I called them several times between 12 and 2 but did not receive a call back until 4:30 pm, within an hour following the storage shut. If they had called throughout the time designated and simply told me that they had been overdue I would have transferred my things on the road and waited for them, however I would soon learn that their communication/professionalism for a provider is AWFUL. The telephone back also came out of a company I had never heard of. They offered to wait till Sunday but I had been advised to fly back Sunday morning. When I whined Veronica apologized but went to literally become rude and insulting and also to blame my storage device for final early. I needed to complain about the BBB until they provided $175 in reductions that essentially applies to my brand new flight BACK around Detroit to get a 2nd endeavor in a transfer. From the conclusion of the movement it seemed like King Kong lifted everything snapped it in half such as bent bikes, bent bbq grills, boxes at shambles, photos all other the ground, broken glass around, precious photos broken in halfan ornamental faux trees seemed like they went through a hurricane, and that is what made it!! Half of those other shit was only out directly stolen and never left it into the storm website!!! NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

They’re committing fraud, but they said they’d have a routine moving truck however appear with a semi automatic (which wouldn’t work where we’re moving into ) and did not even have sufficient space for exactly what we had to maneuver from the truck that they arrived with, then even though we had been inside the 72 hr spare time period they wouldn’t refund our deposit.

Hired this business in March has been scheduled to proceed on 4/9/2020. Was told we’d recieve a call from dispatch between 3 pm and 5 pm THE DAY BEFORE. This had been 445 pm I predicted they still had no representatives lined up and I had ZERO information in my own move. I predicted the”revenue” guy that allowed my transfer got no reply until I informed him I had been quitting payment in my deposit. I received a telephone in 630pm telling me that they reserved a organization and they could not arrive before 4/10. We shut on home on 4/9 and needed to vacate. The moving business they contracted was a HORRIBLE business that the reviews ranged from tripping items, stealing items, not displaying, flea luggage etc etc.. I immediately phoned my lender canceling the deposit because clearly my services weren’t left not to my pride. I wouldn’t suggest this moving business for my deceased dog. They were so unprofessional after they obtained the residue, no communicating. Terrible HORRIBLE!!!

Do NOT work together. They aren’t professionals, the men came in flip flop at a rental truck.

Truck was already poorly packaged with somebody’s stuff and you may ABSOLUTELY not distinguish between my things and another individual.

This was among the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The customer rep explained everything will be fine and I’ve had no communication and the support was by far the worst service I’ve. We had two stops and they forgot one and billed us one.

The testimonials were mostly the reason behind picking U.S. Standard moving. David the sales rep was helpful and assured me that the quote procedure was fairly accurate. However after he took the deposit, that is the last I have heard out of him. Our quote was $4013.31. After the SUBCONTRACTOR arrived he told me it’d be $10,000!! They say they are awaiting the newest claims advice from the provider, they will return to me. That has been more than two weeks and still nothing. I am dumbfounded by the whole absence of responsibility at all of this. They reportedly got their cash and do not care about the client in any way.

All dates mentioned were fulfilled.

Amount offered was $2200. Number paid was nearly $4000. I felt just like they quoted the amount I wanted to listen to win my company. The best amount paid was not even close.

The guy who quoted me initially said he’d be there to walk me through some problems at any moment. I phoned and emailed him a few times and he never returned my phone.

I’ll never agent a transfer again and I propose nobody ever does, particularly with this corporation.

