Salesman was quite persistent in calling me and returning my phone calls before he got my residue, he then vanished. The”customer support” people who’ve followed up with me because are unconcerned with my troubles. The movers (that had been fine ) revealed up 6 hours late, worked until 3 in the afternoon and left with approx. 5 hours of work left to do (based on them.) It’s now 3 days after. We’re closing on our home tomorrow and it’s still filled with 1/4 of our possessions and we’re in temporary home 4 hours off. This can really wreck the selling of our property. I don’t trust this corporation.

I left my reservation 3 months beforehand. Like the previous review they all do is call telephone call until you cover your initial deposit you then never hear from them again. I gave them a three day time period to receive my things. On the previous day to receive my things they said they could not make it, that they promise to come the following day at the morning. Later that afternoon they shifted it to the day. After that day they phone back and say that their telephone is not holding a charge and can they send you to my flat. The next day comes and they never showed up. I needed to transfer all my things myself. I still have not got a refund for my deposit.

It has absolutely been the worst business and worst encounter for moving. There’s a couple of ppl in client support and they behave casual about your small business. Received all my things except one. For the last 3 weeks they have been sayings it is on it’s way. Inform you dropped it and cover me. The earnings ppl are liars. How can the cost increase by $1200 at pickup leaving you no option if you don’t would like to eliminate the dep. Beware they employ ppl away Craigslist to assist the motorist proceed. How is that correct? Nobody ever responds to emails or calls. Please report into the bbb. Additionally I have somebody else’s items. What company does not care to regain it.

Moved down some items to my condominium in Florida. They gave me a great price and what went fine. One issue is that I couldn’t use my charge card for the whole payment. For some reason I have to write more characters to the information to get submitted. I am wrting a moving inspection, n ot a book. :-RRB- Anyhow nothing got ruined and they came within a week that was okay with me. Thanks everybody and I’ll use another time.

I couldn’t recommend this firm, once they obtained my deposit seeking to commucate together was terrible. Therefore I chose not to use them , now hoping to receive my deposit back is much worse. I’ve been attempting to get in contact with them and nobody will reply my e-mails or whatever, seems like I will probably need to depute it together with my own credit card business

I’d USA Transferring Group transfer a few furniture to Texas for me. The cost was quite affordable and everything went well. It took approximately a week or so to receive my things. It’d have been faster if I drove it myself using an Uhaul, but I have been down the road before and would rather have somebody else do the job for me. The cost for these men to perform everything was nearly the same.The quote was put on. I made certain to inform them about each and every thing I was going to make sure that the pricing was true. IMO they did a fantastic job and the men even enabled me to bring some furniture into the curb I was trashing.

Steer clear of this business. Transferring from Michigan to California. They had a business pick up my belongings and store it untill they have a driver to bring it into California. Problem is that they never obtained some body to do this and my stuff remains in MI 22 days afterwards and no one in their business may provide me some idea when my material is going to be sent. Get somebody else.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS.Contacted USA movers also obtained a quote from Dennis. On date of pickup, movers showed up and promptly started saying that the quote from Dennis was purposely low to receive my enterprise. Driver said quote goes up but could not tell me just how much till they began loading things. And needless to say, when moving through the claims procedure, they advised me that it might take around 120 days prior to the promise may be settled. Obviously I am managing the, still and have yet to be compensated for the harm nor paid to be late. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I suggest paying slightly more to get a more professional firm, one that will send your possessions in 1 piece. They are liars and thieves. I regret the day that I ever signed up the contract together. Oh, and incidentally, they lately (Ocotber 27, 2014) F and received score from the Better Business Bureau. The contractor they hired for your transfer was fine (Tracy) however he contracts to get a terrible firm. Save yourself stress and frustration and hire somebody else.

This provider is ridiculous. They’ll phone you day after day to earn their business sound amazing. Following the shoot your deposit they’re impossible to speak with. I’ve sent 6 emails all of which have yet to be responded to. I even stayed on the phone with Sam in shipment who affirmed he received my email and that he also set the expectation that he would respond within one day. To no avail…. NO RESPONSE!

The business supplied a quote with the understanding that when my bundles were more than the estimated weight I’d pay a dollar amount per pound. They are guaranteed a storage facility in my destination before we found a location.

When the movers came they did stock and recalculated a new quote. This quote was a take it or leave it quotation, which isn’t what I consented to. They provided that I consider the new estimate of danger taking it into the weigh station where the cost might be greater.

The movers also disclosed that they have around 21 days to send my things to my new residence. AGAIN nothing which was discussed before.

I’m now around $700.00 since this business fails to take possession of the false expectations.

This is to notify you that your moving business is only stinks. We’d really Major problem with Your Business.   Denis and Sam these 2 men were constantly oblivious to us. If this is the way You’re doing business you may shortly getting out of marketplace.      USA Transferring Group company cost me nearly $500.00 additional for transferring. We pack our things and still USA moving company cost me $429.00 Entire stuff weight is under 2000 pounds. You firm offer me $1300.00 estimate and I pay complete more then $2200.00 I upload two images which we packed our items but still pay them.   This is absurd charges I compensated. I am going to place actual bad review on Every site so no one will hurt in long run and noone can use Your Business.     This folks are only playing with you, once you phone them 1st moment to inquire quote they speak with you really nice and when you give them things all altered. You Need to keep phoning them to your own materials and you pay nearly more then twice.

