When called my discharged he had been really rude as though it’s my fault. Luckliy I got my mattress. My boxes were all torn up brittle boxes were destroyed not managed with caution. Matters were filthy with black things that needed to washed off. They then lost a few of my items, legs to tables, I dont have a table since it does not have any legs.They have been giving me the run around to submit a claim. I place my preferred delivery date since August 17. They did NOT come until September 12. Following my preferred date passed, I called them a few times every week requesting an upgrade as I never once received a telephone call form them. The majority of the time, they would not pick up my telephone call so I needed to call them several times. Each time I called, they’d give me mindset giving me excuses and saying they’re trying their very best. They eventually came with my stuff nearly a month following the pickup ate and fortunately I didn’t eliminate anything but a few of my stuff had been ruined. Though you get a super great deal, do not fall for this. Do not just consider cash like I did, do a little research regarding the standard of the support too!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU’RE ON A TIME CRUNCH AND IF YOU NEED PEACE OF MIND! My furniture has been picked up in GA on 7/8/2019 and that I had been provided a drop off window of 7-10 times in CA. Following the 7 day mark, I phoned in to get a status update and John gave me the run around saying to test in nearer to the 10 day mark. I call on the 10th day and they show to me that my furniture has not even been loaded on a truck and remains in GA and also to anticipate it the weekend of 7/27/2019! An whole 3 months! Double the time I was promised! I’m paying an excess week and a half in storage because they were dishonest. When I confronted them about the lack of professionalism, John”promised” me that he’d treat me. Obviously not. Do not squander your time and effort and do not give these people your small business.

The only positive I could say, is that the real folks picking up the boxes were equally good. The remainder….not so much

1. Incompetent: John and Ben seen my home. John came twice. Initial estimate $12227.05. After loading the vehicle on day 1, then they raised the quotation at $8046. So, though they visited on site, informed me that they had been seasoned at quoting, they have been incorrect by 8046 (65 percent ). And appeared to inform me after the truck was 92 percent complete.

2. Incompetent: they stated this could be a 1 day package. It required two or three days.

3. Not Trustworthy. John stated they’d be there between 8-9. Ben explained 9-12. Actual entrance just before 1pm. ZERO curtesy predict about being overdue. The truck just appear after 1:30pm
4. Not Reliance: in destination, advised they’d send July 12. Actual July 13.

5. Dishonest. Meritt (seemingly CFO) signaled before packaging second truck on second day that he would provide $750 reduction if quantity has been 14 CF. He stated”I’m looking you in the eye. I will care for you”. Never obtained disregard.

6. Dishonest. John stated”we’ll have to packaged even when I need to come package myself”. Only to learn later, that he was really driving into the Carolinas. The packaging was in Atlanta.

Most bothersome facet. That is actually my 4th interstate movement. . US Express Relocation has been the worst moving business expreience. The most bothersome part, is that they kept saying”I know moving can be stressful”. It was just stressful due to US Express Relocation.

They have had my things as August 10th and I am now sleeping on the ground since I don’t have any furniture nor some other possessions. I asked Jessica, among those employees who replied over the telephone, to email me that the paperwork and reception I had signed on August 10th, and she said that she does not have it and that she would reach out the shipping men who packaged my belongings because they’ve got it, and that’s just another indication that this area functions using an unmatched degree of disorganization and unprofessionalism. I moved out of Atlanta Georgia to Boston Massachusetts and that I hired US Express move to perform my move for me personally. In the start John answered all of my questions and was always available for my most phone calls. On the afternoon of the movement it was freezing cold and raining and the movers showed up and done their tasks without a sad faces. My items were all shrink-wrapped and wrapped in cushioned moving blankets and loaded on the truck without any episodes .My possessions came in Boston with no scrape and punctually. Thank you John and Ben to get work well done and I recommend these guys to anybody which has a movement planned later on.

We had lots of moving organizations to think about but after talking with John we new this was the firm we were searching for. He made himself accessible everywhere we had an issue. . .even at 11pm on a single event! Worked with John at GA.. Moved apt from Nashville to NJ. My deadline changed and John was great to work with. Moved on Sun-delivered on Thu (they got there Wed late day and provided afterward, but were cool when I could not confirm that). Furniture wrapped amazing, no harm. Crew was specialist. If you are fair and speak, John is prompt to react and will find the work done nicely. Go Dores!

