This is the worst moving company ever. I scheduled Unlimited to maneuver the equal of a 1bedroom flat out of Orlando, Florida to Sterling, VA.. In the beginning the customer support was really excellent as I had been piling the pickup date. Following the pickup date everything turned into a mess. I had to always call the company to confirm when they’d be delievering my furniture. I had a primary send date of July 1st and my furniture wasn’t delivered before July 9th. When I contacted the office to receive a status on my send the representative was quite confused and couldn’t provide me some info. I phoned daily to find a standing and has been continuely told that the incorrect distribution date plus they kept shifting my deliver date. When they were prepared to send my furnture they didn’t provide me 24hr see they phoned me a couple of hours until they might bring my things. We confirmed a period of 6:00pm, along with the drivers came an hour and a half late then the scheduled period. It ended up being a week day when I needed to go to work and it required them out of 7:30pm to 10:00pm to unload all my products. The driver was quite rude and unprofessional. They were unloading things which weren’t mine and bringing them in to my flat. In addition, he utilized my restuarant without inquiring and when I confronted him he became very rude and defensive. Additionally, when they delievered my bed it had been ruined and the the driver didn’t allow me to know it had been ruined before he left. Movers picked up on time, after begging. After pickup I don’t know who took the load into WA. The Driver hardly spoke English. They couldn’t deliver to the doorway since they promised. I needed to fulfill them 7 kilometers down the street (two lane hwy, not a dirt Rd). This was at 11:00pm. I’m 72 years old with poor heart. I needed to meet them or they stated they’d need to charge me extra $400. My possessions looked like they’d been in an crash. When  unpacking I discovered all our items were gone through and repacked with different tape. My brothers Ashes and Urn were gone through and broken. Great experience.   The men showed up on time, worked hard and required excelent care of the items.   I had been predicted by both the motorist and Melissa in dispatch a day ahead of my delivery to confirm a while and the men showed up on time again and to my surprise, that which showed up Precisely the Same manner it had been loaded.   I’ve only excellent things to say about this organization and will recommend to friends and loved ones.

The best, just the very best!   Dave has been VERY useful and if he had been outside of city Melissa stepped in and did a very nice job Also.   The afternoon the 3 guys came (on time) they moved directly to work and also did the very best job of any I’ve ever experienced!!! On account of .my household products are now in their own storage so I’m axious to see that the shipping is just like pickup!!

I found the shipping man delivering the dining table table glass top box with extra 2 heavy fat boxes onto it on dolly. I would not book them and wouldn’t suggest anybody. I’d rather pay right charge upfront and be more relaxed instead of believing how much extra they may cost you in destination (and belive me that you don’t have choice at destination compared to cover and choose ur things ).
There was insufficient communication on status of shipping date. I only give total points to their own sales representative that had been really kind to my orders.

In the beginning everything went great. Spoke with Dave who had been really helpful and careful when organizing the move. When the guys showed up to my flat in Florida, they gave me an extra price of $165 because of how my things took more distance then what was anticipated. Please remember that the cost offered to me by Dave allegedly covered an extra 10 percent for any unforeseen products. I didn’t have any extra things that wasn’t already contained in the contract therefore this was somewhat upsetting. The things made it inside a week to California. Yet, we received a phone the day of delivery by a gentleman who said he couldn’t find a person to help him unload our furniture however that he had been on his own way regardless. WHAT?! I tried to phone Dave and client support immediately as our furniture is very heavy and would call for no less than two individual’s to transfer it safely. Movers that picked up in Florida were great. The movers who presented at New York were dreadful! We had been advised 7-10 days. Fifteen days after our furniture has been delivered. Nobody from the firm came to our home for first quote, nobody told us whether was per pieces or cubic feet. When the movers arrived on the pickup day the amount was 2701….Wow what was that? Almost twice. We call the organization but they said there isn’t any way for us to look at the true price. . .very, really disappointed, our two son will proceed also, no recommendation for them.

They maintained coordinating and packaging, so the moment the rain slowed that they had been loading the truck up. This was a 3 and hour trip throughout the country. Anthoni known to tell me if they had been 30 minutes out. Since the truck pulled in, so did another downpour. They worked together on the way to best buy the truck unloaded without hurting my things and got right to work. As the day wore to night, these men just kept on going. At one stage, likely at 11pm, because I had been considering the arrangement of several furniture I’d asked for, believing I wished I’d asked them to place the furniture in reverse of what it had been, Anthoni and JR asked me when I believed it’d look better another way. I told them yes, but I’d take care of it afterwards. They simply laughed and said it’d be how I desired when they had been through. I could not have asked for a better team, also as they had been going out near midnight, so they were just so kind. Oh, not to mention everything came and in good shape. Very best move ever. As your Agent litterally demeaned me about the telephone after I advised him I’d be reviewing the extra cost together with my spouse that he suggested I now owed to add 1 image, he hung me up. I’d say as a Business Owner of a Pa established storage facility and above 300 leasing appts and cottages, so I would not ever recommend your business. I’ve dealt with lots of individuals but to be treated in this way and then hung up on, was dreadful. Certainly passing the word to my friends and inhabitants in the PA, Sarasota and Naples.

It has been a week since we have been given with Unlimited Moving. I was overall quite delighted with our choice to utilize your services. What a joke. I mean exactly what a joke. They moved through my entire dispatch and stole 20k worth of clothing and things from me. Things out of curio cabinet and ALL my things gone. I’m now unpacking a number of the thing that they moved through and they aren’t mine, I’ve xmas items which aren’t mine. Yes I filed a claim and they provided 250.00 for what they required. . I now have things in a box which they unpacked for somebody else. I believe I havea monitoring divice that will allow me to understand where my things went. Yes I really do have some monitoring products, This provider is a huge joke. Dont trust TOM along with his team.

That is actually the second time that I used Infinite moving. I am quite satisfied with the support I received. I particularly enjoyed the gift basket I obtained. It truly shows that they care about there customers.

No regrets! Everything went as promised. Things were selected up on time and sent in time. Communication is very good. The office team immediately addressed any issues along with Tommy the Driver kept me updated about the ETA. The floor staff for its unloading showed up on time, unloaded items and aided unbox and put items both big and small.
Moving price was roughly $1500 less expensive than a Uhaul moving box. Actually I put a pen to the transfer and that I could not have leased a truck, loading, unload and push 2400 miles and hotel and food as economical as Unlimited. Another bonus is that when coping with Infinite you aren’t dealing with agents who always phone or email and based on the business you’ll get torpedoed by pricey nice print. Been there and done this. A royal pain!
