They’re a broker, actually only a middle person to take your cash and make a couple calls, even scam shisters who can not accept charge cards (or do not wish to due to individuals flagging their fees ) and just don’t care about client support only earnings. Trust me do not squander your time, it is not worthwhile, just burn your money and call somebody else. I was really awarded a $500 refund, and requested to sign a NDA within the arrangement. HOWEVER THEY REFUSED TO ISSUE ME A REFUND. THIS WAS BACK IN JULY AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND. THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE THE CONTRACT STATED THAT You Can’t LEAVE A NEGATVE REVIEW SO THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE MY REVIEW DOWN. I TOOK MY REVIEW DOWN AND THEY STILL DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND OF MY $600 DEPOSIT. They’re CROOKS AND DESERVE NO Enterprise.

They were either nasty on the phone or did not reply. Anyone who adores them. Give them hell! They deserve it. They should not be in company. Why is it that people have to deceive others? An excellent, honest company could make lots of cash. They could have great reviews and nominal references. Rather, we must warn people to steer clear of this business, far away. We made the move ourselves and did not utilize another moving business. It was not straightforward. We chose never to move again. What a hell of an adventure. Do not proceed with Value Van Lines. There is no”Worth” for this corporation.

Worth is a broker so be ready. The movers that they sub-contracted the job though were dreadful (Movin on Transferring ) The last cost was greater than quoted after being guaranteed by Value Van Lines that the constantly”estimate large”. . I didn’t get out of my home before 9pm and needed to be in a final from state the next morning at 9 am. Pursuant to shipping, the quotation of 2800 turned into $3990. Next, after having an initial deposit of 1k, they moved in and debited an addl 1k in the accounts will consent. This came to a total of 5k. Don’t use these individuals. It is a”bait and switch”,

This is absolutely the WORST moving business ever!! They shot my first 500 dollar deposit and gave me a contract, so I did need to modify the date but they said” no difficulty”. Afterward the inspector phoned me on Mother’s Day that’s a Sunday and said he had been on his own way and never revealed! So I called the company and they stated that they would look after it. The next thing I know I shipped me exactly the identical inspector which came to my home at 11pm and he informed me”I needed to give him a second 5,000$!!! I advised him that I had been calling the the company and he even left! They attempted to blame all on me personally and to this very day I still haven’t got my deposit back!!
