Vega van lines packaged all of my belongings carefully and shipped everything around Canada for quite a reasonable speed. When my possessions came there was some harm to a couple products. Movers refused to build the bedroom, even though the arrangement is to diassemble and build 6. The point is, I will sue this business, but I have also to make a feedback at each potential website in order to warn about this deceptive firm!

Vega lineup is the worst business (not only one of the moving businesses ) that I’ve ever addressed. They’ve hired a lot of liars and celebrities in their client services. They steal your things and overcharge you. Don’t trust them.
We had a couple of boxes to be transferred from Toronto to Richmond at December 2018. Even though the boxes were clearly tagged as delicate, we discovered a few broken objects when we received them. We did not care about it, but there was a box overlooking,that was a laser printer, so we certainly needed it back.
Additionally, they had been overcharging us with $180 over their initial quotation. In their first quotation, they’d clearly said that their quotation involves the gas surcharge, warehouse handling along with also the scale fee, however they still charged us for each one of these. I continued calling for upgrades afterward it FINALLY abandoned Ontario to Calgary on March 6!!!! Nearly a month following the day it had been picked up. I spoke to a number of unique individuals for replies and stated I need a discounted cost from the $500 for waiting as long. They consented until the delivery man shows up now March 16!!! And theres no reduction. He phoned the office and requested and they all said was take of 5 percent!!!! $45!! My husband then spoke on the telephone and they’d just budge to 70 off! Horrible service rather than directly forward with their replies. Don’t expect them with your cash.

My loved ones contracted with Vegaline Transferring to transfer our possessions from Los Angeles, CA to Vancouver, BC.   We had been billed 3x what we had been quoted and two of our boxes vanished throughout the transfer, among which comprised most of my spouse’s jewelry.   Though their site claims”100% Client Satisfaction Warranty” they refused to accept responsibility for the lost things, rather blaming their clients not to be fair when getting mis-delivered boxes.

Please be aware that Vegaline Transferring isn’t licensed by the Better Business Bureau, that lists several complaints against them.

Moved from London, ON into Calgary, AB at July/August 2019. They attempted to claim that the shipment was 600lbs greater than it had been. A comprehensive list of every product and weight has been ready by myself before moving however after studying the horrible reviews about the provider. I was frustrated with Vega Moving and Storage and might not use them or recommend them for anybody.   They predicted to organize the pick up a day sooner than intended and that They’d cover the hotel room.   They didn’t cover the hotel room.   They had been two days later in relation to their delivery guarantee because it appeared to be more important to allow them to perform pick-ups than send to me.   My daughter took two days off work waiting for them to Appear.   They always whined to me about shipping times attempting to place me off.   Together with the shuffling my home effects about to perform exactly the pick-ups, I Wound up with a Great Deal of hurt.   I’ve completed longer haul motions with less harm than this one.   I had one facet table entirely broken in half!   I’ve got more images of harm than revealed. They do not tell you your belongings isn’t insured, proceed to get an crash, ruin all furniture, attempt to bill me 600$ more than quoted for delivered crap, I can go on and on (did not inform me of injury and all of my belongings trash until they movers arrived at my door. . .late by > 10 times ), and seeking to offer me 10 percent of my claim. What a joke. I just paid them half so they would unload what was abandoned. They desired 1650$, quoted 1150$.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don’t care about your premises. They attempt to over charge you and once I refused to pay off the invoice when falling off, I had been advised to phone the principal office and they decreased the invoice to the initial amount I had been quoted. Plus they also crused boxes, harmful several products. They wouldn’t compensate me since they stated they didn’t package the things so there’s not any evidence the products were in great shape before shipping. They ruined large parts of furniture outside repair and stated that whatever of worth was to be declared before the transfer or it wasn’t covered. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

