The boxes were chosen by FEDEX in my house and delivered to their own ware property. FEDEX was their representative. However, to my surprise, once I got the bill, Universal had additional $50 as packing fees. When I checked and called, they stated they obtained two boxes in ruined state. Even though it wasn’t my fault, I still had to cover that excess cash. After the consignment reached Chennai, they billed me yet another Rs.3260 saying that this was interface congestion fees. They’d also noted that for air shipment they’ll only utilize weight, rather than quantity (used for sea).
