I initially contracted with the other moving company which I found online. They gave me a fantastic cost but arrived a day late to pick up me and attempted to double the purchase price on me after they came. I was horrified but denied to give in and pinpointed my movement together. So I then began a frantic search and thank God I managed to locate United Transport. Sherry the rep gave me a wonderful quote and allow me to feel comfortable. They arrived the next day as promised and did a fantastic job and there were not any suprises in cost or otherwise. Overages increased the price tag,at 3 times the originial estimate for cubic feet. Two movers arrived, one was intimadating, rude, and disrespectful, he had been loudly and ended up throwing clip and paperwork board on floor. He wouldn’t pack all of the things which needed to be left behind, we had been advised we’d be reimbursed 170.00 for all those items. We didn’t get it in writing so later on this wasn’t the situation. Our items went to storage,as we didn’t have a new speech. We had been given a cost for a MI transfer and also one for GA.. Though we ended up in GA they billed us the cost for its MI move. When they sent, there were 14 boxes overlooking along with the footboard to a different mattress which has been just 4 weeks old. Creating the frame and headboard unworthy. All things came in dirty with what seemed to be sawdust on these, Many boxes and bags were broken and smashed. The glasses and dishes were broken. A highboy desk has been broken in half and is unfixable. Upon shipping the fine two movers attracted in pub stools and a desk which wasn’t ours.
Upon going into the truck we discovered among our boxes blended in with somebody elses load. Office aid was fine, however this is a really unethical company, simply run another way!!!

Being of a military backround I’ve moved alot! United Transport Inc is just one of if not the best companies I’ve used and this can be transfer number 13 or 14 beginning to eliminate track. They had been on time, specialist and also the value that I got for my money was fantastic. Being that I’m in the service business myself I place a comparatively higher standard when it concerns the support I get. I need to thanks the team at United Transport and Jen at the workplace for all your help in transferring us to Florida. Transferring is like controlled insanity but you guys made it seem simple and nearly painless. I say nearly painless beacuse I understand those stairs murdered you guys but thanks to being positive and professional from begin to finish.

United Transport did a superb job shifting me along with my spouse. They did good packing up us on pickup and that I was really pleased with the way that they packed and managed our old upright piano which was very dear to me personally. The transfer went without a hitch and my sales rep Chris was a great hearted man I love all of his help taking the opportunity to actually speak to us and treat people enjoy freinds and not only clients and that’s quite rare nowadays.

I received plenty of moving quotations however, also the professionalism of this rep Matt won me over. He answered all of my questions concerning the shifting process and also caused me to feel real comfortable with them and I’m happy I did. The transfer went as intended and that I didnt complain about the cost they were quite fair. I have never got my items.  I never obtained paperwork on pickup.  Guess I was the dummy.  My experience began good with this salesman.  Nobody will contact me, nobody will assist, and seemingly nobody knows where my items are.  Who brings their kids with them if they’re there to pickup the items?  I am convinced my review will not be submitted. Though I had been provided a excellent cost in the start the actuall movers assert I owe an extra 1700.00.  I am just sick that I permitted myself to be accepted like that.

I had been contacted by Cris at nearby transportation inc, I recall him asking me when I had been prepared for a fair quote in my forthcoming move rather than what I only wished to hear. I went forward with the quotation and was amazed to how precise he had been on the stock. He went across the packaging that would have to get performed and gave me a complete no prognosis about the moving business. I wish every business was as honest and didn’t simply tell me exactly what I wished to here (cost, shipping, etc) He explained exactly what to anticipate and established all on worse case situations. Thank you for the excellent movement, if you’re trying to find a mover and so are reading this, then look no more.

Among the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They offered one price, however following the truck was stuffed doubled the cost! Don’t return telephone calls. . .never gave acurate quotes of either travel time or price.   Underneath they only ran a poor business that gets the customer at bay.   NEVER use this business.   Uncertain how they stay in business using the underhanded methods of non balling and then jacking up the price. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL….and abandoned a wreck and wouldn’t tidy up after them!!! A nightmare.

