    Excellence

We’re extremely happy with our entire experince using U-Haul. Keegan Turner is your contact worker we had on our moving day. He was so professional, quickly and also joked with us around the cold gloomy nasty afternoon in January. In the afternoon we stopped into book a truck into the period we dropped off it following our movement, the encounter was fantastic. Keegan Turner is a really professional hard working man and we thank him for whatever he did. God Bless and we’d suggest to all.

    Moving

Due to quite (and quite very ) high cost (and also cost wise really different than every other -from $1500.00 to $5000.00) we chose to perform the task (moving)- by leasing a truck from U-Haul- from ourselves, that had been costed-plus fuel $140.00- overall $561.00d.

Thus, we saved tens of thousands of dollars even the least expensive cost what we had been offered.

    Long distance move

I investigated movers broadly. Pods were just competitive against domestic van lines. I moved with bunch rat first. They consented to the shifting program I had, but reneged in a subsequent date near my scheduled moving date. I phoned uhaul to ask about leasing a truck and has been told in their upod transferring system. I took a shot and moved together since they said they might satisfy my own schedule. They fell that the uboxes about the date arranged, picked up them on the date arranged and sent them 1300 miles off about the agreed upon date. Nothing whatsoever six boxes has been ruined, and the cost was a large number less than almost any organization. The boxes left somewhat to be desired since they were coated by a tarp, however they served. I would strongly suggest the box machine. The one issue I had was that the very long wait on hold throughout the many times I attempted to get them. Overall an excellent experience.

I leased a u-haul truck, that went really smoothly. I had no issues. I hired Central Oregon movers,” The 2 gentlemen, were great to overthrow the vehicle. I suggest this firm. They had been on time and they ended in time. Both of these gentlemen were quite beneficial and respectful.
I had no difficulty moving to Bend, Oregon. The trip went really easily.

Excellent experience in TN, Bad experience in AZ

I leased the 5 by 8 U-Haul trailer from Colours from Morristown TN, directors name is Charlie. He had been absolutely fantastic and I’d love him to find an exceptional rating straight through the board. He moved out of the way to assist me get my entire family cross country. The bad experience was in the Tucson place on Ina, that has been the source of fall off. I phoned the 1-800 number which has been in my own contract in TN to acquire the place I had been to fall the U-haul trailer away at. The CSR gave me the exact place of 4040 w. Ina at Tucson. I came at said place and waited to get a CSR to accept my own paperwork. The CSR chooses my paperwork , comes straight back and said that he could not take my trailer since I wasn’t in his pc, and that I needed to get in touch with the 1-800 number again. So I sat and did on the telephone on hold for half an hour. Went to the shop place to inquire whether there was anything which can be done in order to assist me with this problem. I said that my loved ones and I was on the street driving for 5 times. I had a three yr. Older and 3 month old at the car which were too hungry, tired, and tired of being at the car.He mentioned once more I wasn’t in his pc, and then rudely says that he had a complete bunch of trailers that the magnitude of mine and actually did not need my trailer onto his bunch. Suggesting that I push to 2 other places to find out if fall off will be potential at one of these. He was rather rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, also just unpleasent. I said there wasn’t any way after spending $423.00 @ the Knoxville, TN place to get a hitch for my own vehicle, a second $423.05 @ the Morristown, TN place for its 5 by 8 trailer, so which I was planning to additional exhaust my loved ones and be treated how I had been treated in the Ina place. I believe for as much cash I spent about the company I’d of gotten a small understanding, and decent customer support. The CSR would not offer me his name however also the directors name was Josh. The speech is 4040 w. Ina Rd.. Tucson, AZ 85741,set up place #020038. Because of the way I had been treated I feel like I’m entitled some kind of compensation. The folks involved in this problem are as follows: Michael Carpenter of those Chapman Hwy. Place (774066)-LRB-865-RRB-573-5582,which I would love to provide an excellent evaluation of excellence. Tim Pasely of all TN -LRB-423-RRB-231-2379. Curt Fiehler of all AZ -LRB-520-RRB-991-1964.

Scum bags and very bad quality work!!!

I hired this business Qhaul to come move my truck 26ft to the flat. Quam known as
Me two days before to admit he obtained the order to perform the job. I requested him to deliver help when he wanted too. Well let us begin there. When they came Quam advised me to remain in the truck the entire time while I had been guiding where things move. They then knocked on all of my neighbors doors to acquire a car transferred so that they did not wish to walk 6 additional feet off the sidewalk. One of these smelled like beer at the conclusion of the job, did ruined to my flat, ruined my furniture, shattered the flooding light in stairs even following one of those men admitted breaking it, the provider still denying to repair it. They were hurrying the entire time after educating them to slow down several times. They medication my box spring round the entire floor of the vehicle and it is all cluttered as it will not come off or they yanking things from the truck like it is a rag doll causing further harm. They never cared about the character of the job that it was only pace. Ex. They attempted lifting a 7ft sofa over directly in the air to heights of 12 feet to pull past a balcony with two people while the stairs was in front of them. Quam told me that they didn’t wish to use the staircase as couch wouldn’t fit. Well I left them take it upstairs and it match!!! In the close of the project I popped to the flat and watched damages I discovered. Quam began taking pics of those damages which were there and stated that they were already there. I have done a pre inspection sheet until they came that does not have any damages onto it to get walls/ front door. After paying time and them moved by Quam called me like 10 times. I believed he forgot something. Incorrect!!!! He chased me out onthe telephone stating I owed him more money as bill said maid providers and that I owed him a second $60. I told him about the error has to be incorrect and that I chose movers on site rather than maids. The night that he called me ahead of the movement he said he had been a mover. So where this came from I don’t have any idea. He even threatened to return to my place and that I needed to call the cops!!
Not I’m in a predicament where they’re denying that they did encounter, your wrong, you have got maids not movers, and all the bs that a normal crap hole support provider provides you if they do not take responsibilities in their activities.
I strongly don’t recommend them!!!! Stay away in the Event That You want to maintain your furniture in great shape
I am not advocating this place to some one.

