True King Relocation

I went online to see reviews on Authentic King Relocation once I obtained a quote from this business. I have to confess I was somewhat skeptical since I had a few co – workers move with moving companies before and they were not very happy to state that the most part. I’ve moved locally previously but this could be the very first time going such a far distance. 1 thing was for certain that I was not up to perform this kind of movement in a uhaul and my business was paying for the transfer to help with my choice to hire a moving company. The consultants I talked to at every firm were  all friendly. What made me pick True King was that I believed that they were more informative and actually wanted my movement to proceed well. The fact that they took the opportunity to go through an inventory together with me versus just asking me what my burden was and trying to beat the cost like another companies.They included packing stuff on the quote for glass,my tvs and mattresses. Other firms never bothered to mention this to me personally.
They also took the opportunity to compare the other quotes I had been getting from other businesses that were reduced. Word to the wise most of those businesses exit the gas surcharge and bill you for it on the rear end of their move.I DONT LIKE SURPRISES.Come to learn the lowest quotes were based on  cubic feet that is based on distance and wind up doubling the afternoon of this move since you so-called took up more space. Long story short the moving team was very courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. They came on time for pickup and delivery. The only reason why Im taking the opportunity to write this review is because I informed the salesperson there when the transfer went well I’d definitely write a fantastic review. Authentic King kept their end of the deal so I’m too. I’d urge innocent King to my family and friends.

Authentic King managed a move for me personally from Ohio to Tennessee. They spent a great deal of time on the telephone with me, describing their job as a broker as opposed to a carrier, once I realized that I hadn’t booked directly with a provider, as I’d thought I’d done. After quite a little talk with two distinct True King workers, both of whom were extremely patient with me, I got a fantastic bit more familiar with having Authentic King there as a buffer between me and the provider, and also with having them act as my advocate with the provider. As it happens, it had been worth the booking fee, and then a few. (Do Make Certain You Realize the quote and the booking cost until you reserve; because their paperwork clearly says, the booking price portion of the initial payment to reserve the transfer Isn’t refundable should you change your mind; the remainder of the initial deposit is refundable. ) Authentic King got me a much better cost per pound than that I was able to discover in my own, and they worked hard to be certain my pickup and delivery went smoothly, and punctually. The two ends of the movement went exceptionally well. I worked with four distinct True King repetitions, all of whom were excellent. One of them even gave me her mobile phone number to ensure I could reach her after she left work in the event of any troubles with the carrier. The men who really moved me were excellent also, really hard workers, very easy to use.   It does not hurt that as a broker, Authentic King has more leverage with carriers compared to individual customers do; the carriers know they would better maintain Authentic King happy if they want to have more work to come their way. And the very best way for those carriers to do that’s to maintain the True King clients contented. It definitely worked for me.This was the funniest movement I have had in a lengthy time, and I have had multiple motions within the last couple of decades.

Authentic King being a broker did a real great job for my move. It had been sent to the destination in seven days & all in good shape. They worked with Consistently Affordable moving firm who really did the movement. Its the first estimate that’s so vital for the truth of the general price & Karl took a fantastic interview of mine in my stock which didnt require some re-estimation from the real movers. I’m extremely happy with the total movement.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO.. They Don’t listen to their clients; they are simply interested in getting their deposit( in my case $912.22 ).   They Try to place your pick-up time in their advantage –and on two different occassions, the truck/van drivers have known me stating They’re in the pick-up site/where am I!   They Frequently utilize a Co. known as Oasis; which because I discovered has far out of a pristine reputation.   Am in the process of getting my charge card co.. USAA re-imburse the deposit sum, since they’re attempting to maintain it.

Do not even consider working with this business. I phoned Father and son going and has been offered to TrueKingRelocation. (Owned by the Very Same brothers? ) Everything went well and that I talked to Richard and Karlisle. They advised me only a couple of days ahead of my scheduled pickup that my movers could be Precision Moving. Precision Moving was designed to pickup on Saturday August 1. I had been advised about  5 pm on Saturday that the movers and truck had been backed up and would not get to me that today. I talked to Sammy, the proprietor of Precision Moving on Sunday, who promised me that a truck on Wednesday and shipping on Thursday August 13.   (I’ll write a whole other review on Precision Transferring, but allow me to say I do not have one piece of furniture which is not broken in some manner ). This was the one thing I wanted. Delivery on the 13, that was sworn to me. The could’ve picked up my stuff in July provided that delivery has been that the 13 or 14. The truck arrived on Wednesday, again postponed approximately 5 hours and the movers have been certainly hurried since they had yet another pickup after me. They have been performed at 9. I called Authentic King since they did not have my entire payment info. No authentic red flags were raised nevertheless…. I called Authentic King for probably 3 times with no single individual answering the phone or returning my calls. Sent emails. Never heard from Richard again. Apparently Patty does not work there anymore. Nobody answers. I finally lucked out having somebody called Chucky, but come on, what company does not return calls? They were fast to receive my cash. Following that, never heard something else. Turns out, Precision Transferring believed my storage was in NYC rather than Deerfield Beach, that was guaranteed. Who’s fault is that? No paperwork was ever turned into the storage center. Along with the moving business? I understand why TrueKIng does not return calls, since Precision Moving fretting about shipping dates, each bit of furniture I’ve is ruined, TV wires are overlooking, chandelier is broken, so desk is scraped, boxes were moist and broken. I can not think they could use a business as poor and dreadful as Precision MOving. I figure that is the reason they do not return calls. Please do not use both of these firms. I wish I had the time to read these reviews previously, however TrueKing does not allow you to understand the moving business title until two weeks before and then you’re STUCK. My next complaint would be to the TV channels, newspapers and whomever will listento. I only wish to mention that the team of the Storage Facility at Deerfield beach, Vagosservices, were so brilliant. I can not say enough good things about these. They laughed when they saw the way a few of my possessions were packed.

