I hired US Movers according to all of the great reviews and Zula’s guarantee of a stressfree transfer. I am convinced this business was great at one stage based on all of the reviews, however my experience was a weary, overworked team of movers who cut corners to attempt to make it into another job. They ended in mpls at 8:30de and needed to transfer someone another morning in 7a at Chicago. More than half of the boxes were not labeled leading to boxes in wrong rooms. They attempted to leave a third of the things at the garage. I needed to start boxes and aggressively guide them to perform their own job. This is quite out my comfort zone. In addition to that, many items were not even wrapped leading to a sizable damaged customized painting, shattered grill, shattered artwork frames and this isn’t covered by insurance. My brand-new flooring were walls and scraped nicked and scuffed. Crew was lively but tired rather than professionally trained or equipped; in addition they took many, lots of fractures.

To keep the saga, unloading began at 8:30 (from the dark); from 11:30 that they weren’t completed and were carrying the following of the regular breaks. My two brothers and son-in-law begin carrying boxes simply to get things moving.

The frame can not be reassembled and sticks in bits on the ground. They also flexed the inside frame of the couch bed. I registered a claim — still awaiting a reply almost four weeks afterwards!

Zula stated I would be really happy with the transfer. I wasn’t happy at all and wished I had paid the additional cash and hired a much better mover. And like I said, I’m still waiting for my claim to be more settled.
