Not often does one business live up to expectations however US Van Lines here in St. Louis surpassed them. This firm moved our four bedroom house in St. Louis, Missouri to North Carolina. FANTASTIC….My spouse and I moved out of St. Louis, MO. into Bradenton Florida and utilized US Van Lines. We didn’t understand the last destination address until two weeks after our home has been filled up and trucked away. They saved our things (for no extra charge) awaiting our phone, and delivered over the 14 days in petition date since they say in their arrangement. We had significant concerns when calling businesses because of reading testimonials,however, are so grateful we picked US Van Lines. Our products were packaged with specialists, delivered and stored on time without a lost, and not 1 item ruined. The very best part was that the two gentlemen who delivered our things. We’d Mike and Anthony.  They came about 7:30pm (we mentioned it was fine to come this late) and they worked before midnight. They have been also the funniest, most professional people might have ever anticipated. Should I ever move back again. And I certainly hope that I do not, I will certainly be calling US Van Lines back again. They rated an 11 on a scale of 1-10 in their own eyes.

UNETHICAL! UNPROFESSIONAL! I hired US vanlines to transfer my items out of St. Louis to California. They shot over a month to send my items and arrived at 10:00 at night, in which they proceeded to throw items from the truck from the dark. They damaged more than half my furniture (busted , water damage, mould ), dropped a few things (such as a box of brand-new wedding presents ), and also delivered items which weren’t mine! The company did not care about harms and wished to offer me $200 for most of my items. I’ve not ever had so called”professionals” be really rude and uncaring regarding the degree of support supplied or prepared to take some responsibility. I flew back to St. Louis (in my own cost) and required them to small claims court, at which I had been given $4000. The business went to appeal, since they had some reason to or because they believed I did not deserve the money, but since they knew I could not manage to return out because of court. Following months of arguing, they eventually settled on 2000. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR THINGS BROKEN AND LOST (OR STOLEN) AND NO Reparation!

I entered into contract for this particular company through their agent in St Louis workplace to maneuver my property out of Overland Park,Kansas into Winston -Salem,North Carolina at Aug 2011. Their representative came and transferred my house but they never sent my yard mower.Their representative originally denied and insissted it had been delivered.Later that he sent me an email that he discovered it and that it will be delivered to me together with the upcoming available truck.This was in sept 2011. Now is 3/4/12,they haven’t delivered it and nobody is prepared to help.Beth refused to assist saying the broker isn’t their company.I didn’t deal with this man,he came stating that he had been vanlines van and agent lines never advised me that they were planning to subcontract it to someone else. I NEED MY LAWN MOWER.IT IS WITH VANLINES.I PAID CASH FOR THE DELIVERY AND ALL MY PROPERTY Has to Be DELIVERED TO ME. AGGRIEVED CUSTOMER EMMANUEL

I talked with Richard Russo many occasions to maneuver my 74 year-old mom from Chicago to Atlanta. He pretended to be an honest guy. He explained he had been a family owned operation in business for 20 plus years. Richard lent me $1340 to maneuver my mother from a 2 bedroom house with approximately 15 boxes, 1 bedroom place and a living room collection. That sounded really reasonable so that we paid the deposit. When moving day came the motorists stated that Richard lent us wrongly and that the fee could be $4000. Richard includes a scam operation at which offers low estimates, hires an actual moving business and lets the consumer work out the difference afterwards. The real movers said they’ve experienced a great deal of problems with the tasks he has hired them for. My mother has all of her things packed with no movers. Horrible Horrible individual.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They’re so unprofessional and impolite. Our products came late, had been missing in transit and no one knew where they had been. After the partial shipment came, furniture was lost, products were ruined, boxes were destroyed and open, vinyl boxes were piled on them AND we even got someone else’s products blended up with ours. Who knows where our furniture is currently. Claim took two months to process and then we just have pennies from the procedure. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We started each box- claim type is really a nightmare. I used to not repaint each box. This immed kills the promise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND US VANLINES.

My spouse and I relocate regularly for work and haven’t used this corporation. We went together because they had been the only firm which didn’t have an very large minimal moving price because we were just sending wardrobe, bedding and kitchen. Save yourself money and anxiety and don’t use this organization.

