This business shouldn’t even be permitted to operate. They lost al of our things at an assumed warehouse fire (wasn’t supposed to maintain a warehouse in California, they’d told us could be sent to Alabama another week) and were cold and unresponsive for this catastrophic loss. I’m pleased to talk personally with anyone who’s considering using this provider. DO NOT DO IT. They’ve a terrible claims firm, a dismissive attitude about their obligations and also an entirely unresponsive customer support section. That does not even get into the fact that they were dreadful even in the first packing up point where a complete service transfer turned into me along with my neighbor assisting the 2 individuals who showed up bunch a 4 bedroom home. It was totally absurd. Save yourself the hassle, utilize some other movers.

I’ve been coping with this firm to get a transfer that happened this past year at June-July 2016. I can not start to describe what a nightmare it has been, working together with this moving business.
Everything began well, with Barbara, the salesperson that moves out of her way to appear friendly and helpful, and bends over backward to provide you with a fantastic price (“shhh, do not tell my boss.”)
Movers appear and that I find out the moving cost has changed! What am I supposed to do, cancel the transfer? (In retrospect, I must hae). The truck shows up a week late with no communication whatsoever (and nobody in the firm returning my calls).
Subsequently the Russian inspector men eventually appear, no apology.  I detect damage on a lot of my furniture, and they claim it was already there.
The business won’t reimburse me for the harm so I am taking them to court. Shady. Dodgy. Unprofessional. Liars. And that is being kind. Do your self a favor and stay far (and do not feel these positive reviews that are clearly phony).

This business employs every chance to scam you out of additional money. As a military veteran I’ve used many moving companies within my career and also this moving company was undoubtedly the worst moving company I’ve ever used. My transfer out of San Diego, CA to Mississippi was a complete nightmare! The pickup was overdue, the delivery was late, the driver was very impolite (he always used filthy language, was argumentative and quite unprofessional). My household things sustained near $1000 value of damages and a couple of boxes were either lost or stolen (those boxes were not found). I filed a claim and also their claims division said that I had been entitled to a portion of that which had been lost and damaged. I was angry but I didn’t dispute it. I figured whatever level I could get could help mend some of my damaged things. I even mentioned I was a veteran and that I had never had this problem before using any other moving firm, but he basically told me that he did not care and that my claim wouldn’t be processed or paid outside!! Long story short, I never got the promise award I had been entitled to, I needed to fix and cover the damaged items from my own pocket along with my missing boxes were not discovered. I strongly recommend whether you’re a Veteran, Active Duty or civilian, please don’t use this business! The encounter was absolutely dreadful and there workers were exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I could ever use this company ever again. Please avoid using them at any cost!

They arrived 4 times late. Driver behaved just like a criminal. You might not think but that I made over 100 calls on them through that moment. When they sent , they stole my most expensive boxes (a few of these ). When I complained they behaved like nothing happened. I truly believe that they ought to be from business. I requested BBB to assist me. They didn’t even made contact with BBB. They’re horrible! Prevent them at any Price Tag!

Took over 21 times to receive our things, from CA to UT. The whole time was a nightmare. Highly unprofessional. They’ll provide you the run around on everything from cost to where your material is. They billed us $6000 over what they offered us, after giving multiple upgraded stock sheets. They offered to provide a refund of $1400. Have not seen it, do not believe we ever will, since they don’t return emails or telephone calls. Many things were damaged en route, and also their”insurance” its a joke. Save yourself the hassle and use another corporation. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs! Take your money elsewhere! They will bait and change you, and they’ll lie to you. They toss all in boxes, electronic equipment with shoes, tons of things broken, lost and broken. They con youpersonally, in my own view to squeeze every penny they could. Be warned, you agree on a contract, and they ship you with different wording on your touch. There appears to be no true management which you’re able to talk with, only the ringleader dispatcher that growls in his thick Russian accent”also bad-you signal contract!” Horrible people with no integrity. Save yourself; buy a binding contract from a different firm, and proceed with a different organization.

