    Long-distance move from Enid, OK
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! US MOVERS-TEXAS

On May 31st, we obtained a moving contract out of Cat Rivera of $ MOVER DUDES to get the sum of 2000. On May 31st, we also received a moving quote from Richard Caveney of MOVER DUDES to get the sum of 2000. We had been advised that the movers will arrive on either Sunday, June 30th or even Monday, July 1st. We predicted the whole week ahead of our shifting day and couldn’t get a grasp of anybody prior to the day prior to the transfer. We had been advised that the movers will arrive between 10am and 2pm on Monday, July 1st. In 9:13am, I got a telephone call that the movers had been knocking at our door and that if no one replied, they were planning to leave. My MIL went out and there was not any movers nor even a moving truck. They called again and said that they had the incorrect address and that they would arrive approximately 1pm. They didn’t appear till 2:40pm. As soon as they came , they were currently US MOVERS without a more MOVER DUDES. I moved from communication with the entity in Florida into a thing in Texas. US MOVERS said that they wouldn’t go any boxes till they had been paid $500 more in money. They said that they were just moving the furniture to the furniture stock checklist. Nobody from MOVER DUDES requested us exactly how many boxes we’d, we were just told that we needed to pack everything ourselves to keep the agreed upon sum of $2000. My MIL was beside herself crying, being 67 years old, and she felt like she had been dealt with quite rudely from the movers. She’d already sent a check for about $750 to MOVER DUDES at Florida. She had a check made out for about $650 to donate to the movers after everything had been loaded and a second check for $650 after what was unloaded. In 5:12pm, the movers also said that they would load everything and that they would push from Enid, Oklahoma to Dallas, Texas, also spend the night in Dallas. Then they said that they’d depart July 2nd at 5am and drive out of Dallas, Texas to Houston, Texas into my home and shed off all of the possessions. It’s currently July 2nd at 9pm during the nighttime. I’ve called multiple telephone numbers and that I keep getting the run around. I’m being advised by somebody at McKinney, Texas which they’re holding all of my MIL’s possessions until her test clears. Then I’m being advised by somebody in Florida that the motorist will be en route to my home and will call me if they get near. I’ve nothing left to presume but that all of my MIL’s possessions are STOLEN!!!! Here are the telephone numbers That I’ve known now:

5:20pm-received a text out of 214-600-2522 saying: We will need to await the checks to clear. The moment the bank clears the tests, we could schedule a delivery. By US MOVERS

    Long-distance move from Haslet, TX
    A 3.5-4 hour drive move

This really is the worst company I’ve ever seen in my 52 decades and they filled up my items on Friday and said they’d be at my brand new home on Saturday afternoon by 11 it’s now Sunday afternoon and after calling repeatedly and leaving innumerable voicemails I haven’t heard a word out of them and no idea when and if I could possibly get my items back. Like many people I have work and can’t be here Monday- Friday for shipping. Sony next thing on Monday would be to fill out a report with the authorities for burglar.
    I give this business a -5 stars.
Witch stinks since the employees were really excellent. .

    Long-distance move from Texas
Terrible moving from start to finish

I’d like to Provide a comprehensive breakdown of All of the problems with the transfer:
    1. Delivery Delay:
My items have been picked up on 09/06/2019 along with also the earliest available date of shipping was granted as 09/12/2019. I had been contacted on 09/09/2019 if they could load and transfer my stuff. Because I didn’t have a confirmed delivery address at that moment, I reached them out on 09/16/2019 using the shipping request. The products were delivered exclusively on 10/04/2019. It required them complete 3 weeks to ship my packages to me even though they assured that they can do it in 3 to 4 times. I’d repeatedly contacted them but they never gave me a very clear date of pickup or anticipated date of delivery but I never got one and the motorist contacted me two days prior to delivery and even though I requested to telephone me 30 minutes prior to attaining my house, he phoned me just after reaching. The whole procedure was postponed a lot.
    2. Damage
Not one of my furniture were useable. My sofa was broken, and bed has been broken(headboard and footboard), crib has been broken, and my TV does not do the job. All but 7 boxes have been damaged or broken or badly stained from what seems like dirt and oil.
    3. Loss
They missed two boxes throughout the transfer and not one of my furniture is useable and my TV does not do the job.

My complete financial loss is 1850. In addition to this, my shifting needed cost me $1800 for seemingly moving busted stuff. I am quite disappointed with the total movement and that I desire a refund of those professional services I paid for and paid for my financial reduction.

    Long-distance move from Stringer, MS
    Unsatisfied

I’m writing this review to let everybody know that this was the worst customer support, my estimates went out of 1480, which I gave an inventory of my stock to if the movers got there on Sunday AM became 2787 and after if it was being delivered, the driveway said he couldn’t get from the driveway so it was likely to be yet another 500, he wished to place it onto a uhaul truck and after that it had been up to me to unload it, ended up having to employ individuals and truck to receive my possessions for my house.I had bags which had been broken,,dishes broken, a costly floor lamp broken .the boxes had been marked brittle but seemed like they were thrown about!
    I Wouldn’t hire this business again,nor will I go through a broker,
I’m Very disappointed with this business and the firm that done the first quotation
Better to use a Respectable mover
I have discovered my pricey lesson