Do not use US Van Lines at St. Louis office should you go long distance!  Scam of the shifting dates along with their own insurance! Again, SCAM! Delayed 26 times from our favorite arrival date. Won’t cover the delay. The furniture packed and unpacked by these got damaged, didn’t get refund.  We purchased $20,000 policy insurance through them! They politely and friendly obtained our company initially, smiled at us when loading and packaging our moves, then, your relocation is doom! They do not possess the arrival date! Though they stated in contract to provide within 14 business days out of our favorite arrival date, NO! We obtained most of our proceeds 5 months following the pickup date, 4 months following our favorite arrival date, 8 days following the newest contract date. Having a 6 months old baby and 3 year-old kid, they didn’t care whatsoever, didn’t schedule a earlier delivery. We paid US Van Lines at St. Louis $6835.25 to move in St. Louis to Portland, OR. We didn’t have a lot of furniture, the initial quote (~$5700) was that the moderate price once we searched several businesses. We picked them because they seemed polite and organized on the telephone.  Our furniture have been picked up on July 27th, 2012. We’ve told US Van Lines that our preferred shipping date was Aug 5th. But they never gave us an shipping date. I spoke with them on Aug 5th and found out they didn’t possess the truck! Plus they didn’t understand when to get the truck!   They said they’d call me if they’d scheduled the shipping. We didn’t talk again until Aug 20th. US Van Line called me on Aug 20th and stated the truck using our furniture had left St. Louis on Aug 19th. But they understood it was likely to delay but didn’t inform us. The most recent delivery date according to contract has been Aug 23rd, the 14th business day because Aug 5th. When I spoke to the driver, he explained he’d at least 6-7 additional destinations to provide before us, and would not arrive by Aug 23rd. They eventually delivered on Aug 31st. We spoke to the director of US Van Lines at st. Louis workplace at Sept, 2012. The supervisor offered to send us an account of $300. The amount was convinced insufficient, but the test of $300 never arrives either.  In October 2012, after we delivered the furniture missing and damage claim for their own claim dept, we have an email stating they’d pay just $126.80 to our over $1200 furniture harm and loss.  However, we will need to cover $250 deductible. Back in April 2013, once we publish a whine to BBB, they reacted and asked who stated to refund you the $300? Essentially, you’ll receive nothing back. And, how can a couple hundred $ can refund the shifting delay?!

Well, I will make this as brief as you can. After my spouse was swindled in person by Amir their manager, we were advised we’d require an extra $2000 to transfer from Atlanta to Dallas. Fundamentally, since they [EDIT] near defeat us to Dallas, we weren’t prepared to accept delivery due to their contract, so they stated it’d require 7-14 days to send. So today they’ve held our possessions ransom and are requiring an extra $2k! They have our things within a storage locker somewhere and are attempting to bill me $550 to are -send’. After calling and talking for their’criticism’ section (that section is active!) I was sure they’d at least reevaluate the are -shipping’ fee according to their failure to satisfy contract obligations. This business is extremely experienced in shaking down their clients. I truly wish I’d have assisted my wife in her procedure in selecting a moving company. I’d have saved a lot of money, and I would be sleeping in my nice bed rather than the ground! Something has to be done to prevent this racket! If you’re thinking about us van lines, then run do not walk off. Their first pricing is what captured my spouse. I hired US Van Lines to move our family products approximately ten miles away from our old home into our new home from the St Louis region.
My spouse and I packed lots of the things but left a few for those movers. It was shocking to find that the things we packaged came undamaged, however a range of things they packaged didn’t. Here’s a incomplete record – NOTE: I didn’t claim that which:

4) 1 of these 12 tiles to the terrace table tops was busted up. Movers packed these too and there were no broken tiles Before the movement
5) Among those nightstands had a busted drawer front and broken front facing of lower shelf. This Wasn’t damaged as it had been packaged by the movers
6) There is a really noticeable gouge at the kitchen table high that measures approximately 1 inch x 1 inch in dimension. There wasn’t any harm before the transfer.
7) There’s harm to either side of a coffee table. This happened sometime during the movement.
8) Visual harm across both sides of a bookshelf/TV stand. This happened sometime during the transfer.
9) two noticeable gouges towards the surface of a dresser. Each gouge measures roughly 5 inches x 3/4 inch. This happened sometime during the movement
10) Noticeable harm on TV stand. This was ruined sometime throughout the movement
11) Noticeable harm on many pieces of the dining room set such as: Patches Table legs b. Seat backs c. Chair thighs

I contacted the transferring business to sign up my complaint and had been sent an email asking a listing of those damages with photographs. This has been emailed AND sent, and yet nothing. The movement was finished in the end of July 2019 and at Nov 10, nothing was done with that.