DO NOT USE THEM. REPEAT. DO NOT USE THEM. They’re a scam. There is a lot of dreadful things that happened in this movement, I can not start to list all of them. I will sum this up. They suck. They made my moving experience the worst in my own entire life. They ripped me off and were hardship to manage. I wish I could return in time and rather than coping with these movers again, I’d lug my furniture into a bridge and then toss every peice off. DO NOT USE THEM. Never believed moving may be traumatic, but congrats true king, you’ve done it.

I hired Authentic King as a broker and paid an $850 deposit to procure a day. Authentic King attempted to maneuver up the afternoon from a Monday to a Thursday and that I declined, they then berated me, hung me up, and stayed generally unavailable till I requested my credit card company to help me in acquiring a refund. At that point they promised to preserve the deal, but afterwards failed to appear or answer my calls on the afternoon of my transfer. They’re rude and efficiently stole my residue. I’m working with my credit card company fraud section to receive it back. Don’t call Authentic King–they’re undependable, unreliable, and usually awful.

I’d worst encounter with this firm. After long wait that my move obtained approved from Illinois into Plano, texas. As usual I filed general quotation for the stuffs to proceed using general portal site (I do not remember precisely ). To start with they aren’t shipper. They’re only agents who point out that the shippers and receiving 30 percent of your cash from their whole price. It is my error with reading the review of them because I must maneuver within a week of time. This is my own experience: Celia phoned me and inquiring about the specific things that I have and I began telling because I had been expecting only the quotation. After hearing all of the things that her final question, Can you receive any quotations other shipper and I said’yes’. What’s the greater amount so much and I told $1200. She said’okay’ your quotation is prepared and your overall amount will be $’1197′. Oh good I got three buck deal and I consented (perhaps not due to three buck and I must move shortly ) then requested her to phone me back about 4.30 PM CST. She phoned me back just 4.30 PM CST and ask me to supply my credit card information it is only for assurance. She mailed me the quotation and later reviewing it (I did not observe the broker fee and till this point I did not even know they’re agents because it is my very first proceeding ) and I supplied the charge card details. She sent me an internet signature record and she requested me to visit the previous page (without request me to browse ) and click on signature page into’Agree’. I was visiting that they wont repay the reservation fee at the record and also when I asked her afterward she was saying it is only for formality. Eventually they exchanged 507 bucks from my personal account. Afterwards I have a while to read testimonials about this organization and all I heard was really bad. They also not even listed in BBB( I have to learn about BBB after reading reviews within this website ). This comes their honey component. I phoned her and informed me that I am not pleased with their support (I phoned them for cancellation after 15 hours of my reservation ) and I needed my money backagain. Additionally when I enquired about the reason why they’re not recorded in BBB, she answered me that their business was moving to distinct location (I suppose still they’re moving their business ) thats why it is not recorded and I was still not convinced. Additionally I told me that according to Illinois trade commission should I do cancellation before 72 hours of dispatch they must return my money entirely. They do not care for anything and she instantly forward my phone to resale section. They simply asked me why would you wish to cancel and I told them what I advised to celia. He did not care about anything and asked me should you cancel you’ll lose $290 bucks and I asked why,  they then said that it is their cancellation coverage. I chose still I do not wish to do on this company and asked them to cancel my dispatch. They even tried to convince me, because they need $290 bucks (their broker fee) if you’re sending or not sending plus also they got that amount currently. They requested me to send a email to certain id and I did exactly the exact same. I received an e-mail in their cancellation dept with no stating how many times I will receive my refund. Then numerous occasions I responded to the exact same email and I tried contacting them and I could not get a response about my cash. Following 15 days I made my cash ($217 not complete amount). I truly got frustrated via this service. We’re earing money very tough and these business does not care about something. I recommend do not even consider trying this business. I’ve got all the evidence of my email dialog and what, believe me that they aren’t worth of attempting.

