    Great Job 100%

I had a plumber fairly last minute due to a job move to a different nation. I phoned 2 movers that desired to upward charge me for every small thing due to the brief notice. I am happy I called an additional Agency – United Worldwide Moving. They knew the anxiety I was below and clarified the entire procedure and did not add on a whole lot of charges that the other men where attempting to do. My things showed up on time and that I could not be happier having a task well done. Thank you!

Will not give back 100% refundable deposit

I cancelled our relocation together due to the terrible reviews. Thank you to everybody who took the time to write one! I’ve known no less than 10x to return our deposit and I am placed on hold or delivered to”Sarah’s” voicemail each moment. The operator is impolite and provides me push back every time I call. It says in writing that the deposit in 100 percent refundable. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I am simply glad that I looked at the reviews before committing them some of the cash. I’d give zero stars, but it wouldn’t allow me.

    Horrible Movers! Scammers for sure

We had an almost identical experience to other people submitted. Turns out United WWMoving Isn’t the same as United Van lines. They quote and all areas of the contract that say it’s binding means nothing since it’s a third-party contracted mover who comes for your items. As soon as they begin to package, the quote is currently somehow 2timea what had been quoted and NO ensured delivery period. Estimates were so far away and after speaking to the individual who showed up at a Penske truck to my items we had been told we needed to sign the following contract and anything United claimed meant nothing. We ended up denying the ceremony immediately, left along with my furniture sitting out in freezing temps for me personally to take care of. The movers needed us to provide them money under the table to place the furniture back into the storage device. Shame on these….my husband is handicapped and could not move the furniture so I needed to do this by myself. NEVER HURR THIS COMPANY. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB!

    Liars - Brokers - Don't Use

It is a shame that people can’t be fair!

I had been sold by Holly saying that they possessed their own trucks along with all the standard jargin to be on the lookout for different businesses, etc.. I called, emailed and texted nearly daily to go over details and requested no longer than 20 occasions, when they had been a broker. I’d have been fine with this if communication was apparent. Do not lie!!!!!

I had been quoted the incorrect cubic foot, they shipped the other firm to pick up my possessions. Driver came with no team, at a leased Penske Truck, maybe not business truck. Driver did not understand what he had been picking up advertising manager obtained on telephone and said it’d cost me an additional $3,200 to send my things. They shipped S&M Relo rather than United.

I’d spent 3 months talking inventory as well as sent photographs of the real things, already packaged & wrapped.

I needed to ship them away, account for my lender and luckily, managed to recoup my deposit by shifting fast.

So unhappy that the delivery market is similar to this.

    They STOLE my money

I paid a security deposit for this business in December to get a movement that was occurring in mid January. A week or so after I paid the deposit, then I needed to cancel my movement together. I had been over within the allotted period permitted. The”accountant” has been EXTREMELY rude and yelled at my husband. We eventually got them to agree with this refund and stated it might be deposited into my bank in 7-10 business days. As soon as I waited two weeks for it to reach on my accounts and it did not, I achieved again. They stated that they resubmitted it and gave me a trade number for the reference. To earn a dreadful story shorter, I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK, and now they aren’t returning my messages or emails. They’re hackers, thieves, and NOBODY ought to do business together.

    ZERO Stars

This provider is actually a scam. Please avoid at any cost. I advised a transfer together since their customer support folks are really excellent. They stated that I had up till 48 hours prior to the transfer to cancel with a complete refund of this deposit that I paid. Well, I stopped, weeks past, and still have not obtained a refund. I have called after a week hoping to know where my cash is and each time that they have another rationale -“refunds are not processed before Fridays”,”Your refund has been processed, however it takes 3-5 days to really enter your accounts”, etc..

They’ve stolen nearly $1000 out of me and I don’t have any clue how to make it back short of using them to court. I even have a signed contract stating that I qualify to get a refund! I can only imagine what could have happened if we had really gone through with using these for our relocation.

    BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE ALL AROUND!