Employed USA Moving Group to get a transfer from NC into MA. Everything seemed great on the telephone through the quotation stage. The movement was designed to shoot 3-5 days. Tuesday the 30th comes and eventually he reveals at 10am. They begin unloading the vehicle and many boxes were ruined. 1 box obviously stated”Fragile this wind up” with arrows around it and a few of those sides was totally caved in. One other box that stated”Pictures” with arrows pointing upwards needed tire tread marks on it. Among the delivery men spoke no English and even told me that I had to speak Spanish! The non English speaking man shouldn’t have been in a position to read either because I had a box (Manufactures box) that obviously stated it was light fixture inside that got in his own way and that he just kicked it. I was appalled and offended. I’m now currently having to submit a claim together since I’m missing a few products. .

I’d USA Transferring Group quote a cost for me to move from Ohio to Colorado. I supplied a list and what I was searching for. I had been looking for a business which would package, transport and send my things. 

They offered me a price which has been the best that I had obtained. I paid the deposit and have been scheduled a 2 day window of either 2/17 or even 2/18.

I double and triple checked together that this cost contained the movers boxing, disassembling, loading/unloading & hauling my stuff out of Ohio to Colorado. They promised me that has been the included and I would not need to do anything. 

They called me at 6:52 pm on 2/17 saying they are there on 2/18 involving Noon-4 pm. At 11:38 AM on 2/18, they said that they were running late and are there between 3-7 PM daily. 

At 5 pm I phoned them and they said that they are there nearer to 7pm. I asked them when it was likely to take very long to pack up my stuff (because I’d been informed that was all included). They said that it was not recorded on their report which I had to package everything and that they had been simply coming to load and unload in Colorado. I clarified I was estimated that the price to incorporate all that. They moved me into the estimator who didn’t take my phone, an Allan. I left a voice mail which was not returned. I ran and got tape and boxes and started to pack my items. I didn’t have enough boxes and has been pressured to have them perform it for another price that the business wouldn’t quote me. 

At 7:30 pm the day they said that they’re still running late and are there between 9-10 pm. In 9 pm that they called and said they would be there right at 10 pm. At roughly 10:37 pm the movers showed up. When they came into my flat and moved through the stock. The stock they had been supplied wasn’t including nearly half of those things I’d advised the estimator. Needing to get transferred to Denver ASAP begin my job, I’d them quote the extra things which came to about $330 extra. 

I place my arrival date since 2/20 at Denver in my flat and abandoned Youngstown to create it there in time. This was the last time I have heard from them. 

About 2/23-3/1 , I tried to call and leave voice mails to learn where my things were. I haven’t got any kind of email, telephone call, mailing or any kind of upgrade about the place of my things. I don’t have any clothing except for that which I brought along with me. My significant paperwork have been at a filing cabinet that’s somebody in North America I expect. My furniture, and what I have for the most part are someplace and nobody is responding.
Still haven’t got my items.

I moved down to Florida from Georgia, also employed these men for the transfer. I made arrangements with a Derrick C on Friday, March 13th, to get my things moved from MI to NM.  I had been advised that the truck driver could call me Sunday, March 15th, to abandon me understand the time they’d be coming to pickup my things.  I never got a call Sunday, so I phoned Derrick who advised me that he’d have dispatch call me with all the time of pickup.  When shipment called, they explained that a truck driver could arrive Saturday, March 21.  I advised them that I’d be in NM at the time and arrangements were made for my things to be picked up by Monday.  I had been told that the very best they can do for me would be have a driveway pickup my things Tuesday, March 17.  I had been told I would get a call after that afternoon with the pickup time for Tuesday.  Near the close of the company day, I’d called both shipment and Derrick since I hadn’t got a call in the truck driver allowing me know of this time of pickup to Tuesday and had been advised I would be contacted first thing Tuesday morning with all the moment.  Tuesday morning, both shipment and Derrick didn’t call me so that I phoned them.  I had been told by dispatch that a driveway would phone me in 3 hours to give me a pickup time.  I was also told by Derrick which he’d follow me up and allow me to know when the motorist would be coming.  Five hours later, after no reply in shipment, Derrick or the truck driver, I phoned Derrick and dispatch repeatedly for another one hour, every quarter hour.  In addition, I email Derrick.  After a hour and a half of no reaction from anybody, I named the Corporate office and talked with a Client Service Supervisor (Sam #1016) who reported that the soonest he could find a truck outside will be Wednesday, March 18th.  I told Sam that I’d no more maintain MI on Wednesday and that I want my things picked up Tuesday.  After Sam repeatedly explained that he couldn’t find a truck out to me on Tuesday, I noticed that I needed my repay.  I was subsequently told I couldn’t get my refund since I’m canceling my support.   I told Sam that I didn’t cancel my services.  I anticipated them to pickup my things Monday, which they neglected to perform.  I then was advised that my things could be picked up Tuesday, which they neglected to perform again.  I advised them that I made earlier arrangements to see and protected apartments and I had planned on driving to NM myself, that was over a 25 hour drive which I planned on doing in fourteen days.  However, Sam insisted that he wouldn’t give me my refund and that I must file a complaint. Now I have a load of things I do not know what to do together and need to begin driving to NM to attempt to procure a apartment before work starts on Monday, March 23rd.  I truly wish I’d checked the reviews before giving them my deposit.  This business ought to be shut down to all of their fraudulent actions.
