Jeff was my representative that he took all my stock and gave m a cost. Following the move was complete I was amazed by my experience that it other movers which thy did not alter the price. The inspector arrived in complete uniform even though it was nearly 120 levels in Florida! . Keep up the fantastic job we look forward to utilizing your services for the sister in laws proceed! Thank you much!!!
Don’t use this organization. This is my first time reserving a cross country move and did not understand much but discovered the hard way via a more reputable company to not cover anything ahead. Do not sign a contract and now they are refusing to return my deposit which I did not receive a receipt for and I’ll be receiving an lawyer to settle the issue even if for rule alone. Again I advise you not to use this business since they are unprofessional and also after you create a payment will interrupting your own calls, emails, texts, and etc.. For your own peace of mind locate an area which won’t make the most of you and also make your transfer more stressful when it must be.
Signed a contract on 04/20/2019 09:09:01 PM. This date and time stamp reflects as soon as the first payment to US National Van Lines was obtained in the charge card. Via their personal emailed receipt.
We attempted with all due diligence to operate with US National Van Lines to guarantee exactitude of products to be transferred for us. We talked with Aaron many occasions. Aaron appeared to be upfront and needing to help individuals to have a powerful movement. Unfortunately this isn’t the situation in regards to reality.
We pinpointed the contract on: Thu, May 30, 6:34 PM via email with Aaron as our touch with US National Van Lines as well because of their spokesperson. Since he Aaron represented himself as the Sales Manager for the firm as stated previously. In this thread it says:”Hi Aaron,
We only spoke on the telephone about releasing the reservation reference number 5765064 which is reflected within this email. According to our conversation our expectations are: we’re officially canceling the truck support together with National Van Lines and we’ll be getting reimbursement for all monies paid to your initial estimates agreed upon.
You did us a strong in working together with us. We’re sorry that we could not get the trailer on the truck with your company. We will move everything ourselves such as the trailer.
Thanks for your time we want you all the Very Best in the long run.”
Then we waited until June 23rd and still no refund. Then I sent phoned Aaron on his private cell phone that he’s since either blocked us from calling him or altered phones/numbers; either way we’re not able to contact him (Aaron straight ).
I informed him via email I was going to get fraud branch of the Pennsylvania lawyers general office, and also the FBI for interstate fraud, theft. I gave the business seven days to return monies stolen by us rather than dealt with to the previous two months.
Aaron returned a instant email with the explanation that his boss is active and only returned. And will be getting right on it. This is day 8 and I’m now done being mistreated. I’ll be following up with this organization and its business activities, theft, local and interstate. If there’s anyone out there who is seeking to locate legal recourse; then we ought to look for an injunction of interstate class action suite against US National Van Lines and all affiliates, DBA’s, and sister, parent, brother, kid orgs. Additionally anybody can file”Type 3949-A”. This IRS form enables one to report on the fraud which was committed upon them with a”company””DBA” any motors or types of public trade.
Additionally the F.B.I. has particular fraud theft department particularly when it has to do with the interstate illegal activities. Since a moving business is interstate in it has interactions there’s a powerful precedent, for moving ahead even potential racketeering charges.
I agree with others in this stage the problem is a moral one. Enough of these kind of businesses misuse against the ordinary citizen hoping to work together and at the system of honest commerce. How many out there haven’t reported these thefts perpetrated upon you to the local authorities, the 3 principal credit businesses? Reverse charges on your credit card, then document them against in BBB, transferring businesses for company ethic charges, monitor their movements and catch and printout any ads, and dbas utilizing the company name and the title of this person which you coped with.
Bottom line: “DO NOT USE US NATIONAL VAN LINES!”
Please Please Please do not use this organization. They did not appear on the moving day and now we need to reserve another business at a different day. Do not expect any words out of their mouth whenever they state that the vehicle is on its path. They’re a fraud.
*Most LIES, missed pickup & delivery days.,impossible to find direct responses from (WHEN you can get someone on the telephone!) , damaged possessions, impolite people to deal with after the contract had been signed, penalties were whined about & additional in pickup, Arthur advised me things dividers of dressers & the motorist left me unpack them all & then cover extra space
Upon shipping, that was a fiasco attempting to find a direct answer of if that would be – took the whole 21 days! The driver walked in & told us to”BE GOOD TO HIS GUYS!” He explained this several times. His’men’ were picked up the early daily laborers! Funny, I had been advised that US National didn’t contract their movers! The truck was unloaded & chucked to our flat! so much for ‘white glove’ movers! The fee was three times what we had been quoted!!!