Christine I really do believe actually did all she could to assist us. However it had been to NO AVAIL!! The final thing that I had been told was to send an email to another email address: info@uwmoving.com. Below is day daily log of my interaction with all the people involved along with the contact that has been created:

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE ALL AROUND! That is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company plus that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY TO ANYONE. PLEASE TAKE Your Company ELSEWHERE!!! Not one of the cost estimates will be even close to what the last cost will be. They’ll hit you with a lot of hidden charges. Your primary agreed upon contract isn’t valid and you’ll be made to join another contract when the movers arrive. The call centre employees do their very best to help but can not do anything since they don’t have any power. Below is a comprehensive list of occasions that I’ve went through with United Worldwide Moving:

    11/19/2019

We put up a first transfer date of December 28th, 2019 using a copy moving date of December 29th, 2019. The initial cost we were awarded was $2,097.56. I’d pay $815 deposit to guarantee the cost $600 bucks money to the motorists upon birth and the remainder as it had been sent to the destination.

    12/26/2019

United World Wide Moving calls us to explain the stock. Assures us they’d arrive on the 28th of December in between the days of 8-10AM.

    12/28/2019

United World Wide Moving calls us to notify us that they would not be able to perform the movement on the 28th due to inclement weather. We were later informed by the driver that the inclement weather delay proved to be a lie. He explained that he had been in Philadelphia and they left him create a second stop on the road to me personally and could operate out of time. The weather for this day has been partly cloudy, 63 degrees. The driver assured me that he’d arrive involving 3-5PM. This was not a problem because the backup date was set in place because of this. It is simply extremely unprofessional to lie to a client regarding the weather.

    12/29/2019

Following the waiting all day and also to ensure that the transfer was as easy as possible for your movers. I took apart each and every thing that had to be broken down and proceeded all of the things into two chambers. All boxes were packaged with me (services compensated for in the initial quote ). About 6:30 we started to attempt to call the moving business because we have not got an upgrade after being told they’d notify us if the driver was on the road.

    12/30/2019

I named the provider first thing in the afternoon and have been advised that the driver attempted to phone us and didn’t get a response, so he continued his path. This wasn’t accurate, there were just two telephone numbers on record and neither one received a telephone or needed a voicemail. Following an hour of back and forth, they confessed that the truck was full and could not come do the pickup due to that. They assured me they’d adapt us as best they can because of all of the troubles. I informed them I needed to be outside of my apartment from the 1st or I’d face fines for breaking my rental arrangement.

    12/31/2019

We finally spoke to a supervisor after times of always attempting to get one on the telephone. He promised us that he’d do the transfer himself about the 1st and they’d do their very best to help me on the charges from breaking my rental arrangement. They explained that the motorist would arrive in between 7-9AM on January 1, 2020.

    1/1/2020

The movers did not appear till 7:36PM were extremely rude and unprofessional. They weren’t connected with Worldwide Moving. They had their own contract. This contract could be the binding contract and any arrangement made prior to them had been null. After everything was transferred to the truck, they informed me that the costs and it had been 1803 more than the initial contract said. That’s nearly twice the initial estimate. The movers improperly stacked items and didn’t optimize the distance on the vehicle. I, personally needed to get on the truck and rearrange a few things to attempt to condense some distance.

    1/2/2019

Finally obtained a photo copy of a Bill of Lading obtained out of a telephone, sent through text. This is extremely unprofessional for a organization.

Nobody will contact us or talk to us about any refunds or discounts.

In general, this moving firm was demonstrated to be untrustworthy, dishonest, misleading and conniving. I haven’t ever experienced a trade with an organization that’s been treated this badly. They have not assisted/compensated us on any of those THEIR MISHAPS. Rather, they’ve opted to charge us almost two times as far and maintain my possessions hostage.

    1/23/2020

Still waiting to get our furniture. Hoping for the best as far as this goes.

Do Not Ever Work With This Company

Worst experience I’ve ever needed for almost any service or good. I really could write a very long reply but we’ll keep it brief. Movers re-quoted us 4 times. Legislation showed up a day late. Movers overcharged us and when asked for a partial refund to the hassle on a $7k move, they’re so gracious to provide $50 for any inconveniences. Shame on me for relying upon a business with hardly any knowledge in the moving business.

