This moving business is dreadful.  They have been late picking up & bringing my possessions.  They destroyed my mattress,box springs, fabrics and a number of different products.  They also stole a exact expesnsive ski tote that consisted of brand-new snow skis, boots, sticks and snow ski clothing.  They haven’t been apologetic in any manner nor have they ever done anything to reevaluate their entire negligence.  Their costumer support was nothing but rude in the start to the ending.  The proprietor, Karin did not have the frequent courtesy to respond to a number of my mails merely to apologize.  They’re quite unprofessional and dreadful business folks.  Stay far away from them as possible and don’t utilize their expert services.

Agree men, I’ve had an extremely awful experience with this transport firm Particular Van Lines, once I called originally there was this individual named Brian picked up the telephone and requested for the stock checklist and gave me quotation to get a 1 Bedroom material basically of approximately 1350 and inform me that is a door to door service without any additional charges besides what’s provided in the quotation and then the Driver ends up (from Platinum Van Lines) about the afternoon we must vacate and packs out your belongings and revises the quotation and states that the cubic feet currently is gone up (even once you don’t include any stock from your primary quote/Contract) according to him my sofa is too large unexpectedly, they I asked why it is a normal sofa he says no it is not a normal sofa rather than a normal TV rack and weighs 250, not just that he adds Packing for tape that they had to wrap my own stock, around 13 tapes along with a cardboard to pay the glass doors of this TV stand (head that it isn’t a box in which my TV stand moved in it is a card board utilized to pay the mirror and wrapped it together with tape that they inserted $110. .now u could imagine what is the price for tapes plus also a cardboard from Walmart and unexpectedly from nowhere that he informs me that they’ve carried it over 75 ft and constitutes $153. Plus they include up the 7 percent fuel bill in addition to it. The sales man said there would not be any fees aside in the provided Quote.when that you speak to the men and women in their own Office nobody answers your queries that they either don’t answer they or you either don’t select your telephone, or else they tell you that they must watch for the driver to provide them the advice to determine why he included, ” I had to reevaluate them inquiring why are those additional charges added if the sales man told me there would not be any extra fees. After nagging them to get 10 times to understand the reason why they’ve added these extra charges they state it’s in the contract along with the quotation is always wrong as the individual giving the quotation did not observe the stock in Individual. Is not that dumb to inform that?They have been in the company of transport and when I state that a normal TV rack or even a king Mattress or some normal seat they will always figure out the most Cubic feet because merchandise is not it?The sales man will mislead you first with incorrect info and then the motorist and workplace folks will cheat and give you extra charges.Giving a quotation of 1350 and that I needed to cover 1900 finally. And the worst part is that the delivery came following 3 weeks.So please beware of those 2 companies Particular Van Lines and Platinum Van Lines.

This adventure was awful from the start once I weas told my possessions wouldn’t switch sockets out of my old house into my new residence,  When my possessions came, they were piled into a maze at the van.  The motorists were drinking, they had been throwing boxes out of the very top of the pile to the movers that might or might not grab them when chucked.  Half of my items were missing or damaged, like my mattress seemed like it had been run over with a truck, and they”professionally” wrapped it!  There wasn’t 1 box that I could save and reuse since they were all damaged.  1 motorist laughed when he unwrapped a lamp they’d”professionally” wrapped and it had been broken in bits.  The movement was in October and later moving into various claims adjusters, they’ve given me my .60 per pound in damages, without a consistancy in their weight in any way.  Father and Sons asserts they’re no more using this business, and also the BBB speeds them a C-.  There’s nothing great I could say about this company and their customer services.  They don’t return telephone calls.  You need to bagger them.  That’s not a fantastic means to conduct business.  Never again.

I had been told my items is going to be sent about June 2nd or the 3rd, and it was sent on Monday June 9th. I had been lied to by the beginning. I’d say be cautious of  guarantees for you and be certain that you aren’t in a deadline position for shipping. I would like to write bad reviews, but hate to see anybody else go through exactly the same people did. I thought that I had completed my homework…. If your relocation isn’t near by and must be re moved again….maybe that they aren’t the perfect companion for you. We had lots of things broken and a desk base cracked because of so much shifting forth and back. I am not really going to bother doing a promise as it could be a waste of the time following the tiny care I’ve received from them. You’re the judge if Particular is the perfect business for you.