This business is a fraud! Louis, Arthur, Shawn, Aaron, all of them are FRAUDS!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The great reviews are FAKE!!!
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED TO OPERATE AS MOVERS WITH THE DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION. However, I did not know that if I reserved them. The movement had been scheduled for June 25th. The movers came at 6 pm and started to move my possessions but could not get the couch from the home. Shawn, a manager, advised them to leave it there, however, I insisted that they continue to attempt and get out it. This went on for hours before they eventually left, came back the following day and still were not able to acquire the couch outside. After a few hours, even Ray and his pal just abandoned my condominium, along with my possessions strewn about the sidewalk, didn’t supply me with a list, the arrangement, the invoice f lading or some records to reveal what they’d obtained. I called again and nobody answered the telephone, my number has been blocked. I needed to lease a U-haul and employ extra movers to transfer the rest of the furniture that was contained in the initial quote. Using a different telephone, I called and spoke to Shawn, Arthur along with Aaron. I wanted a copy of those files and was only supplied with page among this two page stock, no quote, no written confirmation of what had been obtained.
I contacted the Police since, in my opinion, my things were STOLEN!!! I didn’t have a clue if my merchandise will be sent and had no idea where they have been found. I emailed and called repeatedly with no response. Ultimately, I had been told I needed to cover ( from Zelle) that the whole sum $1,500, payable into a mysterious”proprietor” truck.rentals@yahoo.com. This individual shows up to Mike P. Davis in my bank documents. At length, a part of my products were sent to July 11th – that the dining table foundation, although not the dining table, two from 4 seats, also a 6″ dresser, poles, TVs and a number of different items weren’t delivered. I attempted to appear their DOT number and discovered they aren’t really registered with the Dept of Transportation, that is a breach of national law. These men ought to be closed down and left unable to defraud some other innocent individuals. Even the FBI, PA Secretary of State and Attorney General must do it.
I believe the subject says it all, but to get greater detail, the cost that we ended up paying was twice what we gave us, they ensured delivery in 5 days (on the telephone, said they’d email me the warranty but never did) subsequently took almost two weeks to send. They almost never answer their telephones, and if they do, hope to go placed on hold for quite a very long moment. I get the impression that they are straight up lying to us every time I phone. “Sorry the supervisor is not in””sorry we do not have a customer support line it’s possible to telephone””sorry the truck must be there by Friday”. Please use another firm.
Don’t employ these movers. They’re extremely unprofessional and impolite. They dropped my things worth $3500. The office folks are extremely rude and inattentive, they’ll twist your lifetime. No evaluation whatsoever.
Stunned by simply taking seven months and dodging calls. Goods repacked seriously someplace along the line. Living room table ruined and not repairable, exquisite image frames scraped, a photograph and degree using shattered glass, bronze bench lamp split, and when sent, the local guy along with his junior helper cried and maintained dangerously. Left a desk in the hall that they said couldn’t go into a bedroom doorway… that we moved in after they left with ease, fees in addition to fees. Insurance prices have been an absolute surprise (request prior to your contract together !) , additional fees predicated on parking, on staircase, on space in the elevator. Look, receive a U-haul, load it and then push it yourself.
Quite frankly the worst company I have ever managed. Company is different nonstop (they do not reassemble furniture just like that they say they perform, their shipping times consistently incorrect, moving price GROSSLY underestimated), dodges calls and mails like the plague so that you will never know what is happening (I had been left sleeping in an Ikea sofa for 3 months wondering where my material had been ), fractures heaps of furniture, and looses possessions and boxes, and careless and reckless unloading, reckless and inconsiderate delivery occasions, along with a lot of BS prices (when I could not ditch function in 1PM and come meet them they would begin charging me extra money, and even then they had been more than an hour late) to even just name some of the complaints. I will probably need to file an insurance coverage and maybe even a police record for all the things they have dropped and / or busted
We’ve been waiting 3 months to our Van with all our property hasn’t yet been delivered and nobody has an answer for us! What do we do, we’ve got a three month old infant with no crib and barely any fabrics!!!!
