I Need to be fair and balanced about this however our narrative matches that of a second review known as”Unscrupulous and Unethical” To be honest, the Business came through on time with all the pickup and shipping times.    The great news stops there.  After buying a”total replacement” insurance coverage we discovered that what’s written in the arrangement is significantly different than that which they actually cover.  A 1899 mattress which has been destroyed during the transfer only made $874.29.  That’s after they refused the claim initially.  The sole real reason we received this number is that the driver really forwarded a photo of the mattress to the business the day of this transfer and copied me to the mail.   I utilized this email to allure the decision.   After several things came from the truck ruined the driver told me that he called the company and informed him he doesn’t desire that team to work together with him ever again.   Hard back seats came from the truck using the springs arms and loose wobbly.   They refused coverage on those since they weren’t”marked” about the supply sheet as ruined.  Remember , the sales rep and also the written contract said we now have 9 month to announce harm.