That is the moving business I obtained when registering for National Moving Group, Inc. for the transfer out of Ohio to Arizona. I had been advised by National Transferring Group, Inc. delivery could be 4-10 times from 6/19/14. But when my possessions were selected up the motorist said a national law really needs a 15 business days outside date to be inserted to contract but wouldn’t change initial agreed terms of shipping. I had a quick,smooth delivery due to a disabled relative moving with me that had their mattress. After everything has been picked up, the explanations began adding long distance away from Ohio to Arizona, truck broke down, no driver open, you’re our top priority, so we’re loading you now but not completed for several days and whatever else that I might be set off with. Frank and Ashley out of National tried to contact Karin at Particular Van Lines to solve but the two parties didn’t put the client first and solve this matter immediately and professionally.   A few of our things are damaged and missing, crates were busted up and repacked, brand new riding lawn mower was broken up to not mention 31 times to provide. The shipping driver cursed before my loved ones and didn’t build our things which were unassembled. I stayed in contact via email, telephone, and text along with both firms in a calm and professional way during this shipping procedure. Neither business resolved this matter and didn’t care.

Upon initial hire, things ran smoothly. After a contract has been signed, the problem started. A first quote of 1398.00 went up to 1798.00 and things were even removed from first stock.

As it was time to pickup, the motorists were 4 hours late. I was also told I might cover delivery of products and they’d take a charge card. Well, that shifted also. They simply wanted money or money order and also couldn’t offer me a shipping date.

Each time that I talked with this business, data transformed. Nothing was constant. Don’t use this corporation. They’ll take your money and attempt to run.

The movers folks themselves were fine. However, the firm won’t work together with you. I weighed all of my things and as soon as the truck believed it had been 4000lbs longer!!!! Which cost me extra $3000. I had been present in the 2nd weighing if my substance had been loaded, but wasn’t present if the weighing was performed before these showing up. So was that the entire truck around the scales?? I request a just reweigh if my things showed up. I wished to be current in the scales for the two the weighs. However, they said they couldn’t do this. Subsequently my stuff arrived on a completely different business. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

They shot my things now I haven’t heard of them after reading these reviews I’m somewhat concerned. I proceeded a thousand times being earlier army and going back into ohio open my very own but that one is stressing me a little. I know they’re agents but not hearing from them the amount I called about the sheet no great! I then googled this? Lord help me !!!!

This firm was 3 months late my stuff is broken brand new flat screens all scratched. This company SUCKS

I hired North celebrity Van Lines plus they sub contracted out me into the worst moving company on the market. Not only did they shoot forever in bringing my possessions, 4 months, almost everything had some type of damage. My classic vanity mirror has been smashed and a lot of my furniture was scratched and broken. I filed a claim and they waited 40 days to flip it over for their insurance provider. Do not use these folks!

They had been scheduled to predict between 4-8pm and from 8pm they had not showed. Called American Legislation and you also had any miscommunication with the motorist and turning up tomorrow. No more on even bothered to call to tell me and no thought exactly what the rescheduled time is, therefore wasted 4 hours now and must perform it again tomorrow with no Writer

Just dreadful. No matter someone told you it’d price will soon change when they reach you. They aren’t on time as soon as they receive your deposit. They split things and simply try to find satisfaction. You won’t. The majority of these kinds of movers are bad.pick somebody else.

I Dwell in FLA.. Transferring my household things from Ohio after death of mom. When they did not arrive through the initial or 2nd window of period (total: 9 hours with no showing or phoning ) day among scheduled transfer, I might have found a second company to transfer me daily, and wish I’d. 1. They had been greater than 1 complete date after coming to proceed. LIED AND SAID TRUCK BROKE. Seriously? That is as great as dog eating assignments…

They put furniture in boxes WITH breakable items?! As a person who mentions~appears like they played football together with blanketed furniture.

6. They cause you to pay money when they arrive together with possessions, BEFORE viewing all of the harm (IE: substance is not unloaded until they are compensated ). Thousands of dollars worth of harm here observed AFTER unloaded.

7. 1 thing missing. And besides neglect, there’s not been any follow up to locate it.

Forget about getting any client services. If I’d understood that Roadway from Jacksonville was planning to throw out my possessions to a business like Particular, I’d not have utilized them. Incidentally, that Roadway isn’t the real Roadway however a shotty company working with the identical name.

