US Furniture Helpers

We’ve moved several times for my husband’s occupation and they’re hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST moving company we’ve ever used. We hired them to transfer a few of our bigger pieces of furniture into a local apartment while we construct a home. Not only was one of those men EXTREMELY unprofessional (speaking about his’girl’ that the whole time and making everybody very uncomfortable) however they dropped several parts of furniture. They even damaged a 500 armoire past repair. When reaching out for their shipment (same guy that reserved the transfer ) he advised that since we wanted to remain in a specific budget that he had not given the excess insurance. Since we did not receive the additional insurance there was not anything he’d do for us. Um, what? He advised that he uploaded my images of my ruined furniture into corporate and they’d call me another week. I advised him that when I did not hear back from them I’d leave testimonials so other’s did not undergo precisely the exact same scenario, his reply,”Ma’am I do not really care if you leave a poor review, it does not affect us” Here we are a month later moving and I have not heard from anybody. I’ve text and called them requesting an upgrade and can not receive a call back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! They’re a SCAM!!! I needed to phone the police and file a complaint and media FELONY Theft charges! They’re dreadful, unprofessional, disrespectful thieves!! This organization sent two individuals to transfer into a storage device that they had been scheduled to get there at 10am and didn’t arrive before 1:30pm that they had been intentionally slow and it took more than 8 hours to allow them to load just a two bedroom flat! They didn’t wrap some of my things as promised They broke nearly all of my meals, ruined my couches and dressers and Destroyed my 1200 mattress that’s currently filthy and unworthy. My sister and I helped unload the vehicle and we depended on a cost and made to find the money just to learn that they wet back to my storage unit also stole my 3 Big Flat screen TV’s!! Fortunately they have been captured on camera. Then they attempted to extort more money from me to reunite home that they STOLE! These folks are DISGUSTING and they’ve done this exact same thing over once.