    Scammers!!

This provider is a SCAM! I signed a contract, paid a deposit of $500, also called back the exact same day and cancelled. Holly, my representative, I whined understanding and said I’d get my refund back since I predicted inside the timeframe. A couple of weeks after I discovered my card was still charged $500 so that I disputed it with my credit card business. Well here I am now on the telephone with my credit card business since they reapplied the fee. This firm faked an agreement saying they came atmy pickup speech (which they didn’t ) about January 24 (that was not actually my date I consented to proceed on) and said I cancelled that afternoon. Saying they attempted to negotiate a more fair deal! To start with I didn’t meet with anybody on January 24! The contract I signed up in January along with the contact they delivered over to my charge card agency ARE 2 distinct CONTRACTS! I’ve tried repeatedly to call Holly, my representative out of this moving business. No response. I am really considering getting a lawyer! That is absurd. Please read these remarks and operate!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Midleading, Scammers

Don’t utilize United Worldwide Moving. They are completely unreliable. We put up our transfer from MI to CA. They came at our house to move our possessions out AFTER MIDNIGHT. They utilized a random, old box truck not linked to the provider. The movers attempted for us to cover them CASH and said we owed considerably greater than we had been quoted.

Upon going to CA, we gave them a 1 month note about our move in date. They affirmed. 1 week before our move in, they said we gave them another date and that our matters”might be there today, or even another. Normally in a couple of days of your requested date we receive it all there. We’ll telephone you if we load this up.” NO CALLS CAME FOR OVER A WEEK AFTER OUR MOVE IN DATE.

We called and called. We always obtained excuse after excuse. Almost a month has gone by, and we still DO NOT have our possessions. We’ve been in our empty apartment while this provider disrespects their clients.

Finally, they provide us a date that they will be here. They say that our complicated won’t match the truck they’re sending, so we are able to pay $350 to get a”shuttle” to carry our items to our flat – and then they cost $75 for each 7 steps that they need to carry up things. So an extra $500 in addition to the first quotation that allegedly covered everything. They’re scammers. Our other choice was to rent a Uhaul ourselves, however they won’t held load or unload our possessions. We won’t provide them another dime, so that’s our strategy.

Needless to say, they tell us that the truck will be here Thursday. We let our Uhaul, take off work, free up our day – and then AFTER WE CONTACT THE COMPANY 24 HOURS IN ADANCE – something THEY told us they’d do – we receive notice that the truck has”a radiator dilemma and the shipping is appearing more like Saturday”.

Each and every employee makes explanations, is undependable, they don’t care about their clients, and will try every strategy to attempt to get your cash without placing any speck of superior support in their initiative. They ought to be from business.

    Don’t Use UNITED WORLDWIDE MOVING.

Worst company I ever worked with for Moving

This firm United Worldwide Transferring have contributed a worst going experience. They originally gives all false guarantee and receive approximately 500$ from you, then they’re going to present their real face. For me that they didn’t even come to the day that they originally told to find out these items. They hired another movers and eventually chose my items. For this I’ve called around 100 days in two days.

Then comes another part, shipping. Nevertheless they have not delivered my items. It has been 10 days since I requested them to get the delivery. Each and every day that I phone them, their client support is your worst. They didn’t even answer your phone and set you on hold for ever.

Even after a few tries if I get a person to speak they’ll just say following 4 times, next two days you’ll receive delivery. But so far nothing happened.

Is there anybody who can help to give a criticism against them to get some legal actions?

    Lies, Misleading, Scammers

If I could give less than 1 star, I’d. Going to attempt to keep this review simple. This business is a scam and you’ll cover more than that which was originally quoted. Our cost moved up four occasions for our relocation. The initial estimate was for $3200. We have another telephone call two weeks before. We had been told that they needed to review exactly what the first quotation was to our items that had to be transferred and the cost went up to 5600. The last time it moved up was about the afternoon they came and the fees went up an additional $8,000. We had no option as our house was closing the following day and we all needed to be outside of the house. To top things off, our items weren’t sent for around 20+ times. Each time I’d attempt to find an upgrade I had been told I needed to invest more cash before they’d have our items delivered. I was subsequently told to cover a second $3600 upon delivery or our items wouldn’t be unloaded in the truck and also that we’d incur additional expenses. Please, do yourself a favor and don’t employ this business. They don’t comply with transferring business guidelines. Folks, please investigate and understand your rights so that you aren’t a product of a scam. Find out more about the business and certainly read testimonials. There are much too many folks who needed to find out the hard way from crooks such as these.