US National Van Lines or American Relocation Services beneath DOT amount #2970480 picked up my possessions on July 2nd for a transfer from Phoenixville, PA to Las Vegas, NV. When obtaining quotes for solutions, they phoned me from variety 866-414-9888 On July 2nd, in pickup, The Agency advised me to phone dispatch in a couple of days to find a shipping date from them on when my merchandise are in vegas. The amount for US National Van Lines on 4542A Lower York Rd #108 in New Hope, PA 18938 is 844-350-7271. I predicted that number a few times with no response from anybody. I opted to call the 866 number listed previously. They’ve never contacted me once to tell me that the merchandise would be overdue. Most times, they display my calls and do not respond to avoid speaking to me about the shipping of my products. I proceeded to phone two times a week beginning on Monday, July 21st. Each time I call, this man Arthur consistently tells me it will be yet another week and that it is a busy time of the year. Each time I ask him where my stuff is or where the moving truck is, he also fails to inform me. He states that he doesn’t understand and dispatch will not inform him. After telling me again my merchandise are here in the week of July 28th, nearly a month out of the pick-up date, I predicted yesterday on July 29th. I predicted, they didn’t pick screened and up my telephone. Then I phoned out of my wife’s phone and they pick up and place me on hold for ten mins. I hang up and call again and sure enough Arthur picks up. I had been quite stern in asking him where my things had been now, I would enjoy image of it, and that I needed an specific delivery date in writing. He proceeded to inform me it had been in transit but wouldn’t tell me that the whereabouts of this truck. He advised me dispatch doesn’t inform him and he can not know for certain with off load an driving occasions. He said he’d have the motorist or dispatch call me from the end of the day. They never called me.
I still haven’t learned from them. It’s been 29 days since select up, and I don’t have any idea where my stuff is. We’ve got a 3 month old and she’s none of her things. She’s been on the ground. If anybody was screwed by the business, please file an official complaint with the DOT in www.fmcsa.dot.gov. I registered a formal complaint now together.
Price of transfer -$3500
ZERO STARS!! DO NOT HIRE!! This corporation will take your cash, take your possessions and cut off most of phone contact with you. 844-350-7271 isn’t a valid telephone number as well as the speech 6542A Lower York Rd., New Hope, PA is a UPS Store. (ATTN NY/NJ RESIDENTS — during my research I found that the proprietor’s title is”Mark” along with his private mobile phone number is 718-213-5040). Aaron Cohen may react to you through email, however you can not trust anything that he says. He’ll lie about the shipping status in addition to the positioning of your things. I had been told my possessions have been in transit from NY to CA to get SIX weeks. The truth was that my possessions were sitting idle at NJ for FIVE weeks. I had been told I’d get a discount to the extreme delay, but Aaron never followed through with this so when my possessions FINALLY came (fourteen days and 2 weeks following pickup) the motorists needed to track the owner down to negotiate a cost that wasn’t compensation enough to the hell I went through with this particular corporation. This provider is outside unprofessional and does not have a regard for individual property. They load heavy things in addition to light products. Each cardboard box and plastic bag was sent smashed and/or torn. I observed boxes which were loaded wrongly literally slipping on to the motorists since they were unloading my possessions. It was dreadful and the worst going experience I have had! I have filed complaints with Better Business Bureau, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the NY State’s Attorney Office. This business has to be stopped!
ZERO STARS!! DO NOT HIRE!! This business will take your cash, take your possessions and cut off most of phone contact with you. Mark is the operator and wouldn’t get on the telephone to go over the many issues I had along with my transfer. Aaron, the individual answering the calls really hung up on me. This firm ended up making me cover twice (Richard gave me the quote ) of exactly what he offered. I even called him a couple of days before to confirm that the possessions I had and just how far it’d be. The day that they appear they provide you with a cost that is not exactly what was quoted then you’ve got no option except to cover since the transfer was reserved and intended. They’re so responsive until they receive your cash. You then can’t attain them. They had been over two weeks late bringing my stuff out of NJ into AZ.. They could not even give me an ETA! They stopped answering my telephone calls, emails and texts. All Richard stated was, I’ll provide you information to charging and determine if we could come to an arrangement to compensate one for your lateness. After that they stopped carrying my telephone calls. I had my friend call in order that they would not recognize the amount and they hung him up also. When my things eventually did arrive all of the boxes were smashed badly along with also the file cabinet I had was totally mangled. I’ve got boxes which are missing. I am quite glad I do not need to manage these folks again. I really don’t have the ability to struggle to receive my cash. They had been a nightmare. Each of the answers they’re giving to those testimonials are disgraceful. They ought to be from business. They lie and therefore don’t think any answer to one of these testimonials or believe anything that they say over the telephone. Their phrase means nothing. They don’t have any conscience. Please do not employ these folks and save yourself a great deal of heartache and money. Aaron Cohen is the person who hung upon me and also my buddy. This business is unprofessional and doesn’t have any regard for individuals or private property.