Hello All,please BEWARE of Tours known as”United Transports” &”Moving Services”. We moved recently from Florida to California and UNFORTUNATELY utilized this movers known as”United Transporters” and also The send us a person known as”Moving Services”. They obviously authored our 46Inch LED Samsung TV along with our iMac. That was the priciest from the list of items we transferred. It was quite obvious that it is stolen by somebody in your movers and no uncertainty about it, since as soon as the transport arrived, they place a tiny 21inch emerson TV with exactly the identical decal they adhere on our huge TV whenever they picked this up. So it’s apparent that it is intentional. We obviously have uncertainty about the Driver and a few of the group who arrived to pick this up, the most important man was quite rude. MOST IMPORTANT: Once all this episode once we phoned the office, they advised me to register for assert. They told us to not call them anymore, and they’ll contact should they hear about anything. And we’re waiting for two weeks today and they never called back us again. When I called, they hung on us and they intentionally not picking-up the telephone then. Again next day when they picked-up they stated they will phone back and simply wrapped up. This impolite response in the workplace was triggered us go and tell everybody, we’re among the many silent victims of United Transporters Fraud. We’re sharing this listen, simply because we do not need anyone else to drop within this TRAP of all United Transports.

Above all these, they’d doubled our fees after packaging and putting everything to the Truck. These people are impossible rather than proceed with both of them United Transports or Moving solutions.

Their BINDING-NOT-TO-EXCEED guarantee is untrue.   We had been given a quote of 1232$  The movers that they”bid out to” stated they would not move anything before we compensated 3400$ money.   After we settled for 1500$  They went out again and also their”BINDING-NOT-TO-EXCEED” transferred around 2200$ (again, additional driver/loaders that stated they owned the firm ).   We had no option but to pay this cash.   They did not take half of the things Which Were contracted, and also overcharged us for cubic footage never used.   Cliff, Jen, Shawn, Isaac, etc. . stated They’d go select the rest of the things up at no cost.   Month after, no word.   Now they Won’t refund us the money or buy the things that has been left behind.   They’ll put your items in a public storage unit, plus they employ out individuals to move your items.   This Isn’t a moving business.   The Men and Women who delivered our items did not even understand UTI.   So today we’re filing for all of the items which were bankrupt, and taking them to court. Never utilize this”Broker” to transfer your items.

Never again can I use United Transport Inc.. To whomever reads this review, get your self a favor and look elsewhere. With numerous complains and poor reviews on the internet, do not even bother with those fools. My transfer has been out of Florida to California. Like several other reviewers has said, I had been victim of the cost growth if they arrived to pick up my own furniture. Needless to say, I had my feelings once I read these testimonials believing maybe the client didnt communicate each of their things. But, I especially recorded EVERY ITEM into this sales rep and also supplied EXACT DIMENSIONS.   But they raised my cost at $1350 to 1750????   Great complete BS. Here comes the interesting part. After the driver came at California, he refused to send to my door. Why? Since he believed it was dangerous to drive into San Francisco. Now, I agree whether it had been sent to the city but I had been directly off the freeway using HUGE streets and lots of space. I even drove the road myself and listed the whole drive. But nevertheless, they wouldn’t collaborate at all and I ended up spending $150 to a U-Haul to pickup my personal furniture 40 minutes away from my flat. Oh, obviously I had to transfer all of my furniture to my apartment myself.  But wait! How do a crappy delivery never wind up without lost or broken objects? United Transport is here in order to deliver this also! … Yep. They dropped my 1900 memory foam mattress, then ruined my $3000 computer background, and broken up my 600 weber grill.  Oh, but their adjustor provided to repay my own claim to get a grand sum of 130.   Seriously? $130 doesnt even cover my own U-Haul cost to pickup my very own furniture!! What a freaking joke.   Again, STAY AWAY FROM UNITED TRANSPORT INC..   Terrible NEWS composed around.   I don’t have any clue how they’re rated A- to BBB. They have numerous complaints on there and with DOT.    STAY AWAY!

