    Best Decision!

I simply had an upcoming movement from GA to CA. And after with a dreadful shifting encounter a few years ago I was very skeptical and careful with each company that I spoke to. After talking with Gracie about the telephone she reassured me with almost any problem that could occur and only really made me feel as though I was expecting all of my things with the ideal firm I had a very major move and all the movers came on time and professionally. They blanketed up everything attentively which I valued after loading the truck that the cost has been just what we discussed and agreed upon which has been one of my concerns. The shipping was a few of days late but all of my things were delivered without any harm done to them and the movers apologized for the delay. Total she promised me that a stress free and that is exactly what I got. If I ever have to move across country lines. RECOMMENDED!!!!! Fantastic job guys!

    Awesome Job

If I am being honest, I was really skeptical about my movement based on each of the horror stories I read on the internet. Finally, I had been really pleased with the support all over and particularly the friendliness and contact of consumer services. Can recommend these guys for anybody!

    Great Job

I’ve moved ahead using a different very long distance moving firm and it was a complete nightmare. Utilizing this business was an opportunity I took and I am happy I did. I got my cargo in Ohio per week following my things have been picked up. My rep even answered my telephone calls throughout the weekend throughout the moment my movement happened. Highly recommended if you have to go last minute.

My Move, US NATIONAL MOVERS, Very Pleased

Hey guys I only need to say thank you to get the client support. I recognize things require just a tiny bit longer rather than doing it myself but I still felt just like the anticipation was there and I truly love that you guys check in on my things and made sure that they had been in their way. I recognize that it is not your fault the plumber can not proceed any quicker, I also love that they are respecting the roadways. You guys kept me advised and you dont really deserve some negative reviews. You even got the movers to dismiss my things. Misty was freaking great! Thank you again.

    Never ever would I recommend

I’m frustrated beyond words, first no furniture and moment the quote increased nearly a million bucks when they picked up these products. They picked up the things on August 3rd, we asked delivery on or after August 14th. Now is August 28th. I’ve called 4 times asking for standing ( I only need to know where the material is) with a guarantee of a call back from their customer services. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL BACK. Can I feel good about these…. NO WAY! Can I recommend them to anybody else. NO WAY! My son is beginning graduate school at Yale and would really like a mattress to sleep in.

    Moving experience

While the business originally seemed professional and responsible, the I had been oblivious that they were planning to contract with a different firm for the real move. The transfer was a tragedy and neither firm may inform me in which my furniture is. It’s been 1 month since my transfer and I can’t find an reply to my telephone calls or email addresses. I’ll be calling the Better Business Bureau along with also a lawyer.

    Terrible experience

I wouldn’t recommend this business, or use them again for any future movements. Originally, everything appeared to go well when obtaining my quotation. I then figure out that the moving planner whined about refunds for the deposit. He explained it was completely refundable, but after I find out that it is only refundable for the first 72 hours after booking. I remained with them since I wasn’t able to receive my refund back.

The afternoon ahead of my stuff will be picked up, US National calls and tells me they can not match my things on the program truck as other clients over packaged. They transferred my pickup date back two weeks without a sort of reimbursement, and state that otherwise I’ll need to receive my things in 2 shipments, and they can’t guarantee when anything is going to appear.

They also awakened my dispatch information. I said several times that all my stuff had been crated, as well as supplied crate measurements to them. The planner who asked me for all this advice states it’ll be an additional $300 for this particular cage and fees me. The day of the transfer, the director at the business who US National contracted out says that his men won’t take my things in a cage, despite me mentioning it to him personally before my transfer and to US National. I phoned and asked to talk to management at US National to receive a refund, but obviously nobody ever got back to me regardless of several calls.

After my stuff has been picked up, nobody could tell me in which it is or how much time it will take to send. I asked my things to be sent on August 15th. It didn’t appear till September 3rd. The movers that delivered my belongings altered my shed date double because of their truck breaking down. The next time they did not even call me to say that they weren’t coming, so that I waited around all day for nothing, then had to wait for three times because of my furniture to appear.

The day of the transfer, the movers charged me a $75 long distance fee to receive my things up to my flat, despite all of the flaws, and they only took cash. They were also very perplexing in their own questioning of who packed my things and what they’d reassemble, even though US National stating they had been a complete service moving company. Among those movers also dropped one of my boxes down a flight of stairs. I wouldn’t ever use this firm or any of the affiliates again. Everybody was horribly unhelpful and unprofessional. I am convinced that any other moving business will be better compared to this bunch of scammers.

    Avoid!

I’ve had by far my worst going encounter with US federal movers. I had been given a quote of 10 afternoon to move my furniture from Iowa to California, my furniture ended up coming 30 days after and the vast majority of my things were ruined and my beds even caught bed bugs because of being placed in storage. I asked to get a reimbursement and all I had was a simple”Sorry!” .
Customer support is really awful in returning calls and also the true cost I stopped paying for the movers was $700 more than the quote I had given on the telephone.