I won’t ever use his firm again!! They lie to you just get your deposit! They promise us our things will probably be here on OCT 15!! I’d mom law and dad law fly to New Jersey to visit that our new location! I describe to wealthy and van that they are 80 years old and we want our items there that they can’t sleep with a air mattress! Van and wealthy guarantee anything to cook with! 1 I called nonstop nobody could pick up the telephone I needed to call from another phone all the opportunity to gt some type of response! I called the moving company to inquire about a refund and they never pick up they call I have pics I even s it’ll be there around the Oct 15 it never arrived we had to sleep at a resort with mother and daddy law and eat out for the reality we did not have anything to sleep on or left a Facebook page concerning this company don’t expect that the quote that they give you its Non binding they could come when they wish to come pick up your things and drop it off! Also be on the lookout for the folks who pack your items they behave as they are assisting you however they really not they’ll charge for whatever that they utilized of theirs!! I’ve mails, 3 distinct non binding contract out of them! I wish I’d spent 300 bucks more to proceed with Van lines! They describe it to the could occur and she had been perfect!

This is the very unprofessional moving company I’ve ever worked with. I discovered later once they lied to me personally , they are not even a moving company, they are just a broker. The business that really moved us was Northwest Relocation, out of Oregon.
I walked through each room, garage, and yard with Shilah and also did a summary.  She introduced me with a quotation and required 50 percent.
We had been advised that the moving business will arrive in the 12th to choose up everything; that did occur.  But, Shilah advised us to possess (two ) cashiers checks prepared, just one for pickup and you for fall off; forced out to Authentic King. The moving business did not take cashiers checks, money only.
The truck NW Relocation attracted was too little so that they loaded it then took that load into some nearby storage.  Sit back and loaded again.  Once full, I had been told our initial 11,000-pound weight estimate was twice.
Authentic King Relocation can provide you a little quote to acquire your small business, load your home then let you know its double the price tag.  Do not put yourself through it; they are dishonest and will inform you anything to receive your company.
From there forward, I could not receive any answer from Authentic King. After times of calling, I eventually got a grasp of Prunette Bennett and asked to get a copy of all of the paperwork; closing weight, stock, etc.. She never responded after assuring it to me. Be conscious of Prunette, she’s a liar and can tell you whatever that you would like to listen.
The end result, my transfer cost over twice what was initially quoted and late delivery.
Beware and prevent this provider!

Don’t call these folks. 1 individual behind this scam has five distinct”moving companies” that she conducts – check out their FB webpage and also do a little investigation. I don’t want my article to be eliminated, but I would advise you to check it out on your own. They’re pushy and require a non refundable deposit. They’ll reserve your transfer, not appear and maintain your deposit. They whined during their sales pitch. This really is a criminal procedure. The customer support folks swore at us – this was the last red flag. The men we talked to have been disrespectful towards women. They’re 100 per cent a scam. Don’t conduct business with these folks. It is wonderful just how many individuals have lost their cash. People like this provide”family-owned” appear similar to gang-owned. Heads up!

Worst experience.  This business is the most powerful and most egregious company I’ve worked with. They offered me one price that yes we didn’t surpass weight but had no issue paying for additional weight but then there were fees for residing over the 3 rd floor that was discussed rather than put in quotation, for needing to walk into our garage that again had been discussed, in addition to the moving business packaging our belonging (previously discussed and desired ) was below the perception that it had been in my own quotation.  Not only was the sum for my transfer 3 times the number that I said I could manage but then negotiating with business on cost became a hostage problem with our possessions.  The movers that were sublet through Authentic king (believed that this was a moving firm not a broker) said that when we didn’t cover the sum owed that they would continue to keep our belongings until sum paid or might require us into court.  WTF!!! Crooks

With this movement could advise nobody every to utilize this business. They never gave us buys and the retained raise the sum needed before they’d even move us, etc.. They chased my husband and I, that which we’re also equally veterans, over $2100.00. Being battling them to repay money considering that September/October 2015. We proceeded ourselves a household of 6 in PA into MO.. They won’t answer their telephone or nothing. We even e-mail them and remains hasn’t yet been solved. Do not trust this business at!!!!!

Absolutely horrible – do not deliver in time, deal with people like crap, and are not a real moving firm. When they picked up my transfer (I did not understand it at the time) they employed exactly the exact amounts on several boxes. When they eventually delivered a month after (yes per month!) I had been missing boxes. The vehicle was in a collision having a gap in the roof above my possessions and lots of belonging ruined and smelled dreadful. Vance Johnson is the leadership of a thing – and is now the worst man in the world! Really a bit of work. Do not conduct business with this firm they need to be from business!

