VIP Transport

I had an excellent encounter with VIP! I have transferred cross-country 4 days and every time was either just fine or catastrophic – till today! In the in-home quote with the explanation of insurance along with higher value products, to the ease of paperwork, the professionalism of their team and crews, along with expedited shipping, I could not have asked for much more! I guess it is true you get what you pay for because previously I moved with more affordable, and paid more for it in the long run. This is not the most expensive business on the market, but it is certainly worth the price!

I have used this business 3 times and every move was amazing! The team’s are always friendly, professional and hard working. My final move was into the 3rd floor and the team had a terrific attitude throughout the whole move. The office team is a joy to work together and will always be available to answer my own queries. I strongly recommend this firm for some of your moving requirements.

I transferred with VIP out of Newport into Irvine. The man who did my quote was really useful and was there for more than 20 decades. He said that they also proceed professional athletes so that I thought it’d be expensive-but that the pricing was fair! The team was hard-working and moved the furniture several times because of my wife-which actually helped me! Kimber assisted me at the office was really useful. Transferring is really a bummer, but when I must go again it’ll soon be with VIP!

My admiration goes out to Michelle, Jim, Angel and Alex for making my move worry free. The men rallied through the 100deg So. Cal afternoon and transferred my 60+ furniture and boxes easily. The men were friendy, careful where essential and comprehensive. Everything was put where educated and unscathed. Highly recommend them.

They broke his treadmill and explained since the illness has been”unknown” without any outside harm they wouldn’t mend it. They confessed broken components came off when the cover was eliminated but nevertheless because the illness has been”unknown” if they transferred it and no outside harm the claim was refused.

All I know is that it worked and now it has broken components and doesn’t get the job done. VIP transferred it not me.

I registered a complaint with the LA BBB that was a waste of time. They did nothing to us whatsoever.

My advice would be to examine everything from your movers existence ahead of the transfer and later otherwise your in your own.

I picked Mayflower/VIP Transport due to the representative that arrived to perform an onsite quote. His explanations created the most sense for me out of different quotes. But as it was his weight-loss was 6,000 pounds more than what my true weight was to be. From the binding contract there’s space for a credit for being beneath the anticipated weight. On the other hand, the sum credited does not even come near that which I must have paid. When I contacted the company they were quite amazed at their error and if asked why they would not constantly over estimate their burdens they are answer was that it would not be for their advantage to transport minus complete loads. This is reasonable except that I understand that the truck driver wanted two more loads to fulfill his truck and he obtained them. They made a killing in my movement at my own expense. Additionally, I was not advised of the true weight of the move prior to the afternoon prior to delivery even thought the truck driver had provided the accounts on pickup day or another.
After many telephone calls, no return calls, visiting corporate offices and eventually being told that they can do nothing but file a record that I had been given a”good will” gesture of 200. My quote was $14,235 and from the contract that I paid $12,670. In my estimation I must have been refunded at least $1400 more in the $12,670 according to my real weight.
In closure, I find this unacceptable and could not suggest this moving business. They discovered no way to speak about what was fair without gave a decent response as to why the quote was so far away. Please keep away from the organization or ensure that you are aware of how much that which you have really weighs so that you may be sure you aren’t getting scammed.
On a fantastic stage, the true mover was comprehensive and timely. He’d move a few boxes clearly marked brittle and best load with much less maintenance than I’d love to see however, what except two things arrived without harm.