I chose United Transport to perform my transfer in Orlando, FL to Basking Ridge, NJ. They were professional when talking to me and moved to specifics (such like my condominium association enabled semis to the complicated ) that the other firms I obtained quotes from didn’t. They gave me a first cost of $3946.00. When the movers arrived , they wrapped my furniture on such an expert degree. Contracted United Transport Inc to transfer my household products from Texas to Florida. When talking to sales man that he told me that they had a principal hub in both pickup and drop off conditions. Therefore they can offer me best prices and shipping times. Then he proceeded to go into great detail on what to anticipate move date. I still had to hunt around and take a look at other firms rates in addition to standing. It was that they did provide best rates using a leading reputation. They got me into my new residence in Florida on time and with a snag out. I’d utilize United Transport again.

IRONIC!  I find it incredibly ironic how, once I write a sincere, negative overview of my experience with this business on multiple sites, that favorable reviews are listed above it nearly instantly.  Read these reviews and decide for yourself whether they seem legitimate.
This company has horrible customer support.  They weren’t apparent with my transfer on the quantity of money that needed to be paid beforehand.  They were rather hard to address once I attempted to pay using a money order rather than a cashiers check – a misunderstanding on my part seemingly – to the point at which the boss was crying and yelling at me on the telephone.
In addition to this, they refused to cover damages that their movers triggered.

Okay moving is completely overwhelming and should you put in a high pressure occupation, wife and 3 children to the mix its own enough to allow you to wanna yourself off. I only wished to thank Tony and United Transport for creating it as easy as possible. I’ve been burnt by firms befoe which promise the world and delievry your things overdue and trashed but theses men were professional from begin to finish and then they adhered to their sentence. The cost and deadline did not change and in reality my cargo weighed out somewhat less than that which Tony estimated therefore I paid around $250 less than my usual quotation and you barely ever see that these days. We moved from Florida to Utah. The loading date has been 8/30/12 along with the shipping date has been 9/17/12. Under a year before we’d moved to Florida with 1160 cubic square feet. When we got a quotation from United Transport with this transfer we had since decreased our household products by a sofa, bed, and desk but to be safe we’ve got a quote out of United Transport for 1200 cubic feet since we did not need any surprises. The truck was filled along with the movers advised us that they’d used almost twice the estimated distance by utilizing 2075 cubic feet. This did not make any sense but we didn’t have a tape measure along with the movers did not need enough time for us to go purchase one. We couldn’t unload the truck and find somebody else the exact same day; consequently we had no option but to sign the record although we couldn’t make any sense of it. We only had to accept their word for this. We did call United Transport that afternoon and spoke to their customer support supervisor. Additional issues: 1 ).  I had been told that they would chew off my truck but on the afternoon of the movement this altered and they chose to go by square ft two.  I had been told that they wouldn’t transfer my merchandise into some other truck but that also shifted to my shock about the day of the transfer.

TERRIBLE is all I will say.  Showed up 3 times late and never kept in contact with me personally.  Jacked up the price if they showed up in the previous minute – like that I had an option at the time because THEY were those that they had been overdue.  When boxes have been delivered I’m missing boxes, overlooking instrument box, and damaged and broken products.  Boxes had water damage and also plenty of things were broken.  I’ve been attempting to work together with all the claims department in a professional way and they all do is set me on hold, cut me off and now feed me a narrative there’s noone from the asserts dapartment.

United Transport was topnotch managing my move. More than 2000 miles and not 1 hiccup or scrape. What has been quoted was exactly what I paid along with the team was uniformed, professional and courteous. On delievry there was a very long hike from where they could park into where my home had been situated and they managed this barrier no issue. Thanks United transportation you’re great!