Like everybody I’d say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 39 items broken and ruined. Arrived and raised their fee from 600.00. Dumped my items into packaging boxes. Not wrapped. Damage galore. Delivery date was a joke. Nightmare of daily calls. On hold for more than an hour each call. Nasty customer services.

Damage and loss at .60 per pound. Ridiculous. They create filing a claim that a nightmare so that you give up. Literally I have been calling since Nov 20. It is 2/17/20.

We paid a freaking $2,000.00 deposit in January of 2020 to get a pleasant occurring from Arizona to Arkansas in May of 2020. The week of this transfer that I never heard from anybody. I could not catch ANYONE on the telephone to determine which day they would really arrive. I then began digging up information on the business and might tell it was not possible. I had been made to get another firm on a Monday to get a 1100mile relocation on Saturday. I cancelled within my allotted window but it had been like pulling teeth to receive a verification with this cancellation. It has now been nearly 1 month and they’ve yet to repay money. I’ve been given excuse after excuse on where my cash is so ultimately I am allowing the lender manage it. This provider is a JOKE! Upon pickup they said I had been off my semi footage and said I needed to pay an additional $435.00. They kept my items in a ware home for a week after they said I had been on its way. U cant hardley get ahold of these when they have ur cash. In addition they hang you up if u telephone. Subsequently on shipping they billed me anorher $147. Oo and when I didnt cover they’d hold my items with additional fees. The guy named John was utterly rude and also a cocky jerk about it and kept hanging up on me. So 2 distinct stories of additional charges. Additionally, I had an exspensive electrical guitar using attachments which has been missing. I filed a claim also known as PD. Not certain if anythingwill be concerning it. This is incorrect to do so when paying alot of cash to trust individuals using ur stuff. Im beyond mad and this business shouldn’t be in company!!! Where is my stuff?

I utilized United Worldwide Moving for transportation of my items out of Ohio to Florida. They were assumed to be there on 10/11, but they called and asked whether it may be 10/13 because of truck problems. I concurred as that worked nicely for me personally. On 10/13 nobody showed up throughout the guaranteed 3 hour window of 8-11am. After several calls and voicemails, a person eventually contacted me and guaranteed a truck to be at my house by 6pm. They did arrive and loaded my items to a truck. It’s 10/30, I’m in Florida, and I’ve yet to get my items. I keep getting assured that I am on the program for delivery, also this week, I had been advised that there was a mixup with dispatch, and it’ll be next week. There’s absolutely no professionalism by anybody within this corporation. No communication between the workplace and the dispatchers. It’s been very stressful and I only want my things! Do yourself a favor and do not seek the services of this business filled with fakers and scammers.

    Worst experience ever

United moving firm was suppose to pick up my possessions on 11/1/2019 using a pickup window of 11am-1pm and transfer it to Renton, WA on 11/3/2019. On the very first I predicted at approximately 12pm asking if they’d be coming as they stated they’d call me out an hour. The girl online informed me that they’re running late and will be there from 3pm to 5pm. They never came never known as tried calling the company they appeared to be shut. The motorist called me at 8pm saying that they had car trouble and could have the ability to come another day 11/2/2019- 11/3/2019 never arrived. Called on Monday 11/4/2019 to receive my cash to go with another moving company they stated they’d give me a reduction assured me they’d get my things out of 2pm-4pm so I jumped to let them pick up my items. They said my items would be sent 11/6-7/2019. I proceeded to telephone yesterday 11/6/2019 to observe when my items would be delivered they stated 11/7/2019 no more than 11/8/2019 that morning 8am. I predicted today 11/7/2019 to again get a supply ETA they stated Monday 11/11/2019. I said to them thats unacceptable they said my stuff was still in Los Angeles, CA. I inquired if I may have a relative at California pickup my things using a U-haul and that I pay them what they have done so much she carry on to tell me no and in addition to that she was going to repay me back my deposit and I would need to pay them via cable (zelle or money app) so that I can not dispute my deposit. I proceeded to inform the woman I already paid them I am not likely to really go out of my way to cover another way since I already paid the business she jumped to process the refund anyhow and continue to inform me my matters will probably be held hostage till I wire them with the deposit again.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY OR AMERICAN HOME RELOCATION

