True State Moving firm was dreadful! Vladimir hasn’t been kind on the phone, and it has talked down to me because a girl. On pickup, the movers said they’d place my bike on the truck to get $150 money – $75 to every mover. My stuff wasn’t delivered in time, and as of the review, I still don’t have my things. I moved from PA to TX. As of tomorrow, they will have had my things for 21 days. Complaints are filed. Whenever I call customer service, I receive hauled instantly to Vladimir, that supplies me BS replies. My stuff abandoned their lawn on Sunday, and I wasn’t known to be educated about this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They’re CROOKS or TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.

Worst moving encounter. Grant has a significant instance of liabetes. Everything that he says is a lie. The movers come a day early because”a vehicle is in the region.” We chose to not move several big items out of the quotation, despite this our cost dropped. They place a gap in the wall in our previous home. Following months of waiting they phone to say they’ll arrive in 4pm. It 4:30pm that they insist and call that the streets are too thin and that I might need to cover a shuttle. How much does this add? $900 they state. They claim relies upon the cubic feet of the possessions. Regrettably there isn’t any cubic feet recorded in my own contract. They graciously negotiate up to 600. The heavy man accountable littered in my yard. Nothing was put up as Grant assured. Half a couple of dishes were broken since my items were thrown in my living space. My husband discovered the hard way how the gap was placed in the wall in the old property. Two men with one just taking things off doing this in such a random fashion many items broken so I had to consume things with other man into home.
Dismal support and would expect to not address them again. They are fine for neighborhood support in and around NJ however they ditch cross country work on low cost spouses with no supervision or controllers

Longer than anticipated delivery. Cost was fine. My main difficulty is the lack of communication. I literally had to phone every couple of days to find an upgrade in my own move. Not 1 telephone call was made to me personally unless I emailed or left a voicemail. PriceLine logistics appeared to have great company, but they select a 3rd party shipping company (the company is”Authentic state moving”). Examine the evaluation on yelp for this corporation. 2/5 stars. Would never signed up for this when I’d know.

Please don’t USE this business!!! Theu stole $80 000 worth of jewellery and shattered my expensive furniture but allow me to begin from the start to describe the nightmare I’m now living for these. I needed to transfer from ny to from state, authentic say gave me an estimate of 2800 something I supplied images of my furniture into the sales man and told them I’d over 60 boxes… he said it would not much more for the additional boxes burst 100 dollars just, I insiste I did not need a surprise that the afternoon I move so that I wanted a precise quote and ship him appropriate pic to asses. When the movers arrived they arrived with a little truck while I especially asked and had been guaranteed a major truck since I have a three bed apt well supplied and a great deal of boxes. Surprise surprise if he watched my things… today the afternoon of the moving date… they’re telling me that the man did the quotation totally incorrect!!! I told them sorry I have evidence of my convo with him and all the pic ship… the cost of my shifting tripled!!! Yes you notice that correct… on the afternoon of the transfer that they told me it is $8200. We moved from $2800 to $8200!! I really don’t have any choice I already starting a new rental and that I needed to provide the flat back into the landlord!! I attempted to sue for two hours with them because it was there error… hopeless!!! I needed to split my bank… but if only if only this was all… after my furniture arrive over 10 days afterwards ( they also lied about if it’d be there they guaranteed per week ) a great deal of my belongings was busted that the mover did not even complete the task they pretend they did however abandoned what they were supposed to shut packed using their blankets,” They did not remounted the furniture too pretending they could not locate the hardware ( which they are assume to have because the motions out me ) they even left their dolly and a bit of furniture out in the road!!!! You would like to understand why since they somehow went to my private closet that was not part of this transfer ( no furniture could even fit in there and they weren’t permitted to go in) so that they went trough a number of my bag’s open they placing shit everywhere and stole my 50 000 watch and other people jewelry… total value around $80 000!!! Figuring out when I called the cops and moving company that they hired local people without history check or anything maybe not even their ID ( the moving business might give me the previous title of those men that came and was himself searching for who they had been ) so rather than professional movers I obtained professional burglar who stole my employees… and broke my furniture and abandoned just like burglar since they had been burglar!!! Therefore do not I repeat not to seek the services of this business… cover little more ID of all movers arriving to your location be certain that the m’y really work full time to your business!! That is’m the worst experience of my entire life and obviously this will court!!! I will see when I could upload pic and that I already did file a police record hoping to submit a complaint Nowadays but the proprietor Is ignoring my calls!!!!