So I simply employed United Transport to transfer me in Florida to Pittsburgh PA for college. I was actually quite scared reason like I had been moving round the nation and leaving my kids supporting, and was very nervous about getting all of my things moved. Best movers I’ve used and I’m a military brat> I’ve moved over 10 days and its always a nightmare but those men were really organized and quite courteuos. Its difficult for me to transfer things accordingly on delievry they really took the opportunity to put up things and place everythijg where I needed it. The move went off without a hitch. These men were wonderful. They picked me up last minute following another inspector was 4 days late and the cost was fair and also inline with different quotes I obtained. The men did a fantastic package occupation and loaded the truck just like they were real experts. After viewing some negative media on movers I am quite relieved to have my own transfer over with and it went just as planned. Because men Unted was a class action.

First off, my projected moving prices were $2800 from TX to NC. It was 4700!?! This review has been written as events occur so I do not overlook anything and can correctly detail the quantity of crap that happened during my movement. The motorist was VERY rude, spent all the time out on his telephone talking very loudly. My efforts to even speak to him made me feel as though I was bothering him. The driver left his bank balance receipt on my counter once he left that was a negative account balance; that was shortly after requesting me to create my head out to Cash. My check was cashed within minutes of them leaving my residence. They attracted a leasing Penski truck to load my furniture into. The three man crew that arrived together with him were hard workers but completely unprepared. It was probably 100 degrees, I had some bottles of water for those men but if it ran out that they were still asking me for longer. They didn’t have the correct tools to dislodge some of my furniture. Not even a pair of pliers. They ended up with all of my tools that they didn’t return and that I needed to run out since they were departing to retrieve them. They attracted my washing machine downstairs and tipped it over on my hardwood flooring! Water spilled around my living room that nobody even bothered to wash up, actually they all walked through it and tracked it in to my kitchen Too.   As they shot my vinyl shelves apart from the garage that they kicked they and tossed them about. Once they were done they just left, did not even say anything. In addition they didn’t clean anything up. I’d plastic cups and bottles all over my yard and throughout my home. There were vacant tape rolls in each room on the flooring and also bits of vinyl wrap around in each area. I asked when I could expect my things in the new home and all I had been told was”7 days”. I had been told I’d be the sole home filled on the truck and it’ll take 7 days to go 920 milesper hour I had been told that they could do 400 miles every day, not 130. At this time I just hope that my stuff shows up in any way. In closure, I didn’t feel comfortable with United Transport because of my shifting needs and that I would certainly not use them again or even suggest them to some buddy. *Update- Today that this nightmare of a movement is essentially complete, I could repost this inspection (above) and include the events which happened since I first posted it. The inspection was eliminated after several people in the company suggested that I would not find much support until I’d done so. After my things had been picked up on July 9th I jumped to NC and anticipated delivery that I was told could be seven days. On the next Monday I got a phone that my things were still in storage in Dallas and could be picked up on this day to earn their way to NC. Up till that point nobody understood or would inform me where they had been, that they were unsure whether my stuff was in transit or not. Tuesday the 17th a driver requires me to schedule a delivery for Wednesday (18th). He shows up in yet another Penski moving truck, now an 18 wheeler. Much more demanding than the previous man, they unload my things in the warmth. Since they’re ending up, I notice that among my most expensive things is missing. My 47″ Samsung LED LCD Ultra Thin TV. They assess the truck again and then inform me that it wasn’t from the public storage device that they picked up my things from. They call into their own company, which I don’t have any idea who they worked for but has been told that they never chose up the TV up so it isn’t their problem. I inquired when they worked for United Transport and the driver reacted with”Who?”   I’d the United Transport site up on my notebook, the driver looked at it and then told me that he had never heard of these. He got a piece of paper which said pick up my stuff there and drop it off here.   At this time we seem at my stock sheet, I see the sheet extends around 160 but the previous sticker was 172. In addition, I see that my 32″ TV wasn’t recorded on the shape. My 47″ TV was recorded and had a decal quantity of 40 so that I head over and look at my 32″ TV and sure enough it’d number 40 inside. Basically they place the decal that was designed to go in my 47″ TV about the 32″ TV that isn’t listed on the stock and also using just a little magic, somebody apart from me ends up having a wonderful widescreen TV. I’d read about this happening to some different folks prior to my move was stressed that it would also occur to me, I suppose I was correct. The pickup driver failed to let me review the stock prior to departing, he pushed it in my head whilst holding the newspapers and told me to sign up and then instantly walked outside the doorway. I instantly phoned United Transport to let them know about my TV, their first response was that I’d 1 TV in my stock sheet and obtained 1 TV ago, whatever the size gap. Refusing to take this as a response I told them my stock stated I had a 47″ TV and I didn’t get one. Eventually I worked my way up to the proprietor informed me they’d look to it. This was a couple of days following the discussion about eliminating my review by mymovingreviews.com has been settled by me doing precisely that. Also it’s extremely tough to contact somebody in UT when you will need to. After a couple more days of waiting, Cliff who’s the owner/manager called me back to say they couldn’t find my TV. During their claim procedure I’d get $.60/pound that a TV like this could get me around $20, he stated they were eager to pay me to get the thing to help out me. I paid $1800 for this TV in Feb of 2009 and now they move about $1000 that I subscribed to Cliff, he stated they would not have the ability to give me that much but might find out exactly what their offer could be and call me back each day. 2 days after I called back in, talked to somebody else that advised me to complete a claims form and email it in. While all of this was happening I also noticed several other things were missing. (3) 2’x3′ glass shirts because of my desks never produced it. My washing machine seemed like somebody took a sledgehammer to the very top of it, there was a massive dent in the alloy and the lid has been bent at the center. A couple glasses along with a crystal bowl have been smashed, such as my Guinness pint glasses! The boxes were ripped open, a few were destroyed, and also a few of my plastic bins were smashed. I said forget it, take the very first form together with all the TV and get on with it. Another day passes and they inform me that they blended my forms into a single and will be processing it that could take as many as two weeks?!? Now two weeks later I continue this inspection, nevertheless no cash and no upgrade from UT. This is extremely poor company; I wouldn’t expect these men to provide a pizza now.  I’ve sent two emails in the last month to get an upgrade in my claim and haven’t got an answer. I’m now consulting with a lawyer and going to complete a BBB complaint against UT. I now received my claims kind from UT using the entire amount they’re prepared to provide me to the reduction of each one of the above mentioned products. It came out into an entire $148. Completely and totally amazing. I’m now in the process of calling my lawyer again and submitting a complaint with the BBB. I will post any updates in the comment section if possible so that I may find out the word on how unethical and badly run this business is. Please don’t use this organization and prevent a huge headache and possibly being ripped away. Another month later and I obtained my UPDATED asserts form, they included $100. So today a grand total of 248 for all of my lost things for example my $1800 TV which has been stolen during the transfer. Now’s it time to call my lawyer along with the BBB. I’m done working right with this incompetent firm.