They told me that I had a no danger deposit, before we have a given place and did not require the movers, so they desired nothing to do with refunding us our deposit. We have the run around, moved from person to person, hung up on and false claims. I ended up needing to go through my bank. Horrible customer support and I would not trust anything that they say. Look elsewhere!!!!!!

They outright stole $954 in my loved ones. When we attempted to cancel and receive back our money, True King literally laughed about the phone and hung up on us. The direction is terrible too. If this were the past moving agent in the world, I’d rather carry my bed in my back throughout the desert than proceed together. WORST moving agent we have ever used. BBB will probably be hearing from us.

Please, please, please be Conscious of this business named Authentic King Relocation located in Florida.   In the event you choose not to utilize their support, they’ll call you on and on and frighten you then simply hang up on you rudely. And they even sell your telephone number to additional advertising companies You Will Begin receiving telephone calls from businesses around U.S..   As the others have rated Authentic King Relocation at Florida, this isn’t even a 1 star firm.  Do not even consider calling them for almost any reason.  If you do, then You’d Be at a big trouble which attracts a Great Deal of headaches.   Beware of Authentic King Relocation.  

There’s a sales partner called McIntosh (era round mid-30s to early 40’s).  He speaks quite uneducated and impolite and he’d phone you and frighten you then hang you up.

I attempted to phone him back because I was so mad in his mindset.  But when I phoned back, additional sales partners attempted to cover up his faults by playing with idiotic jokes or one even told me that there’s no sales partner called McIntosh.  I phoned back about 3 occasions and one individual eventually forwarded my phone to Mr. McIntoch.  I attempted to speak to him but he was again rude, made some rude remarks and hung up on me again.

Can NOT Work for this Organization.  They can be unethical in their company practices!  We decided to employ them for a transfer from IL into CO, however we’d heard horror stories of transferring businesses lowballing first quotes and caked it once they came to transfer us.  That’s precisely what happened in this circumstance.
When we initially agreed to this quote, Joe Hogan was informed that we had been supplying a rough estimate, we still had things available on Craigslist and so were throwing things out we did not want, so we did not know just how far we’d be moving.  I had been convinced by both Joe and Vans that, before the move, we’d proceed through room with room so that we knew precisely what it’d cost before the movers coming.  Imagine a scam – I’ve asked a revised quote many times in August 8th to August 25, 2014.  After the movers came , they told me my husband it would cost twice as much to move us as they initially quoted.  This company is why you can find horror stories – they’ve been dreadful to use in solving the difficulties and that I advise you to opt for a more reputable company to utilize.  We ended up with AVF Trailer and hired movers out of Simple Moving Labour, both of these firms did exactly what they promised to perform, if they promised to perform it, and now we NEVER had a problem getting ahold of somebody or getting a direct response.  They were equally awesome businesses to use!

Mover BEWARE!! I had been told something on the telephone concerning the cancellation coverage and was forced to sign the deal through email in this telephone trade, which I afterwards learned said the cancellation policy otherwise compared to what I had been told. The real movers that I predicted 5 times before the transfer were unprofessional and sketchy. I was not convinced at all that my possessions are in great hands, so that I cancelled their solutions. Consequently, I simply lost my $510.24 deposit. A costly life lesson. Don’t use a broker again, and especially not that provider.

Worst Experience Ever! To begin with, Don’t conduct business with this business. They’re agents, so they all need to do is catch your deposit. As soon as they have it, they understand that they have you locked in. You never talk to the individual who gave you that the first estimate again. Our quote has been totaled greater than 1000. They never called me to inform me this. Rather I got a phone in the driving firm one hour prior to delivery with all the new price where we needed to possess at time of shipping in cash, money order or certified bank accounts. The delivery guys stated this happens all of the time. They’ve found families (children ) screaming because they did not have enough money at shipping. As soon as I called Authentic King to whine, I talked with Prunette, she’d no maintenance understanding we had been suppressed. It had been 2days prior to Christmas. She transfered us into someone’s voicemail and when we attempted to phone her back, then she sent us to voicemail. I have not heard from Authentic King since.   Trust me. . .don’t get it done. Proceed with a local company which may appear and see what you’re going or perform it yourself.

Unfortunately we didn’t have an excellent experience with this firm. They were quite friendly and useful until they’d my deposit. After being contacted to the real movers and a particular date of proceeding, agents of the firm were unexpectedly unavailable. Calls went into voice mail along with these messages were not returned. On the afternoon of this transfer, the business stated that the truck which has been organized was no longer accessible and there was nothing they can do about it. They said that occurs in the moving company. They said they’d keep looking and that I could also. They asked if I would I like my cash. This was about the afternoon that I was suppose to proceed. An individual could envision how ready I was to wait for a different truck. The general experience ce was quite unsatisfactory and the organization’s answer was, Sorry, these things occur in the moving industry.