Vegaline guaranteed no hidden fees, but at pickup we had been billed $570 additional for boxing material for their taste. They had been 4 times late coming in Laval and insisted we cover over 8000 pounds when their broker on pickup estimated 6000 pounds. They reduced the first cost by $500 when we complained, however , still charged us 4900 and refuse to supply any written evidence of real burden of our dispatch. After we whined overcharges that we hadn’t consented to, they reimbursed $120 and an extra $50 for harm that doesn’t even start to compensate us for broken things, gauges and scrapes to nearly everything. I’m sure that our dispatch really finishes at least a lot less than they billed me for, however, can’t establish it and they won’t supply any signs of burden. When I whined to Move-it. Ca, I received a call from Vegaline ordering me to not call them again. Dishonesty is the term here.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THEY PROMISED DELIVERY AND NEVER SHOWED UP. WHEN WE CALLED IN THEY SAID THAT THE DRIVER HAD ISSUES AT THE BORDER AND HAD TO GET BACK TO VANCOUVER. WHEN ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT CALL US TO TELL US AND WHY THEY Don’t Have AN EMERGENCY NUMBER, THE OWNER WAS RUDE AND PRACTICALLY TOLD US TO GO AWAY! WE MOVED OUR THINGS from the WAREHOUSE AND EVEN THOUGH ENDED UP PAYING A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY TO ANOTHER MOVER WE DID NOT CARE AS WE READ THE REVIEWS AFTER AND DID NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

I utilized Vega Lines to move from Vancouver to Calgary. What a mistake. It was a dreadful expeince with those men.   To begin with , they dont burden your things, they simply guess, there wasn’t any weigh invoice , they couldnt supply you, and if I called them on it..they bought a coupe hundred bucks from the invoice.

I reserved this business for my transfer out of Vancouver BC to Las Vegas. When I originally contacted this business I had been given excellent customer services. They gave me a quote of $1500 for its transfer and two months of storage. When they picked up my items they explained that the quote was true. Prior to the movers left they had me sign a sheet of paper that had me agreeing to an extra $100 fee for the staircase they needed to move down my things and another $60 for wrap they used (that I specifically told them never to use.) When I contacted the sales rep whom I was connected with he informed me that there was nothing he can do about it. And the customer support just went downhill from that point. I had a tentative date to my items to get there at Las Vegas and has been told I just wanted to get them a week beforehand to allow them to know when to bring down my things. When I had procured a flat and contacted Vega Lines to deliver down my things a week after, I had been told that it would not be for 3 more weeks! In addition to THAT, then they informed me that the price was now going to be 2500 rather than $1500! When I told them I could not afford to cover that they advised me I had two choices: Purchase the $2500 or pay $800 for your storage and also come move my items myself! Sufficed to say, I wasn’t impressed. I wound up sending my dad (who lives a substantial distance away) to pick up my items and transfer them down to Las Vegas. This costed me around $1000 in addition to the $800 I needed to cover Vega Lines since they threatened to store my items unless I paid. When my dad arrived I realized I was missing two large mirrors (roughly $250 worth ). As soon as I contacted Vega Lines that they, naturally, denied any accountability. I would not ever recommend to anybody to use this firm. I wish I’d seen all of the bad reviews before I booked them. . .because you will find A LOT! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY, EVER!!   I recently transferred from Kitchener into Abbotsford. The movers in the Kitchener finish were fine. I will examine them individually. Vega was dreadful. I received an email from the company I hired in Ontario on a Wednesday telling me that my delivery will be Saturday and Vega would phone me Friday to program a time. They predicted Thursday afternoon focusing on approaching the following day, Friday involving 3-4pm. I couldn’t convince Sam that I was not in a hurry and was not prepared for the delivery. Eventually I gave up and agreed. They were not at my house at 4:15pm, and so I phoned. Sam explained 1/2 per hour. They eventually came at 6:30 pm following more calls. The men basically threw my things in my condominium, not caring where I wanted it put. My daughter really unwrapped each of the blankets out of the furniture. They left two hours later without putting any furniture, checking to be sure everything had been here. They had been in such a hurry to make sure that they left behind 3 moving blankets which hadn’t been taken out of the furniture. Each of the boxes have been squished. They put delicate boxes upside down. I did my very own packaging and have to have done a fantastic job since just 1 cup, 1 wine glass and a single salad bowl broken. Oh, my teak coffee table has been broken. They pushed it together, smiled and said”bandaid”. Some of these could not speak English at all, one spoke minimum English and also the third person who looked like an additional, talked English. Communication together was dreadful. We felt intimidated by them.