Save yourself all of the strain and do not deal with this firm!

    WORST MOVE EVER

This washy worst move ever. Broken dishes which were individually wrapped and also the box recovered, crushed, yes smashed, rubbermaid containers. Furniture overlooking, and yet I have furniture I haven’t possessed. What’s happening? You’d one job. They hire out people who do not give a hoot about your own stuff. The pickup individuals were excellent – Arrow Moving and Storage. However, the shipping firm -Revolution Moving Systems was projecting boxes from the vehicle. After we unwrapped stuff, we had things that wasn’t ours. What exactly do we do with this? And why did the delivery men request more $. There clearly has been an agreed upon cost. What thieves.

    Do not use this company!

When we first called we have a very wonderful agent called Dan, that tells you whatever that you would like to hear along with a fantastic price quotation.
The drivers/truck arrived for our materials in the day. Although we’ve got an email from the company stating the delivery of these items can be a couple of weeks, the motorist told us that he had been driving the truck straight to Arizona, we lived in California. We asked him again and again about if he’d be bringing our things and he said two weeks. We left California instantly, simply to sit at a living area for a week! After numerous telephone calls into the firm we eventually got a response and the woman said the motorists assistant got hurt. Following the week that the driver phoned and said he would be there that day. We’d lost things such as a king size bed and 6 feet ladder! Not things simple to loose. Come to learn that our items were moved to a different truck at Los Angeles. As soon as I spoke about the driver he explained telephone the insurance. In addition, he showed us photos on his telephone of his helper that cut on his leg.
After many calls for Logistics trucking and US National they stated they’d do nothing. No customer support at all, they simply proceed to the upcoming poor man and tear off him also.
This business contracts out their occupations, which can be unworthy and the US National business. The price we were sold was $3k and from the time that the motorist added up things the price had been 6k.
Please don’t use this business, because you can see from all of the evaluations.
They will be as nice as could be if they are carrying the task and then throw one to the kittens. Do not fall for their scam!

    Horrible

This firm does not really move your cargo. They sub-contract out into the cheapest most un-reliable carriers that they could find.
Drivers shows up 36 hours beyond scheduled time, no calls, just keep telling us they’ll contact local dispatch without the results. Driver shows up and needless to say the bidding virtually doubles, maintained they needed to cage items that was an out right lie. Drivers appear to create send in a 30 year-old drop down trailer which can not back down a standard driveway. Charge for drive del etc.. That isn’t even the worst part. They showed up overlooking our thoughts board to master space, vacuum cleaner, and Mattress. Honesty unreal how soooo many things might be lost, but after I saw the interior of the truck it included it. They subcontracted out the job to Particular Van lines. NIGHTMARE!!! I neglected to take insurance out as the insurance has been breaking 1/2 the worthiness of my things. $2000 to cover $4000 wroth of possessions. This in itself must have been the RED FLAG. . I work in the market this isn’t normal. They lost or damaged around $3000 of my possessions and that I purchased $350. I understand they discovered nearly all of my things, but due to they’re a very low cost company they wouldn’t pay another person to redeliver my lost things. On the other hand I got a box of somebody else’s things and again they made no attempt to gather from me personally and send to the Realtors. Utilize a well know new firm. This was a dreadful experience…

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Absolutely dreadful DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! To begin with we had been informed thy 24 hours before they’d provide us a moment that they were showing up. We did not receive this. We had been given the amount for the inspector as well as the man yelled at us in frustration for requesting a moment. He then informs us noon. Two hours after we receive an email stating they’d be there at 2pm. THE GUY (this website made me edit out curse words) SHOWS UP AT 8am AND IS MAD THAT WE WERENT READY!!!!! He previously had a TERRIBLE attitude the whole time and subsequently charged us an additional 800 if we employed significantly less than the initial estimated distance. In addition to this, their supervisor called another day yelling that it ought to be 900. Screw. These. People.
This was 3 months ago. We’ve been calling almost everyday to receive an upgrade and only talked to a supervisor that stated our stuff has not abandoned a warehouse in New Jersey. We’re currently in Seattle. All these folks haven’t any clue what they’re doing and don’t deserve your money or time. Oh and also the invoice they’re telling f is currently is much greater, about 1/3rd greater than the quote once we used less distance. Don’t Use US National Movers!!!!!!