    U Haul rental

I’d rented a u haul 15 footer because I had been moving out of NYC to Jersey City. Everything was fine until I returned to the truck. Driving it was simple & everyone at uhaul was fantastic until afterward. Then the problem began.
I received a call the following day once I returned to the truck asking when I’d return it. As soon as I told them that I’d returned it in New Jersey after phoning the organization & asking if it was okay to return to another place than said when I picked the truck up to that I had been told that it wasn’t a issue and that I returned the truck immediately. If they phoned me the following day, I insisted that the vehicle needs to have been attracted to the pickup location & I would be billed an additional $300″convenience fees”!!! I advised them that I had been told from the business people that it was ok and that I should not need to put up with the fees. The woman on the phone kept stating that does not matter & I would be charged which additional charges! As soon as I asked when they have it in their site if the truck can be picked up everywhere & dropped off in any other of the places, she said yes but that specific truck needed to be returned to the pickup location. That is just causing more anxiety over & following my move and I believe that the u haul shouldn’t charge me the additional fees & really compensate me because of the strain they’re putting me through.

    Moving with Uhaul

Drove out of Edmonton to Vancouver. Received moving truck totally dirty. (Past driver and Uhaul firm ought to have sanitizer the automobile according to Covid-19 regulations). Tires were bald and considered prohibited in Canada. Needed to push through the hills, a 13 hour trip, street conditions raining. The water flow to the vehicle cab and also into the storage space. Boxes and furniture have been damaged. I won’t ever use this incompetent company again. UHaul doesn’t care for people’s security nor their own property.

    Avoid U-Haul at all costs

Several months back, I was going a cross platform transfer and assessed to UHaul’s U-Box Pods system. I spent an whole afternoon on the telephone together, since I kept getting”moved” and cut off. I talked with seven distinct folks, and obtained seven distinct quotations for the specific same situation. They refused to send me a quotation from writing (ie. An email) until I had paid them a sum ranging from $240 to $650, based on who I had been speaking with. I requested to talk to a supervisor, and maintained being moved randomly to different non-managers. Not that it mattered, since when I did catch somebody who stated he had been a supervisor, he had been as clueless as the rest of those. I had such bad vibes about the organization which I shifted my whole strategies for the transfer and did NOT utilize UHaul.
My son has produced a cross-country movement, and he’d use UHaul’s U-Box pods. He has been in his brand new place for a few month, also has not gotten anything except that a runaround in UHaul. They did not appear to pick the boxes up that the day that they said they’d. They sent him an email saying they were planning to bill him for storage, even though he does not need anything saved. They were assumed to have sent the boxes inside fourteen days. It is a month – without boxes, and nobody appears able to inform him in which they are or when they will be delivered. He has been reduced to threatening them with legal actions if they don’t supply.
Take your worldly products in your back in case you must, but prevent UHaul such as the plague. I have never handled a more awkward, unprofessional, badly run business in my entire life, which involves paying endless hours on hold using AT&T’s laughably called customer services. I’d get to listen at great length about a UHaul rep’s girl, who is a long haul trucker, so if that is what you need out of a moving business, then perhaps they are appropriate for you. Anyone who really wants to transfer their possessions will be well advised to look elsewhere.

    Uhaul company theives

My daughter possessed a u-haul and I drove it back into the u-haul place at San Jacinto ca. I needed to stop off at the lender to get some currencies I’d put the monies to the menu between the chairs a total of $120.00 till I can place it into my pocket and if I got to the u-haul and since I was quite tired and hadn’t eaten for a couple hours I left the currencies in the truck along with approximately an hour after I understood what happened and moved back there to regain my currencies not to mention the currencies were not at the truck I spoke to the supervisor that had been (She) was quite non-professional and just told me that her workers aren’t theives. My grand daughter age 7 really saw the ceremony worker who assesses reunite trucks saw him grab the currencies and set it into his back pocket I called the police and they did appear hunted the guy’s pockets and obviously found nothing even though the authorities did state that an hour and a half has passed and the guy also went to a dinner break. Ensure to take everything private from the taxi when returning back a truck for this place. Additionally, I spoke with the U-haul company complaints office and stated they’d investigate this issue and get back together with me and this episode occurred on August 10th 2014 and haven’t heard back from these today going in to 4 weeks.

    Lost my pods

Its been more than a month now and my pods have never been delivered as promised. Business insists that pods were divided to two shipments!!! A few weeks apart!! . They assert that the pods have been shipped to 2 Unique paces but dont be sent trigger their truck is broken
Meanwhile all of my stuff must be substituted. I’ve filed a claim with the u haul insurer. My house owners insurance will help unless I call the police and file a stolen things report that I can do in the not too distant future. Customer care replies about one from 4 calls.UGH