I cant believe that they provided me 84.00 for complete of lost things.  All things missing from shipping were electronic equipment.    I had been overlooking a brand-new cannon printer.  key board and mouse.  A sony HD DVD player, and 2 Dish recipients, which I had been billed 50$ a piecefrom dish machine. Someone got a fresh system.   And of course a Lot of valuables were busted.   Give me a break.  Not to said they showed up 3 times late, breaking me 400.00 for a trip I needed to call in for.  I certainly don’t reccommend them.  Im sure this is going to be a major struggle, but I plan to report them to each institution possible to avoid this from happening to somebody else.

We recently used United Transportation Storage and Moving to transfer 30 miles away from our apartment into our new residence. During our hunt for a quality moving company we now bid 3 groups among which we’d used before, Ben Hur. We enjoyed Ben Hur when we used them and felt comfortable using their name recognition but also the client service, attentiveness and persistence exhibited by Stephanie in United was a welcome difference in the generic agents at other businesses.
The movers that they sent were good; really cautious with our items and they had excellent customer service and overall people skills. Specifically we discovered what a fantastic attitude that the movers needed despite the challenging work they had been confronted with. Any moving business may send a couple of strong men to lift your items but also for us United truly distinguished themselves from using very good and genuinely pleasant folks to socialize with.
Our transfer was especially tough since they needed to lug heavy boxes and furniture down a really hard stairway and then over to their truck that they couldn’t park directly next to the construction because of access problems. No complaints the entire time, really accomodative and consistently with great smiles. I will recall these movers and their titles, which I couldn’t say for additional moving companies I’ve used previously. With no doubt we wouldn’t be afraid to utilize United Transportation Storage and Moving later on.