Driver did not appear on move day said hello you did not answer your phone, and so I went on to another job. What business does this?
Went with another firm came next day and did an incredible job. I just hope one day to view US federal van lines from business because they deserve.
Due
I contracted US National Van Lines for my transfer in Lowell, MA into Derry, NH in May 2019. This was a dreadful mistake. Not only was that the firm unprofessional in most of the ways mentioned in other reviews below (overdue, but did not communicate, did not have sufficient space for the things they lent on the vehicle, attempted to double the fees on birth, etc) they are utilizing a NY office affiliate because their”contact info” including DOT data, whenever these guys really operate from a Florida office. Upon calling the NY office, you are going to be told they understand all about the bad methods of their FL operation, but there is not much they could do because it is only an affiliate. Who knows if that is true…
Along with this nightmare assistance, they billed my credit card 3x that the agreed-to quantity, and were not able to offer a refund. They kept telling me they’re working on it, and every time, a fresh fee would seem rather than a charge. I eventually had to submit a fraudulent action report together with my own credit card company so as to acquire the cash back into my accounts. I delivered a letter to the NY franchise owner through email, describing this is terrible because of his institution’s standing (just look at all of the dreadful reviews) and I never got a response. This provider is the least expert, most badly run company I’ve ever observed. Either that or they are intentionally committing fraud. In any event, do not conduct business together.
I contracted US National Van Lines because of my move across state. Pick up team was nearly 10 hours late coming and billed extra for items I believed were a part of the primary estimate almost doubling the cost. The team also wonderful care in packaging, but needed to be aware of items left behind. While I had been told that the delivery could happen within 14 weeks, they never showed. After nearly 70 texts and emails and 4 distinct promises for shipping, they showed up 53 days later pickup. The operations supervisor, though considerate and understanding, possibly had no idea of where my furniture was first (advised me on more than 1 occasion it had been about the road, then that it had abandoned the warehouse just to find out that he had been wrong) or even the monitoring system utilized by the business is awful. After the shipping was eventually confirmed to be about a vehicle, I had been advised by the business that they hadn’t any idea why it took as long to send. I asked to get a reduction on the rest and also the operations supervisor said he needed to consult the proprietor, but that he believed this was a sensible request. When the shipment arrived, the driver stated he did not understand anything about the reduction. I requested him to phone the owner who stated he never learned from the operations supervisor. So after 53 times we obtained our shipping. . .and some things which weren’t just ours. As soon as I informed the driver that a number of things weren’t ours he requested me only to throw away the boxes. I denied and he set them back to the truck and said he would only dump them in the truck stop. Therefore, if you’re missing any items they’re likely in a crisis somewhere in the Western US. I delivered a message into the business in order that they’d understand exactly what their contract motorists were performing with people’s land, but obtained no answer. There’s a great deal more to the narrative, but you have the idea. Decide for your self, however, plan on at least 30 percent more than that which they estimate. Do not expect dispatch punctually. And expect that your items are not stuck at a warehouse in New Jersey for 2 weeks since the shipping team is on holiday in Puerto Rico for a month (the driver advised me that this was why it took 53 times ). So choose yourself in case you’ve got a couple million extra to cover this organization and if you’re prepared to wait an incredible quantity of time to your own possessions.
This location is awful that they take your cash and aren’t even in the address they consumed on there site. (6542A Lower York Road, New Hope, PA 18938) Davidd will be the one which I coped with and that I am still awaiting my refund in May 24th 2019. I got a phone that week inquiring whether I’d want them to pick up my things onto 24 or 25th, ” I stated 25th. They called on 24th while I was still at work and stated they’re in the region when they could come pick up my own things. I informed them that I had been scheduled for the following day, once I called Arthur explained that it is fine that the driver would probably be there at 9am and they never revealed and contended together to await them to place the following day. Like actually? Never gave us back our money and retained sending refund verification that was invalid. They’re a scam and something has to be done in order to prevent them from robbing individuals. BBB has to do something , or somebody, this isn’t right!
