Don’t make use of this inspector!! Scam artist. Absolute nightmare. Agreed on a cost for every one of my things- plumber showed up with a truck completely undersized for the occupation. Then added a leased trailer, with plywood and tarps, and STILL didn’t have space for all of my items. Openly whined about my private family furniture- quite disrespectful. I want to throw off or give away things Which Were agreed upon at the quote. 
 45 days after, I still do not have any of my items. Wasn’t ready with assistance on the opposite end. Beware, this isn’t an ethical firm.