    Nightmare

Don’t hire it is a scam! If I could give a zero I would. I hired Us National to transfer my brothers one bedroom into New Orleans in May. They were so professional in the beginning. When guarantees turned lies along with a company that you have not heard of displays up 8 hours late after 9pm at night and are impolite. They gradually pack your items in horrible truck and they’re rude and will not answer some of my queries. I find out once they’ve locked up my things in the truck which it is another moving firm TR Moving Systems and you also hired a broker. They raised the cost made you sign a paper you’d no idea what you were registering. They shipped the incorrect furniture the very first moment. Us federal refused to assist me told me to stop calling and that I was a liar. They wouldn’t yield any calls. Was hung up on if they replied. They claim they were there the entire time. Please!! I’d compensated for flights, hotels, dog kennels. I kept begging for a few communicating and I have none. I shifted flights flew home got my car and my young son and drove back and sat there awaiting them to telephone for my delivery because the allegedly had turned the truck around. No word for 10 days. So I drive into Houston file a police record. They say we’ll call them and they do and tell them I was my furniture and I will only come get it. They state no US National must discharge which not us the Agency who took our belongings and allegedly stored it. So then she cries in law enforcement. They hang up and let me fight them which I have been scammed. They let me call news channels and do anything to combat them since this isn’t right. So authorities file theft evaluation. Subsequently the inspector calls my daughter following this and says he’s lost her entire movement except her dresser. However he will assess two other areas and phone her back. He does not. I predict US National and advised it is going outside to be sent. I said actually TR moving, (that incidentally is run from an apartment not a workplace ), only called my daughter and explained it is missing. I had been put on hold and Jaime came back on and said it’s missing sorry. We’ll assess two other areas and phone you tomorrow. They do not for 5 more days. So I write testimonials and my buddies to find out if they’d eventually respond to us. First time because I hired them did I call me. He was so angry about the reviews but did not care about my lost possessions. I said discover my possessions and the testimonials will disappear. He said he had been sending me a settlement that was a letter saying they were not responsible. Subsequently sends me an insurance policy form that’s part of the scam. I find out that they’re required to be accredited and in my study that they have various policies by law. Therefore I tell them that. They then call and say they’ve discovered it but it’s going to be months before shipping. Now I am at 17 days ago delivery date. Know our relocation was a little move from Houston to New Orleans less then 400 miles off. Why can it take weeks. Well I tell them that I do not wish to speak to them about the telephone I need all in writing from now on. They send me a letter complaining about my testimonials. Then tell me that my daughters dispatch is on a ship to the UK and will take weeks to come back. How can that occur? Now we’re 28 times in and nobody will prove to me her items are on the ship. Why they’re on the ship and just how they got there. The mails that they sent me also vanished with no deleting them. So they need no hint of whatever they say. It’s a entire scam DO Not Do Business together. They lie that they call you a liar they will not return calls or block you. Subsequently lie and say they’re doing. They informed the news reporter that did our narrative on fox26 that this is just the 2nd time it’s actually occurred. Nevertheless read these testimonials or yelps. All of them say they the exact same story. They also post bogus reviews which is contrary to the law. It is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever been through. I have lost so much cash. I paid US National $637.49 and TR shifting $589.09 and neither will return my money whenever they’ve delivered the incorrect furniture, dropped it and now say it is on a ship to UK. They do not care. Additionally when they delivered incorrect furniture that they needed over 30 percent more in money then my orginal bidding. They do so to everybody read the testimonials. My daughter currently has no clothing, furniture or shoes. She dropped things my Mom gave her until she passed. It is depaicable they’re permitted to get away with this. I am just sick of the nightmare. They’re just offering me scam insurance which will pay me nothing for my $15k worth of valuables or allow me to wait without evidence that it is on a ship to UK. Ridiculous I need a refund and that I need them to cover my possessions not their scam insurance.

    Us National Movers- the worse

Depending only on”they could” they charged me 33 percent longer the day of pickup. They didn’t touch a tape measure or transfer 1 box, they shot photos shipped it to Us Movers and they stated 400 buck or you lose the deposit of 1k, no refunds. Not 1 piece of mathematics in measuring matters, nothing. I don’t have the energy at this time to chat about dates that are missed, lies and deceit. Just know they’re the worse no way anybody or entity might be any worse.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION.

Update: Now I phoned for the 5th time, once more nothing concrete, but was advised that our products are on a truck and on the street (where that knows). However, the truck is performing a”Platinum” service now in order that they do not have any information on our shipping. So once more, our furniture has been picked up on August 3rd, now is August 31st and we do not understand where in the US it is or if it’ll be delivered! Why have a cargo centre when they do not understand where their trucks are? This isn’t acceptable!

    My initial review:
I’m frustrated beyond words, first no furniture and moment the quote increased nearly a million bucks when they picked up these products. They picked up the things on August 3rd, we asked delivery on or after August 14th. Now is August 28th. Scam Alert

Worst experience ever with three businesses:
U S National Movers, that promised confidentiality
    Superior Moving, who whined
CSI Prose, Who Just ceased processing insurance claim

For all 3 businesses their motto must be:

Promise anything, Lie about everything, However, Most Importantly, Do Nothing
