I’ve transferred a dozen times and have not experienced this kind of unprofessional enterprise. Their behaviour represented either intense incompetence or overall dishonesty. Regrettably, given that they intentionally lied the whole afternoon (and they had been dumb enough to place a few of the lies in writing!) – motorists refused to reveal some ID – I guess the latter. The foreman for the drivers had been unbelievably rude on telephone and told me if I as too cheap to basically pay them double the binding quote, I shouldn’t have cash and that I must find a truck and transfer myself. Happily, we’re only out our residue rather than instead of having our possessions held hostage. Still waiting for that call back I had been guaranteed in 20 minutes! Dealing with credit card business about the deposit and registered DOT complaint.

CORRUPT COMPANY!!! I wish I could give a negative evaluation. Ending price was over double the quotation. The movers showed up with no boxes or packaging material, asking us if we had any. When they did begin packaging boxes, they were not wrap anything. We needed to stop them entirely and also make them wrap items. We advised them that they needed to write back on the boxes that which was within the box so that the items might be recorded on the stock, they finally started to although not nicely. As soon as I looked to the truck I noticed the truck had been packaged a good deal more than it should’ve been and with their consent I got within the truck and noticed that the began packing the truck a quarter of their way in, but had been charging me to the distance of the whole truck. As soon as I called an whined I was hung up on and was informed from the previous man that wrapped me up that if I whined again I would not see my things until after the new year. When my things did eventually arrive, 12 days after it was supposed to, 1800 cubic feet of this 2630 I sent arrived and they informed me that was everything. Everybody I speak to sends me to somebody else, or into a different line that only rings. Nobody will communicate with me personally. Avoid THESE CRIMINALS!!!!