This firm ruined my drive with acrylic stains with no reimbursement or concern once I recorded the problem with emails and pictures.

They were overdue in their pickup date from my previous home which cost me time and money.  Not to mention my things had been no longer covered by house insurance since the new owners took ownership of my prior home which was still full of my possessions.  This also caused disturbances for its new owners that were hoping to maneuver in themselves.

They had been 5 times late on shipping to my new residence.  We had supported two days before with Vega that they’d have the ability to deliver to the first promised date.  They said it wouldn’t be a problem.  So I was stuck living from a resort on my home for these 5 times with no reimbursement.  And those were days I booked off from work.

To make things worse, when they did send my things, I had been led to think they had all of my things in their own truck and that I paid them in full.  They just had half of my family and I did not even learn before the truck was pulling off!  So Vega manipulated me into paying for the complete price of my transfer and they just moved half of my things. 

Obviously after I paid that they would not return telephone calls or emails.  I had been living with no sofas as well as pots and pans.  I ended up having to file a case using the Better Business Bureau simply for the company to respond to an email or voice mail from me.   And they still had 1/2 of my family within their ownership!

Long story short, I did not get the previous 1/2 of my things until 3 months later after getting a great deal of assistance in the BBB. And we were overlooking many things including a couple of substantial ones like a $2000 toolbox, queen mattress, and costly gear.  We attempted to speak to the business again via email and telephone calls to let them know we’re still missing things but they never returned them after us trying for 2 weeks.

At  this time they’d wasted a lot of my period and that I was done dealing with them. Vega Transferring Lines has cost me so much money and time. However, the worst part is merely the lies, anxiety, and manipulation from the corporation.

Other bigger issues to note:

-When we first contacted Vega to get an in home estimate, they advocated that we did not need one and rather to utilize their online calculator.  We utilized their calculator and also estimated large on everything.  During this entire painful movement, Vega always blamed each difficulty we had on our weight quote even though we moved through their whole approximation procedure and they aimed at obtaining an in home quotation.

-Vega especially told us they’d bring extra boxes for our relocation.  This didn’t occur.

-We received an email stating that we’d get absolutely free wrapping/protection of our furniture.  They did not even have cassette! I needed to go to Home Depot to purchase tape to them and they billed us for that which they did wrap.

-Their site says they will disassemble/assemble beds and furniture at no cost.  They had no resources and advised me it was likely to be additional.  I ended up needing to do all of this last minute.

-They transferred our lovely reclaimed wood dining room table high onto a dolly with no security in any way.  And put it face down on the cement. Thank you again.

-We received an email with our moving quotation saying our storage will be liberated before our agreed delivery date.  They then attempted to make us pay for this before shipping!  We stored our mails or they’d have billed us $800 for this!

-2 of our apparel boxes filled with clothing had mice droppings in them and a few of the clothes has been ruined by their storage center.

Please think twice about using this organization.  Yes, they might seem somewhat more affordable than a number of the other businesses on the market, but they’re not worth the issues.  In the long term, we’d have spent less money and had more free time and less stress with a respectable business.  I am an easy going man and can take some issues occur from time to time but that organization is dishonest in their dealings and won’t treat you with respect or equity.  And keep in mind, as soon as you cover them, getting you the things isn’t their priority.