I think it’s only luck on which sort of support you get from such companies. The very least they could do is stand with their own company which United Transportation certainly doesn’t.

I understand moving is a pain but at least go with an organization which takes their errors and somehow makes them up.

United Transportation Moving and Storage / Always Transportation Inc isn’t processing Fire Attorney Claims. Anthem Claims Managment states that they throw the claim and they won’t respond or provide the okay to release offers.If your a victim of the fraud please telephone Attorney General’s Office. To all with this business I am cautious. I have done a movement on Feb 20 and do it in 2 hours. I knew that they possess a second of 3 that was nice. I paid 60 in money and 306 on card. I wind up discovering two days after that I have billed 376 in my own card and 200 additional I did not authorize. We contracted for a set cost, an (binding) NTE to be precise. Both weeks passed following recording and recording every telephone call and email, mind you, we’re told we’ll be given a call in the shipping person; he must inform us that he had been fired from United daily. . .so we employ him ourselves, as a private detective; the builder, myself, and also bf visit the storage device which was really on island around 1/24/18 also (they laughed and said it was not ) and pickup our own things and send to our own apartment because United didn’t meet the contract and whined the entire time! We took things into our own hands and turned into our personal movers.

Two days after, United billed my credit card to get a shipping fee of $1173.28 which they did illegally and fraudulently! I worked together with my charge card business and TODAY 3/10/18 had been advised United mailed them a letter claiming to be ME saying I approved the preceding payment. I DID NOT. United illegally throw my signature!! I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB and will still continue to document complaints so that this will not occur the anybody else. I’ve currently had United STEAL my individuality in hammering a letter. I’m shocked and dizzy.

Some products were missing decals, they attempted to deliver a bicycle rack that was not ours, stickern amounts did not line up with exactly what the stock stated they had been (e.g.”box” vs.”seat”), and that I could not test everything off the stock list due to the missing amounts.  But what was from the truck and at our flat at midnight, and what would I do but signal that we had received everything?

Upon unpacking, I understood a single box (I still think that it’s just one) was missing, together with our vacuum cleaner, that was not even recorded on the stock.  My husband’s desk had lost and bent pegs out of how the first movers took it aside, the rack of a few of our tracks was busted and will not stand up, and also a few substantial dent-scratches were placed in a classic table.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. When the truck showed up and they were half way done loading it we where told there would not be sufficient space on it to get all my family things. I’d give 0 stars if possible. They packed our items then doubled the price tag, wouldn’t provide our products, just to learn that they stole our stuff and wouldn’t deliver.

Seriously possibly the functions experience I’ve ever had! I wish I could give them 0 stars. This provider is full of a lot of shady characters without a ideology. The”sales girl” Barbara called me  and said that they had a vacant truck moving to Hawaii and could do the transfer for half the cost if I consented to package up my whole house in two days, she insisted that the even the movers could allow me to pack. I didn’t agree immediately,and has been known as at least 3 more times. Eventually I agreed, and did not sleep for 2 days getting all of my things ready. The motorist and movers arrived, and clearly were only sub contracted hires. They first huffed and worry about needing to help me wrap around the large items, they then attempted to make me pay extra for a few old blankets that they utilized. They ended up with my boxes I needed to go purchase and my towels and blankets. As soon as they got everything packed up, they all of a sudden got a call in the office saying that the boss never consented to the reduction Barbara gave me and they’d have to un package the whole truck. I got on the telephone with Roger- their dispatcher and he proceeded to shout at me and inform me I had been a idiot if I moved together with almost any one else, which he’d be shooting Barabara for giving me such a cost. . Following a lengthy back and forth,  I had been worn down and only agreed to this new pricing.They were also assumed to take my vehicle. What they do not tell you is the contract is having a sister firm, that also subcontracts with 3 additional little business enterprise. They stole goods from the car as well.Once we must Hawaii, my items were supposed to arrive at the week that I got there. They never did. I jumped for two MONTHS, to telephone the office every second day or so. I received every story below sunlight, I have yelled at by their own rude workers, and obtained lied to a number of times. Eventually two months after, I call back, and I’m advised that my things was on vent for 3 WEEKS!!! 3 WEEKS!!! They didn’t inform me of this since their subcontractor motorist wouldn’t deliver or not as it was worth his time and he’d more deliveries to make. So my things was only going to sit their until they were great and ready to deliver! Ridiculous! So naturally at this time, I simply needed my things. They wouldn’t provide me the lading amount for me to go pick up it till I paid them at FULL!! Though they didn’t supply the support. I needed to cover them in FULL, rent a Uhaul and go get my items myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

