First Est. to transfer my 550 Sqft little home was $1,180. I delivered a thorough stock list & map of this place before getting their quote. I don’t reside at the home no more & signaled that multiple occasions but has been treated as though I had been on site & can fulfill movers in just a minutes notice. I gave the landord information multiple occasions to coincide. Movers did not appear the date that they signaled in scheduling. They informed me they’d be in the home each day after at 6 am. Not knowing if the Landlord may be there or maybe I informed I wasn’t there and couldn’t guarantee that moment. I was then informed that I never gave a call for them & if I wished to transfer it’d be afterward or maybe not at all. I made arrangements with the landlord (lives two hours away) to fulfill that time period. They came after 10 am along with my quote climbed to $2,300. Then they told me that I needed to pay money for 60 percent of this transfer then if my contract stated 50 percent & provided MoneyGram cable through Walmart. They advised me of an coming the next day to provide. It’ll be a week and that I still have not got my house. The landlord approached me stating half of my stuff was abandoned in the property, and so I contacted the USA Logistics to whine & seek an answer. They gave me a quote, then if they filled the truck that the quote tripled to nearly $16,000. Unbelievable. Now we had been stuck since they could have billed $5,000 only to unload the vehicle. This goes: I transferred out of Reno Nevada on the 30th of December 2018. What a dreadful man! In a horrible voice that he said”We are going to market your possessions at auction if you don’t cover”. My products were delivered just with an extra cost of $400 since the tractor trailer truck could not park 30 feet away from the entrance of this building. Fair enough as I’d signed something previously about that.

Among my lovely diningroom chairs was blasted into pieces along with a coffee maker has been smashed (those I found straight off). I filed a claim for settlement and (wait for it) after 120 times that the insurance company sent me a settlement offer of $12 – centered on the weight of these products. I was so preoccupied I wrote back and stated clearly your company requires the cash so much more than that I do so maintain your miserable $12. Since that time I have found other damage and breakage but have such a horrible feeling about this business I would like to do nothing else regarding them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I don’t understand how they’re still in business. I was the worst experience I have ever had with any company with those guys.

To start – that they asked me the number of pieces of furniture I’d, variety of boxes, etc.. I gave them the specific specs of my own furniture and also number/size of boxes. They lent me some thing which was similar to other quotations I’d received so believed that it was a fair cost. They also ensured 13 – 15 days delivery that I believed was also honest.

As it was all done and said I owed approximately 3x as far since they lent me initially and it took 31 days to send. They tacked on additional fees at pickup and coming. They charged me around $1k more later loading my stuff to the truck and stated it took up more space than that which they had projected. Whose fault is that? I gave them the specific measurements/amounts. Originally, I even asked for a quotation to get an extra five boxes and they stated the price would stay the same. I used ton’t even use 1 additional box and they still tacked on $1k as it had been nothing whatsoever. The identical thing occurred when they came but with unique motives for charging me more.

They just take cash upon shipping. No tests, CC. I totally know why today.

Once I paid them they said my desk has been broken. This had been in shambles. Besides this:
1. Bookcase at shambles.
2. Base to mattress framework overlooking.
3. 2 boxes overlooking. 1 box needed all my fine work tops and fine coats.

Therefore for the expense to me transfer my things on the market, it will cost me much longer to replace all of the items that they broke/lost.

1. When I called the front office one time wondering why it was taking as long, he said that the driver did not appear to his final change and they had been searching for a brand new one.
2. Upon shipping the driver couldn’t discover where I dwelt even though he was the specific address. I needed to go push and meet with him two miles off and have him accompany me to my location.
3. The driver shouted at me several times since I asked him concerning my possessions. Yes cried.
4. Each time that I called the front office (that was over 5x) they stated they’d phone me back and never did they ever do this.
5. I still have PTSD from working with those men. Half kidding, half serious.

I might go on, but I covered the key points that I wished to talk with other people in hopes that they view this before slipping to this nightmare. Everything that could go wrong with those men will fail. They’re rude, they’re unprofessional, your possessions won’t be secure, and also they will defraud you.

It was foolish. We needed to negotiate with him and wait patiently for him to call his manager for about 90 minutes until we negotiated a last total of ~$8000. The entire experience was unreal. They literally had everything we have on the road holding it hostage before we signed to cover a lot more than we would ever expect. I haven’t felt so exposed and accepted before.