Horrendous customer service.   irresponsible management. Doubled the speed quoted, and held that our family goods hostage until paid in full.   Quite unprofessional beginning with payment procedure, then followed with inadequate communication, horrible customer support, no followup, and outstanding claims.

United Transport, Inc. is a sleazy performance run by a suburban North Miami shopping centre by hoodlums. I found that if my furnishings have been sent with a few immigrant laborers late during the night (there was not the very first hint, not counting on the bogus extra up-front fees for”extra cubic feet”). Upon arrival in my new residence, they wouldn’t float unless I signed paperwork stating that all of my furnishings were all delivered-BEFORE THEY WERE TAKEN OFF OF THEIR TRUCK. Forced to accomplish this, then I viewed as their”builder”, that called himself”Shawn” snapped boxes of china in my residence, dumped the furniture, broke a desk and eventually said that my 2, 200. Carpet was arriving on another truck every day approximately. When questioned in my Carpeting, the hoodlums in their”workplace” laughed and said They’d send me a photo of it, but refused to send it.   These offenders learned how to operate the machine in this nation and can cause you a lot of despair if you utilize them. Be intelligent and use a nationally recognized transferring business. The prices may seem greater, however in the Long Run, you’ll pay less and on Top of That, have reassurance.

Before I chose to go for this business UNITED TRANSPORTATION I believe I phoned every business there is! I thought it was humorous because virtually every company which I called just talked trash about the rest of the firm’s notably the cheaper priced firm’s! The WORST firm with the maximum cost was Premiervanlines and Neena is the most horriblest individual to cope with she lies and thats is advised to me by at least 15 individuals who had difficulties with her. Plus she had been charging me 2 1/2 occasions longer! I didn’t know who to proceed with initially but that which created decied to visit UNITED TRANSPORTATION was that the guy on the telephone! RODGER REED, he talked like he actually cared and that he also really listened to whatI was stating to not mention that he actually worked on getting me the best price on the market! I was aware I had a great deal of things and that I was sure something could have broke and I was correct but it was not that bad and when I phoned Rodger with in moments he’d set up me with all the information I had to submit a claim. I really don’t know if he is a worker or when he is a operator but he actually does great at his job! I’ve already referred two people to them and could certainly use them again.   They aren’t just the very best price but they’re tens of thousands less then other areas! No location could be ideal but this location comes fairly close! They even packed my huge glass table top! They wrap all my furniture too! The claim is quite simple as well just complete the form and then take photographs and send them in and they treat it!

This firm is a dishonest and sleazy operation.   Once they picked up the things they stored them and demanded an Extra money (just ) payment for another truck to provide the material out of”storage” into the flat.   They dropped things involving two suitcases and five boxes.   They also damaged things. One missing piece of furniture (that was asserted to have been”missing”) was divided from the movers and Portions of the thing where located in the skip.   Repeated telephone calls were met with, initially, asserts that everything could be taken care of, then by stonewalling, and ultimately by not accepting our calls.   We obtained two”settlement” files with specified amounts They stated They’d pay.   They compensated on denied and one that the other even existed.   The one which they paid has been a ridiculously low amount for the harm incurred.   Neglegent, dishonest, incompetent, and proficient at providing you the run around – that is the worst business that we have actually struck.   The single non-negative thing you could say is that United Transport Inc. Isn’t an outright fraud, taking your money and providing no support.   They just take your cash, provide dreadful service that leaves your relocation a shambles, and move to lie and wait patiently in the hopes that you move away.   A better choice is to stay far from the first location.

