My name is Jessica and I transferred out of Santa Clarita, CA to Olympia, WA. I have never moved ahead, and that I picked Victory mainly due to the person I spoke on the telephone with. His name was Mike and he had been really valuable. He informed me about using firms that utilized space to quantify pricing instead of businesses which use weight. Warned me about agents. In addition, he gave me additional businesses to pick from to find different quotes. Victory was still the cheapest but due to Mike, I’d of still went together if it had been a little more. I didn’t have lots of things, but Mike nonetheless offered to fasten most of my late mom’s delicate items at no cost. When they came, sure enough, they wrapped all of my delicate items at no cost (TV also!) . So, I strongly suggest Victory and the great customer support they supply!
I used this firm for my transfer to Chicago and need to say they have been friendly and useful. Revenue man answered all of my queries. The men who came into my transfer proved very professional and took good care of my furniture. Thank you. Should you will need a great mover telephone them.
I recently moved to Seattle with Victory and it had been nearly ideal. The only down side I discovered was that they took a little to long to send my things to my speech here in Washington. Aside from that, the telephone brokers, the movers, all good. I would use them again.
Victory Moving and Storage aka Sammy providers shifting was contracted by Entire Moving Group Donating 4 Instructions to package and send ~13k pounds of household products /$9772. When they came nearly 13 hours later than the agreed period , they said we had been under weighed by over $3k more. I needed to come back to my own administration job and we had been renting out our house so we compensated. They did not have the correct packaging materials, the moving team was inexperienced. The direct DJ was really stern and dishonest. There was another crew every day. They did not have stock sheets. They were wrap our products incorrectly. They showed up after 11 am regular. It was assumed for a 1 day proceed. It took them 4 days. My shipping was over 30 days overdue and they just constructed 1 thing from 6 things. They haven’t returned our phone calls or texts. The shipping person who’s Sammy and also DJ daddy explained he simply provide the goods he does not assemble. When we paid for reassembling and the driver/delivery individual do not assemble household products, who’s assumed to reassemble. We will employ an attorney for breach of contract and false pretense.
We get National who than sent outside VICTORY MOVING AN STORAGE, Victory showed up two weeks late, no sentence, if be a red flag, however, Zach was apologia. Downhill start after all of our items were all packed, and we all had a vacant house. The quotation rose a third longer, Per Zachthat he proposal was supposed to cover per cubic feet to conserve cash, what a mistake that was. Moving throughout the country was tough enough, it costs us extra vehicle rental and resort fees because of all the flaws.
Our shipping date was July 8th but did not get it before the 14th. Unaware that the shipping wasn’t a complete load, we had been hope to invest full, until the motorist Issac would even begin to unload, and also in doubt we recognize we didn’t have all of our items, most significant items which are simple missed, such as our dining room table, patio tableand lawn mower, dollies etc.. He also notify us that he did not have a team to assist, so we needed to wait, while he submitted on crags listing for support. With a great deal of harm, broken certainly one of a kind pieces, overlooking family items. The Driver requires the enterprise to find out after getting payment in total, which we’ve got another delivery forthcoming. We refuse to register to the shipping since we did not have all of our items, roughly 3000 cubic ft of family is currently missing. After we refused to register up, been black, also it would of happened so long to count, the motorist was frustrated and did not need to wait & did not need to time to wait through the night, so that he walk away leaving the stock sheet with us.
We finally receive a second delivery before 8/10/16 after a lot of back on forth texting and calls, again not all of our items, we just receive about added 500 cubic ft, so I inquired, each the motorist Johnny. Johnny also referred to as the proprietor DJ to affirm that our table foundation as well as other things were at the shop, and we’ll have yet another shipping, For the date we still have not got our items, we’ve got text message 8/30/16 out of Alyssa, saying the driver is on the road and ought to be listed in 3-5 times, NOTHING. We’d expect this could happen to be our final shipping. I contacted the proprietor in September, my own feelings would be he had no respect to how valuable your items are, and also just how much cash you paid to receive them. His only answer once I ask when can we get the remainder of our items was” why if I’ve motorist send only for you” we’ve one else on the market.