They had been also assigned to transfer me out of NC to PA from White Glove Van Lines. Apparently it’s a matter that you moving business places you up with a different one. Without me realizing it, 1 motorist +helper has been loading up me, then my things has been passed on to some other motorist +helper. However there wasn’t any shipping date – I simply needed to wait for an pray that they did not run away with my own possessions. When my belongings still did not come days after, they informed me that the driver was broken in Virginia. When my things eventually came it turned out it was transferred to Florida and then up to Pennsylvania. Eventually, they would not move me in until I paid the remainder of the agreed upon number. Needed to pay money. In the long run, a precious end dining table has been broken in half an hour, and a box of material was eliminated. Additionally, I got a box which didn’t belong to me personally. Awful experience, however they did go a whole lot of things, and just broke something and dropped another. 😛

I paid $9000 for tape and also obtained anything but. Loose knives dropped in a box; each part of furniture scratched, broken or chipped; shipping above a week later promised date. Unique Vanliner MOVING Company is a 100% scam artists along with the World should understand about doing it. They tear off me from head to my own toes.I took my cash and they gave me $3500 to transfer my item out of Nashville to California,however they came into my home to transfer me they then bill me 3 times the price they gave me.When they send to house in California they bill me $400 for each hours and then bill me addictional $300 more to get a pair of additional stair that’s bull scratch. The Manager Patrica along with the proprietor Maria are tear off Queen they do not have to be open they want maintain hail or in prison for ripping off each of their clients off. Tyler and Adams and Zack assume to be assisting the clients but rather they do not help there clients when they’re getting tear off. Zack assume to get listen to your telephone call when they said that would cost me $3500 to transfer my thing rather $9700 they understand and I understand they tear me off and they’re doing everyone like that all of us must come together and make them closed down and get out of business till people lose their hard earned cash to No fantastic Scam artists that they do not care about their clients they simply need some FREE MONEY. And I’d no way let anybody to utilize THERE trucking agency to transfer their things from city. They even try to blackmale me by threatening to Aution away my precious items if I do not cover all of them the 9700 ASAP. ITEMS HAS YET TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT SIGNED AND DATED. ITEMS WERE PICKED UP ON 5/28/18. Undoubtedly THE WORST COMPANY TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH. MY GRANDMOTHER ITEMS WERE PICKED UP ON MAY 28, 2018 AND WHEN THE DRIVERS ARRIVED THEY ADVISED MY GRANDMOTHER WHO ONLY HAS BOXES AND TWO COUCHES TO BRING THAT SHE WOULD need to PAY EXTRA TO BRING HER COUCHES. SHE HAS NORMAL SIZE COUCHES A LOVE SEAT AND SOFA (NOTHING BIG). WE WERE ADVISED AS LONG AS THE WEIGHT LIMIT IS UNDER 2,000 THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY ADDITONAL FEES. WE WERE ALSO TOLD BY LONG DISTANCE DRIVERS THAT THE TAT FOR HER ITEMS TO ARRIVE IS 2 WEEKS. It’s NOW 6/27/18 AND HER ITEMS HAVE YET TO ARRIVED. HER ITEMS IS STILL SITTING IN THE WAREHOUSE. PATRICA THE MANGER IS RUDE AND STATES THAT THE ITEMS WILL TAKE 214-21 BUSINESS DAYS FROM JUNE 20 WHEN AN EMAIL WAS SUPPOSEDLY SENT. PER THE CONTRACT THAT WAS SIGNED BY MY GRANDMOTHER ON MAY 28 WHEN THE DRIVERS ARRIVED THERE IS A DETESTATION ADDRESS LISTED AND IT ALSO STATES Your ITEMS WILL BE DELIVER WITHIN 21 BUSINESS DAY FROM THE DATE OF PICK UP. THEY ALSO START TO CHARGE STORAGE FEES AFTER 30 DAYS OF THEM HAVING YOUR Products. THE COMPANY ALSO PROMISED MY GRANDMOTHER IF HER ITEMS AREN’T HERE WITHIN 21 BUSINESS DAY FROM THE DATE OF PICKUP THEY DEDUCTION MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE RUDE, UN KNOWLEDGEABLE, POOR COMMUNICATION AND JUST PLAIN OUT SUCK AT DOING BUSINESS.

