Trig Moving and Storage

I proceeded using Trig Moving & Storage after a friend referred them to me. I could not thank her enough, so whatever got there in 1 piece rather than a very small thing was busted. The men were nice clean and gentle whilst transferring everything in and outside of their truck. Will definitely go together again and refer them for your own pals!

They’ve really went out of the way to adapt my possessions for the purchase price agreed. Moving is stressful and they labored hard to create my move as easy as possible.

I’d suggest them for long distance moves and also to friends and loved ones. Thank you!

I had been paying for full packing but I do not believe that they do so normally. They showed up at 8:30am and packaged all day until after midnight! They were tired and performing a much worse and worse task as the afternoon wore on. At midnight they stated they had been done – if there were items left in each room along with the kitchen cabinets were full!

They did not have their resources together so they needed to borrow mine (until they have packaged ) and even then they did not take my terrace sectional apart.

My rep had assured me that a delivery by July 1. It is July 3 along with my stuff was sitting someplace in LA with absolutely NO IDEA once the truck will return to pack up my items and send them to Texas.

I’m quite certain there is going to be a great deal of damages to my own items between the shoddy packaging and also the sudden grip in a hot warehouse. They left lots of obvious things such as an ironing board, however they filled up all of the aresol cans and nail polish remover. I can only imagine what a wreck expects me when/if I ever see my items again.

Their customer support has been the absolute greatest until moving day. Now they have broken every promise, charged me twice the quote, and have stolen my possessions so far as I can tell.

Oh and worse, they neglected to leave me the stock carbon copies. I had been so concerned about them pushing off without even packaging nearly all of my items (I had been standing out ready to leap in the front of the truck since they kept it operating after midnight) they yes I neglected to need the stock -that really should have been something that they did and did not have to be requested for.

I am rather disappointed in this organization. And I am now suspicious of the other reviews on this. If the only difference is that my material has been packaged with Trig then here is your warning. Do not use these men. Pack it yourself or employ different movers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Although all of our things got delivered, nearly EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE, ART, AND BELONGINGS WAS DAMAGED.

Watch a few examples under, and also the attached photographs. I strongly urge anyone contemplating Trig Moving & Storage to get another firm which has a score with the BBB. Or at least get really excellent insurance and proceed anything you care on your own.

1) Furniture which has been packaged with blankets came against the blankets TORN through together with the furniture under scraped and gouged.
2) Clothes (such as a tuxedo) weren’t wrapped in apparel boxes but crumpled along with other substances packed in addition to
3) Free weights have been packaged in Addition to decorative Products
4) Lamps were flexed and BROKEN.
5) Artwork was filled in One box using NO person WRAPPING
6) Our microwave (even though it seemed nice ) SPARKED AND SMOKED, has been managed tough enough to split the inner electronics.

I’ll always suggest Trig Moving Company, its own support is second to no one. Their respectful and beneficial employees. Very superior business and teamwork. We’ve not fought in anything apart from forcing to our new residence. I’d suggest them over and over.

Fantastic support! The driver was extremely friendly, managed with professionalism and care. I’d certainly use them again.

From begin to finish, it had been the finest moving company I have ever employed. That is my next go and comparing to the very initial one, that totally moved beyond my own expectations. Highly advised!

They saw me coming along with the cost went to $5555.95 to $9500.00 needed to be payed using cashiers check then they were late that they came at 11:30 the motorist needed to go to a beer run in 1:45 they ended u packing in 3:15 am. I’d run off from Trig they showed up 9 days late Cant say enough bad about Trig moving stinks big time. Sorry I heard of these David Minor Calif into Tucson

I needed to receive my mum’s 1 bedroom 700 sq. feet, flat transferred from California to Oklahoma. I spoke to each business that gave and called exactly the exact same stock for them all. Trig arrived at 1500 bucks which was roughly 1000 bucks below the nearest competition. I paid the deposit and waited for moving day. On the afternoon of the transfer, they had been scheduled to be there in 430pm, simply to find a call about 4 saying they had to reschedule until the following day. The following day rolls around, the previous day that my mother had earlier she needed to be from their flat and we had to be on the street, they came directly around 5pm. The site manager came to my mothers flat, took one look round, and assesed the quantity to over 1000 cubic feet, which could make the price triple. I called the office to attempt and discover a remedy to be fulfilled, more or less, a’tough shit’ type of reaction. Eventually, I managed to at least agree that I was able to cover the remainder of the 60% needed to send everything in a later date, because I did not have the card that I had to place everything on with mepersonally. The men loaded the truck over a few hours and we thought we were finished with it for the time being. As I am doing the finally paperwork with the manager, he calls his manager to make sure what the most important office had informed both of us was great to move and they might depart, around 830pm, just to be informed that if I did not cover the 60% instantly they’d only leave my belongings and move. After another 30 minutes of phoning individuals higher up, we eventually got into a remedy and we wrapped it up. The salesman I spoke to, so as to get things going (no pun intended), looked a bit more interested in assisting. Just after they’d my things and my cash did they move silent about any advancement. The 1 allowance I shall give is it had been near the 4th of july so there is that. I sent several mails requesting an update, eventually getting a call in the driver stating that he was going 24 hours away from shipping. I got an email from their customer support round precisely the exact same time saying the last amount has to be compensated in money or money order, I understood that part, but because the price was 3 times greater than they’d quoted I’m now forced to determine the gap, not hopeless, but again the entire problem was that they did a dreadful job estimating, attempting to undercut competition. Use literally some other firm. They backed me into a corner being up against a moving deadline at which I pretty much had to suck it up and cope with their incompetence.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I booked two months beforehand and has been quoted $2800 for all of my stuff to be transferred from state. The afternoon before they call and say it is going to be $500 more, we said no and they said never mind it is still the exact same cost. The dawn of the transfer they jumped the cost to $4200!!!! We said hell to depart. They worked it out to transfer my things for $3k BUT we needed to remove pretty much all of our furniture take mattresses. Desperate we consented as we could not remain where we’re. They informed us it’d be delivered 7-14 times so we proposed our new tasks and everything about that. The days leading up to this 14th day that they informed us they could not locate the truck, our stuff was still in storage, so no trucks were ever scheduled along with the excuses proceed. We could not get ahold of a supervisor for the life span of us. FINALLY we have a supervisor, he looked like he was planning to assist us and said they were certainly at the wrong but that we had been told the incorrect estimate of shipping that where we transferred into could be Minimum 30 times!!! We asked for a discount for the inconvenience since they caused my husband to loose his job because most of his tools were in a different nation sitting in storage when we never asked for this and got denied each time something inconvenient or that they whined about occurred! We ended up waiting 28 days for these things. When they sent it was Black Bear Moving & Storage which delivered our belongings. They had our things crammed with a different household’s items. My television was on its side and smashed with thick metallic tools, my photograph box has been broken up using a ladder going to it, they broke figurines, washer, classic coffee table along with the”helper” they attracted was making sexual comments to me personally. They did not understand how to move things correctly and lost my husbands him secure half way up the staircase in my husband since they did not have appropriate moving gear and gear. A Whole MESS! Customer support means nothing to these folks. Quality and timely service is seemingly not something to them. And they whined when reserving they’re actually a broker… remain clear of those moving companies please or you also will face what my family needed to undergo. Hung us up several times once we’d call, obtained in yelling matches with my spouse, had no sympathy that they are crooks just needing your cash…. WORST COMPANY EVER THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN BEBIN BUSINESS!!!

Trig moving is a scam! They’ll lie, cheat, steal and harm every thing that you have. Please don’t rely on them for any support! FRAUDS!!!