I was also told by Jason that they meet other estimates, 4 guys are every task, 1 of those guys is that the foreman with over 10 Decades of expertise, along with the other 3 guys have 3 Decades of experience each.   5-7 days for to the place after my items are picked up, my items go on a single truck and they are not loaded and unloaded. There wouldn’t be any Type of transport unless the place That I’m moving to does not permit moving truck and that I called and that wasn’t likely to be a problem.   I gave both speech where my possessions would need to be picked up from place #1 and place #2.   I phoned Jason back and advised me that I’d other quotes Which Were much less, and he explained to email them for him, I did.   On Monday, May 6, 2012 I had been to meet with the movers in the first place, everything was taken out of the storage device next was the next place (I stated to Avi does not everything must be near one another so as to acquire the ideal cubic foot amount?) He actually did not reply me.   After everything was loaded from the truck that the mover by the title of Avi explained that I had over 1000 cubic feet but that he will only write down 900 cubic feet.   SO, my quote went from $1730.03 to $2861.00.   I advised Avi that was impossible, that the storage device Wasn’t complete and that all of my possessions were in one time because storage device also that held 400 cubic feet.   Avi told me that I needed to telephone the main office and share it together, that it had been outside of his hands.   I felt as though I had no mention, they had Everything I possessed on this particular truck.     I called the main office and Isaac the shipment supervisor was the one that I had been told to Speak to.   He took all of the info on the telephone, he stated that he would inspect the truck after it came to the warehouse at south Florida. I told Isaac that I emailed estimates that have been lower compared to the one which I obtained out of them.   He explained that he wishes to make me happy and he’s got no trouble adjusting the quotation,  I was never told that the truck was likely to south Florida when that has been moving in the opposite direction. Isaac never called me after that afternoon, my phone calls weren’t returned, I had no clue where my items were, I chose to call and leave messages. Isaac eventually answered the phone following multiple messages and that he had been dreadful to me.   I asked to Speak with his supervisor and he refused.   I called back and got someone else about the telephone, and has been moved to Cliff. I had been told that there wasn’t any manner delivery was likely to occur on the 11th, so it’d occur once I got back from coaching.  Friday, May 18th came and went, no delivery.Cliff would not phone me back, I get a call from Agency, things would be there May 22nd.   Get house for the movers who already started to take things from the truck, distinct truck then I initially saw my items get loaded onto.   The mover needed money, I advised him that I had a receipt, he stated that he did not have a receipt to provide me. I advised him that I Wasn’t likely to give him money without obtaining a receipt.   He tried to take my things from my building and I advised him not to touch anything. He seemed just like he was going to strike me, my superb stepped in front of me, along with also the inspector stormed off.   I called the authorities to report it, but they said there was nothing that they could perform.   Called and emailed Cliff, told me that I Wasn’t going to Provide some inspector money, he tried for the inspector to redeliver my items however he refused.   My dad gave his credit card number over the telephone to Cliff out of United Transport and my items were to be sent the very next day.   I had been called the Following Day and was told that the movers truck resigned.   I eventually got a call in the inspector at 9pm at night on May 25th, 2012.   He refused to perform a list, I peeled All of the orange decals off the boxes also stated that I’m missing 11 boxes from 96.   He did not have any excuse, advised me to phone the main office.   He tried to convince me to sign the contract which all my items were delivered and that I denied.   I phoned and emailed Cliff instantly and no response.   After he finally answered my phone days after he explained He will Attempt to find my things.   Days went by and nothing.   He eventually got around to emailing me some type of assert, and that I phoned this number which was on the rear of the contract, so there’s absolutely not any name of the business on it, only a few odd voice email. I left messages every day, maybe not even a returned call.   Each of the items Which Were stolen out of me were top ticket electronic equipment, my wardrobe, my kid’s wardrobe, Virtually All of my sneakers, and kitchen appliances, etc..   You will find many things that came to me personally who were destroyed, damaged beyond repair(photos included), and overlooking boxes. THIS COMPANY STOLE OVER $50,000 of my possessions from me.   Family airlooms and items that can not be substituted.   Do not get 1 cent back from them. . .thieves!