I used a broker – and also will write that horrible review next – and they subbed my transfer out to Particular. If they arrived in my house in Ohio they stated I’d more things than could fit in my 288 sq feet and the price would rise by $300. As soon as I checked with my agent with this they never got me back. Then when I phoned to inspect the shipping date they stated they did not need to inform me. . .and they showed up one night at 9 pm requesting the cash before they’d unload. I phoned their customer support supervisor and that I threatened to abandon the material by the side of the street if I did not cover! Then one bad guy who did not speak English took 2 hours to transfer my things with one two wheeled dolly. He awakened the legs in my couch, splintered my TV rack and fell the box complete on dishes off the vehicle. When I’d just read your article before I’d have asked for a different mover. Be warned, these aren’t pleasant individuals and they do not deserve your organization.

I hired WePack who chased the movement to UniqueVanLines for my transfer out of Indy to Miami.

The only great thing about this is that the first phone call using all the salesguy Arthur. He promised me on the phone that all my belongings was 100% guaranteed and that any broken, lost, dented, scratched or damaged in anyway thing will be paid for or replaced.

Movers came in and packed everything in boxes. They did a terrible job of earning sure things were firmly packaged. I did noticed out that but they advised they were the pros and also to unwind. Now I did not have an option so I let it all go.

After we got to Miami, scheduling the shipping of items was just another wreck. They said they will send as soon as I call them, but when I eventually called them to send they gave me a 14 day window. I suppose we were supposed to invest less on a hotel or sleeping on the ground until they choose to appear. Originally the driver showed up two days prior to the move in date. Obviously they did not let them unload induce our rental had not even begun yet. Moreover, the building I moved into wants to be informed 24 hrs beforehand in front of a move so that you can imagine how tough that was with those individuals. Fortunately it just took them a couple of days but I think thats because I needed to telephone then 3 times every day to attempt and make them deliver the items. The folks I spoke to over the telephone (I believe her name was Maria) were not very pleasant either

They eventually deliver the material. While delivering they scraped the recently painted walls (see pics). They did a dreadful job creating the furniture (see pics) they broke some things whilst going (See pics) and then abandoned. I began unpacking boxes and discovered a lot of things broken (see all pics) like a $1,000 Gibson Les Paul guitar and also an Acoustic guitar that was totally shattered (See pics). A couple of glasses were broken, a few pricey paintings were scraped, the sofa was scraped, java table was put on its corners and all 4 corners were scratched/dented, the TV speakers were broken off the bottom, a few lamps were also destroyed and the list goes on (see all pics).

I registered the claim form including all the damages that added up to nearly $10k. They’ve finally replied 3 month afterwards (just because I started emailing them every day to get a response ) and they’re offering me 181 for many damages. They did not even say sorry for the problem, rather they’re blaming me for not reading the fine print about the allegedly 100% guaranteed claim.

Finally, they provided 1 month of free storage involving the pickup and the fall off. This was also a lie. Its only free should you get out you stuff before the very first month. If you go past a month they charge you that first month.

I figure if you wan na na save a couple bucks but go over all this problem go for this men.

STOP!!! : Actually if your reading this because particular van lines is packing your belongings, cancel your support with exceptional van lines and phone another supplier. Its not worth it. I got delegated unique van lines via a builder and did not read the reviews before it was too late, take them seriously!

I will simply describe the incompetence of special van lines in chronological order. The agent attempted to me up. Then distinctive van lines attempted to me up. They then gave me a 48 hour assortment of if they’d be picking up my belongings, and didn’t allow me to know until 24 hours before hand so that I had little to no opportunity to plan. Then they attempted to upward charge me a third time. Particular Van lines gave me a quote of 5-10 business days to send my things. It required exceptional van lines three weeks to provide. When exceptional van lines did provide, they had LOST the bits to build my bed. I finally have a 2,000.00 un constructed BED FRAME MISSING THE PARTS. And also a business unwilling to help rectify the circumstance. I have not unpacked my boxes yet but I expect a lot of it to be stolen or broken and will update my review since such.

You anticipate problems with movers however Particular Van lines is a different story. The amount of incompetence shown was probably offender. I frankly need to make a few calls and see whether this is something that I need to call the police around, or at least a lawyer. Save yourself the trouble, cover a small extra someplace else, these guys are crooks.