Now this is the true heartbreak. Boxes came and many of these were crushed. I write this because I take a rest from unpacking. So much my busted dish/vase/decor count is at 8. Our bookcases are all broken. Nevertheless, the actual gut punch is a classic heirloom dining table which has been a prized possession is scratched and cracked in 2 places. You move and you also hope to find a dings on furniture. . .the bookcases either broke at a vulnerable place so that I can forgive this. However, this table is strong and the harm it’s can only be credited to complete discount, inexperience, and fail from a SCAM business.

I only recently had a transfer during USA Logistics and naturally the support provided was bad.

Inital movement price was 13,306.79 bucks however there have been additional fees added because of catalyst and business faults. I’d initially went with the majority delivery onto a 50ft+ truck since the firm recommended it’d be more economical. When I called the company to get a status of their delivery, they advised me that they don’t offer delivery status. They nevertheless provided the motorist’s number for me to check on the status. Throughout delivery I had been advised that the motorist had an emergency and needed to go home, so my delivery had been postponed two days.

When ready to send the sub-contracted business, Nabout Co, advised me that I would need to pay extra charges to get a new truck since the street I lived on did not have sufficient space for your 50ft+ truck to maneuever and would not inform me of this cost until I consented to using a smaller truck for shipping. After I affirmed delivey via a more compact truck, the entire price was 900.00, bringing all my extra costs up to a total of 14,206.79 bucks.

Upon entrance for shipping, the motorists advised me that they could not take my bank’s cashiers check as their firm (Nabout Co) stated the contract said money. Upon inspection of my contract (that was from USA Logistics) my lender check was approved. After numerous calls involving the parent firm (USA Logistics) and kid company/sub-company (Nabout Co) we ended up altering the bank test to from USA Logistics into Nabout Co..

Obviously the experience was dreadful. USA Logistics doesn’t have total contract that the sub-company (Nabout Co) follows, the motorist’s seemingly would need to get cash sent to them through cash program to be able to find gasoline to make it back home, and in accordance with Nabout Co, USA Logistics wouldn’t cover them for services rendered.

Obviously there is something underhanded and dishonest about this business (USA Logistics and Nabout Co.) that I would strongly recommend not using this specific organization and sub-company since they’re too busy adding extra fees for no reason rather than adhering to their own rules. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB due to their bad performance and assistance. The only great from this dreadful experience were that the motorist’s who knew the problems we had and assisted as much as they could.

Again, don’t use USA Logistics and Nabout Co as either one will take your cash and charge extra fees for no reason.

Horrible to conduct business together and be certain to read the contract cap to pay, don’t feel the vendor on thisparticular, chose them 21 days to send my things, my smart television was broken, and they eventually came along with a guy came alone with no helper whining about his stomach. Oh my goodness PLEASE DO NOT DISCOUNT this review! I did and it cost me dearly. Allow me to clarify (get comfie since it is a very long story). I had been planning an interstate movement and also this provider lies from the start. Our quote was for 1705 cubic feet. The truck that they shipped (NOT their truck however a Penske 26′ lease ) has a capacity of 1700 cubic feet. We were worried that there would not be space for everything including both bikes. It all fit in the vehicle but guess what? The foreman called his manager as well as our brand new amount was 8500 rather than $5551.87 – nearly $3000 more! I requested to talk to the boss and was told we utilized more cubic feet. And wow, our 78″ TV is”overlooking” along with two boxes and our measure ladder. Most boxes have been crushed or damaged and sometimes over 75 percent of these were crammed in sideways. The three man team they hired out of Yuma was compensated in money and sent in their way. The TV was discovered although not the boxes, but one being most likely TV accessories and home entertainment system. Our TV is currently at our friends house in CA because although originally it was likely to be sent on Wednesday (and included a airline flight change to be accessible ) it then shifted to”this weekend”. And I ended up paying them thousands of dollars. Delivery- I that took 3 months to find someone to phone me back for shipping of my possessions. Office is full of unprofessional, complacent, exceptionally rude men and women. Especially the office manger which goes by’Carolina’. Which everybody in that office seems just like her, however, utilizes a different name each time you call. They stated they have a supervisor called’Robert’ who’s always’out in the area’. No doubt much more lies. My girlfriend and I run outside to do and errand at about 4:00pm. At 4:30 we receive a call from a friend that has been in the home that the movers were there. They arrive at a 26 foot Uhaul truck. They start moving boxes and other articles from the driveway and start loading the uhaul truck. We arrive back along with the direct intestine informs me that we’re over the total things and there are an extra cost of $5,000.00. Then the conversation starts. They haven’t loaded the vast majority of the things which were given on the transferring list. Now I can not get everyone to move my phone to a person with authority I can talk with about solving the circumstance. I get hung up on. Consider phoning the number for Ben. Nobody answers.
