This firm, Traveling Van Lines AKA We Proceed U, who we contracted with and paid near 11K to take care of our relocation not only did harm to our leasing property but they dropped and ruined many of our possessions. They dropped our laundry channel that has been around the truck but somehow never made it to the home. There wasn’t a big number of boxes. Understood that I was planning to package myself. I even asked is plastic containers okay. I was NEVER TOLD with my contact Jacobi that if they don’t pack boxes they aren’t responsible for any reduction THEFT- there was equally. I clarified everything, flat t building moving out of, home moving to-friends were there Day picked up, abruptly speak of bill from apt. To lift to truck=> extra cost. However, this was nothing when my items arrivived At high price, boxes were definitely opened,cherypicked to get nice/valuable things. Just among two Sonos Soundbars In roots al packaging came =$700 I had some prized bags, fine ones gone! Box baseball instance nicely wrapped & taped had beer opened.Gone precious couple Yankees baseball. Aaron Judge etc.. Box came, clearly they started & retaped shut.criminal. I had been told by Daisy she’d talk with owner.never received telephone back, chased down her to be informed”unless they packaged”nothing they’d do. When I first spoke with her last week she knew of two Sonos sound pubs, not now. No mananger or proprietor accessible. Basically I don’t have any recourse together. They had been dishonest & more but that my lack of precious,valued possessions, closing price of transfer quite a bit higher than expected, AND NOW I HAVE PAID FOR THINGS THAT DID NOT ARRIVE. Telling me ”ve experienced troubles’ with that team does me no good. Misinformation from beginning – not told if they didn’t package no policy reduction. ZERO

Unprofessional, bad excuse for a company. Upon first requesting a quotation, they were amazingly helpful, they shot my stock, managed to adapt my preferred move date, after which they jumped to ensure everything will run smoothly and that they would be accessible 24-7 when I wanted help. They never called. The afternoon came and went and I spent all afternoon phoning traveling van outlines, Scott’s expansion, client support, dispatch, arbitrary extensions (I was becoming desperate). This was a Saturday so that I suppose not everybody at work was functioning. I talked to about 5 unique folks, all offering me the run around, telling me that maybe they are coming tomorrow, so they can not get ahold of this motorist, etc..

They never called me backagain.

I never heard in my”representative” back again. I disputed the charge on my card and now I am waiting to find out whether I could find the money backagain.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM.

I have always despised going. Traveling VanLines created the experience easier, however. They were exceptionally kind and behaved in a professional way. My cost on moving day was over twice the initial estimate, the men picking up my things showed up in worn out clothes and at a rental truck.  They have been so rude and inconsiderate of my belongings.It was well over 6 months and I STILL have not got my items!! And also have had NO communication with anybody in the business with a response concerning my delivery. I’m reporting these guys to anybody who’ll listen as I’m sureI might never see my items again!STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!

I loved the fact that they phoned me. After the movers came they must work and did a fantastic job. They have been friendly and efficent. I will reccomend Traveling Van Lines for all of my buddies.