I wished to give them 0 stars, but it would not let me.
Everything which has been told to us was a lie from United World Broad and their sister company American Home Relocation.
We had been known as 3 distinct occasions to determine if we can move up our pick up date from 12/26/19 into 12/24/19 that is Christmas eve so that it might be about a direct path. We cut our strategies brief and dashed our packaging to adapt them, even received a $100 off for your annoyance. I have all of the phone records to demonstrate this, once I tell them this since we’re on the lookout for our stuff that’s still in Kansas around 1/8/2020 (and today told most likely it’s going to be February 3 until we get it.) They informed me their records state we phoned them to move up our select up-date. LIE.
United World Broad, stated our movers could show us just how much distance we had been supposed to carry up, because of our cost. They never did, they got to us in the darkened 7 pm Christmas Eve and abandoned at nearly midnight. They then say we moved over our distance, not that we were ever shown our distance and we did not even take up to was on our stock list because we had been in such a hurry to assist them. We were billed.
All of our paperwork states shipping on 1/3/2020. We predicted all day on 1/2/ and 1/3 earlier we got somebody to answer us. This was the very first day they may have the ability to deliver. They then said we’ll hear by Wed. 1/8/2020 in the most recent with a 24 hour window for delivery. Now is 1/8/2020. Our items are at a warehouse, never even loaded on an automobile. They are now saying possibly by 1/14/2020… but that they have 21 business days from 1/3 to provide that’s 2/3/2020. NONE of this has been advised to us until today.
The 2 girls at the 2 distinct firms were rude, did not care, and kept changing the narrative. When I requested to talk to their supervisor, they stated they did not have one. When I requested to talk with dispatch to acquire a date,” Cindy in United gave me some, once I called this number, Tina in American Home relocation stated, there’s not any amount for dispatch it had been her just. I inquired if she could convention us in so I could talk with them, nope was her response.
She did not care in any way. At one stage I asked her if that was her things would not she be defeated, she simply laughed.
We obtained no less than 7 calls searching for more cash because different businesses did different items. United did not even understand that AHR picked up our things early before I called searching for our truckload. But we needed to call 6 distinct amounts searching for a person to speak to us about our delivery within 2.5 days, since nobody would call us back.
They say that their phones are listed, which I expect is accurate because this way I could show that they LIE seeing everything.
SAVE your money, and go with a different organization.

    Awful customer service and movers

I’d known as United World wide Moving to my own movement and wasn’t informed that I was being hauled out to a random business. I established my relocation on a respectable firm not merely some arbitrary no named firm. They phoned me to find out whether I could do my movement each day early that was nice although not only did I must spend more as I had been allegedly over the burden limitation but they ruined my refrigerator and doors! As soon as I predicted United they accepted no obligation with this entire situation and simply passed the dollar! Now I must submit a claim and receive $0.60 pound reimbursement that’s not likely to pay the expense of my refrigerator! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR UNITED WORLD WIDE MOVING! I’d give them both a zero in case it had been an alternative.

They said they could provide a particular piggy back bargain and send me a much lesser offer. The agreement maintains 300 sq feet which I immediately contested and they stated it should be nice and will not be a issue. Two days ahead of the transfer the man in charge calls and would like to perform a list and bill me an extra $1100. I tell him no and they say they will package 300 sq feet and depart whatever else.

In my case that the movers bought the furniture but at destination that they didn’t build it back. No reply in United Worldwide today. The movers state that they don’t function according to contract arrangements United Worldwide has. Never ever book these folks for your own move.
