The movers came late and were at a leased Penske truck That Was clearly too little.   They promised me that they could get everything on, however, that Wasn’t the case.   We needed to make things behind that I had paid to have transferred. Matters that they bothered to wrap originated through relatively unscathed but generally things were thrown in boxes without a wrap at all including all clothes. Not 1 box has been marked as to materials and no stock decals were utilized. Damaged items were propped against walls or turned so that you could not tell. The business has outsourced their claims for loss and damages. Efforts to talk to anybody has been hopeless. I picked this business as they were rated #4 on an evaluation website. After taken a few quotes, from moving companies my fiance chosen united royal due to their look online, which later searching through the testimonials they’re obviously a facade, each review is clearly written by them or a firm they hired, which defines them to be ideal in every way. The salesman was totally persistent, call after call, he was able to find the other firms quotes that I had been looking at, and convinced us that they were all criminals, and what they stated these quotation”Scam firms” were likely to perform, occurred to my loved ones out of combined imperial, and they showed up at a rental, they subcontracted the shipping, to a different firm to deliver my belongings that revealed shirtless, did not speak a word of English and spent half of the time on the phone crying in a different language, which I couldn’t make out. I have to admit I’m partially responsible, on pickup the motorist had me fill out documents that are blank, and after the project has been completed the quote was four million dollars more, (following the reduction they gave later”Speaking with the proprietor” lol yea right they packaged little boxes into bigger boxes, I grabbed them packaging one thing in certain boxes, and immediately shutting and hammering them believing I was not looking, then warranted the cost being hire since there was much more than that which was on the stock. Obviously, once I paid I got passed around from person to person, my sales rep entirely dissipated, and my guaranteed delivery date of 5 times turned to 19, after I get unpacked trust me there’ll be pictures to follow of the smashed boxes, the ruined china, along with other totally trashed furniture that I would not refer them to my worst enemy. The worst experience of my entire life. Visit my review over. They asked for much more cash on day of transfer, seem to bill you if they arrive and need money. Each of the unexpected day of transfer ask space to their own truck out of ur home/elevator, sq footage in their truck, provides used for example cassette, etc.. ALL PRICES WERE GIVEN IN progress in WRITING ACCORDKNG TO SIZES OF FURNITURE earlier. Before transfer had Amt of boxes along with their dimension AHEAD OF TIME!!! Bait and switch… Desired money upon birth, and they state insurance is awful and wishes to improve amt. On day of transfer. THEN NEVER DELIVERS FURNITURE AND Nobody PICKS UP PHONES FOR DAYS!!!! LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! Do urself a favor and use trusted businesses not ones having a part of the title of a respectable business. A legitimate terror!! We needed to employ new movers to eliminate in their warehouse at Ben Salem. All boxes labeled delicate were stacked on top of one another. Lots of things were busted. New movers I needed to employ took off their blankets at the warehouse and found furniture needed legs broken off, broken bits and their movers ripped off the top off dining table rather than unscrewing from under. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS. ALL POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE A FRAUD. This is actually the very first time that I have ever written about to complain of a business that harshly. Crap happens.   The following day (Tuesday), they did not appear so I phoned them around noon wondering where they had been.   The agreed upon time was between 9am and 10am.   Throughout the noon call a man called Arthur stated they had been running a bit behind and he asserted that they’d be there by 3pm (Tuesday).   Well, as you can imagine… no display.   I phoned Arthur ago and he explained the final pickup they’d took a bit longer than anticipated and They’d be there first thing in the afternoon (Wednesday).   Now I am Beginning to believe I made a dreadful mistake.   Well, Wednesday rolls around and figure what.   No display in the morning, so I phoned Arthur again and he said they’re on the way today and are there by 3pm (again).   Currently, I decided to Begin packaging boxes myself since there was no way that they employees would be performed on Wednesday.   Well, now they did reveal at 3pm.   The 3 Russian employees started loading the truck.   They were very great and took good care of my furniture.   Once they loaded the truck that the foreman stated they’d sleep for a couple hours that night and send my furniture right to my new home tomorrow (Thursday)…. About 450 miles off.   Like I was driving to my new destination on Thursday, I got a call from their office providing me the”New” cost.   The woman on the phone said they’re charging me for 19 hours of labour rather than 6 that was about the contract.   She explained the motive was to the driving period into the new destination.   I told her the contract includes a different set cost of $550 for the driving period and it should not be charged as their hourly fee.   She said there was nothing she can do.   After several tries to Speak to a person greater than her, then she stated she had been as hi as I could go along with the decision was final.   Now I am stuck with paying or never getting my furniture.   On Thursday about 2pm, the motorists appear with my furniture and playground about a 1/2 block away from my house.   The foreman comes in and stated they Won’t unload unless I cover the new price.   Fundamentally, they kept my furniture hostage until I paid.   Also, in the initial arrangement, I negotiated 50 moving boxes in $20 per box (package and load labour fee).   Since they were two days late about the pickup, I packaged the boxes myself.   They still charged me to the 50 boxes that they did not even utilize at $20 per box.   AND they did not even give me the boxes.
Please Please Please.   Avoid this scam.

