I contracted with US Movers Inc to move from FL to MA on 09/30/11, their truck caught on fire, all of my property had been ruined, I didn’t get anything.
US Movers and their owners have refused to honor the 60cent/per pound insurance that they have to carry too , they refuse to repay any cash despite the fact that they didn’t deliever any on my own items.
I’ve place numerous telephone calls and letters and emails into US Movers and I don’t receive any responses.
This organization and its owners are dishonest and they shouldn’t be permitted to remain in operation.

My name is Lisbeth Nunez. I transferred from Tampa,FL to Boston, MA. Following the day that they picked my moving up (ON OCTOBER 07, 2011) materials one week after my husband asked them to figure out if the moving could come to Boston along with the sales representative, called Ivette told my husband that the truck had an injury and we lost everything. Never they have not called us back to apologize or to describe us what occurred. No telephone calls, no letters. They aren’t professional, not accountable and do not understand how to assume a issue. It’s my worst encounter iwt a moving business. Ahead of this proceeding, I had an adventure with MONTI MOVING AND IT WAS Superb. So, be cautious. United States Movers are IRRESPONSIBLE. I would like to receive back my money but they do not answer the telephone. If someone else has the exact same problem, please let us go join us.

Moved my Dad from FL to MA, Movers came late, cost quoted was corrected upwards another $200. Since we had too my things. They were suppose to provide in 14 times no matter how the place wasn’t prepared so we postphoned delivery another seven days, afterward shifting truck had an”accident” so that my stuff would be in limbo until insurance adjuster seems it over. Mean time nobody returns my phone calls and that I and only waiting.

I’ve used United nations movers in Miami double and also recommended them to get my sister’s movement. Everything has been smooth. In all 3 cases; the movers were promptand efficient and hard workers. I had been promised three guys for every task, and really had four to get one without needing any extra fees. Nothing was destroyed, not even a nick or a scratch, and each of boxes were placed into the right rooms. They even offered to put up my mattress, a thing I’d have needed to do in my. Not only did they do an fantastic job, with that which, you can not beat the cost. I would strongly recommend this organization and that I already have for family members and friends.
