This moving business is terrific! They could adapt a next-day movement for me personally (in-state, MD), and that I desired them to make an additional stop prior to my last destination to fall off some furniture into a donation centre – that they accommodated that request also and did not charge me the complete price to get a 2nd halt. Brian Whitfield (sales partner ) was comprehensive and type. Along with Tony (the mind plumber ) has been that the absolute BEST! They had been on time, adapting, comprehensive, followed instructions carefully, along with FAST!! I would strongly suggest this moving business to anybody!! I got my styff in broken state. Computer cart is totally gone and not useable and also to be garbaged. My Queen Bed and side tables in broken state. I dropped my ironing board. They don’t reverse telephone calls or voice messages. Thier toll-free is 1-855-827-0464, they keep changing their titles too. Like USA Relocation Inc.

The packers which came to package broke a lamp.  We had been advised that the organization’s insurance will cover in a claim.  We also never advised that the things would be set in a warehouse before delivery.   Irrespective of that, we had quite a lengthy and drawn out delivery program.  We were given different times/dates however they did deliver eventually.  Once sent, we discovered that a product was lost.  I contacted Clyde McClelland via telephone and was advised to ship the claim for the lost item and the broken thing through email.  I did this on Nov 4 2013.  Clyde supported delivery of the mails on 11/5/2013.  Clyde said that the insurance provider would contact me later at least 95 days.  I’ve contacted USA Movers Express at least three occasions because the 95 days glued by both email and by telephone.  My most recent effort to get hold of them was now.   All I need is to put a claim on the missing thing as well as the broken thing with their insurance provider.

This firm did nothing but lie in the very first moment! The motorists were two hours late picking up. They promised that they would take down things and set things back together but never did. They maintained a delivery date and also were 3 weeks late arriving. When phoning they never answered the phone that they screened all of the calls. Additionally they lied and stated”Clyde” did not do the job there nevertheless his voice had been to the answering device. Additionally, I got nothing but is different from them. I’ve got a few thousand dollars worth of items lost and harm. I WOULD NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. I wish to set them out of the business. Don’t hesitate to contact me to get longer.

My first mistake was signing up a contract with a moving agent.   The agent contracted with USA Movers Express to transfer my kid’s furniture to GA and also to get it arrive in a specified period.   We paid extra $$ to get the shipping within a certain time.   This was significant to us since our 21 Year-old daughter was beginning a new job and didn’t want to remove from her new occupation to Get the furniture.   Furniture never came when promised.   The ONLY  contact I ever had with the business concerning when the furniture could eventually be sent was when I phoned them!   They never called me!   I could tell I was a hassle to them by the tone of the voice also. The furniture has been eventually delivered 6 weeks after the guaranteed date at 11:30 in the day!   The moving truck Couldn’t get in the apartment complex.   The inspector was likely to depart with my kid’s furniture. My daughter pleaded with the Agency to not depart.   In desperation she provided to help move her things off the truck since he was all alone!   You’re not going to believe what happened!!   The mover parked his truck at an adjacent lot and my 21 Year-old daughter drove her little convertible into the truck.   The mover one by one put her furniture in her car.   She drove the car straight back into her flat and unloaded the furniture by herself!   Oh, he had been fine enough to push back to help with the mattress, futon and dresser!   The inspector didn’t possess any gear like a hand truck to assist her!   She completed her  movement at two AM and got 3 hours of sleep before she began her next day for her  new occupation. Nothing was constructed as promised!   Imagine how I felt like a parent understanding that my 21 Year-old daughter is shifting her very own furniture late through the night!   What Type of company sends you mover with No gear??   DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Our dispatch has been a total of 325 cubic feet – perhaps not much at the shifting world. USA Movers Express picked up our things on 5/7/15. Per our request they held it till 7/6/15. We moved to Florida and needed to secure home before shipping. The moving staff was fantastic BUT many things didn’t create delivery!!! We contacted our contact also was advised they’d 90 days following delivery to track down and send our lost things before submitting a freight claim. We obtained things which didn’t belong to us but apparently that does not concern them since we still have the things!!! I’ve called many times and e-mailed the lengthy list of things missing and’ve been always lied to. Now, eventually I had been given the companies name and amount to submit a claim. I don’t feel convinced that this claim is going to be solved.
