DO NOT HIRE TRI-STATE MOVERS-

We hired TRISTATE MOVERS weeks past to proceed no more than the huge pieces of furniture and have experienced nothing but a nightmare as. They shipped two inexperienced movers that ruined our walls, furniture in our new home and took their sweet time moving the furniture. After weeks of attempting to have a person to come out and correct the damaged furniture or at least provide the paperwork to put a claim, we’ve gotten nowhere.

They do not return calls or respond to at least an email, particularly ones seeing harm they caused. And along with all this, their contract was so deceiving and perplexing we ended up paying and extra $250.

So only a warning, don’t employ TRISTATE MOVERS. .

Moved from New York to Florida they offered me a price and it had been too much material so that they gave me a much higher cost of course that the truck was packed already. The individuals who really put the items on the vehicle and moved the material from their home were nice, no problem. They informed me it’d be there on a Friday, and a week and a day after the substance showed up. No bed for a couple of days. They then ruined some things and had some things missing. I phoned them that they were fine and what I sent them over images of what had been damaged and that which was lost and you then could not get in contact with them. I could not get in contact with them. Figuring out mails and they wouldn’t speak to me anymore. The missing and damaged things weren’t that pricey, if they just gave me a small money back I’d have been very happy. They would not take some of my calls that I really had to phone them to get another mobile number differently they visit that my number and they wouldn’t answer it. The man really asked me what number am I phoning. Filed a claim together gave them the twenty seven two weeks to allow them to solve it and they did not care.

So much harm, (Approx $2,000.) Five mons past. Owner takes absolutely no responsibility for anything. Doesn’t respond to BBB or even us. Still no settlement of any type. 42″ television, cabinets destroyed, classic heirloom broken, etc.. Too Too much to list. Too old and exhausted to argue. Senior citizens Beware!! Shouldn’t be in business in any way. Still want our cash $$$$!
