been on time and raised my 3 seater sofa to my 3rd floor flat through terrace in only 15 mins. These guys are amazing and fabulous. They’ve done an excellent Job. Thanks team and Rich and Wish you all the very best. Sathish Damodaran-Rocky Hill CT

The transfer was completed really fast in below 5 hrs believing it had been 4 bedroom home local in new harbor. The men in which time and really friendly! I’d recommod them daily. They started nice and early and punctually theyade sure ally furniture has been wrapped in blankets and there’s truck was kept nice and tidy to be sure nothing got filthy. They raised a number of my heavy furniture effortlessly. Thank you Bill

After reserving Rich to assist with a very easy move of sofas from our cellar, they ended up having an hour late (once I had to track down them ) that they showed-up for the task, brought the sofas out to the dumpster and earlier my renter even knew it they’d left without saying something.  She went downstairs to scrutinize and discovered that not one of their possessions were set back in position, damage to scratches, walls, gash and gap at the bottom of the staircase & harm to the door frame. They clearly left in a rush to get a reason.  The sad thing is, things like this occurs and I’d have known and worked together to solve, but they have been very unprofessional and should have not left this job website how they.  When we called to complain and receive a partial refund (that was far less then the damage would likely cost us to fix ) they refused this deal and eventually agreed to come repair the damaged walls themselves.  I’ve given them additional opportunities and all 3 occasions they’ve sadly let down me in 1 way or another, this being the WORST! I’ll be curious to find out when they come the afternoon people envision the occupation, show-up punctually and address each of the issues that they had caused.  DO NOT WORK for this business, their costs can be cheap but so is their professionalism and energy.

This man definitely composed his own testimonials on his webpage. Don’t use him. He speaks bad on the telephone concerning the other employees on CL. Very unprofessional. To start with, he did nothing but yawn about the telephone (after he eventually called me back) and strove to make a lot of money off us to get a little movement. He elevates 199 moves I priced a sm one bedroom that he wished to bill. From the time he included all of his additional fees close to $500.00. We found an ideal mover on CL. Very respectful support. Humorous those he bad mouthed so poor were the top ones. Another funny thing is when I had been telling the folks that we did employ exactly what this man was saying. They informed me how he set up disgusting lies in them on CL and via telephone number. Assess what a loser this guy is. Do not hire this man.

This movement was the worst experience ever. It was a one-bedroom move, from New Haven to a few towns over.   Everything seemed good and great over the telephone but after these men showed up, the nightmare started.   First off, the three VERY YOUNG. . .and VERY THIN guys which were hired  were exceptionally lazy who exceptionally inexperienced…. And a few of them even admitted they were suspended from partying the night before.   The owner of this company was there, Rich, that simply stood by and performed with his phone the Whole time Rather than directing.   I needed to be vigilent that the Whole time about everything.   He’d shout every now and again to his employees, but largely was on his telephone.   They packaged the truck far too tight. . .they even compelled a large plant to the truck and snapped it.   They also were UNPREPARED with proper straps Required for furniture.   They had any padding at the vehicle but that was about it.  These people are idle, and possess a very unprofessional attitude.   I’d NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone.

This”Agency” abandoned a 69 year-old girl and her 30 year-old daughter along with her 4 year-old grandson stranded last Saturday June 22,2013. Following a first arrangement to be present at 1:00 he had been called on his mobile phone with a third party if he neglected to show-up, he had stopped answering calls in the consumer.  He promised that the caller he’d be there and also”flaws are a part of their company” HE NEVER SHOWED,HE NEVER CALLED. This is a easy move of 3 rooms of furniture into some place ten minutes off. I understand because I transferred them on Sunday. I’m advising the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General

I am not certain why the majority of the reviews here seem so negative. Perhaps it’s mainly the individuals who have been frustrated heading back and forth posting, whereas the individuals who enjoyed the service do not care as far to devote the time composing. So, here is my two cents.
I personally had a nice experience. It turned out to be a 1-br movement within Connecticut. The movers showed up immediately and the entire move (like the 1:20 minute drive between both areas ) took a bit more than 3 hours. And, naturally, the cost was far below what anybody else would have billed for this specific movement (I can guarantee you, as I had spent days on the phone getting estimates from different movers that the week earlier – a few of them did not even telephone, btw). In general, I’d rate this an excellent experience.