1.   We had been told delivery will be approximately october 5.   Contacted them round the 14th to Learn what was occurring.   2.   Told at the time that the driver had arrived at California and could shortly be calling our child to whom the personal effects were being deliverd.   We had been told they’d arrange a convenient delivery time.   3.   Actually, they phoned my son that day and advised him they’d be there possibly 9 that seven or night the next morning – on this short note neither period worked.   4.   However, my son shifted his studio period to become available that night to get a 9 delivery.   They came at an hour and a half late.   They needed full payment and Wouldn’t provide the goods without getting complete payment.   But we’d prepaid, in total, with bank draft, fourteen days before!!   5.   I received a phone the next morning and had been requested by our contact man if we’d prepaid and that I informed them that we’d.   Obviously I Discovered this telephone call perplexing (my son hadn’t told me of that which had happened the night before as he believed he can type it out).   I asked the man on the  telephone when the merchandise had been sent and he advised me that they’d been – which was be quite a lie.   6. The driver left the region and educated that my son, after allegedly being advised that the delivery was prepaid, He could return the next day.   The motorist and the touch in Vancouver were equally advised that my son needed to leave the flat no later than seven as he needed to be in the studio – with changed the date in the night prior to adapt the motorist.   We had been confident they Wouldn’t be late.   In 7:20, my child touched the motorist by telephone and was advised that they were still 30 kilometers off and so my son Couldn’t wait for them and had to depart.   7.   The following day we had been advised the goods was abandoned in a storage center and we’d Need to Make arrangements to pick the material up.   8.   When my child approached the storage facility that he had been advised that as the Vega motorist had abandoned he did not believe he could discharge the merchandise for my son and also  mentioned a charge.   9.   After four more days, my son was able to sort out this (additional calls for our contact here in Vancouver together with Vega were also required) however he had to push out into the centre and also pick the boxes himself up.   Before that occurred. I had an extended comprehensive talk with all our signature in Vancouver and requested him to get his supervisor call me after the weekend (that was last Friday).   Obviously, nobody has predicted.  We paid and contracted for shipping to an address in the L.A. Region.   We not only did not get everything we paid for however their ineptitude and is still made the encounter unduly stressful and hard,  ” |—–|-

I had been really restricted about the budget that I ahd to make my transfer occur. As soon as I began getting estimates most moving firms only told me that my relocation is too little and not worthwhile to them. Yet All Over United functioned together with me to piggyback my movement with a different family members and allow it to be cheap and at a sensible time period and therefore I’m greatful to them.

I don’t understand where to even begin with VegaLine Moving. The only positive experience was that the first pickup driver; he had been really considerate and useful. Everything from that point forward was AWFUL. Please don’t hesitate and read the terrible reviews and choose to choose them anyways because YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED. I had been overcharged greatly and if fees were contested to earnings agent Adam, he refused to allow me to talk with a supervisor for 3 times of me always calling. When I eventually spoke with director Sam, after laughing at me and belittling me he finally consented that the cost was incorrect; nonetheless, wouldn’t provide me a concept of where the error was made (obviously they over charge in hopes that nobody does the math themselves). Should you proceed with this business compute the expenses dependent on the weight which you’re given yourself, don’t trust that they have done this properly. Second, I understood that there isn’t any way in which the weight that they came back with was right, and once I requested to get a break-down of those weighted items that the manager drove an arbitrary weight in my that was involving what I anticipated it came into and exactly what they stated it came to and then asked if”it was reasonable”. In short: SCAMMERS, LIERS, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, AND SOOO NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

This business was subcontracted from the agent who handled my movement. Besides diminishing the speed I was quoted, both guys who showed up were more competitive, loudly (yelling back and forth to each other at an unidentified language), also careless (I seen over piled dollies topple).

I’m now engaging a lawyer and the authorities. Should you deal with a business, be certain they don’t subcontract the job to such offenders. When there’s a 5 star favorable inspection, it is possible to bet that it was written with them.

I contracted vegaline Richmond BC for. Little transfer from Victoria to Calgary.   I picked them because they might pick up in my Preferred date along with also their quoted price seemed fair.   I let the salesman know that I had been going a glass tabletop plus it had to be nicely wrapped in blankets and shielded.   The chief of this group that came to pickup the things was impolite and needed I buy Additional packaging and then trick them until They’d take the dispatch.   Even thought I bought extra packing, the table top and two dining seats never came. And in the middle of shifting confusion, he’d arbitrarily coded all of the things as ruined in the contract. And didn’t clarify that or receive my verbal arrangement. The furniture was still in very good shape, otherwise I Wouldn’t have bothered to transfer it.   The team that delivered the things assured me that the missing bits would accompany. Nothing.   Nobody returns my calls. In addition to the contract didn’t incorporate the right quoted price I’d agreed upon together with the salesperson.
