I moved to other sites and this firm had a whole lot worse testimonials, so I’m really surprised by what this site shows 4 celebrities. My story isn’t any different than that which I read previously from those other websites (again, explore if you do not believe me). To sum up:
1. Great nice revenue individuals
2. Horrible shipping!
Detail:
1. In the pickup, the business was afterwards by two hours, that is okay in contrast to the remainder.
2. Viking compelled me fulfill a form to figure the burden and pricing that I had anticipated at 3,000pounds, however their calculator set me over 5,000pounds (hopeless, I had a 1 bedroom and not that many things ). Be aware that Viking will reimburse you only for BUSINESS days late (it’s in reality from the contract, although maybe not exactly what the sales person will inform you).
4. Viking utilized nearby subcontractors to cram an shipping in the conclusion of a day by 2 men who ruined my mattress mattress.
5. And to top it: here I’m 12 weeks once I filed a claim together with all justifications and following acknowledgement with Viking, and then guess what: no charge yet. . That is the email that I received today (notice that they are 6 months overdue on the payment):”Hi Mr. xxx,” I don’t own a date. I’m awaiting another group of tests to be delivered to me for mailing. Whenever I get them I will provide you a telephone or email. Thanks for your patience in this issue.”
Again, do your research just like I must have done, however, do your self a favor: do not proceed with Vikings!!! I’ll be delighted to provide more detail to anyone who sees me.