On the afternoon prior to our scheduled pickup their dispatcher known to say that they wouldn’t have the ability to accommodate us for another five days. We’d sold our home and the new owners were going in the afternoon afterwards. I explained this on the moving business and his reply has been for me to depart in before the carport and they would be by in five times. We needed to alter our travel bookings and set our boxes at a storage device. They did appear seven days afterwards. At our destination at Honolulu it took three reschedules for shipping since they had no island team. Two guys were brought in from L.A., 1 box overlooking. Leave it outside to everybody to take? No doubts, no reduction or maybe an apology.

WORST experience ever! They lost 3 things in the transfer, and after two months of trying to have a person to help resolve the matter, it’s still unresolved. I registered a complaint with the BBB, and now I had been told from the moving company that they won’t assist me until I eliminate the criticism I filed, since it gives their company a bad name! BAIT AND SWITCH.

These folks are crooks.

1. I delivered a comprehensive spreadsheet with dimensions of every item in order that they can provide and precise quote. They offered $2200 to transfer me in CA to CT from 10-14 days door to door.

2. On Friday afternoon, the foreman understood they made an error and lent somebody else’s things (a bet and an ATV? That I do not possess ). He explained the cost could be $4300. On moving day, I can not do anything, that I can not sell things or give things away since ITS MOVING DAY and what’s packaged. They’ve u from the balls and they understand it. (I am unashamedly sight, the imitation quote they supplied is a scam, so they provide everybody that quotation ).

3. Customer support is a whole lot of Neanderthals. Every email requires 5 times to obtain an answer, which they never give an answer.

4. I’ve been requesting a detailed statement of all charges for two weeks and they still have not supplied it. Just a crook would prevent placing charges on newspaper!

5. They are rough I pay in cash? Who’s $5300 in money lying around? Are u kidding me? And who’d pay $5300 without the insurance from such bandits?

6. They picked up my things on 10/17 and stated 10-14 days to provide. Its now11/9 and that I still don’t have my things. They’re stating MAYBE from 11/15. I’ve paid rent to this whole month on flat I can’t occupy. I’ve needed to pay to get a resort for every night that these incompetent a-holes are f&cking around someplace in the center of the nation.

7. Now they’re telling me they’re charging me an extra $995 to get a shuttle charge. Totaling this movement in more than 5300!!!!! Notice: I’m moving back to a home I lived at in 2014. I transferred in and out from this with two moving businesses who didn’t require a shuttle!!!!!!

8. I offered to fulfill them 1/2 way on cost, which I must not need to do since it is there error, however I offered to pay $3k for your own transfer, $800 within my quotation… plus they then threatened to continue to keep my possessions.

I have had to threaten to call law enforcement. I have needed to get them over 15 days to receive zero info on the positioning of my possessions. Terrible terrible.

They showed up at 9:45AM and managed everything. This has been the best portion of the support so far. (but obviously this had been, they weren’t United Moving workers ). The brand new inspector cost me tens of thousands of dollars more afterward United bidding and puzzle credits to get inconvenience.The delay and change of servicer cost me over $600.00 stress and stress that’s beyond those words.I still yet to return my $200 deposit that they’re denying my refund claim with my credit card business.