I picked this business only due to the high rating on this site, and it is a large mistake. The business needs to have hired a few people to compose those fantastic reviews, as my experience tells the truth.
Arthur, the sales man, was quite nice and receptive, UNTIL your belongings was in their truck. From there on, he vanished. No answering telephone call without any email answers. He’d inform you everything you need to listen to, for example
“you Won’t pay more than that which we quote”;
“we shall deliver in 3-5 times”;
“I will provide you the sale price”.
However, the truth is:
I paid approximately $6000 rather than the estimated cost $3000;
My stuff required 25 days to get there!
He corrected the unit sq ft cost higher, hoping I wouldn’t notice (however I pointed out it and it did not make him quite happy).
My entire family, including 3 young boys and 4 adults, needed to await our things in the resort and a vacant home for around a month. When I called his number, nobody replied and no one returned my messages. After the customer service answered my phone, they simply explained that it would take them around 21 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to send, which was composed about the contract. When they eventually called back about the shipping about 18 days later pickup, they never showed up. When the things eventually arrived 25 days later pickup, it had been 10 hours late than the time organized on the telephone.
In case you choose to allow them to pack up your things like that I did, please alter your thoughts. They put things quite broadly in the boxes. However, as we got nearer to the pickup date, it became harder and more difficult to contact him. I got a telephone call the evening before my pickup date which there was a”collapse in truck path” and they’d have to postpone pickup by a few days. He was quite vague as to the reason why. He said he’d be in touch with me, and we’d organize a while or he’d find a different carrier’s truck to deal with the move. However, another day that he had been quite difficult to reach. I needed to leave message after message, along with a threatening email so as to hear from him. He said that he had been”working on the problem” and could contact me with a strategy. Still nothing. The following day I kept calling and calling and still couldn’t contact him. He finally called me and advised me that the truck had broken down, and they could not get me a fresh one before a week afterwards! I advised him that my rent was ending the following day and also my belongings had to be outside. He said he’d attempt to contact a different carrier to pick my stuff up and he’d refund my deposit. He said he’d contact me when he discovered somebody. The following day I had still not heard back anything and could not contact him since he had been outside of this workplace, which he hadn’t informed me of. In summation, he abandoned me and my possessions (that I’d paid them to package ) left with no truck, and that I needed to find another method by myself. I’m still attempting to get my deposit back. Overall it was a horrible experience and I regret picking this provider.

Lies lies lies. Still don’t have any furniture shipping strategy I can consider in. Initial 7/2 nope. Arthur told and called me United Royal shipment had arranged with my storage supplier to be there this am 7/5 involving 9-10. Received call from my storage supplier at 10AM searching for United Royal since the dispatch office wasn’t responding.  Eventually, obtained msg from storage supplier that dispatch had predicted them in 11 (not me) advising they’d pick-up on 7/7. A call for them at 9 could have been common courtesy. Arthur pleads ignorance and from his hands can’t tell me why it shifted. He was supposed to phone me back. This was an hour ago and if he really does exactly what am I supposed to think now. Bottom line Arthur will inform you anything to receive his commission.  Held hostage in a vacant home since Tues.

For months I had been confident that they were planning to transfer me. Days ahead of the movement I had been told no problem it had been on the program. The day of the transfer they waited until after 9AM to inform me they could not fill out the contract. Offered a refund and advised me to”go find somebody else”.

Company affirmed the movement for late day 5/22/15.   Movers never revealed or even predicted.   There’s no after hour amount to learn what was happening. The explanation I got was that there was a fatality and that the interstate was closed down. Shipping was to be on 5/24/15.   I had a confirmed period for that I paid $500 since You Need to book the lifts.   Once more they did not appear and did not call.   I managed to reschedule to another day 8am to 11 am.   They showed up at 9:30.   The explanation I made this period was that the truck broke down so that they needed to put my furniture at a truck which already had somebody else’s furniture onto it.   I Believe It Is intriguing my furniture was at the back of this truck.   They’d have unloaded somebody else to Be Able to put my things from the trunk?   This firm is SHADY.   Don’t rely on them.

They dont select your own calls by visiting your number I figure. Best of this is that you will not be able to leave a voice email, as their voice mailbox is full.   With fantastic trouble, I realized that the customer support after 3 times, simply to have an answer that there’ll be no ETA. Always receive the identical answer – Driver will phone 24 hours until he reaches my location. Well it hasn’t occurred.   Following a week, following good difficuly and a number of attempts and unpleasant emails (no response there too ),attained an agent simply to obtain an response that 5 times (20th June) will be ETA. Intense lack of communications in your own goods. No replies when calling- and – failure to return calls when leaving voicemail. No eta’s on pickup or coming times, just appear, if you don’t call over and above begging for upgrades. Majority of big items were ruined beyond repair. Dishes broken. House decorations split. Brushed steel with leather chairs bar stools destroyed.  Leather holes and torn – also brushed steel had enormous deep cuts and chair on a single stool has been gone. This wasn’t a choice, as I was going from state and needed to vacate my apartment by Sunday. Through this unbelievably frustrating dialog, the movers showed up throughout this time and that I gave them access into the building. I eventually talked to a”supervisor” and informed me that the group was here and that I had been going irrespective of this certification. I never obtained the certification, even if I had been told they’d send it to me on Monday.

The following day whet by before I obtained the appropriate phone number and managed to confirm the shipping date of July 25.
On the afternoon my possessions arrived, both person staff was not very personable. The driver was somewhat stand-offish and had a very lousy attitude.