This business was contracted out by Coastal Movers. Don’t Use a subcontracted business as they utilize the cheapest most un-reliable carriers that they could find, for example Particular Vanlines
Drivers shows up 36 hours beyond scheduled time, no calls, just keep telling us they’ll contact local dispatch without the results. Driver shows up and needless to say the bidding virtually doubles, maintained they needed to cage items that was an out right lie. Drivers appear to create send in a 30 year-old drop down trailer which can not back down a standard driveway. Charge for drive del etc.. That isn’t even the worst part. They showed up overlooking our thoughts board to master space, vacuum cleaner, and Mattress. Honesty unreal how soooo many things might be lost, but after I saw the interior of the truck it included it. NIGHTMARE!!! I neglected to take insurance out because the insurance was breaking up 1/2 the worthiness of my things. $2000 to cover $4000 wroth of possessions. This in itself must have been the RED FLAG. . I work in the market this isn’t normal. They lost or damaged around $3000 of my possessions and that I purchased $350. I understand they discovered nearly all of my things, but due to they’re a very low cost company they wouldn’t pay another person to redeliver my lost things. On the other hand I got a box of somebody else’s things and again they made no attempt to gather from me personally and send to the Realtors. Utilize a well know manufacturer firm. This was a dreadful experience…

Following our truck was filled by Particular Vanlines on 8/27/18, we advised us we’d over anticipated. We needed to pay them extra right then otherwise they would eliminate our belongings from the truck directly to some the street way (that’s the point where the truck was being loaded). We believe that this was under duress.

9/5/18 the firm contacted me, stating our things would be loaded onto a truck now but we needed to pay $1000.00. I told them this was not accurate. He said in order for it to head out on the vehicle that I want photographic proof of a money purchase. Again I told them it had been wrong. I contacted Interstate Moving Business to help get things sorted, so they were hired by them for us. We did not cover the extra grand about the 5th, our stuff wasn’t loaded in their accessible truck.

~9/12/18 unique vanlines touch base with me saying that the extra grand was a clerical error. Our stuff are on the road.

If it were not for their clerical mistake our stuff would have been around the way 9/5/18.

We obtained 3/5ths of our possessions on 9/17/18. The fella they gave the task to was just provided a partial quantity of our items to provide. After we pointed out that we would not send table legs rather than a desk top, etc and I had the paper work together with the box amounts did he agree that the complete amount was not delivered and made note of the in my forms. It had been within my best to not provide them the complete amount because the complete amount wasn’t there so that I withheld a percentage.
We paid to get a complete service transfer nevertheless they shipped one person to get this done and he came around 11:00 p.m.

Truck never came until 5:15 p.m. Crew loaded our possessions fast and economically. Told the motorist which our very first available date of all this 16 th. Would be useful. When we did not have a time of shipping I called Specific and was advised our possessions were in storage still in Ohio. At NO time was I ever advised that our possessions wouldn’t be pushed right to our house in NC.
We were eventually advised that a motorist would phone us, which he did, but his time changed 3 days and that he came at 7:00 pm on Sunday evening. If I could give no stars, I’d. Initially my contract was with American Roadway Van Lines who subsequently subcontracted out the move to Particular Van Lines. It started off nice. American guaranteed me that a 3-5 business day proceed and so 5 business days after I phoned dispatch. They had no idea where my stuff was or when it could be delivered however, they stated they had 20 days to send. Called again another day – my items were at a warehouse DESPITE being advised at pickup that it had been going about the vehicle and coming straight down.

20+ times afterwards. I receive a call from my driver telling me that my things will be here the following day and that he will call when he is out an hour. He states just money despite Particular Van Lines telling me this a postal money order is okay. He states that he is still another sub contractor which he only takes money and that there’ll be extra fees day of determined by the move. I’ve a binding quote with Particular to get a period on a postal money order. So I hang up and call shipment who states that he will take my money purchase.

Transferring day comes around. He never calls. I call him and’m put on hold for 10 minutes so that I hang up and call the exceptional office. I reserved through a different firm (Alliance Van traces ) plus they gave contract for the company at pickup and if My products were delivered, another firm delivered my merchandise. The boxes have been completely damaged. Initially I said I could pay by card simply and they have been fine with this but when they’re delivering the merchandise they said they could accept money only or else they are not likely to provide the products. And in my delivery place the driver stated he’d bill 75$ additional for elevator that’s not contained in the arrangement. And overall they need to charge me 300$ additional at my shipping place, with all the excess HIDDEN expenses. They left my merchandise at the entry doorway and I must carry everything in my home after paying 1800$ to the transfer.

