Run fast and far. This provider is unprofessional on so many diverse levels. They’re dishonest and impolite. They got me a particular cost and if they got in my home they said they’d cost me and extra $950 since I had more things than what had been on the record they had been awarded. They said they’d return in one hour, two hours maximum. 3 hours after I hear nothing. Following my parents called and went off on them they called me again and told me they’d return at 8am Saturday morning. How the hell would you move from Thursday into Saturday just like this. The shipment manager who is designed to make things happen has been a cash hungry idiot. He had been rude and no assistance in any way. Now I feel as the sofas ought to be transferred for free due to the dreadful customer support they have provided. I wouldn’t go for this provider. They’re unprofessional, rude, as well as unethical.

On Sunday afternoon March 30, I received a call from Lance of all USVL. Contrary to Franco, Lance left a voice message. He tell me he had been 40 minutes off with my possessions. In the time of shoot away, I informed Franco that I had been in no rush for my possessions. Just like with the shoot off on March 27, I obtained NO verification call the day before delivery! My bank isn’t available on Sundays to acquire the money required at the time of shipping. I called Lance and that he stated he can send about Monday morning. He said he’d driven from southern Washington that afternoon, had already made one delivery, had been tired and would prefer some sleep before bringing my possessions and heading from the region. He said he would call his manager and call me back and did not find an issue. Lance called to mention Franco would phone me. Franco predicted and also in a rude and disrespectful tone explained if I did not accept delivery daily, he will bill me an extra $350 to send Monday. Lance apologized for Franco’s behaviour and believed it unjust of Franco to need to bill me an extra amount, awarded Franco understood Lance was staying overnight in San Francisco.

While unloading, I discovered Lance was carrying many boxes at upside-down. 1 box was clearly marked”China” and’FRAGILE.” Three bits of Villeroy and Boch china I’d bought in May 2013 (and had not utilized until September) were also broken. It made me wonder whether that box, along with the other boxes which were transported in upside down were also loaded to the truck and proceeded that manner.

My mattress is constituted of a painted metal headboard and footboard. The headboard was scraped throughout the movement. The mattress is just seven months old and that there were not any scratches before this USVL move. Both sides are both scratched. USVL didn’t wrap these things in blankets to prevent harm.

Through the loading, they all place stickers with numbers in my things and composed everything on my stock sheet. It could not have gone smoother as it did. I was not certain regarding the shipping date, and so I phoned Jenny, she said she would phone me 48 hours prior to the shipping, I had been called back over two days until the day of the transfer to test if I’m prepared for my delivery.
I had been given the drivers title, and contact number. The motorist also called me to tell me that he could be there friday or Saturday. I needed to work and that I advised him that it’d be great when it had been on Saturday, and he said no issue and made it all work. If they got there on Saturday, they unloaded my merchandise and so were soo attentive. I’ll only be utilizing Us Van Lines, also I would certainly recommend them to everybody!! When the van came here in Virginia the movers began bringing boxes and things which weren’t mine!!! Perhaps this is what’s happened to my lost things. After we were done using the stock there was 4 or 3 things lost. I wrote the numbers on the face of the stock sheet. He went outside into the truck , got his sheet and explained that those boxes needed to be someplace in the home since they had been on his own sheet.No they were not! Where my boxes shot into someone’s house like the erroneous things they were bringing to mine? My christmas decoration box arrived in torn, this was fresh. My lamp has been broken along with a number of other products! As I unpacked I discovered many things lost. My box along with my bridal shower things are no where available, pricey cookware gone, a box of below arm our tennis shoes, my gym bag packed with things alongside a number of different items. I’ve known as Tony that the dispatcher and he informs me, call back in two days. I filed a promise per week ago. I’ve had to call them two to get a confirmation email, still haven’t received it. It is currently going on two weeks. I’ve left messages twice for Julie without a return call. Horrible company!

RUN AWAY – WORST MOVERS EVER!!! NO DELIVERY following 33 days. When the deposit has been made, no touch. They shipped movers that were drunk during pickup and arrived unprepared for a transfer. They cussed, cried and so were incredibly impolite. They didn’t supply any record or even an inventory list on pickup. Subsequently”TONY” called and wanted a ransom and held our material hostage. We whined to BBB but they never respond.    They kiss clients and twice or triple the sum once they pick up these things, even though you can’t ever include any items that aren’t mentioned by you as soon as you request a quote. They hurt everything and act very rudely for you. The workplace won’t ever respond to your questions after you cover the 20%. Unexpectedly, Tony that the dispatcher becomes Tony the manager of all of them. They do not even have their very own truck. They come in a rental truck and disturbs you at your doorstep.   WORST MOVERS EVER. They aren’t worth the time, effort, psychological torture and you don’t have to put them up. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has suspended their permit. They Aren’t assumed to possess any commercial operations but They’re still working.    The site is imitation, movers are imitation. Beware of Stephanie, Julie, Kim and Tony. They’re fraudulent individuals that shouldn’t be permitted to cheat clients.
