Horrible. Worst experience ever. They where hours late after I told them I needed to be outside of my flat before the office closed or I’d get charged for an excess day. They then showed up along with additional substances on the vehicle. Second the men where unprofessional and nearly had a fight in front of me. Once I called and reported that their behaviour among those men tried to bill me up on it. A move which was designed to take two hours took approximately 6 hours. They needed to always rearrange the truck due to the other materials and they where not coordinating some of the substance and kept running out of room. Bear in mind whilst asserting and rearranging I had been the one being billed by the hour for all this. They’re clock bleeders. Third they ruined a number of pieces of my house and I’ve reported it yet no one will call me back. They broke blinds in the old flat and I’m being billed, they place a great long scratch from the timber flooring in the new apartment that were recently built, they scuffed the walls, so they flexed my glass television stand and my husband needed to unbending it as far as you can so the glass shelf could be placed on, they broke one of the bits into my treadclimber, they broke a bit of the seat in my kitchen table. They will not call back or supply insurance advice