Do not proceed with this business, once you’re booking through a business inquire whom they will deliver together and should they state Particular van lines simply forget it. They will not deliver your merchandise on a guaranteed date. You may loose your reassurance along with Cash.

We hired Alliance Van Lines that did NOT inform us they’re subcontracting into UNIQUE Van Lines, or we’d haven’t hired them!

Anyways two weeks after the moving business was to be here WEDS plus they predict Weds and say we’ll be there everywhere. So thursday in 430pm they phone and say hello sorry mechanical difficulties using truck and will be there but perhaps tomorrow. They split a lot of things, and they refuse to perform the task, and then they hold your things hostage for more income. They lie, cheat, and scam you about their paperwork. DO NOT USE THEM. The shipping time was also perplexing, it was really at the contract but not apparent whatsoever to us that the delivery may be anywhere up to 21 BUSINESS days following our requested delivery date. Considering that the stock hadn’t been checked off correctly, it wasn’t discovered for a couple of days. There was also a piece of furniture that they tried to depart with us who wasn’t ours (we had them take it together ).

We took some time viewing everything and did submit a claim for our missing and damaged bits. We did send the claim to a wrong address, but did get a return receipt to the claim. Nobody contacted us to inform us of our mistake. Nothing more was completed in processing before we contacted them for follow up. Nat there we had been given an choice to send our maintain files via email for processing. We did this, and again waited and didn’t get additional actions until we get hold of the van lineup again. And I believe that the worst aspect of this all is, they have been rude and apathetic to the situation and my feelings in the start to the finish. Deficiency of compassion, professionalism, responsibility, ethicality, consistency, and honesty. Allow me to take the consistency park partially back. They had been consistent with their apathy and unprofessional behaviour. That was all that they had been consistent with. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with palms down. I am hoping one day someone can file a lawsuit against them so that this corporation can’t screw people over and treat them unkindly from the procedure. I know I was not the first man to get this matter together and sadly, I am sure I will not be the final. Please don’t work with this business. I need better for others than what I experienced together. Nobody deserves the treatment I received from them.

The worst and most insufficient moving company I’ve ever experienced. Completely dishonest and shattered all of my big items which were moved. Each and every thing about my movement was dreadful. People who work for the business are extremely impolite, lack any type of communication abilities and therefore are completely shady.

1. The operator and each and every person who works there’s a complete nightmare to speak to. They’re all always rude and patronizing. They’ll treat you like you’re a youngster and also lie to you.

2. On the afternoon of my pickup, I can literally hear that the movers clunking and throwing my boxes down the stairs, which have been tagged brittle! Their complete disregard for the items was a joke.

3. I phoned them a couple of days ahead of my scheduled date of delivery and they stated”90 percent likelihood the driver will send in your date of shipping”… the exact same announcement was created for two weeks consistently. The strangest thing about this is that I chose to call and inquire where my items were and the assistant explained that the driver loaded the truck and left that was a LIE! So I had to drive from Ohio to Chicago and left in a rush to fit with the driver with my items, simply to learn that she lied about those departing. I had been left in my apartment with no furniture for two whole weeks. So my items have been delivered two whole weeks late. They always had plenty of explanations (e.g. the motorist’s car is at the shop), if they were just jerking me around so that they could fill out the truck along with different deliveries, which they did since my delivery truck ended up with 11 total. This makes them totally untrue. They’re too shady to discern the truth about what is happening.

4. I hope you did not presume the shipping date went well either. The motorist called me 3 hours before the delivery and stated he wants to move the items to a local delivery truck since his 18 wheeler would not fit. He explained it’d be an additional $350. To start with, is that the moving firm that insufficient at their tasks that they can not even look up my speech to realize that you need to take the street that has bridges?! It is almost a joke in just how horrible they are. Finest part- that they had no documentation whatsoever to demonstrate that they’d changed my items into some local moving truck.

5. Following this whole debacle of me being made to cover all of the additional fees, when my items eventually did arrive, each and every bit of my big, expensive furniture has been broken. Literally all boxes have been crumbled and broken open also. Things were lost. Matters were even broken on sight before my eyes.

I filed a claim just for the claims department to inform me that I was eligible for $149.70. A complete slap in the facearea.

Please, after this extended review, let’s be affirmation to NOT publication for this corporation. You won’t wind up saving money. They’ll charge you for additional things and nothing else will arrive undamaged.
