Numerous efforts to speak to their sorry excuse for”customer support” were fulfilled”we could take your contact information and have somebody call you back.” Not only was there any agent or supervisor or anybody to speak to to help mend this enormous problem, there was obviously never anybody who returned our requirements. Fortunately the truck had not been loaded yet. We advised to movers to unwrap the furniture they’d begun together and depart. Fortunately for us again we have another week until we have to be from our home so I’ve been in a position to create other moving structures. I advised her that I do not ever wish to talk to her again do not call my mobile phone! So this man named Andrew I think his name was first of all tells me I’m an angry man. Told them to carry all of it from the truck place it back in the storage device! I cried to no avail. I eventually paid the additional cash had no option because I needed to be from the storage device daily. All this business does is subcontract into the lowest men out there. And when there is an issue you cant get a hold of anybody, and if you do they’re rude to you. I tried phoning and texting my salesman a few occasions and he would not return calls or anything. Together with the total of everything I needed to cover extra the resort rooms and the car that it cost me and extra $1000.00. They’re the worst!! Giving you fair warning to not use them.

After the operator returned I was advised a truck wasn’t scheduled to return but they’ve me to the program for June 29th. Again I June 29th no truck came. I had been told that they couldn’t get out someone but could have somebody come on July 1st. By this time I am frustrated because most of my items are packed and prepared sitting at the living space. No truck in July 1st, yet this time I got a call stating there wasn’t any longer space on the vehicle. The motorist then said he’d be in my home no later than noon on July 3rd. Again I cried, but if the motorist called he inquired If I had the 1500 (1/2 of this rest balance due) I advised the driver of this arrangement and had been told that he won’t come when I do not pay. Then I called the company back once more. They beg for the inconvenience, but although the agent whom I talked to admitted to creating this agreement with me that they cannot respect it. Now I’d had enough. Then I cancelled and didn’t the movement myself. After cancelling they refused to refund my money. These folks are a whole lot of crooks. My transfer was postponed without the fault of my own and that they refuse to accept some responsibility. Than I had been requested to sign a letter remaining I won’t offer them a lousy reviewand that I will not visit my bank to have a refund. It is safe to say that I never signed up the letter and got a FULL REFUND in my own bank. I wouldn’t expect United Relocation to feed my fish nor recommend them using something as vital as moving your possessions.

I was never informed of the additional fees by the agent or the trucking firm (was only told by my loved ones who assisted at pickup location). The customer service was rude and lacked some compassion as it came to talking about the move and solutions. I called multiple times, weekly, to test and see where my things were and when to expect delivery but had been told each time that,”my things had legitimately 21 business days to be sent and they did not know precise location of my things”. My sofa is totally destroyed, my dining room chairs and dining table are very scratched and scuffed, in addition to miscellaneous items, like photo frames and eyeglasses, are all broken. When I requested the drivers about lost things at shipping, they explained that the things”were not at the truck so needed to have been in one of the boxes afterward” (that they weren’t ).
