These men were terrific! They have been helpful when I had to alter my first move date. When move date came, they showed up in time. Everything was thoughtfully padded, packed, and moved on the truck. In the shipping place, the men were cautious about protecting the recently completed hardwoods. They carefully put up beds and dressers in bedrooms. They even moved furniture out of”here” to”there” when I did not enjoy the first site.

There weren’t extra things not listed on my quotation. Despite that they needed an additional $1000 to place our beds onto the vehicle (also in money ). They later attempted to decrease the cost a few times but I didn’t have some more money so that it did not matter. I had to leave everything behind. Fast forward to this afternoon my stuff was likely to arrive. No word from Trinity. I called and called and no one replied. I had been told that if my things were in their way I’d be extended a telephone when they were to be sent. My possessions were sitting at a warehouse in Chicago waiting for a truck which would be led to where I had been moving. Everything I had been told by Cheyenne was a total and complete lie. I can’t tell you just how much stress that has become my life. I feel that Trinity participates in fraudulent business practices. They never let you know that they are a broker and that another firm will be transferring your items. They don’t talk about the fact that your items won’t be covered if they’re missing or damaged. Beware!! Poor business!! Two really pleasant men wrapped all up my stuff and took such great care of this. Nevertheless, it was sent unwrapped! wth! It was moist and fithy. Mattresses were saturated in black water stains. “New mattress’s” ? The seat cushions defeated, 50″ Samsung TV display split! I’d even bubble wrapped around TV’s myself. I’d Broken dishes and lost things. Yeti coolers gone! Both”distinct” men that showed up at a”distinct” bath, a week late! They started out fine, however if I mentioned something about the dirty mattresses and also the method by which in which the truck was packaged they have a terrible attitude. “Bad experience” They offered one cost over telephone, then another if they showed up along with yet another before they’d onload. This is the worst going experience ever. My transfer cost double what I had been quoted. This was the first inventory list. The one thing which was not about the first record was a headboard/footboard that I recently obtained.

She gave me an estimate of $1827 of that $577 was the residue and also leaving me the balance of $1250 that was to be split upon pickup and shipping. I agreed to those conditions. But now things started to find fishy when somebody called Kati Douglas calls to affirm the move along with stock. Suddenly I am being told that I never said the washer/dryer along with the fireplace. Being that I understand that I just had the 3 appliances of class I understood I advised Nicole about them since I explained to her that the deep freezer was as broad as my washer although less tall and the chimney was exactly the exact same span since the loveseat. Kati stated she neede to follow the recording and that I was not agreeing to hearing itself. She then comes back online and stated that I never said the washer/dryer and now I needed to pay an extra $305 for 90 more cubic feet. Obviously I was pissed off because I already have $577 tied to this movement but today I must pay more…. Really?
I paid it and when the moving men showed up with a 22-26 foot box truck rather than a semi needless to say the 446 distance that was to transport these things in a direct truck was too little. The moving man tells me that I want to cover an extra $1387.70 to get an extra 454 cubic feet bringing the distance to 900 cubic feet. It is Saturday January the 11th 2020 about 11:30 am and nobody surprisingly is replying Trinity’s telephone!!!
I am livid at this time! Eventually some woman calls me out of her house symbolizing Trinity having a kid screaming in the background saying she had been serving another victim and could not answer the telephone. When I told her what was happening and voiced my displeasure of being victimized by Trinity Transferring, she had been too busy attempting to describe how cubic feet functions. I am in the trucking business for 32 decades and cubic feet at a straight truck differs from a semi automatic. I am not hoping to listen to that! Point is you are pulling a”bait and switch tactics” that is prohibited and not only am I really going to record it to the BBB I will consult with a Lawyer on Monday afternoon January 13 2020