Moved from IN to CA that they left us hurry two weeks ahead of the scheduled pickup date. We waited over three weeks for our items. Than they phone us less than 12 hours beforehand and stated they had been introducing on 250$ since they needed to find a bigger truck to provide our belongings. We contacted the most important man and he said only offer them 500$ and I will pay the remainder. We’d previously paid 1200$. However, the delivery folks did not enjoy that so they accepted 400$ and left with over half of those items. Agree their boss we had been mean to them and lied. We allow the use the toilet and control their tools which are not required for this particular job. The manager Ben threatened and called us saying that they are only going to throw it away. Than known and will be hold our items hostage stating we need to pay 350$ more for these to return and deliver the remainder of our items. Rather than working together with us they abandoned because they had additional deliveries. Everything we’d planned for now is being placed on hold since these individuals only care for scamming money from individuals.

Worst service immaginable. The driver showed up 13 hours late, and then said it had been too late to perform the loading, so he’d need to return another day if I couldn’t be there to see the loudness of the load. They then insisted that I had to cover $3600. Over the quote.
I’ve filed formal complaints with the Attorney General’s Office, The Federal Transportation Administration, All Of Consumer Protection Agencies along with the BBB, in 3 countries! Revealing company policies and workers proficient at exploitation and extortion.

I reserved my transfer from Oregon to New York via a broker firm that deals with United to execute the actual transfer. I’ll preface this review with recognizing that having a broker caused some miscommunication and led to a few of the difficulties with this movement. That having been said, the support I received from United was extremely disappointing. It took almost two weeks to move my possessions, along with the customer support was really dreadful.

My pickup was originally scheduled for December 19. On December 21 at 9 pm, the driver called and stated he’d be coming in about one hour. My storage device closed at 10, so we agreed to meet in the storage device first thing the next morning rather. The driver and a single helper showed up the next morning three hours later than the agreed upon time.

This was just the start. My possessions were picked up on December 22, also pushed into California, where they sat until my delivery on February 15. The first delivery was likely to be on January 15! The shipping was repeatedly pushed back, and it had been quite obvious that United was making zero attempt to guarantee a timely delivery. Additionally, they allow you to sign a contract which states they’ve 21 business days to produce the delivery. So you essentially don’t have any recourse if your shipping is very delayed. Along with the payoff for a late delivery is just $30 daily. Hardly suitable for such a massive inconvenience!

The business also does not typically accept charge cards (which sounds a bit sketchy for me). But, I ordered to cover the remaining balance due upon delivery by charge card. Regrettably, there was a last minute issue where my charge card has been dropped the evening before shipping. I ordered with direction to pay by credit card that the afternoon of shipping, but if the motorist learned about this, ” he refused to return to my home to deliver my possessions! The driver refused to send unless I’d money or money order, despite my needing special arrangements. This was clearly not transported into the motorist and has been a massive inconvenience and weight.

Between the late pickup, exceptionally late shipping, and bad customer support, this movement went totally horribly. I won’t be utilizing United for any future movements, nor will I recommend them to some buddy. The only positive comment I could make is that my possessions arrived in good shape with hardly any damages.

Moving is stressful enough and I Must see my mother scream everyday not knowing that the condition that her matters are in, Who’s tackling them and should they still exist.   She needed to invest $5000 to substitute things because her possessions did not arrive punctually.   They contacted her yesterday and told her they want money, only money and that she can not even check her things until they receive payment!!!!   Talk about a unethical business!!!! My pickup has been originally scheduled for December 19. On December 21 at 9 pm, the driver called and stated he’d be coming in about one hour. My storage device shut at 10, so we agreed to meet in the storage device first thing the next morning rather. The driver and a single helper showed up the following morning three hours later than the agreed on time.

This was just the start. My possessions were picked up on December 22, also pushed into California, where they stumbled before my shipping on February 15. The first delivery was likely to be about January 15! The shipping was repeatedly pushed backwards, and it had been quite apparent that United was making zero attempt to guarantee a timely delivery. Moreover, they allow you to sign a contract which states they’ve 21 business days to create the delivery. So you essentially don’t have any recourse if your shipping is very delayed. Along with the payoff for a late delivery is just $30 daily. Hardly suitable for such a enormous inconvenience!

The business also does not generally accept charge cards (which sounds a bit sketchy for me). But, I ordered to cover the rest due upon shipping by charge card.