In addition, we have somebody else goes, and Victory knows of the.

Nearly a year has passed since my proceed using Victory Moving and Storage in August/September 2016. I nearly decided to not devote my time writing this particular review, but I would feel reckless not doing this. If a minumum of one individual can prevent using them, then I guessed I have saved a person tens of thousands of dollars.
Simply speaking, Victory Moving (that has gone from Sammy’s Moving before and might use another name today since they needed to shut down following this event ) is a fraud, especially if they’re working in combination with a so-called agent firm named National Transferring Group. Don’t be fooled by Victory Transferring or National Transferring Group; they’re professional scammers and operate well together. Victory Company’s most important man is called DJ and his dad is the operator. He is named Sammy. The National Moving Group men are Joe, Eric Number 1, Justin, Eric Number 2, and Frank. There could have been a different Joe.
The largest result of my experience is that I filed a report with the Department of Transportation at August 2016 since Victory Moving held my things hostage at some unidentified place in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Even though they finally got my items on the street, I managed to verify that they faked a fat ticket to attempt and get paid for transferring 11,490 pounds. When my things just weighed roughly 5,900 pounds. I had been told from the DOT investigator that they were fined in the close of the investigation. They did not cover the fine and needed to shut down to non-payment, but they’re likely are working under a different title.
So here is exactly what happened, and this is just the worst of this:
National Moving Group did a telephone stock of my products and estimated that my items to be approximately 5,000 pounds. (Note: telephone inventories are a red flag.) Days prior to his move, they phoned me to cover the inventory. Lo and behold, they’d forgotten to add 50 or so boxes and needed to include a few hundred additional pounds (= more cash ). Since they rush you through the procedure at the first stage, they charge on you not discovering that they”forgot” to record the boxes; you are only considering all of the furniture. By this time, I’d already paid a deposit of $1200 and was in a way dedicated (Note: needing to pay a deposit up front is a red flag.) National Moving demanded extra money to get a greater deposit, which I paid.
Even though National Moving asserts that they”will become your advocate” during the whole procedure, they’re anything but. I called always, left many messages, sent numerous emails. They had been completely unresponsive and only ignored my emails. I always got someone different every time I called. My first broker was handily”gone” after I signed the contract and that I never talked with him again. In the conclusion of the procedure when DOT had fined Victory Moving, some supervisor at National Moving Group called Frank eventually sat up and paid attention. However, I still had to struggle with him to repay the amount I’d overpaid (Note: that they create refunds seem to be a simple process when you register; it is not.) I ended up needing to pay back the amount I would take as a refund simply to avoid having to hire a lawyer (Note: he never showed me how he had been calculating my own refund). When eventually I threatened to file a record on these like I did with Victory Moving, they relented and paid the refund. Frank literally stated,”Do not record a record on us, ok?” Therefore, these folks are simply as culpable, in my opinion. However, enough of National Transferring Group. On to Victory Moving.
DJ is the most important man with Victory Moving. When he arrived to pick up my items on a Sunday night about 8:00 pm, within a day following our scheduled appt., he appears around the home and goes,”Wow, you truly have a good deal of things, more than what it looks like from the contract.” I could not understand. I advised him National Transferring Group did a telephone stock not once, but two. DJ type of shook his head and indicated National Moving Group did not understand what they were doing. This is part of the psychology match. He even looked in my BBQ grill and stated that was certainly a moderate grill, not a little grill. So now they have got out me, thinking my things consider more. All part of the game.
So DJ asked me to sign a new contract that day with a new quote of something such as 24,000 pounds. 24,000 pounds?!?! I inquired. “Oh, do not worry,” he stated,”we simply put the maximum amount that the truck may hold, so that if it is even a pound on your National Transferring Group quote o 8,000 lbs., we do not get fined. We are going to get fined if it is a pound over.” This is how they get you. I stupidly signed up the new contract together. He said there is no way my matters will consider that much.
