This provider is really a nightmare. DO NOT USE!!

I had them pack and move my house from northern Maryland to Southeast Tennessee. The price was quite reasonable and I believed I had found a fantastic thing. That’s until we came in TN and started to unload and unpack.

They ruined antiques (that were especially pointed out and asked extra special attention ), threw open boxes and bottles of substances in with meals and toothbrushes and destroyed silk cushions and fresh sheets by utilizing them as packaging material. I feel as I paid these guys to hurt and destroy my property and also the so called insurance will not actually make a dent in 1 thing that was destroyed.

My transfer was an instate, local movement. A fairly simple one as goes go – all products were pre-packed at a storage locker room. It’s currently Friday, the 23rd. On Monday, shipment said that my possessions would”definantly” be there by Friday. Here I stay in my vacant house with zero answer to some of my queries weekly. I call and call and directly to voicemail.

I’ve got this sick feeling that even when they do appear, I’ll get hit with a few stair charges along with also a storage fee, since they naturally must bill me to maintain all of my rich possesions for now two weeks.

We utilized Unified van lines from Baltimore. They lied to people in the beginning. We had been quoted 4k. They picked our furniture up immediately, but in lieu of sending it they place it into storage for more than fourteen days. Failed to return any telephone calls before I threatened to flip them around into the Maryland Attorney General’s fraud Dept. They then said they’d launch it when they obtained a cable for about $6639.19. I had no option except to send it. They’re a whole scam and When I could stop anybody else from falling to their lies,I’ll be glad. I have not obtained it yet so I do not know the status of the furniture Do not utilize Unified Van Lines. . Please

Terrific movers! We caved and acquired movers and will surely call Unified back again. Although it required twice as long as we all anticipated, it isn’t out of lack of trying. My salesman Bill Okeefe has been a joy to use. He went room by room with me asking me questions and ensuring I included all in each room and during my property. He was quick and made the procedure a lot simpler than me sitting down and composing the inventory.I was shifting out of New York to Florida and the movers showed up on time,packaged everything beautifully and immediately loaded up me and that I was done in no time.The truck revealed in Florida three times afterwards no harm and they set everything where I needed it and then put everything back together. The cost was exactly what we agreed on and that I could not be more happy!
