We hired this firm to transfer us from Texas to Alabama. The loading was quite good, directed by the director Yanni Nagar with 6 movers. Upon coming in Alabama, there was just the driver and a helper, who appeared inexperienced and couldn’t talk English. They fought for 14 hours to unload the truck, getting so tired that they were falling and breaking furniture, damaged our hardwood flooring, scratched our glass tabletop with razor blades cutting off tape onto the covering blankets, along with the helper collapsed on our flooring. We discovered damages that the motorist signed for, but then discovered high value items were lost, such as a $900 five station soundbar for home theatre, cookware, boxes of CDs and SACDs that I utilize in my job, including sound evaluation CDs from audio producers who are irreplaceable. What could be substituted will be more expensive than $15,000. The moving firm said that they fired the driver, but it doesn’t get my merchandise back.