In my home, DJ supplied me with a CAT Scale ticket revealing what my items weighed before loading my items. The ticket seemed legit (yellowish, accredited CAT Scale title ). It revealed that the truck weighed against 17,000 pounds. empty. Upon departing, DJ said he’d weigh the truck again in Orlando about the way to Ft. Lauderdale. Though he provided for me to go an inspect the weigh, it was about 10:00 at night and we were departing the following day. Orlando was roughly an hour off. I had a two-year old and my parents with me. They know you likely won’t proceed. I didn’t.
A couple of days after, DJ said he’d removed the day before and had *just* finished weighing the truck. He explained that my things weighed 14,000 pounds. “Yes ma’am, I swear on my mother’s title .” I was shocked. I’d moved a couple of decades before and my items had only weighed 4,500 pounds. He asked for more cash and sent me a credit card authorization form instantly, saying he could not send my items until I paid more. I stated I needed to consider it. I asked him to get a weight reduction. He never delivered it.
That night, I started searching on the internet and studying about transferring scams. Rather than paying DJ more cash, I registered a report on the internet with all the DOT, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. DOT set an investigator on it rather quickly and delivered a letter to Victory stating the situation was likely to be researched.
A couple of days afterwards, DJ texted me and explained that there was”a problem” with my weigh so that he graciously consented to weigh my items again. This time, my items just weighed 11,490 pounds! Again, he wanted more money, and again I wanted to determine the weight reduction showing that my items really weighed this figure.
DJ emailed a fat ticket in the undercover weigh station in Davie, FL. The ticket seemed suspicious and unofficial. I looked on the internet and found just one weigh station in Davie, FL known as 595 Truck Stop. I called and talked with Bradley, the director of 595 Truck Stop. Bradley confirmed that they were the sole weigh station in Davie, FL. I told him what had been occurring and texted him a photo of this burden ticket that DJ emailed me. Bradley replied that it wasn’t one of the tickets. He sent me among the weight tickets which seemed totally different and much more legit. I sent all of this information to the DOT investigator.
Whenever the DOT investigator came at Victory Moving in Ft. Lauderdale to fulfill with DJ along with his dad, they’d already put my things on the street before she would see that they were being held hostage. This is their clinic. She phoned me and had me on speaker with DJ along with his dad, allowing me to know that my items were on the street and informed me when I could expect to get them. I let them all know that I wished to be present to get a weigh of this truck since it entered El Paso, and that I wished to adhere to the motorist back to exactly the same weigh station after my items were unloaded to find out exactly what the truck weighed after unloading. I told them I would offer the motorist with a speech of a weigh station near my house, which I did.
The motorist came, reluctantly weighed the truck prior to unloading, unloaded my items and required money in the most unprofessional way, and then drove back into the weigh station with me along with my dad in tow.
My things weighed 5,900 lbs. Simply speaking, Victory, strove to double my burden and scam me from roughly $5,000. The worst part is that the fake ticket that he composed when I wished to see evidence. It seems like something off a few of these previous printers we had to have back in the 80’s.
Like I said before, this is the worst of this. My things came badly broken, they were all cramped in the truck along with other people’s items, and I had been missing a couple of lamps. After all I had gone through, my ruined items paled compared to this struggle I needed to go through with both Victory Moving and National Moving Group, also that I never sought reimbursement for my own damaged things. Their only things after all. It was more important to me personally that I introduce Victory for who they are and hopefully help others avoid what I needed to undergo.
Victory Moving and Storage has been contracted for $11,600 to transfer our home furniture from Atlanta into Pennsylvania. . When they arrived in our home, they refused to perform the transfer unless they had been compensated $22,500. I needed to leave our home in two days so had to proceed. Along with over double the contracted sum, they had been overdue and broke several things, such as precious artwork. They’ve refused to honor my personal promises or return any telephone calls or emails.
Don’t USE VICTORY MOVING AND STORAGE
