I wish I could say ONE positive thing about this business, but I can’t. They had been 6 hours late without any communication. Told me they did not care that they were overdue. Movers were so slow, and did not know how to pack/disassemble/reassemble anything. The apparel boxes were moist and falling apart. My spouse, parents, and that I needed to take action most of everything ourselves because they could not figure it out. I haven’t been one to concentrate on the negative. But that’s ALL this provider is. Please. Do not use them. That which they”promised” in my quotation was lies. “Larry” was the rudest man I’ve ever spoken to.

Antique furniture was chipped and scraped, appliances were scraped and dented. The unpacking to the storage device was so poor, the business sent back movers into repack everything, but the harm was done. We registered claims that were neglected for more than a year. They neglected to return our correspondence, so we took them to court. Following eighteen months, they eventually settled out of court with us. They violated the settlement contract and refuse to cover compensation. Seems like its back to court again. Dishonorable, and disreputable, I wish I’d done more research before I used this specific set of nonprofessionals.

BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE! They’re jagged and will make the most of you in every manner possible.

I had been told that they would be there in 8 PM to provide my secure, but they did not appear until 10 PM. The direct inspector that arrived out this time requested for payment prior to my protected was sent, saying that he had no assurance that he would get paid. Truly, VIP? You believe a government officer could risk his livelihood to get a Theft of Service bill? I really don’t mind paying for valid services, however if VIP seems to be more skilled in riding the clock over really moving, I would like a reasonable price for those services I have been rendered.

The movers couldn’t discover the speech (and that I thought that this could be among the fundamental requirements for the task !) NOT EVEN A RESPONSE TO DATE!

Crew didn’t have resources to disassemble and reassemble furniture. Crew ruined my workplace and bookcase. Crew took a few smoke breaks although they were being paid by the hour. Crew left behind over 30 boxes and a single TV which compelled me to employ a U-Haul truck and get my family involved to finish the move. Supervisor, Jeff Nolen, said he’d talk to the proprietor of the business and find out what they can perform. This was more than a month ago and still no call backagain. Crew didn’t inform what time they’d arrive and eventually called about 9am to state they’d be there in just two hours. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I feel that they use my era (69) and my health to do exactly what they desired.

Not only were their movers slow, but they ruined my new new entrance door. Now I have tried following up a few occasions and nobody will repair it. Don’t use this moving business!

After much consternation….from studying their most negative reviews, I chose to use this particular company since the rep, Jeff, assured that he would take personal responsibility for procuring the movement went smoothly. The transfer never went smoothly and was actually the worst bunch out and move I’ve ever experienced.
I had been forced to to try and package and load in one day because of truck availability. We denied that and did the bunch and load in two weeks….mostly with a single packer. Both contract packers were ineffective and obviously were compensated by the quantity of packaging materials utilized as we’d things as small as a golf ball wrapped within an 30 pieces of paper.

On the previous afternoon, we flew out of 5:30 pm to 1100 pm for another truck to emerge since the packers forgot that they needed to load the fridge and other things.

They had been five hours late making a 1 day move to a two day proceed. When they didn’t appear I phoned and had been lied to three occasions when they stated they had been an hour off. They Damaged several parts of furniture,front entrance along with my hardwood floors. The movement Supervisor was rude, uncaring and combative. Although office employees, scheduling, and most of preliminary contact sounded smooth and professional, the shifting encounter wap almost a catastrophe. It’s unknown if my new refrigerator even functions anymore, as it is in storage. The guys did not even have a working appliance Dolly or utilize straps when going anything. I don’t blame the guys for the 4 AM end time, because that was partially my husband’s fault. But it did not help things that Douglas felt the need to shout at the middle of the night in the complicated”I am takin my break!” (3 instances ). I actually paid more for their job than many others had lent me, wrongly thinking I was purchasing worth. In summary, I would hire Victor back, but won’t return for this firm. Should you hold some possessions precious, do not utilize VIP.

Every negative score is correct. Not punctually, unprofessional, thieves, damaged several bits and said simply use gorilla glue. Over excess breaks between every thing extending the hourly fee. My moving team headed by George was professional and productive. No damage to my home or furniture. The men completely shielded both houses and all of my furniture. He also package all of my TV free of price tag. In addition, the apparel box was a live saver since the previous time we proceed my husband transfer our cupboard in his toilet.