They were assumed to support my transfer before this month from Charleston, SC to Baltimore, MD but not revealed and totally gave me the run around!!! They predicted the day prior to the movement and gave me a window out of 8-10. At 10 I phoned and talked with customer service that subsequently gave me a subsequent window daily. After not hearing from them for two hours I called back and they said that the motorists wife was in labour and that they would be sending another team the next day. After an hour passed not hearing from anybody I called customer support back. The girl on the telephone began cursing and inquired if there was any flexibility on my movement date because the next driver had a heart attack. I said no I must be out by tomorrow at noon and had a trip tomorrow to get a holiday. She then said she had been going to work out something and call me back. After she wasn’t known for 30 mins I called back and she said they could not support my transfer until the following night (after I needed to be from my flat ) and might give me a refund. First off, this isn’t a moving company, they are a broker. I transferred a 1 bedroom townhome in Delaware to Florida. The procedure started off good, my salespeople, Michael, was quite persistent and diligent. We obtained through the first quotation and I was really feeling great about things. He explained”I shall be your point of contact for all concerning this movement” – good, I believed. Well, following the sales man closes the bargain, ” he disappears, then I expect to take care of”customer support .” My very first interaction with client support was attempting to lock down my shipping date. I ask June 1, so the CS person informs me”that is not feasible, it’s going be 7-10 days following pickup and you’re going to need to request your motorist when they will send, I can not inform you.” Great, I don’t have any idea when my things is going to be sent. Pickup was scheduled on May 30 between 3 and 6pm. 6pm rolls around without any communication in any respect, no call in the driver. I made multiple messages to the customer care line as they are not determined to the weekend. Approximately 7 the motorist calls and says he will be there tomorrow (May 31) morning. They appear and after a hour of counting comparing and boxes to my initial quote, my cost triples!!! I must have probably pinpointed but they sort of had me hostage. After packaging I request the motorist if I could expect delivery. He stated he had no thought. The postponed pickup compelled me to overlook my closing walk through and final on 6/1. The 7-10 day quote fro delivery was away. It took 12 weeks and that I did not find out if it was likely to be sent before the motorist called me the day before. My real moving firm, US Movers, was not bad. The pickup and shipping team were pretty great. The truck was dreadful. It had been an old semi which was recycled through many moving companies. There was rust around the top that led to the roof to flow thus a lot of things were moist. I’ve got a couple broken things and one lost thing. I shall file a promise but who knows how that can go. To sum up it… The sales man fades later he pushes up the purchase. The client support team is futile. Your price WILL go up. They can not inform you if your stuff is going to be sent. The jury’s out on how effective I will be submitting a claim.

I got scammed out of my residue. They do not wish to assist you they need to defraud you. Save yourself. If I can do 0 stars I would. They never call back and forth also nobody knows what’s happening. Please go anyplace else.

If I could contribute lower than one star I would. They billed $2000 over their first quote. They did not convey that the movers that they contracted with would not require a charge card so we weren’t ready to create the last payment that caused plenty of stress and delay! They did not list several things on the first list to ensure when the movers came they were not well prepared to take them also it added price! They kept stalling because we attempted to speak to the manager (“I can not make that decission”,”manager isn’t here, is occupied…”). Very disgusted with this provider!

Hired this business to move a two bedroom flat a distance of 33 miles. Same-day move. They’re supposed to get there between 2-4. Didn’t reveal until 6:30 PM. Truck was in dreadful condition and packed full of different people’s possessions. Said we were far over our quotation. I understand we weren’t. Then said needed to pay with cash or money order only. Which sort of business practice is that? Additionally said they wouldn’t provide same day and things was just left to the truck at a resort parking lot during the night. ThankFully they revealed another morning with all items. Only brought boxes in and didn’t take them in which they had been presumed to be. Don’t use this business. The quote that they gave me was 1/3 of their true cost once the movers arrived although I gave the broker measurements of these things to be transferred. I couldn’t transfer half of my furniture due to the inflated price. Now I must get another mover. It seems just like a bait and switch transfer.

I’m moving from Clearwater Florida into Helena Montana to get a career movement. I contracted by US Standard and gave that a deposit of $600. The evening prior to the movement they cancelled, this left me at a challenging position, because I must maintain Helena on the first scheduled afternoon and it is a very long drive.

As though this was not bad enough I’ve called to get my deposit paid immediately for my own debit card. Twice I have called and they still haven’t finished the trade. My only choices were leased a UHaul and tow my vehicle, or sell my own furniture in a deep discount and then boat what will not fit in my vehicle. I’ve had my brand-new furniture for just 6 weeks!

Sold the furniture, shipped the boxes and hanging out of this first thing tomorrow as proposed. This firm hasn’t treated this client quite nor ethically, should you select them be ready for the”CANCELLING CONTINGENCY”.