I wish I’d have completed my research and averted US National Van Lines.
My transfer out of Ohio to PA was scheduled to the end of July. I was assured my items could be picked up on Friday, July 26th. Since my rent on my flat in Ohio was finishing on July 28th, it was critical that my items had been picked up once maintained so I would have enough time to displace the unit. They never showed on July 26th and nobody contacted me to even tell me that they were not likely to appear. I predicted US National Van lines a couple times that afternoon and nobody replied. About 3pm, approximately 5 hours when they guaranteed a plumber are there, Aaron eventually replied and explained that the pickup had to be rescheduled for Saturday. I reluctantly consented and still no one showed up all afternoon Saturday. I needed to make last minute arrangements to receive my items from my flat and transferred into a storage device so that I would not need to cover one more month’s lease. This was really pricey.
I then asked a refund by US National Van Lines and had been advised I would have the ability to get one. I have tried calling a couple days to test the status of the refund and I have either gotten no response or’ve been advised that the refund will be processed. I still haven’t got the refund. I am presuming they just chose to keep my deposit even though they didn’t deliver on the promised services, and this can be amazingly unprofessional.
URGENT warning to everybody. Avoid this company unless, you wish to have a NIGHTMARE expertise from HELL. Will post complete comprehensive review shortly.
The attraction to this business was the demand for a inspector that may offer storage for just two weeks. They understand how to lure you in with a minimal quote, so called boss reductions, and complimentary thirty (30) days storage. This movement has been from Pittsburgh PA to Medina OH. The movers arrived in four late from their very first hour window of time. They are a moving business in New Jersey, US Moving Van Lines. The driver comes from filling out forms, including additional fees, and needing signatures. Bear in mind, we’d already contracted and signed together with US National Van Lines. After boxes and furniture have been loaded three hours after, the driver comes from and insist on a extra $1,339.30 over the money order which was already ready for him a terms of repayment. Conditions of payment together with US National Van Lines are extremely clear and we’d followed it to the letter. It is midnight and we give in their demands. Not disagreeing entirely with the further cost but the method by which in which the pickup has been treated. Not convinced at all the matters were on the up and up. This was just the start of the nightmare. Shipping was suppose to be around August 17, 2019. We’re there waiting and they rescheduled for August 19, 2019. Again, on the 19th, zero shows. This occurred a minimum of five occasions. We’d confirmation e-mails for every one of those five shipping no displays. At this moment, we felt pressured to find legal counsel. More cost effective. After numerous telephone calls during that six week interval, delivery has been eventually created. Storage was assume to be in New Hope PA but has been told at a stage that it had been at New Jersey. It is appalling how this firm, including proprietor, managers and client service workers lie there way through this entire procedure. Therefore, it is not known. The only positive was that they did quilt and disassemble wrapped furniture to safeguard, so we believed. Upon shipping, there was harm to the dining area dining table, book case and block organizer shelf proved totally ruined as well as many glass things have been broken. So, I end this with, do not use this business.
The tricky part about the business is They give you more economical quotes,
We hired them to accept our things out of Minnesota to Missouri. They gave us a quote, they arrived a day following the agreed moment. After the driver came he added roughly $800 more into the true cost because our television stand had glasses because we already booked we only agreed to this increase. The shipping date has been august 13, they showed up on September 13. As soon as we phone to inquire if they will send, they weren’t picking up the calls unless people utilize another number. Some items were broken and according to legislation they were likely to compensate if they maintain your belongings for over 30 times and also they need to pay the compensation. Their telephone doesn’t work anymore for us!
Never again and can not recommend to anybody else! I want this business goes out of business whenever possible!
This provider is an absolute nightmare to manage. We were repeatedly assured about reserving our transfer which our belongings would be transferred straight in Chicago to LA, that we had been adding on to a load already going out there to fulfill the vehicle, shipping could be instant after transit days, etc.,. They stated they’d pick our stuff up throughout the afternoon over a weekend, also revealed at 10 o’clock on a Sunday night, and went to bill us almost $1000 over our first quote.