As the previous reviewer Phillip Derby composed I had been given a quote of $1075 for the transfer. After the team got there (6 hours after than Ben the proprietor stated they’d be there) they started packing my belongings and said I’d owe an extra $300 since my materials demanded another 100cf. I advised them that there wasn’t any longer in my dispatch than that which I recognized and also to John. They confessed that I didn’t have more than what was on the stock record and that it had been since my furniture was”bulky”. I advised them AT NO TIME DID JOHN TELL ME THAT. He suggested that I could pay with Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash. AT NO POINT DID HE SAY THERE WAS A 5 percent fee to get a Credit or Debit Card. John confessed that he didn’t mention that but advised me that it had been on the record that I electronically signed. Now I moved through my mails and I didn’t have a copy of this agreement. All that I had was that the binding quotation which did NOT notate that 5 percent everywhere. I then asked John why I was not charged the 5 percent over the deposit and that he explained to me that the 5 percent is not billed on the deposit. That made no sense to me since it was actually the exact same credit card that they were planning to bill the $385 on. I was then advised, from the Employee packaging my items, that my delivery will be today, Monday April 27th from 9AM. They said they were likely to Ocala and could send my items first. Fast forward to today AND NOTHING. NO DELIVERY AT 9AM nor was I advised that it wouldn’t come now. I received a phone at 9:11AM in the Employee that advised me it could be sent today at 9AM and that he requested for somebody named Jennifer….MY NAME IS NOT JENNIFER. Then I receive an email in the Owner Ben requesting me to sign something stating that I owe $624 bucks. I told Ben my worth wasn’t $624 but $589.75 to which he reacted the $34.25 was that the 5 percent to the charge card usage. I told him I wasn’t using my debit or credit card to your last payment. He stopped reacting. I called the office and was advised that the 5 percent was for the charge card usage. I then clarified that 5 percent of 385 was 19 that I’d be inclined to cover that the rep responded the $34.25 was for the 685 I’d paid already. I advised her JOHN, THE OTHER OWNER, SPECIFICALLY SAID TO ME THAT THEY DON’T CHARGE THE 5 percent ON THE DEPOSIT. She tried to state it had been from the record that I e-signed. I stated well that he took my payment until I e-signed anything and VERBALLY TOLD ME THE CHARGE WOULD NOT APPLY. I still have never been contacted about my dispatch. She explained that the man who said I’d get it now did not have the ability to inform me that since he fails to program deliveries. To make matters worse I SPECIFICALLY told them that every worker HAD to put on a mask as both my son and I’ve compromised immune systems and they showed up with NO PPE WHATSOEVER. Now they’re holding my items hostage. I’ve started the process of submitting an official complaint and will have my attorney contact them to start filing a formal litigation if this isn’t solved within a day. That is actually THE WORST moving company I’ve ever worked with. And also to make the most of people in the middle of a pandemic is just disgusting!!

This firm is really a CON STRAIGHT TRASH! I talked with John and he informed me that my transfer could be 1200$ and tax. I had been moving from another nation & my flat was not likely to be prepared for two months. Therefore I called & told them. Checked on storage prices in my area approximately 60-75$ I predicted talked to John again and he had been so”knowing” & stated that there storage had been totally free for 30 days, 100$ per month PLUS they’d still transfer my things. So hello said that is a fantastic thing! Do not need to lease a truck locate a person to assist! Well shifting day they had been 3 HOURS LATE! Then an Additional 200$ at charges John FAILED to cite. Shame on me that I should have read the arrangement FULLY! Left about 8pm @ night! After the initial 30 days that is after I met NASTY ASS BEN! He’s the worst, as soon as they receive your things that they DO NOT CARE how they talk for you. He’s degrading towards girl & will talk to you any type of way! After spoken to be I found out that the storage was really 225$ an additional 125$ when I could’ve got a storage device for 60-75 monthly. The first month of paying he stated he would”honour” my 100$ cost BUT needed to include prorated prices for 3 times totaling 75$ seems false right? The following month comes it will not settle with me which I must cover 225$ I phone back & talk to my friend John & states”yes it is 100$ I want to c & tell Ben” following afternoon Ben calls & states”idc exactly what John advised me inform John to cover the gap if not I or pay throw out your stuff” Oh he really loves throwing that about about the way he would like to THROW OUT your possessions in case you challenge everything he states. Transferring DAY! Extremely pleased to finally eliminate this twisted ass business. Guy comes to fall off my things, offer him the rest of the payment and he states it is a extra 75$ for measures. I stated yes the arrangement states 12 you men will truly charge me for two additional actions? Following the man being such a COMPLETE RUDE ASSHOLE he determines to try to push his lengthy ass huge ass finger IN MY FACE! Thank god for fast reflexes. At this time I am calling the police since I sense UNSAFE with two BIG MEN & me. He gets angry that I called the authorities and SETS my things out on the floor! Extended rant. These men were quite great, came punctually in our house in Georgia, filled with their toilet, and except for denying 5 or 4 boxes that I blame myself for not even doing a cautious space by room assess? Hit the street for North Carolina in under 5 hours. They arrived in our new house at 10am the morning after, carried my items in, constructed beds and have been completed in 3 weeks. Easy Peasy, in a fantastic price also. Everything great, nothing broken up, just missing things were those that I have to have accounted for. Job well done!

I used US Express for my transfer out of Atlanta to Durham. They’re easily the cheapest of the choices that I researched for my own move. I discovered everyone which I interacted with in the business, with the exception of Ben, to be nice and accommodating. Since I did not feel comfortable driving my things by means of a UHaul for my destination, I presumed that US Express was still a nice choice at this price pointnevertheless, if you’d feel comfortable driving a UHaul, then I believe that are the better alternative.

Two complaints over transferring a couch mattress from NC to NJ.

First overcharging. Until I purchased delivery notification mail, the cost to move and send couch bed was $827.41. In that email the cost was raised by $150 roughly 20%. When I contested this in a telephone call with the home office, I had been told that the growth was because of the Coronavirus raising the inspector’s prices. I replied that I advised the inspector when reserving the cargo wasn’t time sensitive, price was significant to mepersonally, and, as a result, the couch bed shouldn’t have been picked up when there were increased prices. Mover reacting by reducing the growth to $75. Having no option since the couch bed was about the mover’s truck in New Jersey, I consented.

Second criticism is that the significant harm done to walls if providing the couch bed. Mover didn’t collect the extra $75 seemingly due to harm it caused. My fix quote is for $1100. Mover finally offered $75.