8 weeks ago I moved from TX to NC, my final price was $1200 greater than has been estimated. The driver that picked up was quite egregious, the movers had no clue what they were doing. They dropped a washing machine filled with water in my hardwood flooring, walked through it and left it there. When my things came, I had been missing my 48″ LED LCD TV, the motorist swapped the stock decals with my 32″ TV and left that one off the sheet. They gave me the 32″ and explained that I never needed a 48″ TV. For 2 months I have been fighting for this particular company to get a refund, and after 5 weeks they gave me $160?!?! I told them no and it was raised to 250… 3 weeks since then has passed and I can’t find a response from anybody at this pathetic business. Telephone calls aren’t returned, emails aren’t responded to. I’ve now contacted a lawyer and already opened a complaint with the BBB. I suppose they figure if they drag it out long enough many folks will give up, not me. I need all to understand how bad this business is and also to avoid them at any cost. They might not cover the $3000 value of things which were stolen and lots of things which were damaged but I’ll cost them in prospective organization. I’d advise using ANY business aside from United Transport to the moving needs.

This business could be summed up in a couple of phrases, crooks, sleezy, and unethical. I believe it is fascinating that they might have so many negative articles and then only excellent articles outside that, naturally that is actually the owners/employees posting obscure positive remarks. Focus on the negative articles and believe yourself warned!!!  I researched several moving companies on the internet and chosen United Transport since they gave that a resonable cost (on the telephone ) and the agent was useful. From there on it was all down hill. They offered me $3400 which was after I gave a complete list of all items which were being moved. My spouse and I needed to go to my new task into NC and we needed to proceed to the dates we gave them. They showed two days late and began loading the vehicle. After they’d loaded the truck near half way up I had been advised that this movement was likely to cost greater than that which was previously anticipated. They stated they can float what they began if I didn’t consent to the movement breaking more. I needed to receive my things moved though as we’d tenants moving to our house only few days afterwards. With that being said it was 6700!!! Almost twice that which was formerly estmiated. When they were nearly finished loading thing they then said since they had been moving closing things that a number of my private property that they were going would likely break through the transfer. Then they proceeded to charge me for 2100 cubic feet which they were going as it had been clearly indicated from the truck in 1750 cubic feet. Not just this but they stated that for thet cubic footage which has been over what they initially lent me that they were chargin me a much greater speed. Abviously not a business which knows the idea of economies of scale!!!! When my things had been delivered, two days late again, there have been numerous broken things out of a $1000 desk into our piano. The price for your broken/lost/stolen things was near $4000. Then they offered me $192 to pay what was busted. They then never even paid up the 192. When I phone they say they’re still calculating the payment within their own accounting department. I really don’t believe that they could specify the term accounting. With all of this said please do your self a favor and don’t use this dreadful excuse for a organization.

I’ve moved throughout the nation before. This is my worst experience moving of my entire life. I had been lied to, even on mails, and bullied. My cost was doublded twice about the afternoon of loading, once the men showed up 6 hours late because of a late move at the evening before. They intimidated me (a lady alone with a kid ), and got somebody on the telephone from the firm who lied repeatedly about who he was (I’d asked to talk to my first rep I had spoken with several occasions, and the guy kept telling me that he had been him, even though I knew that he was not ). The driver explained that he’d be bringing my items in 6 days, but brought it instantly to a storage space and it didn’t even leave Philadelphia before 15 days afterwards, when I’d hurried throughout the nation in five days with a two year-old toddler to ensure I had been there at time. 
I initially signed a contract with Trans-United, but had been subcontracted to Swift Van Lines. The price I was quoted was $7,660. I was finally charged $15,040. They got another business to drive and send my items to me, that was really good, because I never wanted to find that the first driver and team out of Swift Van Lines again. While I finally have my items, it was a dreadful experience, and I would strongly recommend against utilizing EITHER Trans-United or Swift Van Lines for almost any movement.