Imagine our shock once we called in the conclusion of our projected delivery window along with also our items were rather at a warehouse in New Jersey, where they remained for nearly a month prior to that business might be bothered to send them. From now we got our possessions, boxes were ripped, bags were destroyed, furniture was scratched, and also the rear of our sofa was busted. In addition to that, but rather than the specialist moving truck that they promised to possess, our stuff has been delivered by 2 men in a Dodge Ram 3500 towing a horse trailer.
Nobody there cares about their clients, the supervisors will hang upon you. This firm has done company (now that I’ve completed my research) under many distinct titles (google the speech or DOT number) from earlier times and in all honestly, functions as though there is something deceptive or dishonest happening behind the scenes.
Avoid them at all costs, it’s only going to lead to heartbreak. If you have already set your deposit down, then charge back it or require a refund, and when they refuse, do not continue with the transfer. It is far better to find out $300 currently than undergo it, I guarantee you. These folks are frauds.
Re: Why Order A5767076
To whom it might concern:
On May 25, 2019, we participated US National Van Lines to provide a furniture shipment for our client, Ahmad Sultani, at Nebraska. US Van took ownership of their furniture, approved payment in the sum of $1,785 and represented to us that the furniture could be sent in a timely way. Regrettably, US Van didn’t fulfill its arrangement rather than sent the furniture as agreed to.
US Van maintained the furniture for just 3 months with no merchandise so much as even leaving the warehouse, promising over and over again that our shipping to Mr. Sultani was following on the program. Consequently, we assured Mr. Sultani that shipping was on the road and that there wasn’t anything to be worried about. Little did we all know that US Van hadn’t any intention of ever making this particular delivery, but instead just had designs on decreasing our $1,785 charge. On August 10, 2019, with no explanation or notice, US Van returned the furniture to us undelivered. We’ve got images of this furniture being dropped off and contemporaneous notes documenting that the fall off. Upon receiving back the goods, the driver assured us that we would get a refund for your delivery cost — in the end, nothing was ever shipped. No work has been done. No services have been rendered. The agreement has been broken. We finally had to repay Mr. Sultani his purchase price, causing us to get rid of a significant sale and earnings, and of course enduring reputational harm.
After not getting a refund as promised, we contacted Chase to undo the fee that was processed by US Van. Chase reversed the fee, but it now appears that US Van flocked to the change although US Van understood that it never left the agreed upon shipping and consequently failed to do under the arrangement. US Van isn’t eligible for a buck, let alone $1,785. US Van doesn’t have right to charge.
We need a quick refund, failing that we’ll be forced to resort to suit. And please be aware that we’ll not just sue you to receive your stolen $1,785 along with also our court expenses, but we’ll also pursue one for your damages suffered because of lost earnings. For good measure, You’ll Also be reported on the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs, the NYS Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Naturally, we’ll also article on Yelp along with other customer websites that a copy of the letter along with the images of your motorist surreptitiously diminishing back the furniture to our shop.
Please be advised accordingly.
Sincerely,

Would love to offer zero stars. They estimate a price tag, deliver a binding quotation, appear and need more income than the initial quote. I had been stuck since my home has been sold and that I needed to vacate so that I paid them. I drove cross country. My new place was prepared, I phoned them 10/24 to inform them that I was prepared for them to attract my home from storage. Its currently Nov 13th, and now that I receive a different story everytime I predict. It had been on the vehicle oct 26, it had been at colorado October 30, ” it did not leave NJ till November 6, it is coming now, it is coming this week, the truck ran to snow, so the truck broke down, and dispatch was astonished I do not have my belongings, the driver does not return calls… that I really could go on but naturally. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
My experience was so horrible from Begin to finish:
They offered me a sliver in the truck for many of my belongings at a really costly cost. My quotation was doubled as an effect on going day.
The truck broke down on the road to my new place and I did not know where anything had been to get 2 days! No communication.
There were a lot of surprise charges before they’d unload my belongings. Frees up spending an additional $350 about the charges.
The supervisor, Sean, was a dreadful human being to me and refused to return my deposit once I attempted to cancel over the right time or offer me a discount to your broke back truck.
They ruined my items however the typical insurance could cover so low that there was no point putting in a promise.
They’re ONLY CONTRACTORS. THEY SOURCE OUT THE BUSINESS TO RANDOM MOVERS WITH NO NAME ON THE TRUCK. YOU DON’T KNOW WHO YOU’RE DEALING WITH.
Seriously, do not employ these men. They’re awful!