I didn’t have any issues with richie or his or her company. It was a very simple studio value of furniture. The movement was performed in under 24 hrs and nothing had been ruined. I’d refer them.

The u load was completed by richie himself because there wasn’t alot but nevertheless it was impressively rapid in effective.

There was just one understand on a little shelf that I couldn’t locate but to there credit it was not in the best shape.

I used we’re the mover to move a week back. It was largely boxes out of a storage device at the center of the bronx. There was a couple of delicate pieces that the men wrapped up. They came on time and where quite cooperative with me since I needes to ride back and forth together. They also made me feel comfortable the whole trip and at which gentlemen. The Crew came on a timely manner. They where prepared and had all of the resources to get the job done fast (9hrs) two man crew was exactly what we asked but almost felt bad for both gentleman half way though advertisement next time we’ll proceed with what they want to get a 4 bedroom 3-4 guys. Anyways everything was Un scraped as they where always attentive and Co eyed all of our furniture with blankets. They were well mannered and made sure we felt comfortable using everything regarding it’s all our possessions and it had been our firstime with movers because 8 decades back. Thanks alot Guys Joey and Dave I love all of your hard work and will probably be discussing you wealthy and his small business.

Richard and his guys moved me along with my 1 bedroom apt on Rhode Island from Ct.. The job was completed in under 3.5 hrs which was including traveling. The guys where very fast and you can tell they knew what they where doing. I was overall quite happy with those guys. I used them last moment, as my typical movers I’ve used don’t do long distance. Rich and his guys loaded my two bedroom into there toilet within two hours time. I’ve alot of possessions to get a two bedroom and also the guys promised me that the 16ft truck that they attracted would adapt the move.THEY WHERE RIGHT! I’ve moved long distance earlier and that I enjoyed there company design for exactly the identical cost of me waiting over two weeks for my items to arrive from several other huge freight carriers shot them just 24 hrs to fall off. They just bring 1 client at a time to ensure that there simply belonging s get there secure and undisturbed. Good job I’ll be telling everybody of your own services!

Rich and his team transferred me and my to Boston. We transferred a 1 bedroom loft with nominal boxes. The project has been launched at 7am and we had our possessions and had paid the movers prior to 10am! We also had an extremely heavy secure that took 3 guys to bring in. They did a much better job managing with there resources they had. It paid off to get experienced movers transfer us!! Impressive job men will recommend you to anybody!!

I hired Rich and his team through Craigslist. Initially I was really worried because I am just one older women and haven’t employed a moving business without the support of my loved ones being together with me personally to help. Well this time it was distinct no assistance. . Why don’t you give it an opportunity. Rich promised me over the telephone I was operating itself up and there was not any reason to stress he stated the truck could be loaded out of my 2nd floor in under an hour *IT WAS*. .He promised me that he can make it there in no time since he understood the back streets. He had been right again! All and all it had been an incredible job. I really don’t have much but what I do have is extremely valuable to mepersonally. They secure it all with thick blankets. Nothing has been damaged. If I understood a great deal of people I’d tell every last individual. So instead I mean to inform anyone I encounter who wants help since I did. These men really are all stand up gentleman and they deserve it!

Are home is quite big. We transferred 2 vertical pianos and 3 bedrooms per dining area and two sofa sets and bags. We moved from Connecticut to The Boston suburbs. The movers where quite attentive and fast. I’ve used them once before in 2011 and that I had been somewhat nervous because I simply used them to maneuver the 1 piano in so that I was not certain how the moving could be. I’ve used 2 other movers to get extended distance and this is actually the very best. I’ll be using these to eliminate my crap and haul my kid’s doorway to miami. Thank you Rich, Trey, and joey the project has been a success and I look forward to working again with you fellas

This guy and his firm stole $240 from us because he took charge and never revealed for the transfer. . .blocked our calls and also allow us scramble to locate another inspector onto a significant vacation free of opinion, without avail. . .He gave us his word he’d be there and that he cried us.
We’re seniors and needed to perform the move ourselves, landing my spouse at the physician’s office the following day. This guy goes behind bars.We are working out him documents from Small Claims Court and also we reported him on the BBB and Dept of Consumer Protection. Avoid this man.
